The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the application has the advantages of definite and safe curative effect, no toxic or side effect, convenience in carrying and capability of effectively reducing the anaphylactic reaction of a patient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating non-lactation mastitis, a traditional Chinese medicine externally-applied patch and a preparation method.
Background
Non-lactation mastitis is an inflammatory disease that occurs in non-lactation women, and can occur in infants, juveniles, middle aged and elderly people. Non-lactation mastitis mainly comprises sudden mass and swelling pain of an affected part at the initial stage, mass suppuration at the middle stage, pus rupture at the later stage and pus outflow to form a fistula, and even breast resection is needed in severe cases, so that serious wound is brought to the mind and body of a patient. Non-lactation mastitis has the characteristics of prolonged course of disease and easy recurrence, and is a chronic inflammatory disease.
Currently, the primary treatment modalities for non-lactating mastitis include hormonal therapy, anti-tubercular therapy, immunotherapy and surgical therapy. However, antibiotic resistance and immunosuppression, hormone-induced homotype obesity and metabolic disorders have presented great difficulties in the treatment of disease. At present, the traditional Chinese medicine oral administration is combined with external application medicine for treating the disease, the curative effect is definite, and the toxic and side effect is small. Most of the Chinese medical scientists think that the pathogenesis of non-lactation mastitis is mainly yang deficiency and phlegm coagulation. Therefore, the treatment methods of warming channels and yang, promoting qi and blood circulation, expelling wind and cold, resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals are needed.
The yang harmonizing ointment is a classic ancient prescription for treating yang deficiency and cold coagulation type pyocutaneous disease, has the effects of warming channels and yang, promoting qi and blood circulation, expelling wind and cold, eliminating phlegm and dredging collaterals, and is used for treating non-lactation mastitis. However, the preparation and use of yang harmonizing ointment are inconvenient, require assistance of doctors, easily contaminate clothes, are inconvenient to carry, and have high probability of anaphylactic reaction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating non-lactation mastitis, a traditional Chinese medicine external patch and a preparation method, and aims to solve the problems of high probability of anaphylactic reaction and inconvenience in carrying and use in non-lactation mastitis treatment.
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating non-lactation mastitis, which is prepared from raw materials of burdock, ligusticum wallichii, rheum officinale, angelica sinensis, radix aconiti preparata, radix aconiti kusnezoffii preparata, stiff silkworm, cinnamon, cassia twig, red paeony root, radix angelicae, cynanchum atratum, rhizoma bletillae, frankincense, myrrh, schizonepeta, dried orange peel, patchouli, teasel root, saussurea lappa, earthworm, unprocessed monkshood, clematis root, trogopterus dung, musk, deerhorn glue, ginger carbon and prepared rhizome of rehmannia. Mixing the above materials with antiseptic, Camphora, Borneolum Syntheticum, and azone, stirring, and making into colloid. In the process of preparing the colloid, samples are respectively taken at different depths of the stirrer, the content of a certain medicinal material in the sample is tested, and whether the substances are uniformly stirred or not is further judged.
S03: and mixing the extract, the colloid and distilled water, and stirring in vacuum to form a binder.
Mixing the extract with distilled water, hydrating, adding the colloid into the mixture of the extract and the distilled water, and stirring under negative atmospheric pressure to obtain the binder. The vacuum stirring is used for squeezing air in the medicine to prevent air bubbles from forming after the medicine is prepared, occupies the space of the traditional Chinese medicine external patch and reduces the effective components.
S04: the adhesive is evenly coated with glue, sliced and solidified to form the traditional Chinese medicine external application patch.
And (5) uniformly gluing the adhesive, and controlling the weight of the sheet. The gummed adhesive is formed into a sheet-shaped traditional Chinese medicine external application patch in a slicing mode so as to be convenient for a patient to apply. Slicing is carried out after the glue is coated, so that the slicing uniformity can be ensured, and meanwhile, the good gluing fitting degree is ensured.
