Abstract

本发明是一种石墨烯湿巾,所述湿巾是一种具有高导热性能的湿巾,浸渍液包括丙二醇,异丙醇,EDTA二钠,薄荷提取物,赋香剂,柠檬酸,柠檬酸钠,山梨酸钾,石墨烯纳米片,其余为去离子水;而基材包括木浆纤维、棉纤维和石墨烯纳米片。石墨烯纳米片是厚度为纳米尺度的石墨烯,导热系数可达1000W/mK,是一种导热性能极佳的无机材料,且对人体无害。本发明提供了一种可以快速降温的湿巾,可以达到抑烫伤或发烧降温的目的。

一种高导热石墨烯湿巾
技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品领域,具体涉及一种抑烫伤或发烧降温的湿巾。
背景技术
湿巾是我们日常生活中常用的用品,它的出现极大地方便了人们日常的清洁行为。当我们发烧时,常见的降温方法是温水湿巾放在额头,利用水吸收热量;或者当我们遇到烫伤时,在到医院处理之前,我们会自己对伤口进行预处理,用湿巾进行冷敷是其中的一个办法。但是常规的湿巾的散热能力是有限的,这样就会对伤口无法起到散热作用,甚至会造成细菌感染等二次伤害。而石墨烯纳米片是厚度为纳米尺度的石墨烯,导热系数可达1000W/mK,是一种导热性能极佳的无机材料,且对人体无害。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以快速降温的湿巾,可以达到抑烫伤或发烧降温的目的。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:一种高导热石墨烯湿巾,由湿巾基材和浸渍液组成,所述浸渍液包括以下质量分数的原料:0.7%~12%丙二醇,0.1%~1.0%异丙醇,0.05%~1%EDTA二钠,0.1%~0.5%薄荷提取物,0.1%~1.0%赋香剂,0.1%~0.4%柠檬酸,0.4~1.0%柠檬酸钠,0.3%~1%山梨酸钾,0.1%~0.2%石墨烯纳米片,其余为去离子水。
作为优选,所述的赋香剂为柠檬香精、茉莉香精和玫瑰香精的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述石墨烯纳米片为厚度1~5nm、直径5~10μm的石墨烯,导热系数在1000W/mK以上。
作为优选,所述浸渍液的制备过程为将原料加入反应池后,在50℃温度下搅拌混合3h,并调节pH至6~7之间。
作为优选,所述湿巾基材的制备过程是将木浆纤维和棉纤维混合,再将石墨烯纳米与混合纤维以质量比为0.05:1的比例,与木浆纤维和棉纤维搅拌均匀,再通过抄造工艺得到成型纤维纸基,通过干燥后得到湿巾基材。
作为优选,所述高导热石墨烯湿巾是由制备好的湿巾基材浸在浸渍液中0.5h得到的。
通过上述技术方案得到的高导热石墨烯湿巾,具有以下优点:本发明高导热石墨烯湿巾在湿巾的湿巾基材和浸渍液中均加入了适当比例的石墨烯纳米片,使得改进后的湿巾具有极好的散热性能,能够更好地散去烫伤口或者额头的热量,而且可以减缓痛感,最终达到抑制烫伤或发烧降温的目的。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。凡是未脱离本发明方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化与改型,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
1、湿巾基材。
配方:80g木浆纤维,120g棉纤维,10g石墨烯纳米片。
制备方法:1)将80g木浆纤维和120g棉纤维混合搅拌1h;2)再加入10g石墨烯纳米,均匀搅拌2h;3)通过抄造工艺得到成型纤维纸基;4)干燥1h后得到湿巾基材。
2、浸渍液。
配方:50g丙二醇,10g异丙醇,10g EDTA二钠,5g薄荷提取物,4g柠檬酸,10g柠檬酸钠,10g山梨酸钾,2g石墨烯纳米片,889g去离子水。
制备方法:1)将原料加入反应池后,在50℃温度下搅拌混合3h;2)调节pH至6.3。
3、湿巾的制备。
将制备好的湿巾基材浸在浸渍液中0.5h,取出后即得散热性能好的高导热石墨烯湿巾。

Claims (8)

1.一种高导热石墨烯湿巾,由湿巾基材和浸渍液组成,其特征在于:浸渍液包括以下质量分数的原料:0.7%~12%丙二醇,0.1%~1.0%异丙醇,0.05%~1%EDTA二钠,0.1%~0.5%薄荷提取物,0.1%~1.0%赋香剂,0.1%~0.4%柠檬酸,0.4~1.0%柠檬酸钠,0.3%~1%山梨酸钾,0.1%~0.2%石墨烯纳米片,其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高导热石墨烯湿巾,其特征在于,所述湿巾基材由木浆纤维、棉纤维和石墨烯纳米片组合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高导热石墨烯湿巾,其特征在于,所述湿巾基材的制备过程是将木浆纤维和棉纤维混合,再将石墨烯纳米与混合纤维以质量比为0.05:1的比例,与木浆纤维和棉纤维搅拌均匀,再通过抄造工艺得到成型纤维纸基,通过干燥后得到湿巾基材。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高导热石墨烯湿巾,其特征在于,所述浸渍液包括以下质量分数的原料:0.7%~12%丙二醇,0.1%~1.0%异丙醇,0.05%~1%EDTA二钠,0.1%~0.5%薄荷提取物,0.1%~1.0%赋香剂,0.1%~0.4%柠檬酸,0.4~1.0%柠檬酸钠,0.3%~1%山梨酸钾,0.1%~0.2%石墨烯纳米片,其余为去离子水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高导热石墨烯湿巾,其特征在于,所述石墨烯纳米片为厚度1~5nm、直径5~10μm的石墨烯,导热系数在1000W/mK以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高导热石墨烯湿巾,其特征在于,所述赋香剂为柠檬香精、茉莉香精和玫瑰香精的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高导热石墨烯湿巾,其特征在于,所述浸渍液的制备过程为将原料加入反应池后,在50℃温度下搅拌混合3h,并调节pH至6~7之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高导热石墨烯湿巾,其特征在于,所述高导热石墨烯湿巾是由制备好的湿巾基材浸在浸渍液中0.5h得到的。
