Abstract
本发明涉及衣物护理剂领域,具体而言,涉及一种衣物增香抗菌剂及其制备方法与应用。所述的衣物增香抗菌剂包括防水微胶囊及功能性药剂,所述功能性药剂吸附于所述防水微胶囊表面或内部;所述功能性药剂包括抑菌剂及香精;所述防水微胶囊以重量份计,主要由以下成分制成:甲基硅酸钠6~14份、石蜡5~11份、松香2~8份、硬脂酸3~7份、硫酸铝1~5份、醋酸0.5~3.5份、氧化钙0.5~3.5份、氢氧化钠0.5~3.5份、对氯间甲酚0.5~3.5份。本发明所提供的衣物增香抗菌剂制备简单,制备工艺常温下即可完成。耐洗涤,微胶囊附着力强,香味可保持很长时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及衣物护理剂领域,具体而言,涉及一种衣物增香抗菌剂及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
目前,市面上的对衣服进行加香和防水防污的行业中,大部分情况都是通过在衣服上喷一些香水或者香料等芳香剂,污水防污就是在面料上做PU或防水涂层,存在不透气的现象,或者在干洗时候加一些芳香剂等方式让衣服保持有香味,通过这种方法可以使衣服保持有一定的香味,通常这种方法使衣服保持香味的时间很短,通常也就几天,特别是加香过的衣服经过洗涤后,几乎就没有香味了。这样如何解决使衣服加香后香味长时间保持和做了防水防污抗菌确能透气的效果,特别是在多次洗涤后依然具有香味和能够防水防污这一问题就显得尤为重要了。
此外,衣物是否具有杀菌功能也逐渐受到消费者的重视,现有技术中常常是将抗菌功能团是以化学键连接到树脂上,因此克服了普通有机抗菌剂不耐热、与基体相容性差、不耐浸泡洗涤、渗出物安全性的缺点,具有高效光谱、安全无毒、抗菌效果持久、耐热性优良、与树脂相容性好、加工性能好等优势。但该技术研发投资较大,具体实施工序复杂,操作要求高,适用于大批大量规模的生产需要。
因此,为了解决上述这些产品及其方法存在的缺陷,满足市场的需要,同时增强企业的市场竞争力,急需一种新产品出现。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种衣物增香抗菌剂,包括防水微胶囊及功能性药剂,所述功能性药剂吸附于所述防水微胶囊表面或内部;
所述功能性药剂包括抑菌剂及香精;
所述防水微胶囊以重量份计,主要由以下成分制成:甲基硅酸钠6~14份、石蜡5~11份、松香2~8份、硬脂酸3~7份、硫酸铝1~5份、醋酸0.5~3.5份、氧化钙0.5~3.5份、氢氧化钠0.5~3.5份、对氯间甲酚0.5~3.5份。
根据本发明的一方面,本发明还涉及如上所述的衣物增香抗菌剂的制备方法,包括:
将所述防水微胶囊中的各成分加入水中搅拌反应生成防水微胶囊,随后依次加入并混匀所述芳香剂及所述多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂。
根据本发明的一方面,本发明还涉及一种如上所述的衣物增香抗菌剂在制备具有香味和抗菌功能的服装中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明所提供的衣物增香抗菌剂制备简单,制备工艺常温下即可完成。
(2)本发明一所提供的衣物增香抗菌剂,由于准纳米级的防水微胶囊非常小,从而可以使防水微胶囊分布在纺织品纤维缝隙间,密度达到每平方厘米百万粒。该衣物增香抗菌剂耐洗涤,微胶囊附着力强,在使用者穿用服装和床品时的运动、摩擦、触摸、挤压,使微胶囊的渐次破裂,可以使香味缓缓不断地释放出来。衣物在长期穿用过程中,在经受数多次的水洗、干洗或晾晒后仍旧香气依然和防水防污效果显著。
(3)可通过添加香精,使使用者产生愉悦、镇静,凉爽、清新和温暖的感觉,对人体有安神助睡眠、醒脑提神、防水防污抗菌防霉和除异味的保健功能,还可以保持香味很长时间。
(4)选用的抑菌剂不具有挥发性或挥发性很低,对人体无明显毒副作用。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种衣物增香抗菌剂,包括防水微胶囊及功能性药剂,所述功能性药剂吸附于所述防水微胶囊表面或内部;
所述功能性药剂包括抑菌剂及香精;
所述防水微胶囊以重量份计,主要由以下成分制成:甲基硅酸钠6~14份、石蜡5~11份、松香2~8份、硬脂酸3~7份、硫酸铝1~5份、醋酸0.5~3.5份、氧化钙0.5~3.5份、氢氧化钠0.5~3.5份、对氯间甲酚0.5~3.5份;
优选的,如上所述的衣物增香抗菌剂,所述防水微胶囊以重量份计,主要由以下成分制成:甲基硅酸钠8~12份、石蜡7~9份、松香4~6份、硬脂酸4~6份、硫酸铝2~4份、醋酸1~3份、氧化钙1~3份、氢氧化钠1~3份、对氯间甲酚1~3份。
上述防水微胶囊的各原料组份均为纳米或微米级微粉。
氢氧化钠与醋酸反应形成强碱弱酸盐,在弱碱性环境下氧化钙和硫酸铝成核,石蜡与硬脂酸起到乳化及稳定的作用;甲基硅酸钠具有高效防水作用(在水和二氧化碳的作用下,生成甲基硅酸醇,甲基硅酸醇进一步与上步形成的内核成键交联)。对氯间甲酚具有防腐消毒的作用;此外,由于甲基硅酸钠的成膜作用,在反应时会将各成分的粒径控制在5微米以下。
优选的,如上所述的衣物增香抗菌剂,所述功能性药剂以重量份计,其成分包括:丁基苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮5~11份、苯酚2~8份、五氯酚3~7份、油酸苯基汞3~7份、氯化汞1~5份、氧化钠1~5份、香精15~25份;
更优选的,所述功能性药剂以重量份计,其成分包括:丁基苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮7~9份、苯酚4~6份、五氯酚4~6份、油酸苯基汞4~6份、氯化汞2~4份、氧化钠2~4份、香精18~22份。
在防水微胶囊制备得到后,再与所述芳香剂混合搅拌,可将所述芳香剂偶联于所述防水微胶囊内部或表面。其中丁基苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、苯酚为防腐抑菌剂,五氯酚能有效抑制真菌生长,油酸苯基汞、氯化汞也是作为防霉剂使用;
所述香精可选用多种香型,比如:玫瑰、薰衣草、芦荟、牛奶蜜糖、蒙特卡罗香水味、奥林匹克古龙水、麻香、薄荷、青苹果、草莓、香橙、防蚊虫中的一种,或复合健康香芬产品。
优选的,如上所述的衣物增香抗菌剂,所述衣物增香抗菌剂还包括多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂。
本发明在生产加工服装前使用专用异氰酸酯类胶黏剂将准纳米级的防水防污微胶囊乳化并固定,这样在后整理加工中将准纳米级的防水防污微胶囊紧紧“固定焊接”在纺织品纤维缝隙中。
优选的,如上所述的衣物增香抗菌剂,所述防水微胶囊、功能性药剂、多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂的质量比为40~50:20~50:20~50;
更优选的,所述防水微胶囊、功能性药剂、多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂的质量比为45:35:35。
优选的,如上所述的衣物增香抗菌剂,所述衣物增香抗菌剂还包括水。
根据本发明的一方面,本发明还涉及如上所述的衣物增香抗菌剂的制备方法,包括:
将所述防水微胶囊中的各成分加入水中搅拌反应生成防水微胶囊,随后依次加入并混匀所述芳香剂及所述多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂。
优选的,如上所述的方法,所述水的温度为18℃~25℃;更优选为20℃~23℃。
根据本发明的一方面,本发明还涉及一种如上所述的衣物增香抗菌剂在制备具有香味和抗菌功能的服装中的应用。
优选的,如上所述的应用,包括:将待处理服装于所述衣物增香抗菌剂的溶液中充分浸泡,离心脱水后烘干;
更优选的,所述烘干为110℃~150℃烘干15min~20min;
更优选的,所述烘干为120℃~140℃烘干17min~18min。
优选的,如上所述的应用,每平方米服装的布料上黏附有所述防水微胶囊0.5g~3g;更优选1g~2g;或1.5g。

实施例1
本实施例提供了衣物增香抗菌剂的配制方法:
将纳米或微米级的下列重量份的各成分:甲基硅酸钠6份、石蜡11份、松香2份、硬脂酸7份、硫酸铝1份、醋酸3.5份、氧化钙0.5份、氢氧化钠0.5份、对氯间甲酚3.5份,边搅拌加水稀释至固含量40g/L;
向所得溶液以1L溶液:20g的比例加入以下重量份的功能性药剂:丁基苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮5份、苯酚8份、五氯酚3份、油酸苯基汞7份、氯化汞1份、氧化钠5份、香精15份;加等量的水稀释搅拌;
向所得溶液加入与所述功能性药剂等量的多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂,搅拌均匀得到稀浆;
将所述稀浆加等量18-25摄氏度的温水稀释,再次搅拌混匀即得。
实施例2
本实施例提供了衣物增香抗菌剂的配制方法:
将纳米或微米级的下列重量份的各成分:甲基硅酸钠14份、石蜡5份、松香8份、硬脂酸3份、硫酸铝5份、醋酸0.5份、氧化钙3.5份、氢氧化钠3.5份、对氯间甲酚0.5份,边搅拌加水稀释至固含量50g/L;
向所得溶液以1L溶液:50g的比例加入以下重量份的功能性药剂:丁基苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮11份、苯酚2份、五氯酚7份、油酸苯基汞3份、氯化汞5份、氧化钠1份、香精25份;加等量的水稀释搅拌;
向所得溶液加入与所述功能性药剂等量的多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂,搅拌均匀得到稀浆;
将所述稀浆加等量18-25摄氏度的温水稀释,再次搅拌混匀即得。
实施例3
本实施例提供了衣物增香抗菌剂的配制方法:
将纳米或微米级的下列重量份的各成分:甲基硅酸钠10份、石蜡8份、松香6份、硬脂酸5份、硫酸铝3份、醋酸2份、氧化钙2份、氢氧化钠2份、对氯间甲酚2份,边搅拌加20摄氏度左右的水稀释至固含量45g/L;
向所得溶液以1L溶液:35g的比例加入以下重量份的功能性药剂:丁基苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮8份、苯酚6份、五氯酚5份、油酸苯基汞5份、氯化汞3份、氧化钠3份、香精20份;加等量的加20摄氏度左右的水稀释搅拌;
向所得溶液加入与所述功能性药剂等量的多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂,搅拌均匀得到稀浆;
将所述稀浆加等量18-25摄氏度的温水稀释,再次搅拌混匀即得。
应用例1
将聚酯纤维类服装放入在溶液里充分浸泡在实施例3制备得到的衣物增香抗菌剂中30-40分钟左右;
等服装浸泡好之后,将服装放入离心机进行脱水处理;
最后,将脱过水的服装放入烘焙机进行烘焙处理,注意服装要用110-150摄氏度温度烘干18分钟即可。
烘干后服装上的防水微胶囊的扫描电镜图如图1所示。
应用例2

将应用例1~3制备得到的服装,进行洗涤模拟实验,使用全自动滚筒洗衣机,浸泡20min、洗涤30min,1000转/分钟甩干15分钟,晾干后使用电子鼻气味指纹分析仪检测功能性药剂残留量(主要为香精类物质);其结果如图2所示。
从图2可知,虽然残留量的多少会受到织品类型的影响,但其在洗涤20次时仍然达到20%的残留量。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,但本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种衣物增香抗菌剂,其特征在于,包括防水微胶囊及功能性药剂,所述功能性药剂吸附于所述防水微胶囊表面或内部;
所述功能性药剂包括抑菌剂及香精;
所述防水微胶囊以重量份计,主要由以下成分制成:甲基硅酸钠6~14份、石蜡5~11份、松香2~8份、硬脂酸3~7份、硫酸铝1~5份、醋酸0.5~3.5份、氧化钙0.5~3.5份、氢氧化钠0.5~3.5份、对氯间甲酚0.5~3.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣物增香抗菌剂,其特征在于,所述功能性药剂以重量份计,其成分包括:丁基苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮5~11份、苯酚2~8份、五氯酚3~7份、油酸苯基汞3~7份、氯化汞1~5份、氧化钠1~5份、香精15~25份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物增香抗菌剂,其特征在于,所述衣物增香抗菌剂还包括多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的衣物增香抗菌剂,其特征在于,所述防水微胶囊、功能性药剂、多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂的质量比为40~50:20~50:20~50。
5.根据权利要求4所述的衣物增香抗菌剂,其特征在于,所述衣物增香抗菌剂还包括水。
6.权利要求1~5任一项所述的衣物增香抗菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
将所述防水微胶囊中的各成分加入水中搅拌反应生成防水微胶囊,随后依次加入并混匀所述功能性药剂及所述多异氰酸酯类胶黏剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水的温度为18℃~25℃。
8.权利要求1~5任一项所述的衣物增香抗菌剂在制备具有香味和抗菌功能的服装中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,包括:将待处理服装于所述衣物增香抗菌剂的溶液中充分浸泡,离心脱水后烘干;优选的,所述烘干为110℃~150℃烘干15min~20min。
10.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,每平方米服装的布料上黏附有所述防水微胶囊0.5g~3g。
