Abstract

Description

手提的电池操作的气泵
本发明涉及手提的电池操作的气泵,特别适用于自行车用,它包括一供给电机的电池电源,电机通过转动装置致动泵机构,而泵机构与空气喷嘴相连,该喷嘴又与要充气的气阀相接合。
对上述类型泵的要求是要体积紧凑,可被自行车携带,以便进行野营和用于其它目的。从US5,127,808可知上述的类型的泵。虽然这种已知的泵很紧凑,可以携带在没有外电源的情形下使用,但其径向尺寸相对比较大。这是齿轮绕着平行泵的纵轴线的一轴线转动使泵的尺寸比较大。另外,该泵的缺点是相当复杂,包括多个特殊的独立部件。另外,这种泵不能单手操作。这种泵的空气喷嘴通过软管固定在泵的压缩器上。
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的泵,能克服现有技术的缺点,它由机械上简单的元件制成,可单手操作。
按照本发明提供了一种手提的电池操作的气泵,特别适用于自行车用,它包括一供给电机的电池电源,电机通过传动装置致动泵机构,而泵机构与空气喷嘴相连,该喷嘴又与要充气的气阀相接合,其特征在于元件设置成端端连接以提供一细长的平的有锥头的装置,所述的泵机构包括一个气缸/活塞泵,该泵可绕枢轴转动地支承在锥形端,气缸的端设置成与活塞杆相对,活塞泵设置成可绕与气泵纵轴线垂直延伸的转动轴线转动,喷嘴直接装在气缸上并与转动轴线同轴延伸,活塞杆可转动地支承在从动齿轮的周边近处,从动齿轮绕与所述的转动轴线平行的一轴线转动,该从动齿轮与一小齿轮构成所述的传动装置,所述的小齿轮绕一平行于泵的纵轴线的轴线转动。
由于元件构成细长的最好是锥形的装置,喷嘴设在锥头,可方便地与例如自行车车轮的气阀接触。泵可用单手握住及致动。泵的开关装置最好为使用者拇指操作,拇指同时又把喷嘴压对着气阀。气缸/活塞泵是结构简单又便宜的装置。由于汽缸绕着与喷嘴同轴线的轴线可转动地支承着,可使锥形端更窄,使使用更方便。另外,由于可任选地把喷嘴直接固定在气缸上或固定在容纳泵元件的泵的外泵上,使结构简单。喷嘴有限的绕枢轴转动可被喷嘴中的橡胶衬套或连接喷嘴与气缸的柔性管吸收。
由转动的从动齿轮使活塞杆致动而建立的使用的连接杆的运动很简单可靠。最好,传动装置由齿轮构成,但是也可由摩擦轮构成。在使用齿轮的情形下,可以是按一冠齿轮和一驱动小齿轮形成。在冠齿轮或摩擦轮的背侧设置一支承辊与驱动摩擦轮或驱动小齿轮相对。

图1示出本发明泵的侧面部分视图;
图2是沿图1中箭头II所示的部分视图。
图中示出电池1,电机2,传动装置3,气缸/活塞泵4,喷嘴5。为清楚起见,泵的外壳已去掉。
为表示方便起见,开关6示出在电池1附近的位置。在实践中,最好安排两个开关,就是一个弹簧加载开关及一个开闭开关,设在外壳的侧面,与喷嘴5相对的位置上,可被操作者姆指致动,使用者可同时用拇指把喷嘴5压靠着空气阀。
元件2,3,4和5安装在一公共的底板7上。从稳定性考虑,底板7可用成型铝材制成。电池1松松地装在泵的外壳中,但是它也可固定在底板7上。电机2通过两个搭片8和螺帽9固定到底板7上。驱动齿轮10装在电机轴10′上,绕着与泵的纵轴线12相平行地延伸的轴线11转动。齿轮10驱动第二齿轮13,第二齿轮13基本相应于冠齿轮,而齿轮10相当于驱动小齿轮。冠齿轮13支承在固定在底板7上的销14上,以绕着与泵的纵轴线12垂直延伸的轴线15转动。冠齿轮13和驱动小齿轮10构成了泵的齿轮装置3。
支承辊16设在冠齿轮13的背侧以保证齿轮不被驱动偏歪。可以设置多个均匀分布的支承辊以便提供对冠齿轮13最佳的支承。回转销17设在冠齿轮13上的圆周附近,用来支承活塞杆19的一端18,活塞杆19另一端支承一活塞20。活塞20设在气缸21中。另一端设置活塞杆19,液压缸21支承在销轴23上,可绕与泵的纵轴线12垂直地延伸的并与冠齿轮13的转动轴线15平行的轴线24回转。
喷嘴5与气缸21直接连接,并与回转轴线24同轴地延伸。在喷嘴与气缸之间的接头25可以是刚性的接头或如橡胶管之类的柔性接头。在喷嘴5和相配合的气阀之间在使用中会发生的少的前后绕枢轴转动运动可被接头25或被在喷嘴5的开口26中设置的橡胶衬套吸收。在使用柔性接应25的情况下,喷嘴延伸穿过泵的外壳的开口。
可制成很小外径的泵可制成相对齿轮13的直径很小的高度,特别安排从齿轮13绕着与泵的纵轴线垂直的轴线转动。直径将取决于泵的宽度。在实践中,泵制成的尺寸如权利要求7所述。
在使用,致动开关6后,电机又驱动齿轮10,齿轮10又驱动齿轮13。通过连接杆运动,气缸/活塞泵4被驱动,使气缸21中活塞20移动,在气缸21中造成一高压。可用一只手握着泵,而可通过使用者拇指压或简单地通过把泵装置压对着气阀而使喷嘴压对着一气阀。

Claims (10)

1.一种手提的电池操作的气泵,特别适用于自行车用,它包括一供给电机的电池电源,电机通过传动装置致动泵机构,而泵机构与空气喷嘴相连,该喷嘴又与要充气的气阀相接后,其特征在于元件设置成端一端连接以提供一细长的平的有锥头的装置,所述的泵机构包括一个气缸/活塞泵,该泵可绕枢轴转动地支承在锥形端,气缸的端设置成与活塞杆相对,活塞泵设置成可绕与气泵纵轴线垂直延伸的转动轴线转动,喷嘴直接装在气缸上并与转动轴线同轴延伸,活塞杆可转动地支承在从动齿轮的周边近处,从动齿轮绕与所述的转动轴线平行的一轴线转动,该从动齿轮与一小齿轮构成所述的传动装置,所述的小齿轮绕一平行于泵的纵轴线的轴线转动。
2.按照权利要求1的气泵,其特征在于所述的传动装置包括两个齿轮,按照一冠齿轮及一驱动小齿轮的原理工作,一支承辊设在冠齿轮的背侧与所述驱动小齿轮相对的位置上。
3.按照权利要求2的泵,其特征在于所述的支承辊是一个橡胶辊。
4.按照上述权利要求之一的泵,其特征在于所述的电机,传动装置,气缸/活塞泵安装在一个公共底板上,最好是由成型铝材制成的板。
5.按照上述权利要求之一的泵,其特征在于所述的喷嘴固定在泵的外壳中,通过一柔性管与气缸相连。
6.按照权利要求1—4之一的泵,其特征在于所述的喷嘴安装在气缸上,可相对泵的外壳转动。
7.按照上述权利要求之一的泵,其特征在于所述的从动齿轮直径为70至90mm,所述的气缸长度为60至80mm,直径为15至30mm,所述的泵装置总长度250至300mm,横向直径为80至100mm,高度为40至60mm。
8.按照上述权利要求之一的泵,其特征在于所述的电池是可充电电池。
9.按照上述权利要求之一的泵,其特征在于所述的泵可被有两个不同开关的装置致动,一个开关设置成连续地致动以使用电源对电机供电,另一个开关是可使对电机供电的电路交替开闭的类型。
10.按照权利要求的泵,其特征在于所述的传动装置由摩擦轮构成。
