技术领域
本发明涉及一种油烟净化机,尤其涉及一种室内使用的内循环式油烟净化机。
背景技术
在雾霾成荫、病毒肆虐的当下,人民期盼得到呼吸好的空气。根据科学分析餐饮(包括酒店餐饮和居家餐饮)排放出的有害气体是影响大气污染的重要因素之一。为了控制餐饮对大气的排放,虽然政策层面不断采取了严控的法规举措,但由于技术手段的不足,大气污染的程度并未能得到根本性的改善。
为了既要满足公共的社会环境的需要,又要满足人们生活的需要,现有技术中提出了循环式吸油烟机或称内循环式油烟净化机,它是将烹饪中产生的油烟、异味及有害气体通过在室内直接进行净化处理,净化后产生的清洁气体又重新回到室内,不对外排放。在西方发达国家内循环式油烟净化机早已得到应用,有些国家甚至采取法律明文禁止餐饮对外直接排放。虽然现有很多专利基本实现了餐饮烹饪对外的无污染排放,但是在净化效果上尚存在诸多不足,特别地,在净化过程中虽然气体得到净化,但排放的气体温度都较高,并没有得到有效降温,当气体又重新回到室内时,导致室内温度升高和大量水蒸气飘溢,进而引起烹饪操作人员的不适,在炎热的夏季尤为突出。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷和不足,本发明提供一种既能实现净化处理餐饮烹饪产生的油烟、异味及有害气体,又能有效降低排出的气体温度、消除水蒸气对室内环境影响的内循环式油烟净化机。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种内循环式油烟净化机,其包括壳体,进风口,排风口,进风通道,排风通道,风机装置,机械式油脂分离器,气体净化装置,及其降温装置,其中,该进风口、该排风口安置于该壳体上,该进风通道一端与该进风口相连通,另一端与该风机装置相连通,该排风通道一端与该排风口相连通,另一端与该风机装置相连通,该机械式油脂分离器设置于进风口处或该进风通道内,该降温装置设置于该排风口处,其包括供水管,水淋导板,水雾挡板,喷淋管,及其接水槽,该喷淋管与该供水管相连通,该喷淋管上设有喷头,该喷头朝向该水淋导板,该接水槽位于该水淋导板的下面。
该水淋导板采用通透的蜂窝网状结构。
该水雾挡板设有相隔一定间隙的叶片,该叶片向内折叠或弯曲。
该降温装置还包括储水槽以及水泵,该供水管与该储水槽相连。进一步,该储水槽与该接水槽合为一体。
该降温装置还包括排水管,该排水管一端与该接水槽相连通,另一端与外部相连通。
该机械式油脂分离器采用双层凹凸相对扣合的油脂分离网板结构或由电机驱动的辐射型离心网盘结构。
该气体净化装置采用静电式油烟净化器、HEPA高效滤网、活性炭滤网、TiO2光触媒滤网、紫光灯的一种或两种以上的不同组合。
本发明内循环式油烟净化机通过设置降温装置,有效地降低了排出的气体温度、消除了排出的气体中的高温水蒸汽,避免了高温水蒸气对室内环境的影响,使得排出的气体不会对室内温度产生明显影响,避免了室内人员产生不适感,同时,由于设置了机械式油脂分离器以及气体净化装置,净化处理了餐饮烹饪中产生的大量有害污染气体,使得本发明既是一台吸油烟机,又是一台空气净化机,实现了对室外的零排放室内无污染,既能有利于改善大气环境,又能使人们得到良好的烹饪操作环境。

如图1所示,本发明内循环式油烟净化机包括壳体1,进风口2,排风口3,进风通道4,排风通道5,风机装置6,机械式油脂分离器7,气体净化装置8,及其降温装置9,其中,该进风口2、该排风口3安置于该壳体1上,该进风口2朝向灶台面,该排风口3朝向室内,该进风通道4一端与该进风口2相连通,另一端与该风机装置6相连通,该排风通道5一端与该排风口3相连通,另一端与该风机装置6相连通,即,该进风通道4与该排风通道5通过该风机装置6相连通,该机械式油脂分离器7设置于进风口2处或该进风通道4内,该降温装置9设置于该排风口3处。
该机械式油脂分离器7采用双层凹凸相对扣合的油脂分离网板结构或由电机驱动的辐射型离心网盘结构,值得提醒的是,这两种结构可以单独使用,也可以同时使用。该机械式油脂分离器7的功能在于当烹饪中产生的油烟、异味、有害气体等混合气体在该风机装置6的吸排作用下,混合气体经该机械式油脂分离器7使得其中油脂和其他气体得到有效分离,分离后的油脂经导流收集,其他气体由该风机装置6进入该排风通道5,实现了对混合气体中的油脂与其它气体进行有效地分离。优选地,当该机械式油脂分离器7采用油脂分离网板结构时,该机械式油脂分离器7设置于进风口2处,这样,该该机械式油脂分离器7既实现了油脂和其他气体的分离,还能有效地拦截进入该进风通道的杂物,且能实现防止灶台火苗窜入该进风通道4;当该机械式油脂分离器7采用辐射型网盘结构时,该机械式油脂分离器7设置于该进风通道4内且与该风机装置6相结合,即,该机械式油脂分离器7与该风机装置6的风机驱动电机同芯、同轴,在该风机驱动电机的驱动下高速旋转实现油脂与其他气体的分离。
该气体净化装置8采用静电式油烟净化器、HEPA高效滤网、活性炭滤网、TiO2光触媒滤网、紫光灯(UV灯管)的一种或两种以上的不同组合,在该风机装置6的吸排作用下,混合气体进入该气体净化装置8,该气体净化装置8将混合气体中的烟气、异味、有害气体(包括烟颗粒、病菌病毒及VOCs等)进行净化处理,经处理后的清洁气体又在该风机装置6的作用下进入该降温装置9。该气体净化装置8可设置于该排风口3处或该排风通道5内,也可设置于该进风通道4内,但优选地,该气体净化装置8设置于该排风口3处或该排风通道5内,其优势在于:经油脂分离后的混合气体中尚存的微量油脂通过该风机装置6的离心风机的高速离心旋转得到油脂更加深度的净化,确保了进入该空气净化装置8的混合气体中无油脂,以免影响和污染该气体净化装置的净化效果。
如图2及图3所示,该降温装置9包括供水管91,水淋导板92,水雾挡板93,喷淋管94,及其接水槽95,其中,该供水管91与外部水管相连通,该喷淋管94与该供水管91相连通,该喷淋管94上设有喷头941,该喷头941朝向该水淋导板92喷出水珠或水雾,该水淋导板92采用通透的蜂窝网状结构且自上而下均匀分布,该接水槽95位于该水淋导板92的下面,用于接收流下的水,该水雾挡板93设有相隔一定间隙的叶片931,该叶片931向内折叠或弯曲,以阻截被吹出的水珠,使得水珠沿该叶片向下垂滴,滴向该接水槽95,防止水珠外撒。
作为可选的实施例,该降温装置9还包括储水槽以及水泵,该供水管91与该储水槽相连,该水泵抽取该储水槽内的水以供向该供水管91,在闷热的夏天还可在该储水槽中放入冰块以降低水温,从而提升该降温装置9的降温效果。值得提醒的是,该储水槽与该接水槽95可合为一体,即该储水槽就是该接水槽95,这样,该降温装置9就可形成内部的水循环系统,有利于水的循环利用,由于使用过程中会损耗一部分水,只需不定期向该储水槽(该接水槽95)注水即可。
该降温装置9还包括排水管96,该排水管96一端与该接水槽95相连通,另一端与该内循环式油烟净化机外部相连通,用于排出该接水槽95内的水。
当该喷头941喷水时(喷出的水温度通常在15至20摄氏度之间),该水淋导板92可形成水帘,使得净化后的气体(通常温度远远高于室内温度且含有高温水蒸气)经过该水淋导板92后极大地降低了温度,避免了高温水蒸气对室内环境的影响,使得最终排出的气体不会对室内温度产生明显影响,同时消除了气体中的高温水蒸汽,消除了室内人员产生不适感。

Claims (8)

1.一种内循环式油烟净化机,其特征在于:包括壳体,进风口,排风口,进风通道,排风通道,风机装置,机械式油脂分离器,气体净化装置,及其降温装置,其中,该进风口、该排风口安置于该壳体上,该进风通道一端与该进风口相连通,另一端与该风机装置相连通,该排风通道一端与该排风口相连通,另一端与该风机装置相连通,该机械式油脂分离器设置于进风口处或该进风通道内,该降温装置设置于该排风口处,其包括供水管,水淋导板,水雾挡板,喷淋管,及其接水槽,该喷淋管与该供水管相连通,该喷淋管上设有喷头,该喷头朝向该水淋导板,该接水槽位于该水淋导板的下面。
2.如权利要求1所述的内循环式油烟净化机,其特征在于:该水淋导板采用通透的蜂窝网状结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的内循环式油烟净化机,其特征在于:该水雾挡板设有相隔一定间隙的叶片,该叶片向内折叠或弯曲。
4.如权利要求1所述的内循环式油烟净化机,其特征在于:该降温装置还包括储水槽以及水泵,该供水管与该储水槽相连。
5.如权利要求4所述的内循环式油烟净化机,其特征在于:该储水槽与该接水槽合为一体。
6.如权利要求1所述的内循环式油烟净化机,其特征在于:该降温装置还包括排水管,该排水管一端与该接水槽相连通,另一端与外部相连通。
7.如权利要求1所述的内循环式油烟净化机,其特征在于:该机械式油脂分离器采用双层凹凸相对扣合的油脂分离网板结构或由电机驱动的辐射型离心网盘结构。
8.如权利要求1所述的内循环式油烟净化机,其特征在于:该气体净化装置采用静电式油烟净化器、HEPA高效滤网、活性炭滤网、TiO2光触媒滤网、紫光灯的一种或两种以上的不同组合。
