本发明公开了一种运动滑板及其生产方法,所述滑板为五层结构,包括从上到下依次连接的面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层、玻纤布层和底板层,五层结构通过组坯胶合制成成品。本发明运动滑板结构简单,通过玻纤布层作为粘结层,将面板层、内芯层和底板层相互连接,采用可回收再利用的塑性塑料、树脂等复合材料,绿色环保,节约木材,利用改性上浆剂中的功能基团增强了界面性能,提高了层间剪切强度,从而令滑板在极限运动中承受更大的应力下避免开裂、开胶,提高使用性能,延长使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于滑板生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种运动滑板及其生产方法。
背景技术
滑板运动属于极限运动,具有很好的愉悦性、趣味性、刺激性和观赏性,深受青少年和成年人的喜爱。在欧美各国及发展中国家,参加滑板运动已成为都市青年最流行,最持久的时尚,因此滑板的需求量与日惧增。
目前市面上的运动滑板基本由木质胶合板材料制作,或由木质材料与短纤维增强塑料复合材料粘结制作,制得的产品结构相对复杂,同时木质材料表面因活性基团较少而呈惰性,与纤维以及塑料材料在界面上不易结合,导致界面性能下降,因此在使用中存在着易开胶,易断裂,疲劳强度低等问题。另外,采用木质材料做运动滑板,不节能环保,对环境不友好。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种运动滑板及其生产方法。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种运动滑板,所述滑板为五层结构,包括从上到下依次连接的面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层、玻纤布层和底板层。
进一步的,所述面板层选自聚碳酸酯或高密度聚乙烯材料经模具注塑成型得到。
进一步的,所述内芯层选自聚氨酯发泡板、聚氯乙烯发泡板或聚苯乙烯发泡板。
进一步的,所述底板层选自乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或交联聚乙烯材料经模具注塑成型得到。
进一步的,所述玻纤布层由玻纤布经改性上浆剂上浆制得,具体步骤如下:
(1)取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、己二酸-1,4丁二醇按比例混合后加入二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡,在氮气气氛下升温至80-90℃反应2-3小时,之后降至50-60℃,再加入2,2-二羟甲基丙酸的二甲基甲酰胺溶液升温至65-75℃反应1小时,再加入环氧树脂保温反应4-6小时,所得产物降温至常温,用丙酮降低粘度,加碱中和后加水分散,至形成均匀乳液后加入二乙烯三胺水溶液,扩链20-30分钟后减压蒸馏除去丙酮,过滤得到改性上浆剂;
(2)将玻纤布引入上浆机中,由导纱辊引导经过浆槽、压浆辊、烘筒,将改性上浆剂均匀上浆,得到玻纤布层。
优选的,所述步骤1中各原料的重量份为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯90-100份、己二酸-1,4丁二醇40-50份、二月桂酸二丁基锡12-15份、辛酸亚锡8-10份、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸2-4份、二甲基甲酰胺35-45份、环氧树脂16-20份、二乙烯三胺5-8份。
优选的,所述步骤2中上浆过程中控制上浆速率为3-5米/分钟,烘干温度为90-110℃。
本发明还提供了一种如上所述的运动滑板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层和底板层材料分别通过模具液压定型;
(2)按照上下五层结构进行组坯,并在层间涂布黏结树脂胶合,得到的胶合板再次送入模具中,于130-150℃、5-8MPa压力下模压1-2小时成型,出模后静置降至室温;
(3)将所得滑板半成品通过锯边、钻孔、细磨制成成品运动滑板。
本发明的优点是:
本发明运动滑板结构简单,采用可回收再利用的塑性塑料、树脂等复合材料,绿色环保,节约木材,且具有理想的力学强度,不易断裂和开胶,使用寿命长。
本发明通过玻纤布层作为粘结层,将面板层、内芯层和底板层相互连接,为了提高玻纤布层与其他层间的粘结度,通过改性上浆剂对其进行胶黏度和界面层进行改善,其中改性上浆剂中包含大量的与玻纤布表面亲和的环氧基团和与氰酸酯树脂亲和的氨基甲酸酯等官能团,有助于消除玻纤布的纤维与塑性树脂界面之间的残余热应力和缺陷,构建双亲和的界面层,从而令改性上浆剂在玻纤布和面板层、内芯层、底板层的塑性树脂基体之间形成了有效传递应力的界面过渡层,增强了界面性能,提高了层间剪切强度,从而令滑板在极限运动中承受更大的应力下避免开裂、开胶,提高使用性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体的实例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明:
实施例1
一种运动滑板,所述滑板为五层结构,包括从上到下依次连接的面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层、玻纤布层和底板层,其中面板层选自聚碳酸酯经模具注塑成型得到,内芯层选自聚氯乙烯发泡板,底板层选自乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物经模具注塑成型得到。
所述玻纤布层由玻纤布经改性上浆剂上浆制得,具体步骤如下:
(1)取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯90kg、己二酸-1,4丁二醇40kg按比例混合后加入二月桂酸二丁基锡12kg、辛酸亚锡8kg,在氮气气氛下升温至80℃反应3小时,之后降至50℃,再加入含有2kg 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸的二甲基甲酰胺溶液35kg升温至65℃反应1小时,再加入环氧树脂16kg保温反应4小时,所得产物降温至常温,用丙酮降低粘度,加碱中和后加水分散,至形成均匀乳液后加入含有二乙烯三胺5kg的水溶液,扩链20分钟后减压蒸馏除去丙酮,过滤得到改性上浆剂;
(2)将玻纤布引入上浆机中,由导纱辊引导经过浆槽、压浆辊、烘筒,控制上浆速率为3米/分钟,烘干温度为90℃,将改性上浆剂均匀上浆,得到玻纤布层。

一种运动滑板,所述滑板为五层结构,包括从上到下依次连接的面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层、玻纤布层和底板层,其中面板层选自高密度聚乙烯经模具注塑成型得到,内芯层选自聚氨酯发泡板,底板层选自交联聚乙烯经模具注塑成型得到。
所述玻纤布层由玻纤布经改性上浆剂上浆制得,具体步骤如下:
(1)取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯100kg、己二酸-1,4丁二醇50kg按比例混合后加入二月桂酸二丁基锡15kg、辛酸亚锡10kg,在氮气气氛下升温至90℃反应2小时,之后降至60℃,再加入含有4kg 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸的二甲基甲酰胺溶液45kg升温至75℃反应1小时,再加入环氧树脂20kg保温反应4小时,所得产物降温至常温,用丙酮降低粘度,加碱中和后加水分散,至形成均匀乳液后加入含有二乙烯三胺8kg的水溶液,扩链30分钟后减压蒸馏除去丙酮,过滤得到改性上浆剂;
(2)将玻纤布引入上浆机中,由导纱辊引导经过浆槽、压浆辊、烘筒,控制上浆速率为5米/分钟,烘干温度为110℃,将改性上浆剂均匀上浆,得到玻纤布层。
一种如上所述的运动滑板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层和底板层材料分别通过模具液压定型;
(2)按照上下五层结构进行组坯,并在层间涂布黏结树脂胶合,得到的胶合板再次送入模具中,于150℃、8MPa压力下模压1小时成型,出模后静置降至室温;
(3)将所得滑板半成品通过锯边、钻孔、细磨制成成品运动滑板。
实施例3
一种运动滑板,所述滑板为五层结构,包括从上到下依次连接的面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层、玻纤布层和底板层,其中面板层选自聚碳酸酯经模具注塑成型得到,内芯层选自聚苯乙烯发泡板,底板层选自乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物经模具注塑成型得到。
所述玻纤布层由玻纤布经改性上浆剂上浆制得,具体步骤如下:
(1)取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯95kg、己二酸-1,4丁二醇45kg按比例混合后加入二月桂酸二丁基锡14kg、辛酸亚锡9kg,在氮气气氛下升温至85℃反应2小时,之后降至55℃,再加入含有3kg 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸的二甲基甲酰胺溶液40kg升温至70℃反应1小时,再加入环氧树脂18kg保温反应5小时,所得产物降温至常温,用丙酮降低粘度,加碱中和后加水分散,至形成均匀乳液后加入含有二乙烯三胺6kg的水溶液,扩链25分钟后减压蒸馏除去丙酮,过滤得到改性上浆剂;
(2)将玻纤布引入上浆机中,由导纱辊引导经过浆槽、压浆辊、烘筒,控制上浆速率为4米/分钟,烘干温度为100℃,将改性上浆剂均匀上浆,得到玻纤布层。

(1)将面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层和底板层材料分别通过模具液压定型;

(3)将所得滑板半成品通过锯边、钻孔、细磨制成成品运动滑板。
性能测试:
采用万能力学试验机(CMT6104),按GB/T1040.6-2006测试拉伸强度,按GB/T3356-2014测试弯曲强度,并对拉伸强度进行韦伯分析,结果如表1所示:

截取1cm×5cm滑板材料,采用偏光拉伸仪对材料的界面剪切强度进行测定,拉伸速率为0.0005mm/s,拉伸过程中待断点达到饱和时,停止拉伸,对材料断裂长度进行测量和统计;采用万能材料试验机依据标准JC/T 773-2010对滑板材料的层间剪切强度进行测定,结果如表2所示:

由表1、表2可以看出,经本发明方法处理后的材料经胶合形成的滑板在力学上具有优异的性能,在拉伸强度和弯曲强度上都有较大幅度的提升,且拉伸强度的离散性更大,说明拉伸强度的分布范围较窄,即更为稳定,与此同时在界面剪切强度和层间剪切强度上也获得提升,说明经上浆处理后其与树脂材料之间的界面性能增强,不易开裂开胶,对比例较对比例1额外使用了常规树脂胶黏剂,虽然也有提升力学性能、增强界面连结强度的作用,但增强幅度有限,进一步说明了本发明方法具有更好的使用效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种运动滑板,其特征在于,所述滑板为五层结构,包括从上到下依次连接的面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层、玻纤布层和底板层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的运动滑板,其特征在于,所述面板层选自聚碳酸酯或高密度聚乙烯材料经模具注塑成型得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的运动滑板,其特征在于,所述内芯层选自聚氨酯发泡板、聚氯乙烯发泡板或聚苯乙烯发泡板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的运动滑板,其特征在于,所述底板层选自乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或交联聚乙烯材料经模具注塑成型得到。
5.根据权利要求1所述的运动滑板,其特征在于,所述玻纤布层由玻纤布经改性上浆剂上浆制得,具体步骤如下:
(1)取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、己二酸-1,4丁二醇按比例混合后加入二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡,在氮气气氛下升温至80-90℃反应2-3小时,之后降至50-60℃,再加入2,2-二羟甲基丙酸的二甲基甲酰胺溶液升温至65-75℃反应1小时,再加入环氧树脂保温反应4-6小时,所得产物降温至常温,用丙酮降低粘度,加碱中和后加水分散,至形成均匀乳液后加入二乙烯三胺水溶液,扩链20-30分钟后减压蒸馏除去丙酮,过滤得到改性上浆剂;
(2)将玻纤布引入上浆机中,由导纱辊引导经过浆槽、压浆辊、烘筒,将改性上浆剂均匀上浆,得到玻纤布层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的运动滑板,其特征在于,所述步骤1中各原料的重量份为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯90-100份、己二酸-1,4丁二醇40-50份、二月桂酸二丁基锡12-15份、辛酸亚锡8-10份、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸2-4份、二甲基甲酰胺35-45份、环氧树脂16-20份、二乙烯三胺5-8份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的运动滑板,其特征在于,所述步骤2中上浆过程中控制上浆速率为3-5米/分钟,烘干温度为90-110℃。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的运动滑板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面板层、玻纤布层、内芯层和底板层材料分别通过模具液压定型;
(2)按照上下五层结构进行组坯,并在层间涂布黏结树脂胶合,得到的胶合板再次送入模具中,于130-150℃、5-8MPa压力下模压1-2小时成型,出模后静置降至室温;
(3)将所得滑板半成品通过锯边、钻孔、细磨制成成品运动滑板。
