本发明涉及口罩制备方法技术领域,具体涉及一种具有玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体口罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、分别配制玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;步骤二、高效喷淋;步骤三、烘燥;步骤四、口罩生产;步骤五、口罩灭菌;步骤六、口罩性能测试。本发明通过将天然保湿有效成分、天然透气吸湿有效成分提取,并利用PP、纤维素或PP口罩用无纺布的加工过程中加入天然保湿有效成分和天然透气吸湿有效成分,得到功能性保湿剂透气吸湿的多功能口罩用无纺布,并将其与普通口罩用无纺布进行复合制备出保湿及透气吸湿的多功能口罩,提高人们在出行过程中佩戴口罩的舒适感,具广泛的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及口罩制备方法技术领域,具体涉及一种具有玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体口罩的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国内外空气质量持续下降,国内多地出现雾霾天气,漂浮在空气中的微粒与粉尘席卷了全国各大工业城市。漂浮大气中的PM2.5、粉尘、气溶胶等粒子,对人体有很大危害。并且自2020年初出现的新型冠状病毒的急剧爆发,国内外要求人们出门必须佩戴口罩。而目前专门针对雾霾及预防病毒设计的专业口罩,都有一个缺点,就是佩戴久并不会有很好的使用体验,闷热感无法及时排放,非常让人苦恼,而且由于秋冬季天气干燥,皮肤很容易皲裂,导致佩戴普通N95口罩、一次性普通医用及非医用口罩均存在透气吸湿性不好及皮肤干燥等问题。
本申请是在结合实际使用的一次性口罩中对其无纺布进行特殊处理,再制备出玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体的口罩,使其获得了保湿、透气及吸湿等功能性,具广泛的应用前景。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种具有玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体口罩的制备方法,在结合实际使用的一次性口罩中对其无纺布进行特殊处理,再制备出玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体的口罩,使其获得了保湿、透气及吸湿等功能性,提高人们在出行过程中佩戴口罩的舒适感。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体口罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、分别配制玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;
步骤二、高效喷淋,通过高效喷淋装置在口罩用内层的超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布上双面喷淋气雾状的上述配制的玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;
步骤三、烘燥,再次对上述口罩用内层的超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布通过高效烘房进行整理剂与无纺布的固着处理,温度为100-150℃,时间为1-3min;
步骤四、口罩生产,通过新型全自动一体口罩机对三层用口罩进行生产;
步骤五、口罩灭菌,对上述制备的口罩进行外包装及口罩本体进行环氧乙烷高效灭菌;
步骤六、口罩性能测试,最后对口罩进行过滤效率及环氧乙烷残留量进行测定,确定其符合口罩生产的标准。
优选地,所述步骤(一)中:玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂按重量份包括以下组分:保湿整理剂1-10份,透气吸湿整理剂1-10份,渗透剂JFC 0.1-1份,水80-97份。
优选地,所述玻尿酸保湿整理剂为玻尿酸有效成分;所述透气吸湿整理剂包括天然丝素蛋白或木糖醇。
优选地,所述步骤(二)中:玻尿酸保湿整理剂的浓度为30-70g/L,透气吸湿整理剂的浓度为10-40g/L。
优选地,所述步骤(四)中:口罩包括外层、中间层和内层,外层为超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布,中间层为多层超细聚丙烯纤维熔喷材料层,内层为上述烘燥处理后的口罩用超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布。
优选地,所述步骤(五)中:采用环氧乙烷消毒柜对口罩本体进行灭菌,灭菌时间6-12小时。
其中,玻尿酸,属于一种透明质酸,简称HA,是一种酸性粘多糖类高分子化合物。玻尿酸大量存在于人体的结缔组织及真皮层中,随着年龄的增长,人体皮肤中玻尿酸的含量也越来越少。玻尿酸能够吸收相比自身500-1000倍体积水的能力,是一种理想的天然保湿因子,适当补充玻尿酸可以增强皮肤的保水能力,让皮肤重新焕发新的活力。
丝素蛋白,是从蚕丝中提取的天然高分子纤维蛋白,含量约占蚕丝的70%~80%,含有18种氨基酸,其中甘氨酸(Gly)、丙氨酸(Ala)和丝氨酸(Ser)约占总组成的80%以上。
渗透剂JFC的全称是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,属非离子表面活性剂。渗透剂顾名思义是起渗透作用,也是具有固定的亲水亲油基团,在溶液的表面能定向排列,并能使表面张力显著下降的物质。
本发明所述的一种具有玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体口罩的制备方法,具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过将天然保湿有效成分、天然透气吸湿有效成分提取,并利用PP、纤维素或PP口罩用无纺布的加工过程中加入天然保湿有效成分和天然透气吸湿有效成分,得到功能性保湿剂透气吸湿的多功能口罩用无纺布,并将其与普通口罩用无纺布进行复合制备出保湿及透气吸湿的多功能口罩,提高人们在出行过程中佩戴口罩的舒适感,以达到秋冬季皮肤保湿及透气吸湿等多功能性为一体的功效,具广泛的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明。
实施例一:
一种具有玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体口罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、分别配制玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;其中,玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂按重量份包括以下组分:保湿整理剂10份,天然丝素蛋白透气吸湿整理剂3份,渗透剂JFC 0.5份,水91.5份;
步骤二、高效喷淋,通过高效喷淋装置在口罩用内层的超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布上双面喷淋气雾状的上述配制的玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;其中,玻尿酸保湿整理剂的浓度为30g/L,透气吸湿整理剂的浓度为20g/L;
步骤三、烘燥,再次对上述口罩用超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布通过高效烘房进行整理剂与无纺布的固着处理,温度为130℃,时间为3min;
步骤四、口罩生产,通过新型全自动一体口罩机对三层用口罩进行生产;
其中,该口罩包括外层、中间层和内层,外层为超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布,中间层为多层超细聚丙烯纤维熔喷材料层,内层为上述烘燥处理后的口罩用超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布。
步骤五、口罩灭菌,对上述制备的口罩进行外包装及口罩本体进行环氧乙烷高效灭菌;采用环氧乙烷消毒柜对口罩本体进行灭菌,灭菌时间6小时;
步骤六、口罩性能测试,最后对口罩进行过滤效率及环氧乙烷残留量进行测定,直径(0.24±0.06)μm氯化钠气溶胶的过滤效率大于95%,环氧乙烷残留量小于10ug/g。
实施例二:
一种具有玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体口罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、分别配制玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;其中,玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂按重量份包括以下组分:保湿整理剂10份,天然丝素蛋白透气吸湿整理剂5份,渗透剂JFC 1份,水84份;
步骤二、高效喷淋,通过高效喷淋装置在口罩用内层的超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布上双面喷淋气雾状的上述配制的玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;其中,玻尿酸保湿整理剂的浓度为50g/L,透气吸湿整理剂的浓度为30g/L;
步骤三、烘燥,再次对上述口罩用内层的超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布通过高效烘房进行整理剂与无纺布的固着处理,温度为150℃,时间为2min;
步骤四、口罩生产,通过新型全自动一体口罩机对三层用口罩进行生产;
其中,该口罩包括外层、中间层和内层,外层为超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布,中间层为多层超细聚丙烯纤维熔喷材料层,内层为上述烘燥处理后的口罩用超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布。
步骤五、口罩灭菌,对上述制备的口罩进行外包装及口罩本体进行环氧乙烷高效灭菌;采用环氧乙烷消毒柜对口罩本体进行灭菌,灭菌时间12小时;
步骤六、口罩性能测试,最后对口罩进行过滤效率及环氧乙烷残留量进行测定,直径(0.24±0.06)μm氯化钠气溶胶的过滤效率大于95%,环氧乙烷残留量小于10ug/g。
实施例三:
一种具有玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体口罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、分别配制玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;其中,玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂按重量份包括以下组分:保湿整理剂8份,木糖醇透气吸湿整理剂5份,渗透剂JFC 0.7份,水88份;
步骤二、高效喷淋,通过高效喷淋装置在口罩用内层的超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布上双面喷淋气雾状的上述配制的玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;其中,玻尿酸保湿整理剂的浓度为70g/L,透气吸湿整理剂的浓度为40g/L;
步骤三、烘燥,再次对上述口罩用超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布通过高效烘房进行整理剂与无纺布的固着处理,温度为100℃,时间为3min;
步骤四、口罩生产,通过新型全自动一体口罩机对三层用口罩进行生产;
其中,该口罩包括外层、中间层和内层,外层为超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布,中间层为多层超细聚丙烯纤维熔喷材料层,内层为上述烘燥处理后的口罩用超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布。
步骤五、口罩灭菌,对上述制备的口罩进行外包装及口罩本体进行环氧乙烷高效灭菌;采用环氧乙烷消毒柜对口罩本体进行灭菌,灭菌时间9小时;
步骤六、口罩性能测试,最后对口罩进行过滤效率及环氧乙烷残留量进行测定,直径(0.24±0.06)μm氯化钠气溶胶的过滤效率大于95%,环氧乙烷残留量小于10ug/g。

步骤二、高效喷淋,通过高效喷淋装置在口罩用内层的超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布上双面喷淋气雾状的上述配制的玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂;
步骤三、烘燥,再次对上述口罩用内层的超薄聚丙烯熔喷无纺布通过高效烘房进行整理剂与无纺布的固着处理,温度为100-150℃,时间为1-3min;
步骤四、口罩生产,通过新型全自动一体口罩机对三层用口罩进行生产;
步骤五、口罩灭菌,对上述制备的口罩进行外包装及口罩本体环氧乙烷高效灭菌;
步骤六、口罩性能测试,最后对口罩进行过滤效率及环氧乙烷残留量进行测定,确定其符合口罩生产的标准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有玻尿酸保湿及透气吸湿多功能于一体口罩的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(一)中:玻尿酸保湿整理剂及透气吸湿整理剂按重量份包括以下组分:保湿整理剂1-10份,透气吸湿整理剂1-10份,渗透剂JFC 0.1-1份,水80-97份。
