Abstract

The invention relates to a stable acetamiprid water suspension preparation and a method for improving the stability of the acetamiprid water suspension preparation.

Description

Stable acetamiprid water suspension preparation and method for improving stability of acetamiprid water suspension preparation
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to an acetamiprid water suspension preparation, and particularly relates to a stable acetamiprid water suspension preparation and a method for improving the stability of the acetamiprid water suspension preparation.
Background
Acetamiprid belongs to chloronicotinyl compounds, has the English common name of acetamiprid and the chemical name of N- (N-cyano-ethylimino) -N-methyl-2-chloropyridine-5-methylamine. Acetamiprid is a novel pesticide. The appearance is white crystal, the melting point is 101.0-103.3 ℃, and the vapor pressure is>1.33×10-6Pa (25 ℃). The water solubility at 25 deg.C is 4200mg/L, and the extract can be dissolved in acetone, methanol, ethanol, dichloromethane, chloroform, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuranPyran, and the like. It is stable in water at pH 7, and at pH 9, it is gradually hydrolyzed at 45 deg.C and is stable in sunlight. At present, the main preparation products are missible oil, aqueous emulsion, wettable powder and water dispersible granules.
The water suspension preparation is one of the accepted environment-friendly formulations in the pesticide industry, and the appearance of the formulation opens wide development prospect for the production and application of a plurality of pesticides which are neither hydrophilic nor lipophilic. The suspending agent is a new formulation developed in the 70 s of the 20 th century, is relatively short in the development history of pesticide preparations, develops very rapidly and is continuously improved at home and abroad in recent decades, partially replaces wettable powder and missible oil, and gradually becomes an excellent formulation for replacing powder preparations. However, the pesticide used in the preparation of the aqueous suspension is limited in that the water solubility of the active ingredient of the pesticide is 100mg/L or less, preferably insoluble. Otherwise, the austenite curing phenomenon, namely the crystal growth phenomenon, is easy to occur in the storage process of the preparation. For the pesticide with the solubility in water being slightly more than 100mg/L, the stable aqueous suspension can be prepared by adjusting the auxiliary agent, but the processing difficulty is higher. However, the solubility of the acetamiprid in water is 4200mg/L which is far more than 100mg/L, so the processing of the acetamiprid into a stable water suspension agent is very difficult.
CN106719621A discloses a surfactant composition for an acetamiprid aqueous suspension agent and a preparation method thereof, which mainly describes that the surfactant composition provided by the scheme can produce an acceptable 20% acetamiprid aqueous suspension agent, the surfactant composition mainly comprises a block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, ethylene glycol and water, but the surfactant can not obtain the acetamiprid aqueous suspension agent with high concentration, and the obtained acetamiprid aqueous suspension agent has larger particle size growth rate of acetamiprid suspended particles and is not beneficial to long-term storage.
CN105052993A discloses that adding 5% -20% of vegetable oil into an aqueous pesticide suspension containing fipronil, glyphosate and dicamba as active ingredients is synergistic, wherein the vegetable oil is added as a synergist of the suspension, and the stability of the aqueous suspension is not improved.
In conclusion, the acetamiprid aqueous suspension preparation prepared at present still has the problem that the acetamiprid solubility is too high, so that the acetamiprid suspended particles are subjected to austenite ripening in the process of normal-temperature storage or thermal storage in an aqueous solution, so that the particle size growth rate is too high, and the stability of the acetamiprid aqueous suspension preparation is influenced. Therefore, it is still of great importance to develop an aqueous suspension formulation of acetamiprid which can maintain a low rate of particle size growth during storage.

It can be seen from comparison of example 1 and comparative example 1 that the addition of vegetable oil significantly enhanced the heat storage stability of the resulting aqueous suspension formulation in the aqueous suspension formulation having an acetamiprid content of 5%, and from comparison of example 1, comparative example 1 and comparative example 3, the addition of mineral oil did not improve the stability of the aqueous suspension formulation, and the particle size growth rates of the aqueous suspension formulation of comparative example 1 were 16.37% and 30.25% for 7 days and 14 days at 54 ℃, respectively, while the particle size growth rates of the aqueous suspension formulation of comparative example 3 were 16.87% and 33.91% for 7 days and 14 days at 54 ℃, respectively, whereby it was seen that the addition of vegetable oil improved the heat stability of the aqueous suspension formulation.
It can be seen from comparison of example 4 and comparative example 2 that the addition of vegetable oil significantly enhanced the heat storage stability of the aqueous suspension formulation in the aqueous suspension formulation having an acetamiprid content of 40%, and from comparison of example 4, comparative example 2 and comparative example 4, the addition of paraffin oil did not improve the stability of the aqueous suspension formulation, and the particle size growth rates of the aqueous suspension formulation of comparative example 2 at 54 ℃ for 7 days and 14 days were 29.12% and 52.17%, respectively, while the particle size growth rates of the aqueous suspension formulation of comparative example 4 at 54 ℃ for 7 days and 14 days were 35.42% and 57.39%, respectively, from which it can also be seen that the addition of vegetable oil improved the heat stability of the aqueous suspension formulation.
It can be seen from comparison of example 5, comparative example 5 and comparative example 6 that the addition of vegetable oil significantly improved the heat storage stability of the acetamiprid aqueous suspension formulation, while the addition of paraffin oil reduced the heat storage stability of the aqueous suspension formulation compared to the use of vegetable oil.
(b) Control effect test
In the field control test, the biological control effect test is carried out by selecting the 5 percent EC drugs of the acetamiprid in the example 1 and the comparative example 1 and on the market, and the test method is as follows:
test subjects: cabbage aphids.
The test was conducted with 4 treatments, namely, the suspension treatment of example 1, the suspension treatment of comparative example 1, the treatment with a commercially available acetamiprid 5% EC drug, and the blank control (no treatment). Each treatment was repeated three times.
In a cabbage planting test field, 12 regions are randomly selected, the area of each region is 10 square meters, the row spacing is 0.5m, and 5 cabbages are selected from the middle two rows of each region to be fixed and listed. The above zones were randomly divided into 4 sub-groups, and the aqueous suspension formulations of example 1 and comparative example 1 and the commercial acetamiprid 5% EC drug were applied to each sub-group zone, evenly sprayed, and the non-applied sub-group was a blank control.
Aphid numbers 1 day, 3 days and 7 days after the fixed-plant stuck cabbage is applied are respectively investigated and recorded, and the control effect on the cabbage aphids is shown in table 2:
the drug effect calculation method comprises the following steps:
Figure BDA0002049838640000221
Figure BDA0002049838640000222
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002049838640000231
The control effect of the aqueous suspension preparation described in example 1 is equivalent to the performance of commercial acetamiprid with 5% EC, and the control effect can still reach 97.75% 7 days after application.
As can be seen from the above table, the control effect of the aqueous suspension formulation described in example 1 is significantly better than that of comparative example 1, and the oral cavity reduction rates 1 day, 3 days and 7 days after application thereof are 80.91%, 98.4% and 97.78%, respectively, which are significantly better than that of comparative example 1; therefore, the stability of the acetamiprid water suspension preparation particles is improved by adding the vegetable oil, and the control effect of the water suspension preparation on agricultural pests is obviously improved.
