背景技术
牦牛被称作高原之舟,是西藏高山草原特有的牛种,主要分布在喜马拉雅山脉和青藏高原。牦牛全身一般呈黑褐色,身体两侧和胸、腹、尾毛长而密,四肢短而粗健。牦牛生长在海拔3000~5000米的高寒地区,能耐零下30℃~40℃的严寒,牦牛是世界上生活在海拔最高处的哺乳动物。牦牛分为野牦牛和家牦牛,野牦牛又叫野牛,英文名wild yak,藏名音译亚归。偶蹄目,牛科,牛亚科、牦牛属,是家牦牛的野生同类,典型的高寒动物,性极耐寒,这与其毛、绒具有的高保暖性能有密切关系。牦牛为青藏高原特有牛种,为国家一类保护动物。我国耗牛毛纤维资源丰富,主要分布在青海、西藏、四川、甘肃等地。耗牛毛纤维大部分由鳞片层和皮质层组成,只含有极少的髓质层,强力较高,但因其鳞片紧贴毛干、比较光滑、抱合力极差。又因纤维粗、长、卷曲少、硬挺、刚直、给纺纱带来极大困难。牦牛绒纤维弹性好,滑糯,光泽柔和,不易起球,保暖性与羊绒相似,其价格比羊绒低,纯纺或混纺具有较高的经济价值(畅衍荣.牦牛毛(绒)的分梳[J].毛纺科技,1986,(3):49-53.)。但整体上来说,牦牛毛的生产长期都处于粗加工、技术含量低、附加值低的劳动密集型生产占相当大的比重,高附加值、高技含量的加工生产相对较少,制约了牦牛资源的有效利用和相关产业发展。
传统的纤维面料是利用高分子化合物为原料制作而成的纤维的纺织品。通常它分为人工纤维与合成纤维两大门类。它们共同的优点是色彩鲜艳、质地柔软、悬垂挺括、滑爽舒适。人工纤维是聚合物经一定的加工(牵引、拉伸、定型等)后形成细而柔软的细丝,形成纤维一般是指细而长的材料。
合成纤维的化学组成和天然纤维完全不同,是从一些本身并不含有纤维素或蛋白质的物质如石油、煤、天然气、石灰石或农副产品。但是现有的纤维普遍存在着弹性差,强度不够,透气性、耐磨性不足的缺陷,不能够达到人们对于纤维的要求。

本申请的一种表面改性的耐磨牦牛毛面料,所述牦牛面料的由下列组份按照重量份数组成:大豆蛋白纤维2-6份、聚酯纤维3-12份、柞绢丝6-10份、牦牛毛纱4-9份、大麻纱线1-11份、粘胶纤维5-15份、三醋酯纤维2-14份、酪素纤维3-17份、种子毛纤维9-19份、珠粒绒6-13份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯5-8份,聚乙烯醇6-8份,乙酸锌2-6份,微晶纤维素5-8份,所述的牦牛面料是由通过表面超疏水改性制备而成的。
为实现本发明的目的,提供一种制备权利要求1所述的表面改性的耐磨牦牛毛面料的方法,包括以下步骤,梳毛-精梳-混条-针梳-粗纱-细纱-并线-蒸纱,1)梳毛工序中,下机条重13g/m±1g/m 2)、精梳工序中,牵伸倍数为5倍,隔距为40mm,下条机重为25g/m;3)、混条工序中,牦牛毛喂入4根、涤纶喂入2根,牵伸倍数为6倍,隔距为46mm,加入油水35g/min;4)、针梳工序中,针织机车速为60m/min,下条机重为10.4-21g/m;5)、粗纱6)、细纱7)、蒸纱工序中,第一循环:温度为85℃,循环时间为15min,第二循环:温度为90℃,循环时间为30min,真空度为:-700mpa。
优选的,所述油水配比为:毛油:静电剂:水=1:0.5:10。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1)该表面改性的耐磨牦牛毛面料具有天然无毒等优点;
2)牦牛毛资源丰富、便于采集,本面料的发明可有效的提高牦牛制品的经济价值;
3)磨纤维面料,耐磨性能好,具有良好的强度和柔韧性,弹性好。

实施例1:
一种耐磨纤维面料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大豆蛋白纤维2-6份、聚酯纤维3-12份、柞绢丝6-10份、牦牛毛纱4-9份、大麻纱线1-11份、粘胶纤维5-15份、三醋酯纤维2-14份、酪素纤维3-17份、种子毛纤维9-19份、珠粒绒6-13份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯5-8份,聚乙烯醇6-8份,乙酸锌2-6份,微晶纤维素5-8份,所述的牦牛面料是由通过表面超疏水改性制备而成的。

1.一种表面改性的耐磨牦牛毛面料,其结构特征在于:所述牦牛面料的由下列组份按照重量份数组成:大豆蛋白纤维2-6份、聚酯纤维3-12份、柞绢丝6-10份、牦牛毛纱4-9份、大麻纱线1-11份、粘胶纤维5-15份、三醋酯纤维2-14份、酪素纤维3-17份、种子毛纤维9-19份、珠粒绒6-13份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯5-8份,聚乙烯醇6-8份,乙酸锌2-6份,微晶纤维素5-8份,所述的牦牛面料是由通过表面超疏水改性制备而成的。
