Abstract

本发明公开了一种发泡橡胶防撞条的生产工艺及采用该工艺生产的发泡橡胶防撞条。具体的,生产工艺步骤包括S01配料→S02塑炼→S03混炼→S04薄通成型→S05杂质过滤→S06挤出成型→S07硫化发泡。通过上述步骤,实现了橡胶的均匀发泡,提升了防撞条的缓冲、吸能效果,从而使得采用上述工艺制成的发泡橡胶防撞条能够对儿童气道更好的保护作用。

一种发泡橡胶防撞条及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶领域,特别是一种发泡橡胶防撞条及其生产工艺。
背景技术
儿童在家中与家具边缘的磕碰是造成儿童受伤的主要途径之一。因此,给家中家具边缘包覆缓冲、吸能物质是一种较好预防儿童撞伤的方式。现有缓冲材料多采用自制的泡沫条、布带等。上述材料与家具之间固定较为不易且缓冲、吸能效果较差。发泡橡胶具有密度小、比表面积大、能量吸收能力强、美观实用等特性,是制作防撞条的优选材质。但是现有发泡橡胶的制作工艺步骤复杂且发泡效果较差,导致橡胶的炮孔不均匀,影响防撞条的缓冲、吸能效果。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种发泡橡胶防撞条及其生产工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种发泡橡胶防撞条的生产工艺,包括顺序进行的以下工艺步骤:
S01配料:准确称量原料,原料中各成分及其组份为:乙丙胶:40 ~ 45份 ,填料:30~33份 ,氧化锌:1~2份 ,环保油:25~28份 ,促进剂:1~2份;
S02塑炼:将乙丙胶加入至开炼机中并采用薄通法进行塑炼,开炼机温度范围为40~60℃;
S03混炼:将塑炼后的乙丙胶以及称量过的填料、氧化锌、环保油置于密炼机中密炼15分钟左右制成母胶,密炼机的加工温度的范围在110~120℃;
S04薄通成型:将密炼好的母胶置于开炼机上打片,待母胶于开炼机上包辊后向母胶中加入促进剂,待促进剂全部混入后薄通8次,然后出片、打卷待用;
S05杂质过滤:将母胶加入至挤出机中过滤,将母胶中的较大颗粒滤出母胶;
S06挤出成型:母胶由挤出机挤出成型,挤出机的入料段温度为50~60℃,塑化段温度为60~65℃,挤出段温度为65~70℃,口型段温度为70~72℃;
S07硫化发泡:将挤出的橡胶制品置于液态熔融的盐池中硫化发泡,得到成熟的发泡橡胶制品,硫化温度为175~200℃。
进一步地,所述步骤S03中添加防老剂、EVA,所述防老剂组份为1~2份,所述EVA组份为12~17份。
进一步地,所述填料为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、炭黑、陶土、滑石粉、白炭黑中的一种或多种。
进一步地,一种采用发泡橡胶防撞条的生产工艺制得的防撞条,所述防撞条包括两条发泡橡胶材质的本体,本体的长边连接成整体后横截面呈L型结构,本体的内侧面上与所述本体平行的设置粘胶层,粘胶层表面设置离型纸层。
进一步地,所述本体的外侧面呈向外突出的弧形结构。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明在挤出成型前进行了挤出机过滤处理,使得橡胶中未均匀分散的杂质被有效滤除,橡胶在硫化发泡使所产生的炮孔能够大小均匀,进而保证了防撞条的缓冲、吸能性能,对儿童能够起到有效的保护作用。另外,加入EVA能够有效提升橡胶发泡后的弹挺性能,提升发泡橡胶的缓冲、吸能效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通 技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本 发明保护的范围。
本发明设计的一种发泡橡胶防撞条的生产工艺,包括顺序进行的以下工艺步骤:
S01配料:采用称量工具准确的称量原料。具体的,原料的具体组成成分以及组份为:乙丙胶:40~45份,填料:30~33份,氧化锌:1~2份,环保油:25~28份,促进剂:1~2份。而环保油则可以为环烷基橡胶油、芳烃型橡胶油等。在配料完成后进行S02塑炼:该步骤中将称量好的乙丙胶加入至开炼机的两辊之间,然后启动开炼机进行薄通法塑炼。具体的,为了提升塑料质量,乙丙胶在加入开炼机前可以进行切胶处理。优选的,塑炼时开炼机的前辊温度控制为60~50℃,而开连接的后辊温度则控制为50~40℃。当乙丙胶(生胶)达到所需塑性要求后,再进行S03混炼:该步骤中,工作人员将塑炼完成后的乙丙胶以及称量过的填料、氧化锌、环保油依序放入至密炼机中进行15分钟的密炼,在该密炼过程中,保持密炼机内部温度在110~120℃范围内。15分钟后,混炼完成并形成母胶。在混炼完成后继续执行下一步的S04薄通成型步骤,该步骤中,工作人员将母胶至于开炼机上进行塑炼,当母胶包覆于开炼机的后辊上(即达到包辊状态)后,工作人员向母胶中加入促进剂,随后将母胶于开炼机上薄通8次以使促进剂均匀的混合于母胶中,接着在将母胶进行出片、打卷处理并后续待用。随后,工作人员将母胶置入于挤出机中,进行S05杂质过滤步骤,母胶在经过挤出机中的滤网时,其内部所包含的大颗粒被挤出机滤出。接着再进行S06挤出成型步骤,过滤完成后的母胶从挤出机的入料段、塑化段、挤出段以及口型段经过并最终初步成型。需要说明的是,挤出机中的各工作段温度不同,优选的,料段温度为50~60℃,塑化段温度为60~65℃,挤出段温度为65~70℃,口型段温度为70~72℃。当挤出成型后,挤出的橡胶制品进入至液态熔融的盐池中进行硫化,从而得到成熟的发泡橡胶制品。而为了使产品的发泡以及硫化达到一个较为理想的均衡状态,硫化时的温度为175~200℃。
作为上述实施方式的优选方案,为了使产品具有更好的抗老化性能以及发泡胶具有更好的弹挺性能,在步骤S03过程中加入防老剂、EVA。其中防老剂的在材料中的组份为1~2份,EVA在材料中组份为12~17份。
作为上述实施方式的优选方案,填料具体采用碳酸钙、碳酸镁、炭黑、陶土、滑石粉、白炭黑中的一种或多种。
作为上述实施方式的优选方案,如图1~3所示,采用本工艺制得的发泡橡胶防撞条的具体结构为,防撞条由两条长条形的发泡橡胶材质的本体10组成,这两条本体的长边固定连接后组成一个整体,该整体的横截面呈L型结构。在本体的内侧面11设置有一层与本体平行的粘胶层20,在粘胶层的表面则覆盖有一层离型纸层30。当需要使用时,只需将离型纸撕除,然后将粘胶层粘贴在家具边缘即可。在具体实施方式中,如果所需保护边缘为直角结构,则只需将本发明45°斜切,然后对接呈图3形状即可。
作为上述实施方式的优选方案,为了提升防撞条的防撞性能,防撞条本体的外侧面12呈向外突出的弧形结构。

Claims (5)

1.一种发泡橡胶防撞条的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括顺序进行的以下工艺步骤:
S01配料:准确称量原料,原料中各成分及其组份为:乙丙胶:40 ~ 45份 ,填料:30~33份 ,氧化锌:1~2份 ,环保油:25~28份 ,促进剂:1~2份;
S02塑炼:将乙丙胶加入至开炼机中并采用薄通法进行塑炼,开炼机温度范围为40~60℃;
S03混炼:将塑炼后的乙丙胶以及称量过的填料、氧化锌、环保油置于密炼机中密炼15分钟左右后制成母胶,密炼机的加工温度的范围在110~120℃;
S04薄通成型:将密炼好的母胶置于开炼机上打片,待母胶于开炼机上包辊后向母胶中加入促进剂,待促进剂全部混入后薄通8次,然后出片、打卷待用;
S05杂质过滤:将母胶加入至挤出机中过滤,将母胶中的较大颗粒滤出母胶;
S06挤出成型:母胶由挤出机挤出成型,挤出机的入料段温度为50~60℃,塑化段温度为60~65℃,挤出段温度为65~70℃,口型段温度为70~72℃;
S07硫化发泡:将挤出的橡胶制品置于液态熔融的盐池中硫化发泡,得到成熟的发泡橡胶制品,硫化温度为175~200℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种发泡橡胶防撞条的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S03中还可以添加防老剂、EVA,所述防老剂组份为1~2份,所述EVA组份为12~17份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种发泡橡胶防撞条的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述填料为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、炭黑、陶土、滑石粉、白炭黑中的一种或多种。
4.一种采用发泡橡胶防撞条的生产工艺制得的防撞条,其特征在于:所述防撞条包括两条发泡橡胶材质的本体,本体的长边连接成整体后横截面呈L型结构,本体的内侧面上与所述本体平行的设置粘胶层,粘胶层表面设置离型纸层。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种采用发泡橡胶防撞条的生产工艺制得的防撞条,其特征在于:所述本体的外侧面呈向外突出的弧形结构。
