Abstract

本发明公开了一种热轧废水处理工艺,设置气浮装置,并在气浮装置中设置磁性絮凝剂,在气浮除油的同时,可以利用磁性絮凝剂捕获部分不具有铁磁性的微粒物质,配合后置的磁盘分离设备,可以高效去除废水中的微粒物质,磁性絮凝剂采用磁盘分离设备分离出来的磁性颗粒制备,实现了以废制废,大大降低了运行成本。

一种热轧废水处理工艺
技术领域
本发明属于水处理领域,具体涉及一种热轧废水处理工艺。
背景技术
热轧废水是从粗轧、精轧及热轧辊道等处排放的污水,现有的通常处理方式是先将各处废水流入铁皮坑以除去大块铁皮,然后在将废水送入沉淀池沉淀,但由于精轧废水中的铁皮粒径较小,只用沉淀池处理是非常困难的,通常会采用多级过滤器对沉淀出水进行后续处理,而由于精轧废水中还还有大量油类污染物,当含油污水进入过滤器中,滤料被油膜覆盖,难以实现其过滤效果,过滤效率大大降低。
稀土磁盘分离净化废水技术应用稀土永磁材料高强磁力,通过稀土磁盘的聚磁组合,将废水中的微细悬浮物和絮凝其上的渣油和其他非磁性悬浮物吸附分离除去,4-6s即可除去90%的磁性悬浮物,特别适合于冶金企业轧钢生产的浊环水处理,但该种磁盘分离净化技术由于其强磁性,磁盘上吸附的微粒过多时吸附效果及吸附能力会不断降低,同时,由于废水中存在油污,磁吸附过程中油污不断污染磁盘,会降低其吸附效果。
如何在不影响磁吸附效果的同时,提高油污去除效果是热轧废水处理过程中的一个重要问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种热轧废水处理工艺。
本发明的目的采用如下技术方案实现:
本发明公开了一种热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述热轧废水进入铁皮坑将大块铁皮除去,除去大块铁皮的废水输送至气浮装置进行气浮处理,气浮装置出水进入磁盘分离设备,磁盘分离设备的出水进入斜板沉淀池处理,斜板沉淀池出水进入分离装置,分离装置出水进入冷却塔冷却,冷却后的出水进入冷水池用于轧机;
进一步地,所述气浮装置产生的浮渣输送至超声清洗器中,将油污与颗粒物分离;
进一步地,磁盘分离设备分离的微粒输送至超声清洗器中,将油污与颗粒物分离,得到磁性颗粒;
进一步地,所述分离装置包括进水管1、沉降腔2、混合腔3、分离腔4、下沉腔5、上升通道6、微滤腔7、曝气搅拌装置8、油污排出口9、清液出口10,所述进水管1连通沉降腔2,所述沉降腔2为桶状结构,所述桶状结构底部为锥形底,所述沉降腔2顶部设置混合腔3,所述混合腔3的横截面小于所述桶状结构,所述混合腔侧壁设置通孔,所述通孔连通分离腔4,所述分离腔4底部设置过水孔,所述过水孔连通下沉腔5,所述下沉腔5设置在所述桶状结构侧壁外侧,所述下沉腔底部开口,所述开口下方设置斜板,下沉腔5内的水流经斜板分流,下流入所述沉降腔,上流入所述上升通道6,所述上升通道顶部密封设置,所述上升通道6远离下沉腔5的侧壁设置分流口,所述上升通道6经过分流口连通所述微滤腔7,所述微滤腔7上部设置清液出口10,所述分离腔4上部设置油污排出口9,所述混合腔3顶部设置所述曝气搅拌装置8,所述下沉腔5中设置若干筛板51,所述筛板51为电磁铁筛板52,所述混合腔3、分离腔4设置超声装置,所述筛板为倒锥台结构,大口朝上,小口在下,所述大口和小口均开口设置,所述电磁铁筛板52间歇式通电,所述电磁铁筛板52停止通电时,倒锥台结构处插入一根电磁铁棒53,将电磁铁筛板处截留的微粒吸引在电磁铁棒53上,然后将电磁铁棒53取出,所述曝气搅拌装置为搅拌叶片处设置微孔曝气管,电磁铁棒取出的微粒作为多孔铁碳微电解材料的原料;
进一步地,所述磁分离装置具有流水通道,所述流水通道内设置转盘,所述转盘上设置若干电磁片,所述转盘顺时针转动,所述电磁片为扇形片均匀布置在转盘上;
进一步地,所述电磁片设置在所述转盘两侧,所述电磁片通过通电与否控制其是否具有磁性,所述转盘的两侧设置有毛刷,所述毛刷与所述电磁片接触,所述毛刷下部设置导流槽,所述导流槽连通所述超声清洗装置;
进一步地,所述毛刷为长条,所述长条长度大于所述转盘半径;
进一步地,所述转盘所在平面与水平面垂直,所述转盘所在平面与水流方向平行。
进一步地,所述电磁片完全转动至毛刷所在垂面,且在毛刷垂直投影范围内时,电磁片断电消磁;
进一步地,所述电磁片部分位于所述投影范围内时不断电;
进一步地,所述磁盘分离设备分离得到磁性颗粒输送至反应装置制备磁性絮凝剂;
进一步地,所述磁性絮凝剂的制备包括如下步骤:
4)清洗磁性颗粒并风干;
5)取部分磁性颗粒至于活性硅酸中搅拌,得到磁性硅酸溶液;
6)取另一部分磁性颗粒至于酸液中,调整所述酸液pH至3-4,将所述磁性颗粒溶解,得到铁盐溶液;
7)将所述硅酸溶液与所述铁盐溶液混合得到磁性混凝剂。

本发明的热轧废水处理系统,至少具有以下优点:
1.本申请设置气浮装置,并在气浮装置中设置磁性絮凝剂,在气浮除油的同时,可以利用磁性絮凝剂捕获部分不具有铁磁性的微粒物质,配合后置的磁盘分离设备,可以高效去除废水中的微粒物质;
2.磁性絮凝剂采用磁盘分离设备分离出来的磁性颗粒制备,实现了以废制废,大大降低了运行成本;
3.设置多通道分离装置,该装置中采用间歇式通电的电磁铁筛板,配合磁性絮凝剂,使得废水中的中小微粒能够吸附在筛板上,并定期停止通电采用电磁铁棒将中小微粒吸附后取出,设备正常运行时间长;
4.磁性絮凝剂的制备过程中,只是引入了活性硅酸,这样可以在实现提高有机物的去除效果的同时,不影响废水循环利用;
5.采用电磁片磁盘,转动的同时实现颗粒物的脱除,既省电又易于清楚杂质,同时可以根据废水中磁性颗粒性质调节电流,控制电磁片磁场大小,既可以达到磁性颗粒最佳处理效果,又可以降低能源消耗。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”,“包含”以及“包括”术语并不排除一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
实施例1
某钢铁厂热轧废水:ss850-1500mg/L,石油类68-84mg/L。
所述热轧废水,先送入铁皮坑除去悬浮物,主要是大块的铁皮、铁屑,停留时间2-5min,水流速度为0.05~1m/s;
然后将废水通入气浮装置进行气浮,并在气浮装置中添加磁性絮凝剂,添加量为0.2-0.5g/L;
经气浮处理后的废水送入磁盘分离设备,停留时间为1-3min,水流速度为0.2~0.8m/s;
磁盘分离设备处理后的废水进入斜板沉淀池,停留时间15-35min,水流速度为1.5-4.5m/s;
斜板沉淀池处理后的废水进入分离装置,停留时间20-45min,水流速度为1.5-3.5m/s;
协办沉淀池处理后的废水依次经过冷却塔、冷水池及轧机。

Claims (10)

1.一种热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述热轧废水进入铁皮坑将大块铁皮除去,除去大块铁皮的废水输送至气浮装置进行气浮处理,气浮装置出水进入磁盘分离设备,磁盘分离设备的出水进入斜板沉淀池处理,斜板沉淀池出水进入分离装置,分离装置出水进入冷却塔冷却,冷却后的出水进入冷水池用于轧机。
2.如权利要求1所述的热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述气浮装置产生的浮渣输送至超声清洗器中,将油污与颗粒物分离。
3.如权利要求1所述的热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:磁盘分离设备分离的微粒输送至超声清洗器中,将油污与颗粒物分离,得到磁性颗粒。
4.如权利要求1所述的热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述磁分离装置具有流水通道,所述流水通道内设置转盘,所述转盘上设置若干电磁片,所述转盘顺时针转动,所述电磁片为扇形片均匀布置在转盘上。
5.如权利要求4所述的热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述电磁片设置在所述转盘两侧,所述电磁片通过通电与否控制其是否具有磁性,所述转盘的两侧设置有毛刷,所述毛刷与所述电磁片接触,所述毛刷下部设置导流槽,所述导流槽连通所述超声清洗装置。
6.如权利要求5所述的热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述毛刷为长条,所述长条长度大于所述转盘半径。
7.如权利要求6所述的热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述转盘所在平面与水平面垂直,所述转盘所在平面与水流方向平行。
8.如权利要求7所述的热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述电磁片完全转动至毛刷所在垂面,且在毛刷垂直投影范围内时,电磁片断电消磁。
9.如权利要求8所述的热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述电磁片部分位于所述投影范围内时不断电。
10.如权利要求1所述的热轧废水处理工艺,其特征在于:所述磁盘分离设备分离得到磁性颗粒输送至反应装置制备磁性絮凝剂,所述磁性絮凝剂的制备包括如下步骤:
1)清洗磁性颗粒并风干;
2)取部分磁性颗粒至于活性硅酸中搅拌,得到磁性硅酸溶液;
3)取另一部分磁性颗粒至于酸液中,调整所述酸液pH至3-4,将所述磁性颗粒溶解,得到铁盐溶液;
将所述硅酸溶液与所述铁盐溶液混合得到磁性混凝剂。
