(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects that a nurse manually holds the saw blade to perform the opening and the folding of the ampoule bottles one by one, the workload is large, and much time and energy are needed. The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an ampoule bottle opening and folding integrated machine for medical injection, which can reduce the workload of nurses and save time and labor.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an ampoule bottle opening, printing and folding all-in-one machine for medical injection, which comprises: the bottom of the mounting plate is connected with a support leg; the polishing mechanism is arranged on the mounting plate; the breaking mechanism is mounted on the mounting plate.

Preferably, the breaking mechanism includes: the other side of the top of the mounting plate is connected with a support column; the contact rod is connected to the support; the support legs are connected with two mounting columns; the mounting column is connected with a rack with missing teeth; one side of the mounting plate is connected with a slide rail; the sliding block is connected with the sliding rail in a sliding way; the sliding block is connected with the shaft sleeve; the shaft sleeve is connected with the placing pipe in a rotating mode; the gear is connected to the connecting shaft of the placing pipe and meshed with the gear-lacking rack.

(3) Advantageous effects
The grinding mechanism can perform mark opening on the ampoule bottle, the breaking mechanism can break the opening of the ampoule bottle to break and remove the head end of the ampoule bottle, and the scrap collecting mechanism can collect the broken head end of the ampoule bottle, so that a nurse is not required to hold a saw blade to perform mark opening and opening on the ampoule bottle one by one, the workload of the nurse can be reduced, and time and labor can be saved.

Example 1
An ampoule bottle opening, printing and opening all-in-one machine for internal medicine injection is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises support legs 1, a mounting plate 2, a polishing mechanism 3 and a breaking mechanism 4, wherein the support legs 1 are connected to the bottom of the mounting plate 2, and the polishing mechanism 3 and the breaking mechanism 4 are respectively mounted on the mounting plate 2.
The grinding mechanism 3 comprises a driving motor 31 and a grinding disc 32, the driving motor 31 is installed on the rear side of the top of the mounting plate 2, and an output shaft of the driving motor 31 is connected with the grinding disc 32 through a coupling.

The device can be used when the ampoule bottle needs to be opened and folded. Firstly, the ampoule bottle is placed into the placing tube 47, then the nurse starts the driving motor 31 to rotate the grinding disc 32, then the shaft sleeve 46 is moved forwards, the shaft sleeve 46 moves forwards to drive the placing tube 47 to move forwards, the placing tube 47 moves forwards to drive the ampoule bottle in the placing tube 47 to move forwards, the grinding disc 32 rotates to be capable of printing the ampoule bottle moving forwards, the placing tube 47 moves forwards to drive the gear 48 to move forwards, when the gear 48 moves to be meshed with the toothless rack 49, the gear 48 moves forwards to be capable of rotating, the gear 48 rotates to drive the placing tube 47 to rotate, the placing tube 47 rotates to be capable of driving the ampoule bottle in the placing tube to rotate, the printing position of the ampoule bottle faces the contact rod 42, the contact rod 42 can fold the ampoule bottle moving forwards, and the head end of the ampoule bottle is removed. After the head end of ampoule bottle is got rid of, make axle sleeve 46 move backward reset and take out the ampoule bottle, repeat above-mentioned operation afterwards, so can repeat the work of opening seal and breaking open to the ampoule bottle, after the work completion of opening seal and breaking open to the ampoule bottle, it can to close driving motor 31. So the grinding machanism 3 of this device can open the seal to the ampoule, and the mechanism of breaking 4 can break the mouth to the ampoule, detaches the head end rupture of ampoule to need not the nurse and hold the saw bit and open the seal and break the mouth one by one to the ampoule, and then can reduce nurse's work load, can labour saving and time saving.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the device further includes a limiting mechanism 5, the limiting mechanism 5 includes a guide rail 51, a sliding plate 52, a spring 53, a pull rod 54, a contact wheel 55, a support plate 56, a stopper 57 and a wedge block 58, the rear side surface of the shaft sleeve 46 is connected with the guide rail 51, the sliding plate 52 is connected on the guide rail 51 in a sliding manner, the spring 53 is connected between the sliding plate 52 and the guide rail 51, the pull rod 54 is connected on the left side surface of the sliding plate 52, the contact wheel 55 is rotatably connected at the left end of the pull rod 54, the support plate 56 is connected at the top of the sliding plate 52, the stopper 57 is connected on the upper portion of the front side surface of the support plate 56, the wedge block 58 is connected at the top of the mounting plate 2 at the rear side of the support column 41, and the wedge block 58 is matched with the contact wheel 55.
The sleeve 46 moves forward to drive the guide rail 51 to move forward, the guide rail 51 moves forward to drive the components thereon to move forward, when the contact wheel 55 moves forward to contact with the wedge block 58, the contact wheel 55 continues to move forward and can move leftward, the contact wheel 55 moves leftward to drive the pull rod 54 to move leftward, the pull rod 54 moves leftward to drive the sliding plate 52 to move leftward, and the spring 53 stretches accordingly. The slide plate 52 moves leftwards to drive the support plate 56 to move leftwards, the support plate 56 moves leftwards to drive the stop block 57 to move leftwards to be in contact with the ampoule bottle, so that the ampoule bottle can be fixed, and the ampoule bottle is prevented from moving backwards when the ampoule bottle is folded by the contact rod 42. The rearward movement of the sleeve 46 moves the guide rail 51 rearward, which resets the rearward movement of the contact wheel 55, and the rightward movement of the stop 57 is reset by the spring 53 when the contact wheel 55 is moved rearward out of contact with the wedge 58.
Example 3
On the basis of the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2-3, the device further comprises a debris collecting mechanism 6, wherein the debris collecting mechanism 6 comprises a placing frame 61 and a collecting frame 62, the placing frame 61 is connected to the lower portion of the rear side of the support plate 56, and the collecting frame 62 is placed in the placing frame 61.
The ampoule head end after the rupture then falls into collection frame 62 in, so can be convenient for the nurse to carry out centralized processing to the head end of ampoule.
The damping mechanism 7 is further included, the damping mechanism 7 comprises a fixing plate 71 and a rubber ring 72, the front side face of the shaft sleeve 46 is connected with the fixing plate 71, the lower portion of the fixing plate 71 is connected with the rubber ring 72, and the inner wall of the rubber ring 72 is in contact with a connecting shaft of the placing pipe 47.
Rubber ring 72 can produce frictional force with the connecting axle of placing pipe 47 to it can the pivoted more steady to place pipe 47, can prevent to place pipe 47 and produce the skew and lead to the unable contact rod 42 of aiming at in ampoule impression position.
