Claims (10)

a machine platform;
the manipulator is arranged on the machine platform;
the glue removing mechanism is used for removing glue on the screen of the mobile phone and is connected with the manipulator;
the mobile phone screen clamping and positioning device comprises a first positioning mechanism and a second positioning mechanism which are arranged on a machine table and used for clamping and positioning a mobile phone screen, wherein a gap is formed between the first positioning mechanism and the second positioning mechanism;
the glue brushing mechanism is arranged on the machine table and used for brushing glue adhered to the glue removing mechanism, and the glue brushing mechanism is arranged between the first positioning mechanism and the second positioning mechanism;
the code scanner is arranged on the glue removing mechanism and used for reading the identification code;
the glue removing mechanism comprises a connecting seat connected with the manipulator, a first air cylinder arranged at the bottom of the connecting seat, a clamping head assembly connected with the first air cylinder, a blade assembly connected with the clamping head assembly, and a residual glue removing assembly arranged at the bottom of the connecting seat and used for removing residual glue; the code scanner is connected with the connecting seat.

The automatic glue removing machine for the mobile phone screen according to claim 1, wherein the chuck assembly comprises a fixed seat connected with the first cylinder, a chuck rod connected with the fixed seat, and a chuck arranged inside the chuck rod, one end of the chuck is connected with the blade assembly, and the other end of the chuck is connected with the output end of the first cylinder.

The automatic glue removing machine for the mobile phone screen according to claim 1, wherein the blade assembly comprises a blade seat connected with the chuck assembly, a blade frame connected to one side of the blade seat, and a blade arranged on the blade frame, and a plurality of springs are connected between the blade frame and the blade seat; the blade seat is also provided with a connecting end used for connecting the chuck component.

The automatic glue removing machine for the mobile phone screen according to claim 1, wherein the first positioning mechanism and the second positioning mechanism each comprise a bottom plate arranged on the machine table, a plurality of vertical columns vertically arranged on the bottom plate, an adsorption jig arranged at the tops of the vertical columns and used for placing the mobile phone screen, a lifting plate movably connected to the vertical columns, a positioning assembly arranged on the lifting plate and used for positioning the mobile phone screen placed on the adsorption jig, and a second cylinder arranged on the lifting plate and used for driving the lifting plate to move in the vertical direction, wherein the output end of the second cylinder is connected with the bottom plate.

The automatic glue removing machine for the mobile phone screen according to claim 4, wherein the positioning assembly comprises a four-claw cylinder arranged on the lifting plate and a positioning block connected with clamping jaws of the four-claw cylinder, each clamping jaw of the applied four-claw cylinder is connected with a positioning block, and the positioning block is connected with the clamping jaws of the four-claw cylinder through a clamping jaw connecting plate.
6. The automatic glue removing machine for the mobile phone screen according to claim 1, wherein the code scanner is connected to the side surface of the connecting seat through a bracket.

The automatic glue remover for the mobile phone screen according to claim 1, wherein the glue brushing mechanism comprises a glue brushing seat arranged on the machine table, a glue brushing motor arranged on the glue brushing seat, and a glue brushing wheel connected with a rotating shaft of the glue brushing motor.

The automatic glue removing machine for the mobile phone screen according to claim 1, wherein the glue removing assembly comprises a plurality of clamping plates arranged on the bottom surface of the connecting seat, an air mill connected with the clamping plates, and a glue removing wheel connected to the output end of the air mill.

The automatic glue removing machine for the mobile phone screens as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of cushion columns for connecting with a first cylinder are arranged on the bottom surface of the connecting base, and the air mill is arranged between the connecting base and the first cylinder.
10. The automatic glue removing machine for the mobile phone screen according to claim 1, wherein a tool magazine for storing tools is further arranged on the machine table.
