一种凸轮轴相位调节装置,包括:定子(10)和设置于所述定子(10)内的转子(20);两个挡盖(31,32),分别固定设置于所述定子(10)的轴向两端,并将转子(20)限位在两个所述挡盖(31,32)之间;带轮(50),套设在定子(10)和挡盖(31,32)的外围,且固定连接定子(10)或挡盖(31,32);凸轮轴相位调节装置还包括:环形密封件(60),具有密封件本体和位于轴向两端的第一密封部(41a)和第二密封部(42a);密封件本体固定设置在定子(10)、挡盖(31,32)和带轮(50)之间;环形密封件(60)围成密封腔,定子(10)、转子(20)和挡盖(31,32)固定设置在密封腔内。因此,即使设置于定子(10)、转子(20)之间的液压室中的液压油通过挡盖(31,32)和定子(10)端面的间隙泄露,或通过粉末冶金制成的定子(10)泄露,该液压油也无法通过环形密封件(60)泄露至外界,从而不会接触外部的皮带,不会影响皮带对凸轮轴、曲轴的传动效率,降低皮带的寿命。
