Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用作鞋的底部结构的鞋底,更特别地是,涉及一种用于在行走,慢跑或快跑时增强下肢肌肉力量的鞋底。
人体的下肢肌肉是支配诸如跑跳运动的主要肌肉。因此,普通人及运动员都需要进行改进下肢肌肉力量的体育锻炼。为此,人们经常慢跑或快跑,特别是,运动员在慢跑或快跑之外还要进行特殊的训练,以加强身体的下肢。
当用光着脚的脚后跟直立地站在地面上时,人们的大部分重量落在脚的后部,即脚后跟上。此时,身体的重心有点向后,不象全速疾跑时那样向前,全速疾跑时后跟总是与地面离开的,而且身体前倾。也就是说,行走或奔跑时后跟的提升需要加强下肢肌肉的力量,从而获得较大的灵活性。
用于普通行走的鞋由于厚而较硬的鞋底而不适于慢跑或快跑。当穿着者用这种鞋慢跑或快跑时,不能迅速地向前迈步。另外,当穿着者不断向前时,后跟首先接触地面,底面的其它部分再依次接触地面。这样就需要更多的能量,而易于使人疲劳。与之相反,用于慢跑或快跑的鞋有较薄且柔韧的鞋底,它能使穿着者易于向前迈步,提升后跟。
但是,传统的用于慢跑或快跑的鞋底结构没有更多地考虑用于吸收在后跟接触地面时引起的冲击力的功能,因此不适于除慢跑或快跑之外的普通行走或运动项目。另外,脚后跟在鞋的全部底面与地面接触的状态下抬升,从而使身体的重量能够前移。因此,在移动时要花费相当多的力气,这易于使人疲劳。
美国专利No.4,348,821公开了一种鞋底结构,它的一部分支承穿着者的蹠骨并有一中心突起。这种公开的结构可通过在鞋底的末端集中在中心突起处接触地面的状态下稍微抬起脚跟而使穿着者的身体重心前倾。因此,这种鞋底能使穿着者毫无困难地奔跑并用强大的推进力跳跃。但是,由于脚后跟和脚尖集中在中心突起周围前后变换,故而可能会使穿着者丧失平衡,因此,穿着者可能会感到不舒服,这是不希望出现的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种鞋底设计方案,从而使穿着者在慢跑,快跑或行走时采取理想的姿势并能做到穿着安全。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种安装在鞋帮下部的鞋底,该鞋底包括一倾斜的上表面,其脚跟支承部分高于脚趾支承部分;并有至少一个空腔,该空腔由穿着者作用在脚跟部分上的重量收缩。

下面参照附图描述本发明的实施例。
在图1中,标号1表示用于保护穿着者脚背的普通鞋的鞋帮,而标号2指本发明的鞋底。
请参看图2和3,鞋底2包括一个用于保持鞋底的原有形状的鞋底主体3,一个用于支承穿着者脚底并粘结在鞋底主体3的上表面4上的上表面件5,以及一个用于与地面接触并粘结在鞋底3的底部表面上的底部件6。鞋底主体3的上表面4平滑弯曲,以便使用于支承穿着者脚跟的脚跟支承部分4a的位置能高于用于支承脚趾的脚趾支承部分4b。另外,在鞋底主体3的后跟的内部制有一在后部开口的空腔7。该空腔由左、右壁面9和一用于分隔两个空腔7的隔板8限定。尽管在图中示出了两个这样的空腔,但是空腔的数目可以是任意的且空腔的形状也可根据需要变化。在这个实施例中,在隔板8和壁面9上开有一个或多个孔10,用以与空腔7连通。如果需要的话,可以不管是否开有孔。
为了使空腔7免于缩小,穿着者必须有意识地轻轻抬起他(她)的脚跟,这样当穿用的鞋有鞋底2时,可使身体的重量不落在后部。在这里,由于鞋底主体3的上表面是向前倾斜的,故而身体的平衡自然地偏向前方。因此,在行走或奔跑时由提升脚跟而使穿着者的重量极大地前移,以便使由图3所示的状态换至图4所示的状态变得很方便。这样,只需要很少的能量。
图5表示当穿着者的重量加载在脚后跟上时空腔7缩小的情形。在空腔7收缩的过程中,鞋底主体3的后跟用作一个垫子。因此,可使由地面反射的冲击力减缓并使穿着者很快地适应空腔的这种收缩。
在空腔7进行收缩时,空腔7内的空气由空腔的孔14和隔板8和隔面9的孔10抽出。也就是说,收缩的程度可与空腔7的尺寸和/或设置相称。另外,空腔7的孔10和孔14的大小和个数与空腔7的预定收缩速度相适应。
图6是表示当穿着者有意地将其重量放在脚跟以从地面抬起底部件6的前部,由此使空腔7保持在收缩状态时鞋底的状态的侧面剖视图,在这个位置上,下肢的后部肌肉拉伸,由此达到伸展的效果。
图7,8和9分别表示根据本发明第二、第三和第四实施例的鞋底的各种不同的改进。在这里,可以为海绵或类似海绵材料的冲击吸收件11,11A和11B全部或部分地装在鞋底主体3的空腔7中。冲击吸收件11,11A和11B根据空腔7收缩时的状态减小收缩的程度及收缩的速度。因此,冲击吸收件用作一个垫子,它相对于由地面反弹的冲击力逐渐作用,并由此能形成一改进的缓冲作用。
图10表示根据本发明第五实施例的鞋底。鞋底主体3A有一个空腔7A及后部的小孔10A,该空腔7A在后跟的两侧壁处起作用。
图11表示根据本发明第六实施例的鞋底。该鞋底包括鞋底主体3B和底部件6A,此底部件的形状与第五实施例的不同。鞋底3B由相对较硬的材料制成并在其后部的底面上向内设有一弓形结构12。底部件6A用柔韧的材料制成,例如橡胶,这类材料有高的摩擦阻力,用以防滑。底部件6A包括一与弓形结构12紧密配合的隆状物13。另外,根据穿着者的重量可收缩的空腔7B设在如上所述的隆状物13中。
冲击吸收件11,11A和11B可全部或部分地填充第三及第四实施例的鞋底的空腔7A和7B。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种鞋底,它能在慢步长跑,奔跑或散步时使穿着者进行改进下肢肌肉力量的锻炼,由此而有助于保护身体。
Claims (10)
1.一种安装在鞋帮的下部的鞋底,所述鞋底包括一倾斜的上表面,其后跟支承部分高于脚趾支承部分;和一后跟部分,它有至少一个由穿着者的重量而收缩的空腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述的至少一个空腔在鞋底的所述后跟部分的后方开口,并且在所述后跟部分的左、右两侧设有多个孔,以便与所述的至少一个空腔连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述空腔在所述鞋底的后跟的左、右两侧开口。
4.如上述任一权利要求所述的鞋底,还包括一用于逐渐减小所述空腔的收缩程度或速度的冲击吸收件。
5.如权利要求4所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述冲击吸收件全部填入所述空腔的内部。
6.如权利要求4所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述冲击吸收件部分地填入所述空腔的内部。
7.一种固定在鞋帮的下部的鞋底,所述鞋底包括:
一个用于保持鞋底的原有形状的鞋底主体,它包括一个用于支承穿着者脚跟的上表面和一个位于所述鞋底主体的后部的底部上的向内的弓形结构;以及
一个粘结在所述鞋底主体的底面上的底部件,它包括一个与所述弓形结构相应的隆状物,所述隆状物具有至少一个可收缩的空腔。
8.如权利要求7所述的鞋底,还包括一冲击吸收件,用以逐渐地减少所述空腔的收缩程度或速度。
9.如权利要求8所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述冲击吸收件全部地填入所述空腔的内部。
10.如权利要求8所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述冲击吸收件部分地填入所述空腔的内部。
