Abstract

一种具有一形成烹调室的内壳和一包围内壳的外壳的微波炉,通风道形成在内壳和外壳之间,吸气口和排气口分别形成在外壳的下侧和上侧,通风道和各气口相连,排气扇装在烹调室旁边的通风道内并具有围绕竖直轴转动的轴流式风扇以便由吸气口把空气吸入通风道并由排气口排出。由于排气扇设置在烹调室旁边,烹调室的容积不因此而减少。且由于排气扇设置在吸气口附近,增加了抽气能力,从而提高了通风效率。

Description

具有安装在烹调室旁边的排气扇的微波炉
本发明涉及一种微波炉,更具体地说,是涉及一种具有排出室内空气的排气扇的微波炉。
微波炉一般在厨房中使用,它是一种通过向放在烹调室中的食物辐射微波来烹煮食物的器具。最近,出现了一种既可作炊具又可作排气扇去除煤气灶或煤气炉产生的废气或食物味道的微波炉。这样一种可作为排气扇使用的微波炉通常装在诸如煤气炉之类的灶具的上方,并因此被称作OTR(炉灶上微波炉)。
图1是装有可作排气扇使用的微波炉的厨房的示意图,图2是图1中所示微波炉的后透视图。煤气炉20安装在厨房中的水槽10的中部。碗橱40安装在水槽10上方。在碗橱40中部留有容纳空间,微波炉30放进容纳空间中。
吸气格栅32装在微波炉30的前上部,吸气口31形成在微波炉30的底部。排气口36形成在微波炉30的上部。如图3所示,通风道38位于微波炉30中。通风道38由吸气口31到排气口36延伸。容纳部37形成在微波炉30的后上部,排气扇35装在容纳部37中。
排气扇35包括一驱动马达34及一对由驱动马达34驱动的横流式风扇33。一装配件39装在排气口36上。装配件39把微波炉30和图中未示出的排气管连接起来。
当排气扇35工作时,由煤气炉20产生的废气通过吸气口31及吸气格栅32被抽吸到通风道38中,然后通过排气口36排出。排出的废气通过排气管从房间中排出。
但是,这种传统的微波炉30存在如下问题:微波炉30中烹调室的容积将减少与容纳排气扇35的容纳部37同样多的容积。尤其是,由于在排气扇35中使用的风扇为横流式风扇33,所以排气扇35必须水平放置在微波炉30的后上部,因此烹调室的容积不可避免的要减少。如果增加排气扇35的容量以提高换气效率,烹调室的空间将更狭窄。
再者,由于排气扇35远离形成在微波炉30底部的吸气口31,所以横流式风扇33通过吸气口31抽吸空气的能力很弱。
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,相应地,提供一种微波炉,该微波炉能防止由于装有排气扇而导致的烹调室容积减少,并可提高排气扇的抽气能力。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所提供的微波炉包括;一形成烹调室的内壳;一包围内壳的外壳,该外壳具有形成在其底侧的吸气口及形成在其上侧的排气口;形成在烹调室旁边使吸气口和排气口竖直连通的通风道,该通风道为从吸气口吸入的空气提供了一个通道;以及装在通风道中的轴流式风扇,该轴流式风扇围绕竖直轴转动以便通过吸气口把空气吸入通风道并通过排气口排出通风道中的空气。
通风道最好和装有多个电器设备的机器室相连通。这样,当轴流式风扇转动的时候,机器室中的电器设备得到冷却。
本发明在下面结合附图的描述中将更易于理解,它的各个目的和优点将更加清楚。
图1是装有可作排气扇使用的微波炉的厨房的示意图;

下面将结合附图详述本发明。
图4是相应于本发明的微波炉的透视图,图5是图4中所示微波炉的截面图。象图1所示的传统的微波炉一样,本发明中的微波炉130安装在煤气炉的上方,并具有烹煮食物和向屋外排出煤气炉产生的废气的功能。
微波炉130具有一形成烹调室160的内壳152和一包围内壳152外部的外壳151。一吸气格栅132装在外壳151的前上侧,及一形成在外壳151的底侧上的吸气口131。具有一排气口137的装配件139装在外壳151的上侧。一排气管150和装配件139相连。
在内壳152和外壳151之间的空间形成通风道180。该通风道180通过微波炉130的侧部和上部形成,并为通过吸气口131吸入的空气被导向排气口137提供了一个通道。
在通风道180中的烹调室160的左边,装有排气扇135。排气扇135包括一驱动马达134,及一对装在驱动马达134的轴上的轴流式风扇133。驱动马达134的轴竖直设置,轴流式风扇133分别装在轴的上端和下端。如图4所示,轴流式风扇133具有围绕竖直轴螺旋安置在圆柱体周围的螺旋面叶片。因此,当轴流式风扇133被驱动马达134驱动时,通风道180中的空气由轴流式风扇133向上吹出。
在烹调室160的右边,有一装有诸如产生微波的磁控管171及向磁控管171提供高压的高压变压器172之类的电器设备的机器室170。通风孔170a和170b分别形成在机器室170的上侧和下侧。吸气格栅132通过上通风孔170a和机器室170相连,机器室170通过下通风孔170b和通风道180相连。因此,由吸气格栅132吸入的空气通过上通风孔170a被抽进机器室170,抽进机器室170中的空气通过下通风孔170b被抽进通风道180。
当使用者操作微波炉130中的排气扇135时,轴流式风扇133由驱动马达134转动。然后,煤气炉20产生的废气通过吸气口131和吸气格栅132被抽进通风道180中。由吸气口131吸入的气体沿通风道180流动,然后通过排气口137流入排气管150中。由吸气格栅132吸入的气体经过机器室170被抽进通风道180中,然后通过排气口137流入排气管150中。流入排气管150中的气体通过排气管150排出。
由于排气扇135安置在烹调室160旁边,烹调室160的内部空间并不因安设了排气扇135而变得狭窄。而且,由于排气扇135安置在吸气口131附近,增加了抽气功率,从而提高了通风效率。而且,在进行通风操作过程中机器室170也同时得到了冷却。
图6所示为本发明的另一个实施例。在本实施例中,除排气扇135a仅包括一驱动马达134a和一轴流式风扇133a外,其它部件与上述实施例相同。本实施例具有与前一实施例同样的操作方式和效果。
如上所述,按照本发明,烹调室160的容积并不因排气扇135而减少,且通风效率更高。
尽管上面结合实施例详细描述了本发明,但本发明并不限于上面所描述的,本发明的宗旨和范围仅由权利要求书限定。

Claims (2)

1.一种微波炉,其包括:
壳体装置,其包括:
一形成烹调室的内壳;和
一包围内壳的外壳,该外壳具有形成在其底侧的吸气口及形成在其上侧的排气口;
壳体装置形成位于内壳和外壳之间的机器室,机器室包含微波产生机构;
一形成于内壳和外壳之间并使吸气口和排气口相互连通的通风道,该通风道为从吸气口吸入并排向排气口的空气提供了一个通道,通风道包括位于烹调室旁边和外部并与机器室间隔开一定位置的竖直延伸部分,该竖直延伸部分从烹调室的底部延伸到烹调室的顶部;及
一装在通风道竖直延伸部分中的轴流式风扇,该轴流式风扇具有绕竖直轴倾斜安装的叶片,同时该轴流式风扇绕竖直轴转动以通过第一吸气口吸入空气并通过排气口从通风道中排放空气。
2.一种微波炉,其包括:
壳体装置,其包括:
一形成烹调室的内壳;和
一包围内壳的外壳,该外壳具有形成在其底侧的第一吸气口及形成在其上侧的排气口;
壳体装置形成位于内壳和外壳之间的机器室,机器室包含微波产生机构并包括上通风孔和下通风孔;
位于外壳并靠近其上端的第二吸气口,该第二吸气口和机器室的上通风孔相连通;
一形成于内壳和外壳之间并使吸气口和排气口相互连通的通风道,该通风道为从吸气口吸入并排向排气口的空气提供了一个通道,通风道与机器室的下通风孔相连通以将空气从下通风孔导向排气口,通风道包括位于烹调室旁边和外部并与机器室间隔开一定位置的竖直延伸部分,该竖直延伸部分从烹调室的底部延伸到烹调室的顶部;及
一装在通风道竖直延伸部分中的轴流式风扇,该轴流式风扇具有绕竖直轴倾斜安装的叶片,该轴流式风扇绕竖直轴转动以通过第一吸气口吸入空气并通过排气口从通风道排放空气,同时通过第二吸气口和上通风孔将空气吸入到机器室中并通过通风道和排气口向外排放空气。
