The general paper cup storage and cup dropping device only has one to two paper cup cylinders, and the stored paper cups are limited, so the number of the discharged cups of the self-service beverage machine is limited.

The invention utilizes the movable cup dropping device, the paper cup transmission device and the paper cup cylinders, judges whether the paper cups exist in the paper cup cylinders through the sensors, automatically moves the cup dropping device to the position of the paper cup cylinder storing the paper cups, and transmits the paper cups to the designated position through the paper cup transmission device.
The control circuit shown in fig. 2 connects the normally closed contact of the last paper cup cylinder position sensor in series in the main loop where the cup dropping device track motor M is located. The time-delay disconnection relay KT1 is triggered by a normally open contact S5 of a paper cup and paper cup sensor, is connected with a main loop where a cup falling device track motor M is located, and is disconnected after preset time. In addition, a cup falling device track motor M forms a motor forward rotation circuit through a first paper cup position sensor normally closed contact S1, a second paper cup position sensor normally closed contact S2, a third paper cup position sensor normally closed contact S3, a fourth paper cup position sensor normally closed contact S4, a paper cup position sensor normally open contact S5 and a second relay KM 2; and a motor forward and reverse rotation switching circuit is formed by the normally closed contact S1 of the first paper cup position sensor, the second relay KM2, the reset switch K1 and the cup falling device track motor M.
When the device is operated, the initial position of the cup falling device is below the first paper cup cylinder, and when the paper cup cylinder and the paper cup sensor (10) detect whether a paper cup exists in the first paper cup cylinder (7). If a paper cup exists, the cup dropping device (2) is stopped below the paper cup cylinder, a motor of the cup dropping device is started, the paper cup drops into the paper cup tray (1), and the paper cup tray (1) transmits the paper cup to a designated position along a paper cup tray track (12) through an external PLC, a single chip microcomputer or a relay; if no paper cup exists, the cup falling device (2) moves to the next paper cup cylinder (7), and the process is repeated.
The paper cup baffle (8) has the following functions: when the cup falling device (2) is not at the position of the paper cup cylinder (7) corresponding to the paper cup baffle (8) at the position, the paper cup is blocked from falling from the paper cup cylinder (7). When the cup falling device moves to the lower part of a certain paper cup cylinder (7), the cup falling device (2) can push the paper cup baffle (8) to rotate around the resettable hinge (9), so that the paper cup falls into the cup falling device (2).
The paper cup tray position sensor (11) is used for judging whether the position of the paper cup tray (1) is below the cup dropping device (2) or not and whether the position is at the designated position for conveying the paper cups or not.
The paper cup tray and paper cup sensor (12) has the following functions: whether paper cups exist in the paper cup tray (1) is judged.
The circuit diagram of the control system is shown in fig. 2. Wherein the paper cup and paper cup sensor S5 is arranged on the cup falling device (2) and moves together with the cup falling device (2). When the paper cup is moved to the next paper cup position, the normally closed contact S2 of the second paper cup position sensor is disconnected, the motor M loses power and stops rotating, so that the cup falling device (2) is stopped at the accurate position below the paper cup cylinder (7), and the process that the cup falling device (2) is transferred to the position below the paper cup cylinder (7) with paper cups is completed. When the second paper cup cylinder (7) has no paper cup, the process is repeated until the last paper cup cylinder (7) is moved. When the cup falling device (2) moves to the last paper cup cylinder (7), the normally closed contact S4 of the paper cup cylinder position sensor is disconnected, and even if the normally open contact of the paper cup sensor of the paper cup cylinder (7) is closed, the track motor M of the cup falling device still cannot be powered on, so that the motor of the cup falling device cannot continue to move. The cup falling device (2) can be reset by a reset switch K1, the cup falling device (2) moves in the reverse direction through a motor reverse rotation self-locking circuit, when the cup falling device (2) moves to a first paper cup cylinder (7), a normally closed contact S1 of a first paper cup cylinder position sensor is disconnected, a motor M stops rotating, the cup falling device (2) stops moving, and therefore the cup falling device (2) returns to the initial position; meanwhile, the self-locking loop of the motor reverse rotation self-locking circuit is disconnected, and the whole circuit is restored to the initial state. The above process can also be controlled by an external PLC and a single chip microcomputer.
