Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In this application, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As known from the background art, after a passenger gets on the bus, the DCS ignores the baggage sales data sent by the reservation system, and when the passenger gets on the bus and purchases the prepaid baggage service, the prepaid baggage service cannot be provided for the passenger, which affects the service experience of the passenger and the prepaid baggage sales income of the airline.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a method, a predetermined management system and a device for processing prepaid baggage, wherein after OM obtains ticket information of prepaid baggage service purchased by a user to be processed, if the user to be processed is determined to be on-line, OM sends the ticket information to DCS through DE, prepaid baggage service is provided for the user to be processed, and prepaid baggage service can be provided for the user to be processed after the user to be processed is on-line, so that service experience of the user is improved and prepaid baggage sales income of a voyage is ensured.
In order to facilitate understanding of the english abbreviations according to the embodiments of the invention, the english abbreviations and related contents thereof according to the embodiments of the invention are explained by the following.
The booking systems are divided into booking Management systems (OM) and booking systems (Inventory Control System, ICS), it being understood that the booking systems are also referred to as booking systems (hosts).
An departure system (Departure Control System, DCS), an departure extension function system (DEarture Control Extension, DE), it being understood that DCS is also called departure system (host).
Referring to fig. 1, a method for processing prepaid baggage according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step S101: and the OM acquires ticket information of the prepaid luggage service purchased by the user to be processed according to the prepaid luggage service ticket issuing request corresponding to the user to be processed.
It should be noted that, after purchasing the prepaid baggage service, the user to be processed may send the prepaid baggage service ticket issuing request to OM through the official network of the airline or the APP purchasing the paid baggage service, or the airline staff may send the prepaid baggage service ticket issuing request to OM through the corresponding sales front-end system.
In the specific implementation step S101, after the OM obtains the prepaid baggage service ticket issuing request corresponding to the user to be processed, ticket issuing processing is performed on the prepaid baggage service, and ticket information of the prepaid baggage service purchased by the user to be processed is obtained.
Step S102: OM adds ticket information in ICS.
In the specific implementation process of step S102, after OM obtains the ticket information of the prepaid baggage service purchased by the user to be processed, OM adds the ticket information to ICS, and updates the passenger name record (PassengerName Record, PNR) information in ICS.
Step S103: the OM acquires the on-duty state of the user to be processed and judges whether the user to be processed has been on-duty. If the state of the machine indicates that the user to be processed has been machine-checked, step S104 is executed, and if the state of the machine indicates that the user to be processed has not been machine-checked, step S105 is executed.
In the specific implementation step S103, OM obtains the on-duty state of the leg of the user to be processed according to the user information corresponding to the user to be processed, and determines whether the user to be processed has been on-duty.
Step S104: OM sends ticket information to DE, makes DE send ticket information to DCS.
In the specific implementation process of step S104, if the user to be processed has checked out, OM sends the ticket information to DE, and sends the ticket information of the prepaid baggage service to DCS through DE, thereby providing the corresponding prepaid baggage service for the user to be processed.
When the ICS transmits the synchronous PNR information to the DCS, the ICS transmits the total PNR information to the DCS, that is, the ICS transmits information such as passenger information (including name, passenger type, etc.) and leg information (departure airport, arrival airport, flight number, cabin level, etc.) to the DCS. Because the DCS has the total information of the PNR of the passenger, when the passenger (the user to be processed) checks his/her machine and purchases the prepaid baggage service, only the ticket information of the prepaid baggage service needs to be sent to the DCS.
Step S105: OM utilizes ICS to send ticket information to DCS.
In the specific implementation process of step S105, when the user to be processed is not on-line, the DCS does not ignore the information sent by the ICS, so if the on-line status indicates that the user to be processed is not on-line, the OM sends PNR information including at least ticket information of the prepaid baggage service to the DCS through the ICS by using a synchronization mechanism between the ICS and the DCS, thereby providing the corresponding prepaid baggage service for the user to be processed.
It will be appreciated that when a user to be processed is shipping luggage, the airline shipping system at the airport will determine whether the luggage being shipped by the user to be processed is overweight based on the weight of the luggage (or the number of pieces of luggage) actually shipped by the user to be processed and the prepaid luggage service purchased by the user to be processed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the OM acquires the ticket information of the prepaid luggage service purchased by the user to be processed, if the user to be processed has checked out, the OM sends the ticket information to the DCS through the DE to provide the prepaid luggage service for the user to be processed, so that the user to be processed can still provide the prepaid luggage service for the user after checking out, the service experience of the user is improved, and the prepaid luggage sales income of a voyage is ensured.
It should be noted that, sales of prepaid baggage service is divided into two links of "create order" and "ticket" where the "create order" link indicates that the user to be processed submitted a request for purchasing prepaid baggage service, and the "ticket" link indicates that the user to be processed has paid the fee or the point required for purchasing prepaid baggage service, and it is necessary to provide the user to be processed with corresponding prepaid baggage service, and regarding the content of providing the user to be processed with corresponding prepaid baggage service in the "ticket" link, see the content in fig. 1 of the above embodiment of the present invention.
Preferably, OM needs to create a corresponding order for prepaid baggage service before obtaining ticket information for prepaid baggage service.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart for creating an open order for prepaid baggage service provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, comprising the steps of:
step S201: and the OM receives a creation request for creating an order of the prepaid luggage service corresponding to the user to be processed.
It should be noted that, before purchasing the prepaid baggage service, the user needs to create an order of the prepaid baggage service corresponding to the user to be processed, for example: the pending user creates an order for the prepaid baggage service through the avionics network or APP, and in the process of embodying step S201, OM receives a creation request for creating an order for the prepaid baggage service.
Step S202: OM verifies the validity of the creation request.
In the process of implementing step S202, OM needs to verify the validity of the creation request corresponding to the order before creating the order of the prepaid baggage service, and if the creation request is valid, step S203 is executed.
Step S203: if the create request is determined to be valid, OM creates an open order for the prepaid baggage service and adds subscription information for the prepaid baggage service to ICS.
In the process of specifically implementing step S203, if it is determined that the creation request is valid, OM creates an open order for prepaid baggage service and adds subscription information for prepaid baggage service to ICS.
For better explaining the contents shown in fig. 1 and 2 of the above embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that fig. 3 is only used for illustration by way of illustration in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 3, another flowchart of a method for processing prepaid baggage according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
