For easier understanding of the english acronyms related to the embodiments of the present invention, the english acronyms related to the embodiments of the present invention and the related contents thereof are explained below.
The reservation System is divided into an Order Management System (OM) and an Inventory Control System (ICS), and it is understood that the reservation System is also called a reservation System (host).
A Departure Control System (DCS), and a Departure Control Extension System (DE), it is understood that the DCS is also called a Departure System (host).
Referring to fig. 1, a processing method of prepaid luggage according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the processing method includes:
step S101: and the OM acquires the ticket information of the prepaid luggage service purchased by the user to be processed according to the prepaid luggage service ticket issuing request corresponding to the user to be processed.
It should be noted that, after the user to be processed purchases the prepaid luggage service, the user to be processed may send the ticketing request of the prepaid luggage service to the OM through an official network of the airline department (airline company) or an APP of the airline department who purchases the paid luggage service, or the airline department staff sends the ticketing request of the prepaid luggage service to the OM through a corresponding sales front-end system.
In the process of specifically implementing step S101, after obtaining the prepaid luggage service ticketing request corresponding to the user to be processed, the OM performs ticketing processing on the prepaid luggage service, and obtains ticket information of the prepaid luggage service purchased by the user to be processed.
Step S102: OM adds ticket information in ICS.
In the process of implementing step S102 specifically, after the OM obtains the ticket information of the prepaid baggage service purchased by the user to be processed, the OM adds the ticket information to the ICS, and updates the Passenger Name Record (PNR) information in the ICS.
Step S103: and the OM acquires the check-in state of the user to be processed and judges whether the user to be processed has check-in. If the check-in state indicates that the user to be processed is checked in, step S104 is executed, and if the check-in state indicates that the user to be processed is not checked in, step S105 is executed.
In the process of specifically implementing step S103, the OM obtains the check-in state of the leg taken by the user to be processed according to the user information corresponding to the user to be processed, and determines whether the user to be processed has already checked-in.
Step S104: the OM sends the ticket information to the DE, so that the DE sends the ticket information to the DCS.
In the process of implementing step S104, if the user to be processed is on-duty, OM sends the ticket information to DE, and sends the ticket information of the prepaid luggage service to DCS through DE, so as to provide the user to be processed with the corresponding prepaid luggage service.
When the ICS sends the synchronized PNR information to the DCS, the ICS sends the full amount of PNR information to the DCS, that is, the ICS sends the information such as the passenger information (including name, passenger type, and the like) and the flight segment information (departure airport, arrival airport, flight number, cabin space, and the like) to the DCS. Since the DCS already has the full amount of information of the PNR of the passenger, when the passenger (user to be processed) takes the check-in and purchases the prepaid baggage service, it only needs to send the ticket information of the prepaid baggage service to the DCS.
Step S105: and the OM sends the ticket information to the DCS by using the ICS.
In the process of implementing step S105 specifically, when the user to be processed is not on-duty, the DCS does not ignore the information sent by the ICS, so if the on-duty state indicates that the user to be processed is not on-duty, the OM sends PNR information at least including ticket information of the prepaid luggage service to the DCS through the ICS by using a synchronization mechanism between the ICS and the DCS, thereby providing the corresponding prepaid luggage service for the user to be processed.
It is understood that when a user to be processed consigns baggage, an airline consignment system at an airport may determine whether the baggage consignment of the user to be processed is overweight based on the weight (or number) of baggage actually consigned by the user to be processed and the prepaid baggage service purchased by the user to be processed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the OM acquires the ticket information of the prepaid luggage service purchased by the user to be processed, if the user to be processed is on-duty, the OM sends the ticket information to the DCS through the DE, so that the prepaid luggage service is provided for the user to be processed, the user to be processed can still provide the prepaid luggage service for the user to be processed after the user is on-duty, the service experience of the user is improved, and the sales income of the prepaid luggage of the airline department is ensured.
It should be noted that the selling of the prepaid luggage service is divided into two links of "create order" and "invoice," where the "create order" link indicates that the user to be processed submits a request for purchasing the prepaid luggage service, the "invoice" link indicates that the user to be processed has paid the fee or credit required for purchasing the prepaid luggage service and needs to provide the corresponding prepaid luggage service for the user to be processed, and the content of providing the corresponding prepaid luggage service for the user to be processed in the "invoice" link can be referred to the content in fig. 1 of the embodiment of the present invention.
Preferably, the OM needs to create a corresponding order for the prepaid luggage service before acquiring the ticket information of the prepaid luggage service.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of creating an open order for a prepaid luggage service provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
step S201: and the OM receives a creation request for creating an order of the prepaid luggage service corresponding to the user to be processed.
It should be noted that, before purchasing the prepaid baggage service, the user to be processed needs to create an order of the prepaid baggage service corresponding to the user to be processed, such as: the user to be processed creates an order of the prepaid luggage service through the airline department network or the APP, and in the process of specifically implementing the step S201, the OM receives a creation request for creating the order of the prepaid luggage service.
Step S202: OM verifies the validity of the create request.
In the process of specifically implementing step S202, the OM needs to verify the validity of the creation request corresponding to the order before creating the order of the prepaid baggage service, and if the creation request is valid, step S203 is executed.
Step S203: and if the establishment request is determined to be valid, the OM establishes an open order of the prepaid luggage service and adds the reservation information of the prepaid luggage service to the ICS.
In the process of implementing step S203 specifically, if it is determined that the creation request is valid, OM creates an open order of the prepaid baggage service and adds the subscription information of the prepaid baggage service to the ICS.
To better explain the contents shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 of the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention, the contents are illustrated by way of example in fig. 3, and it should be noted that fig. 3 is merely used for illustration.
Referring to fig. 3, another flowchart of a processing method for prepaid luggage according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the processing method includes:
step S301: and the OM receives a prepaid luggage service ticket issuing request corresponding to the user to be processed.
Step S302: and the OM performs ticket drawing according to the ticket drawing request of the prepaid luggage service and acquires the ticket information of the prepaid luggage service purchased by the user to be processed.
Step S303: OM adds the ticket information to ICS.
Step S304: and OM judges whether the user to be processed is on-duty in the corresponding flight segment. If the user to be processed is not on duty, step S305 is executed, and if the user to be processed is on duty, step S306 is executed.
Step S305: OM sends a request for updating the ticket information to DCS through ICS, and step S307 is executed.
Step S306: and the OM sends a request for updating the ticket information to the DCS through the DE.
Step S307: and the DCS updates the ticket information corresponding to the prepaid luggage service.
