The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a home appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cavity 10, a door 20, and a hinge assembly 30 (see fig. 2), and an opening 11 and a mounting hole 12 are formed at the top of the cavity 10. In the case where the door 20 is provided in the cavity 10, the door 20 is used to open and close the opening 11. The hinge assembly 30 is connected to the door body 20, and the hinge assembly 30 is movably inserted through the mounting hole 12 to mount the door body 20 to the cavity 10, thereby enabling the door body 20 to open and close the opening 11. In addition, the hinge assembly 30 can also be separated from the mounting hole 12 to enable the door body 20 to be detached from the cavity 10.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the door 20 is connected to the hinge assembly 30, and when the door 20 is required to be used, the door 20 with the hinge assembly 30 can be rotatably connected to the cavity 10 by inserting the hinge assembly 30 into the mounting hole 12, and at this time, the door 20 can be turned upside down to open or close the opening 11 at the top of the cavity 10. When the door 20 needs to be detached to clean the door 20 or the cavity 10, the hinge assembly 30 can be directly pulled out from the mounting hole 12 to detach the door 20 and the cavity 10.
At present, in the existing household appliances such as microwave ovens, steam ovens and ovens, the oven door is arranged on the front plate of the household appliance and is connected with the cavity of the household appliance through an oven door hinge, and in general, the oven door is not detachable or is difficult to detach in the use process of the household appliance, so that the oven door and the cavity are not beneficial to cleaning and maintaining. However, in the home appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the door body 20 is connected to the hinge assembly 30, the mounting hole 12 is opened at the top of the cavity 10, and the hinge assembly 30 is movably inserted through the mounting hole 12 and is detachable from the mounting hole 12 so that the door body 20 can be detached from the cavity 10. Thus, when the door 20 or the cavity 10 needs to be cleaned, the user can conveniently detach the door 20 from the cavity 10 to conveniently clean and maintain the cavity 10 or the door 20 independently.
As described above, in the household appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the door 20 is connected to the hinge assembly 30, the mounting hole 12 is formed at the top of the cavity 10, and the hinge assembly 30 is movably inserted through the mounting hole 12 and is detachable from the mounting hole 12 so that the door 20 can be detached from the cavity 10. Thus, when the door 20 or the cavity 10 needs to be cleaned, the user can conveniently detach the door 20 from the cavity 10 to conveniently clean and maintain the cavity 10 or the door 20 independently.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the door 20 may be disposed at the top of the cavity 10, and is a pull-up door. Therefore, the user can operate in a labor-saving mode when using the door, the user does not need to bend down to squat and open the door, and user experience is improved.
It is understood that in the embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned home appliance 100 may be a cooking appliance such as a steam oven, a microwave oven, an oven, or the like. Taking the household appliance 100 as an example of a steam oven, the cavity 10 is mainly used for placing food to be steamed. In addition, a steam generator is generally further disposed at the bottom of the cavity 10, the steam generator may be connected with a water tank, the steam generator is connected with a nozzle, the nozzle may be disposed at the bottom of the cavity 10, the steam generator may generate high temperature steam and spray the high temperature steam into the cavity 10 through the nozzle to cook food, and meanwhile, the door 20 may be disposed on the opening 11 of the cavity 10 to prevent steam in the cavity 10 from leaking.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in some embodiments, the home appliance 100 includes a hinge base assembly 40, the hinge base assembly 40 is mounted at the mounting hole 12, the hinge assembly 30 can be movably disposed at the hinge base assembly 40 to mount the door body 20 to the cavity 10, and the hinge assembly 30 can be separated from the hinge base assembly 40 to enable the door body 20 to be detached from the cavity 10.
In this manner, the provision of the hinge base assembly 40 can enhance the stability of the installation of the hinge assembly 30, so that the door body 20 can be stably rotated up and down with respect to the cavity 10 to open or close the opening 11 when the door body 20 is disposed at the top of the cavity 10.
In the illustrated embodiment, the hinge base assembly 40 is inserted through the mounting hole 12 and fixedly mounted on the top of the cavity 10 by screws or other fixing members, and the hinge assembly 30 can be inserted into the hinge base assembly 40 to mount the door body 20 on the cavity 10, and at the same time, the hinge assembly 30 can be pulled out from the hinge base assembly 40 to separate the hinge assembly 30 and the hinge base assembly 40 so that the door body 20 can be detached from the cavity 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, in the above embodiment, the hinge base assembly 40 includes the hinge base 41, the hinge base 41 is provided with the slot 411, the hinge assembly 30 includes the hinge 31, and the hinge 31 can be movably disposed in the slot 411 and can be separated from the slot 411.
Specifically, the hinge seat 41 is inserted through the mounting hole 12 and is fixedly mounted at the top of the cavity 10, the door body 20 is rotatably connected with the hinge 31 of the hinge assembly 30, the hinge 31 is formed with the hinge clamping rib 311, and when the door body 20 needs to be mounted, the door body 20 can be mounted only by inserting the hinge clamping rib 311 into the slot 411 on the hinge seat 41. When the door body 20 needs to be disassembled, the door body 20 and the cavity 10 can be disassembled only by directly pulling out the hinge clamping ribs 311 from the slot 411 without complex disassembly flow, so that a user can conveniently and independently clean and maintain the door body 20 or the cavity 10.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the hinge seat assembly 40 may be omitted, and the hinge 31 of the hinge assembly 30 may be directly inserted into the mounting hole 12 to mount the door body 20 on the cavity 10, and the door body 20 may be removed by directly pulling out the hinge 31 from the mounting hole 12 when the door body needs to be removed. That is, in some embodiments, the hinge 31 can movably penetrate the mounting hole 12 to mount the door 20 to the cavity 10, and can be separated from the mounting hole 12 to detach the door 20 from the cavity 10.
Referring to fig. 2, 6, 8 and 9, in some embodiments, the hinge assembly 30 further includes a damper 32, the damper 32 includes a first portion 321 and a second portion 322, the first portion 321 is fixedly connected to the hinge 31, the second portion 322 is fixedly connected to the door body 20, and the first portion 321 and the second portion 322 can rotate relatively.
Further, in the present embodiment, the door body 20 includes a front door frame 21 and a rear door frame 22, the front door frame 21 and the rear door frame 22 are detachably connected, and the second portion 322 of the damper 32 is fixedly connected with the rear door frame 22.
In this way, the damper 32 is provided to ensure that the door 20 can slowly and smoothly close the opening 11 during the closing of the door 20, without causing an excessive speed of closing the door 20 to collide with the cavity 10.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the damper 32 may be a rotary damper. Referring to fig. 10, the rear door frame 22 is provided with a damping mounting hole 221 and a limiting groove 222, a limiting rib 3221 is formed on the second portion 322, the second portion 322 is mounted in the damping mounting hole 221, and the limiting rib 3221 is connected with the limiting groove 222 in a matching manner so as to mount the second portion 322 on the rear door frame 22.
Further, the hinge 31 is provided with a catching groove 313 (see fig. 2 and 12), and the catching groove 313 is used for assembling the first portion 321 of the damper 32. Specifically, the first portion 321 of the damper 32 has a kidney shape, and the first portion 321 is fixedly mounted in the clamping groove 313 by a fixing member such as a screw. Thus, since the first portion 321 and the hinge 31 are fixedly connected, and the second portion 322 is fixedly connected with the rear door frame 22, the first portion 321 and the second portion 322 can rotate relatively, and thus, when the hinge 31 is inserted into the slot 411, the door body 20 can rotate around the first portion 321 of the damper 32, thereby realizing the rotational opening and closing of the door body 20.
It will be appreciated that in the illustrated embodiment, in order to ensure that the door 20 can smoothly and slowly fall back to the top of the cavity 10 to close the opening 11, the number of dampers 32 is two, and two dampers 32 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the door 20.
Referring to fig. 2, 6, 8 and 11, in some embodiments, the hinge base assembly 40 includes a latch assembly 42, the latch assembly 42 is mounted to the hinge base 41, and the latch assembly 42 is configured to abut against the hinge 31 when the hinge 31 is disposed in the slot 411.
In this manner, when the hinge 31 is disposed in the slot 411 (i.e., the hinge 31 is inserted into the slot 411), the latch assembly 42 can abut against the hinge 31 to apply an abutting force to the hinge 31, so that a user needs to apply a certain force to the door 20 to detach the door 20 and the hinge assembly 30 from the cavity 10, and thus, it is possible to prevent the door 20 and the hinge assembly 30 from being separated from the cavity 10 due to a user's misoperation. And at the same time, the door body 20 can be prevented from being lifted up due to the excessive pressure in the cavity 10.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 8 and 11, in some embodiments, the buckle assembly 42 includes a push rod seat 421 and a supporting assembly 422, the push rod seat 421 is mounted on the hinge seat 41, the supporting assembly 422 is mounted on the push rod seat 421, and the supporting assembly 422 is configured to support the hinge 31 when the hinge 31 is disposed in the slot 411.
In the illustrated embodiment, the abutment assembly 422 includes a push rod 4221 and an elastic member 4223, the push rod 4221 is connected to the push rod seat 421 through the elastic member 4223, the elastic member 4223 is located between the push rod 4221 and the push rod seat 421, and the push rod 4221 can abut against the hinge 31 under the action of the elastic member 4223.
Specifically, the push rod seat 421 is fixedly installed on one side of the hinge seat 41, two ends of the elastic member 4223 respectively support the push rod seat 421 and the push rod 4221, a through hole is formed on one side of the hinge seat 41, the push rod 4221 can extend into the slot 411, and the push rod 4221 and the elastic member 4223 are aligned with the through hole. In this way, the push rod 4221 can move along the direction of the elastic member 4223 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic member 4223 to extend into the slot 411 to abut against the hinge 31. The elastic member 4223 may be an elastic member such as a spring.
In addition, in the illustrated embodiment, the push rod seat 421 is formed with a stopper 4211 (see fig. 11), the push rod 4221 is formed with a mounting portion 4222 (see fig. 8), and the elastic member 4223 is sleeved on the mounting portion 4222 and abuts against the stopper 4211 and the mounting portion 4222. As such, the mounting portion 4222 can locate the mounting position of the elastic member 4223, so that the elastic member 4223 can be more quickly and more stably mounted. In the present embodiment, the mounting portion 4222 may have a cross-bone shape. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the mounting portion may have other shapes, such as a cylindrical shape or a truncated cone shape, etc., without limitation.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the supporting component 422 may be other mechanisms with telescopic functions, such as a telescopic rod component, which is aligned with the through hole on the hinge base 41 and can extend into the slot 411 of the hinge base 41 to support the hinge 31. Of course, the abutting component 422 may be other components or mechanisms with an abutting function, and the specific arrangement mode is not limited herein, and only needs to be capable of abutting the hinge 31 to prevent the door body 20 from being opened by mistake or being jacked up due to excessive air pressure in the cavity 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, in some embodiments, the hinge 31 is provided with a fastening slot 312, the push rod 4221 can be matched with the fastening slot 312, and when the hinge 31 is disposed in the slot 411 (i.e. the hinge 31 is inserted into the slot 411), the push rod 4221 can at least partially extend into the fastening slot 312 under the action of the elastic member 4223 to support the hinge 31.
In this way, the push rod 4221 and the buckling groove 312 cooperate to enable the push rod 4221 to effectively support the hinge 31 to prevent the door body 20 from being jacked up due to overlarge air pressure in the cavity 10, meanwhile, due to the buckling groove 312, when the door body 20 with the hinge assembly 30 is installed, the push rod 4221 can collide with the hinge 31 under the action of the elastic piece 4223 and generate sound feedback, so that a user can obviously identify whether the door body 20 is installed in place in the use process, the operation is convenient, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the locking groove 312 may be formed on the hinge clamping rib 311 of the hinge 31, when the hinge 31 is separated from the slot 411 (i.e. the hinge 31 is pulled out of the slot 411), the push rod 4221 extends into the slot 411 at least partially under the action of the elastic member 4223, during the process of inserting the hinge 31 into the slot 411, the hinge clamping rib 311 forces the push rod 4221 to move out of the slot 411 and compress the elastic member 4223, and when the locking groove 312 on the hinge clamping rib 311 moves to the position where the push rod 4221 is located, the push rod 4221 is bounced back into the slot 411 under the action of the elastic member 4223 and is locked with the locking groove 312, so that the push rod 4221 abuts against the hinge clamping rib 311.
It will be appreciated that in the illustrated embodiment, the number of the hinge clamping ribs 311 is two, the two hinge clamping ribs 311 are symmetrically arranged, the number of the fastening components 42 is also two and symmetrically arranged, and each fastening component 42 abuts against one hinge clamping rib 311.
Referring to fig. 8 and 12, in some implementations, the ends of the push rod 4221 are smooth and the snap groove 312 is V-shaped. Specifically, the fastening groove 312 is formed with two symmetrical first guide inclined surfaces 3121 (see fig. 12) and second guide inclined surfaces 3122 (see fig. 12), so that the push rod 4221 can smoothly slide into the fastening groove 312 along the first guide inclined surfaces 3121 when the door body 20 with the hinge assembly 30 is installed, and the push rod 4221 can smoothly slide out of the fastening groove 312 along the second guide inclined surfaces 3122 when the door body 20 with the hinge assembly 30 is detached. This can make the door body 20 be installed and removed with less effort and ease, improving user experience. It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the push rod may also slide smoothly into the buckling groove along the second guiding inclined plane when the door body with the hinge assembly is installed, and may slide smoothly out of the buckling groove along the first guiding inclined plane when the door body with the hinge assembly is disassembled, which may be set according to circumstances.

In the illustrated embodiment, the number of the first limiting portions 4224 and the second limiting portions 412 is two.
In this way, the first limiting portion 4224 and the second limiting portion 412 can limit the movement stroke of the push rod 4221, so as to prevent the push rod 4221 from moving toward the hinge base 41 to prevent the push rod 4221 from being separated from the elastic member 4223.
Specifically, the second limiting portion 412 may be a limiting rib 3221 formed on one side of the hinge seat 41, and the first limiting portion 4224 may be a buckle formed on the push rod 4221, when the push rod 4221 moves towards the inside of the hinge seat 41 under the action of the elastic member 4223, and when the first limiting portion 4224 moves to a position where the second limiting portion 412 is located, the second limiting portion 412 can abut against the first limiting portion 4224, so as to prevent the push rod 4221 from continuing to move towards the inside of the hinge seat 41, so as to avoid the push rod 4221 from separating from the elastic member 4223.
Referring to fig. 11 and 13, in some embodiments, the hinge base 41 includes a fastening portion 413 (see fig. 13), the push rod base 421 is provided with a through hole 4212 (see fig. 11), and the fastening portion 413 is fastened to the through hole 4212 to mount the push rod base 421 on the hinge base 41.
In this way, the push rod seat 421 is fixedly mounted on the hinge seat 41 in a clamping manner, so that the push rod seat 421 is convenient to mount and dismount, and particularly when the push rod seat 421 needs to be replaced or the household appliance 100 needs to be maintained, a user can dismount the push rod seat 421 easily without damaging the structure of the buckle assembly 42.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the door body 20 may be provided with a display window 23 and a display window bracket 24, and the display window 23 is disposed on the display window bracket 24 and between the front door frame 21 and the rear door frame 22. In this way, when the steam cooker cooks food, a user can more conveniently observe the cooking condition of the food in the cavity 10 through the display window 23 of the door body 20.
In particular, the display window 23 may be transparent glass through which a user may observe the cooking condition of the food in the cavity 10.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, in a case where the door body 20 is mounted on the top of the cavity 10 (i.e., the door body 20 is inserted into the insertion slot 411 of the hinge base 41 through the hinge assembly 30), when the door body 20 is opened to a maximum angle, the center of the door body 20 is positioned behind the hinge assembly 30, and the angle α between the door body 20 and the top surface of the cavity 10 is greater than or equal to 97 degrees.
Thus, when the user fully opens the door body 20, the door body 20 cannot automatically rebound to cause the user to clamp hands, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the door body 20 includes a decorative cover 25, and the decorative cover 25 is mounted on the rear door frame 22. The decorative cover 25 can shield the damper 32 mounted on the rear door frame 22 to enhance the aesthetic sense of the external appearance of the home appliance 100.
