The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a household appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cavity 10, a door 20, and a hinge assembly 30 (see fig. 2), wherein an opening 11 and a mounting hole 12 are formed at a top of the cavity 10. In the case where the door 20 is provided in the cavity 10, the door 20 is used to open and close the opening 11. The hinge assembly 30 is connected to the door body 20, and the hinge assembly 30 is movably inserted into the mounting hole 12 to mount the door body 20 in the cavity 10, so that the door body 20 can open and close the opening 11. In addition, the hinge assembly 30 can also be separated from the mounting hole 12 to enable the door body 20 to be detached from the cavity 10.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the door body 20 is connected to the hinge assembly 30, and when the door body 20 needs to be used, the door body 20 with the hinge assembly 30 can be rotatably connected to the cavity 10 by inserting the hinge assembly 30 into the mounting hole 12, and at this time, the door body 20 can be turned upside down to open or close the opening 11 at the top of the cavity 10. When the door body 20 needs to be detached to clean the door body 20 or the cavity 10, the hinge assembly 30 can be directly pulled out of the mounting hole 12, so that the detachment of the door body 20 and the cavity 10 can be realized.
At present, in the existing household appliances such as microwave ovens, steam ovens and ovens, the oven door is arranged on the front plate of the household appliance and is connected with the cavity of the household appliance through an oven door hinge. However, in the household appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the door body 20 is connected to the hinge assembly 30, the mounting hole 12 is opened at the top of the cavity 10, and the hinge assembly 30 is movably inserted into the mounting hole 12 and can be separated from the mounting hole 12 so that the door body 20 can be detached from the cavity 10. Therefore, when the door 20 or the cavity 10 needs to be cleaned, a user can conveniently detach the door 20 from the cavity 10 to conveniently and individually clean and maintain the cavity 10 or the door 20.
In summary, in the household appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the door body 20 is connected to the hinge assembly 30, the mounting hole 12 is opened at the top of the cavity 10, and the hinge assembly 30 can movably penetrate through the mounting hole 12 and can be separated from the mounting hole 12 so that the door body 20 can be detached from the cavity 10. Therefore, when the door 20 or the cavity 10 needs to be cleaned, a user can conveniently detach the door 20 from the cavity 10 to conveniently and individually clean and maintain the cavity 10 or the door 20.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the door 20 may be disposed at the top of the cavity 10, and is a pull-up type door. Therefore, the user can operate the door in a labor-saving manner when using the door, the user does not need to bend down and squat to open the door, and the user experience is improved.
It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance 100 may be a cooking appliance such as a steam oven, a microwave oven, and an oven. Taking the household appliance 100 as a steam cooker as an example, the cavity 10 is mainly used for placing food to be cooked. In addition, a steam generator is generally disposed at the bottom of the cavity 10, the steam generator can be connected to a water tank, a nozzle is connected to the steam generator, the nozzle can be disposed at the bottom of the cavity 10, the steam generator can generate high-temperature steam and spray the high-temperature steam into the cavity 10 through the nozzle to steam food, and meanwhile, the door 20 can cover the opening 11 of the cavity 10 to prevent the steam in the cavity 10 from leaking outside.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a hinge base assembly 40, the hinge base assembly 40 is installed in the installation hole 12, the hinge assembly 30 is movably disposed at the hinge base assembly 40 to allow the door body 20 to be installed in the cavity 10, and the hinge assembly 30 is separable from the hinge base assembly 40 to allow the door body 20 to be detached from the cavity 10.
In this way, the provision of the hinge block assembly 40 can improve the stability of the installation of the hinge assembly 30, so that the door body 20 can be stably rotated up and down with respect to the cavity 10 to open or close the opening 11 when being disposed at the top of the cavity 10.
In the illustrated embodiment, the hinge base assembly 40 is provided with the mounting hole 12, and is fixedly mounted at the top of the cavity 10 by a screw or other fixing member, the hinge assembly 30 can be inserted into the hinge base assembly 40 to mount the door body 20 on the cavity 10, and meanwhile, the hinge assembly 30 can also be pulled out of the hinge base assembly 40 to separate the hinge assembly 30 from the hinge base assembly 40, so that the door body 20 can be detached from the cavity 10.
Further, with reference to fig. 2 and 5, in the above embodiment, the hinge base assembly 40 includes a hinge base 41, the hinge base 41 defines a slot 411, and the hinge assembly 30 includes a hinge 31, the hinge 31 can be movably disposed in the slot 411 and can be separated from the slot 411.
Specifically, the hinge seat 41 penetrates through the mounting hole 12 and is fixedly mounted at the top of the cavity 10, the door body 20 is rotatably connected with the hinge 31 of the hinge assembly 30, the hinge 31 is provided with a hinge clamping rib 311, and when the door body 20 needs to be mounted, the door body 20 can be mounted only by inserting the hinge clamping rib 311 into the slot 411 on the hinge seat 41. When the door body 20 needs to be disassembled, the door body 20 and the cavity 10 can be disassembled only by directly pulling out the hinge clamping rib 311 from the slot 411 without a complex disassembling process, so that a user can conveniently and independently clean and maintain the door body 20 or the cavity 10.
It is understood that, in some embodiments, the hinge seat assembly 40 may not be provided, but the hinge 31 of the hinge assembly 30 is directly inserted into the mounting hole 12 to mount the door body 20 on the cavity 10, and when the door body 20 needs to be dismounted, the hinge 31 is directly pulled out from the mounting hole 12 to dismount the door body 20. That is, in some embodiments, the hinge 31 may be movably inserted into the mounting hole 12 to mount the door 20 to the cavity 10, and may be separated from the mounting hole 12 to detach the door 20 from the cavity 10.
Referring to fig. 2, 6, 8 and 9, in some embodiments, the hinge assembly 30 further includes a damper 32, the damper 32 includes a first portion 321 and a second portion 322, the first portion 321 is fixedly connected to the hinge 31, the second portion 322 is fixedly connected to the door body 20, and the first portion 321 and the second portion 322 can rotate relatively.
Further, in the present embodiment, the door body 20 includes the front door frame 21 and the rear door frame 22, the front door frame 21 and the rear door frame 22 are detachably connected, and the second portion 322 of the damper 32 is fixedly connected to the rear door frame 22.
Thus, the damper 32 can ensure that the door body 20 can slowly and smoothly close the opening 11 in the process of closing the door body 20, and the door body 20 cannot be too fast to collide with the cavity 10 when being closed.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the damper 32 may be a rotary damper. Referring to fig. 10, the rear door frame 22 is provided with a damping mounting hole 221 and a limiting groove 222, a limiting rib 3221 is formed on the second portion 322, the second portion 322 is mounted in the damping mounting hole 221, and the limiting rib 3221 is connected with the limiting groove 222 in a matching manner to mount the second portion 322 on the rear door frame 22.
In addition, a catching groove 313 (see fig. 2 and 12) is formed on the hinge 31, and the catching groove 313 is used to fit the first portion 321 of the damper 32. Specifically, the first portion 321 of the damper 32 is kidney-shaped, and the first portion 321 is fixedly mounted in the slot 313 by a fixing member such as a screw. In this way, since the first portion 321 is fixedly connected to the hinge 31, the second portion 322 is fixedly connected to the rear door frame 22, and the first portion 321 and the second portion 322 are relatively rotatable, when the hinge 31 is inserted into the slot 411, the door 20 can rotate around the first portion 321 of the damper 32, thereby realizing the rotational opening and closing of the door 20.
It can be understood that, in the illustrated embodiment, in order to ensure that the door body 20 can smoothly and slowly fall back to the top of the cavity 10 to close the opening 11, the number of the dampers 32 is two, and the two dampers 32 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the door body 20.
Referring to fig. 2, 6, 8 and 11, in some embodiments, the hinge base assembly 40 includes a latch assembly 42, the latch assembly 42 is mounted to the hinge base 41, and the latch assembly 42 is configured to abut against the hinge 31 when the hinge 31 is disposed in the slot 411.
In this way, when the hinge 31 is disposed in the slot 411 (i.e., the hinge 31 is inserted into the slot 411), the latch assembly 42 can abut against the hinge 31 to apply an abutting force to the hinge 31, so that a user needs to apply a certain force to the door 20 to detach the door 20 and the hinge assembly 30 from the cavity 10, and thus, the door 20 and the hinge assembly 30 can be prevented from being separated from the cavity 10 due to a user misoperation. Meanwhile, the door body 20 can be prevented from being jacked up due to the excessive pressure in the cavity 10.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 8 and 11, in some embodiments, the fastening assembly 42 includes a push rod seat 421 and a holding assembly 422, the push rod seat 421 is mounted on the hinge seat 41, the holding assembly 422 is mounted on the push rod seat 421, and the holding assembly 422 is configured to hold the hinge 31 when the hinge 31 is disposed in the slot 411.
In the illustrated embodiment, the abutting assembly 422 includes a push rod 4221 and an elastic member 4223, the push rod 4221 is connected to the push rod seat 421 through the elastic member 4223, the elastic member 4223 is located between the push rod 4221 and the push rod seat 421, and the push rod 4221 can abut against the hinge 31 under the action of the elastic member 4223.
Specifically, the push rod seat 421 is fixedly installed at one side of the hinge seat 41, two ends of the elastic element 4223 respectively support the push rod seat 421 and the push rod 4221, a through hole through which the push rod 4221 can extend into the slot 411 is formed at one side of the hinge seat 41, and the push rod 4221 and the elastic element 4223 are aligned with the through hole. In this way, the push rod 4221 can move in the direction of the elastic member 4223 under the elastic force of the elastic member 4223 to extend into the slot 411 to abut against the hinge 31. The elastic member 4223 may be an elastic element such as a spring.
In addition, in the illustrated embodiment, the push rod seat 421 is formed with a limit stop 4211 (see fig. 11), the push rod 4221 is formed with a mounting portion 4222 (see fig. 8), and the elastic member 4223 is sleeved on the mounting portion 4222 and abuts against the limit stop 4211 and the mounting portion 4222. As such, the mounting portion 4222 can position the mounting position of the elastic member 4223, thereby enabling faster and more stable mounting of the elastic member 4223. In the present embodiment, the mounting portion 4222 may have a cross-bone shape. It is understood that in other embodiments, the mounting portion may have other shapes, such as a cylindrical shape, a truncated cone shape, etc., and is not limited in particular.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the above-mentioned holding component 422 can also be other mechanisms with telescopic function, such as a telescopic rod component, which aligns with the through hole on the hinge base 41 and can extend into the slot 411 of the hinge base 41 to hold the hinge 31. Of course, the abutting assembly 422 may also be other elements or mechanisms with abutting function, and the specific arrangement manner is not limited herein, and only needs to be able to abut against the hinge 31 to prevent the door body 20 from being opened mistakenly or being jacked up due to an excessive air pressure in the cavity 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, in some embodiments, the hinge 31 is provided with a locking groove 312, the push rod 4221 can be matched with the locking groove 312, and when the hinge 31 is disposed in the slot 411 (i.e., the hinge 31 is inserted into the slot 411), the push rod 4221 can at least partially extend into the locking groove 312 under the action of the elastic member 4223 to support the hinge 31.
Therefore, the push rod 4221 is matched with the buckling groove 312, so that the push rod 4221 can effectively support against the hinge 31 to prevent the door body 20 from being jacked up due to overlarge air pressure in the cavity 10, meanwhile, due to the existence of the buckling groove 312, when the door body 20 with the hinge assembly 30 is installed, the push rod 4221 collides the hinge 31 and generates sound feedback under the action of the elastic piece 4223, and therefore a user can obviously recognize whether the door body 20 is installed in place in the using process, the operation is convenient, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the fastening groove 312 may be opened on the hinge fastening rib 311 of the hinge 31, when the hinge 31 is separated from the slot 411 (i.e. the hinge 31 is pulled out of the slot 411), the push rod 4221 at least partially extends into the slot 411 under the action of the elastic member 4223, when the hinge 31 is inserted into the slot 411, the hinge fastening rib 311 forces the push rod 4221 to move outward from the slot 411 and compress the elastic member 4223, and when the fastening groove 312 on the hinge fastening rib 311 moves to the position of the push rod 4221, the push rod 4221 rebounds to the slot 411 and fastens with the fastening groove 312 under the action of the elastic member 4223, so that the push rod 4221 supports against the hinge fastening rib 311.
It can be understood that, in the illustrated embodiment, the number of the hinge clamping ribs 311 is two, two hinge clamping ribs 311 are symmetrically disposed, the number of the buckle assemblies 42 is also two and symmetrically disposed, and each buckle assembly 42 respectively abuts against one hinge clamping rib 311.
Referring to fig. 8 and 12, in some embodiments, the end of the push rod 4221 is smooth, and the fastening groove 312 is "V" shaped. Specifically, the latching groove 312 is formed with two symmetrical first guiding inclined surfaces 3121 (see fig. 12) and second guiding inclined surfaces 3122 (see fig. 12), such that the push rod 4221 can smoothly slide into the latching groove 312 along the first guiding inclined surfaces 3121 when the door body 20 with the hinge assembly 30 is installed, and the push rod 4221 can smoothly slide out of the latching groove 312 along the second guiding inclined surfaces 3122 when the door body 20 with the hinge assembly 30 is disassembled. Therefore, labor is saved and the door body 20 is easy to mount and dismount, and user experience is improved. It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the push rod can also slide smoothly into the buckling groove along the second guiding inclined plane when the door body with the hinge assembly is installed, and can also slide smoothly out of the buckling groove along the first guiding inclined plane when the door body with the hinge assembly is disassembled, which can be set according to specific situations.

In the illustrated embodiment, the number of the first stopper portions 4224 and the second stopper portions 412 is two.
In this way, the first and second position-limiting portions 4224 and 412 can limit the movement stroke of the push rod 4221, so as to prevent the push rod 4221 from moving towards the inside of the hinge seat 41 to prevent the push rod 4221 from separating from the elastic member 4223.
Specifically, the second position-limiting portion 412 may be a position-limiting rib 3221 formed on one side of the hinge base 41, and the first position-limiting portion 4224 may be a buckle formed on the push rod 4221, and when the push rod 4221 moves towards the inside of the hinge base 41 under the action of the elastic member 4223 and the first position-limiting portion 4224 moves to the position where the second position-limiting portion 412 is located, the second position-limiting portion 412 can abut against the first position-limiting portion 4224, so that the push rod 4221 is prevented from continuously moving towards the inside of the hinge base 41 to avoid the push rod 4221 from disengaging from the elastic member 4223.
Referring to fig. 11 and 13, in some embodiments, the hinge base 41 includes a fastening portion 413 (see fig. 13), the push rod base 421 has a through hole 4212 (see fig. 11), and the fastening portion 413 is fastened to the through hole 4212 to mount the push rod base 421 on the hinge base 41.
Thus, the push rod seat 421 is fixedly mounted on the hinge seat 41 in a clamping manner, so that the mounting and dismounting are convenient, and particularly, when the push rod seat 421 needs to be replaced or the household appliance 100 needs to be repaired, a user can easily dismount the push rod seat 421 without damaging the structure of the clamping assembly 42.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the door 20 may be provided with a display window 23 and a display window bracket 24, and the display window 23 is disposed on the display window bracket 24 and located between the front door frame 21 and the rear door frame 22. Thus, when the steam cooker cooks food, the user can more conveniently observe the cooking condition of the food in the cavity 10 through the display window 23 of the door body 20.
In particular, the display window 23 may be transparent glass through which a user can observe the cooking condition of food in the cavity 10.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, in a case where the door 20 is installed at the top of the cavity 10 (i.e., the door 20 is inserted into the slot 411 of the hinge base 41 through the hinge assembly 30), when the door 20 is opened to a maximum angle, the center of the door 20 is located behind the hinge assembly 30, and an angle α between the door 20 and the top surface of the cavity 10 is greater than or equal to 97 degrees.
So, when the user opened door body 20 completely, door body 20 can not bounce back automatically and lead to user's tong, improved user experience.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the door body 20 includes a decorative cover 25, and the decorative cover 25 is mounted on the rear door frame 22. The cosmetic cover 25 can shield the damper 32 mounted on the rear door frame 22 to enhance the aesthetic sense of the appearance of the home appliance 100.
