Further, referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the above embodiment, the hinge seat 40 is opened with the slot 41, and the hinge assembly 30 includes the hinge 31, and the hinge 31 can be movably disposed in the slot 41 and can be separated from the slot 41.
Specifically, the hinge seat 40 penetrates through the mounting hole 12 and is fixedly mounted at the top of the cavity 10, the door assembly 20 is rotatably connected with the hinge 31 of the hinge assembly 30, the hinge 31 is provided with a hinge clamping rib 311, and when the door assembly 20 needs to be mounted, the door assembly 20 can be mounted only by inserting the hinge clamping rib 311 into the slot 41 of the hinge seat 40. When the door body assembly 20 needs to be disassembled, the door body assembly 20 and the cavity 10 can be disassembled only by directly pulling out the hinge clamping ribs 311 from the slots 41 without a complex disassembling process, so that a user can conveniently and independently clean and maintain the door body assembly 20 or the cavity 10.
It is understood that, in some embodiments, the hinge seat 40 may not be provided, but the hinge 31 of the hinge assembly 30 is directly inserted into the mounting hole 12 to mount the door body assembly 20 on the cavity 10, and when the door body assembly 20 needs to be dismounted, the hinge 31 is directly pulled out from the mounting hole 12 to dismount the door body assembly 20. That is, in some embodiments, the hinge 31 may be movably inserted into the mounting hole 12 to mount the door assembly 20 to the cavity 10, and may be separated from the mounting hole 12 to detach the door assembly 20 from the cavity 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, in some embodiments, the hinge assembly 30 further includes a damper 32, the damper 32 includes a first portion 321 and a second portion 322, the first portion 321 is fixedly connected to the hinge 31, the second portion 322 is fixedly connected to the door body assembly 20, and the first portion 321 and the second portion 322 can rotate relatively.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the damper 32 may be a rotary damper. The second portion 322 has a limiting rib 3221 formed thereon, the first side 241 has a limiting groove (not shown) formed thereon, the limiting rib 3221 is engaged with the limiting groove 222, and the second portion 322 is mounted on the first side 241.
The hinge 31 is provided with a locking groove 313, and the locking groove 313 is used for assembling the first portion 321 of the damper 3232. The first portion 321 of the damper 3232 is kidney-shaped, and the first portion 321 is fixedly mounted in the locking groove 313 by a fixing member such as a screw.
Thus, the damper 32 can ensure that the door assembly 20 can slowly and smoothly close the opening 11 in the process of closing the door assembly 20, and the door assembly 20 cannot be too fast to collide with the cavity 10 when being closed.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, in a case where the door assembly 20 is installed at the top of the cavity 10 (i.e., the door assembly 20 is inserted into the slot 41 of the hinge base 40 through the hinge assembly 30), when the door assembly 20 is opened to a maximum angle, the center of the door assembly 20 is located behind the hinge assembly 30, and an angle α between the door assembly 20 and the top surface of the cavity 10 is greater than or equal to 95 °.
So, when the user opened door body subassembly 20 completely, door body subassembly 20 can not bounce automatically and lead to user's tong, has improved user experience.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the household appliance 100 further includes a panel 101, a water tank 50 and an operation switch 60, the chamber 10 is disposed below the panel 101, and the water tank 50 and the operation switch 60 are mounted on the panel 101. The operation switch 60 is used to operate the home appliance 100, for example, to activate the home appliance 100 to operate the home appliance 100. The water tank 50 is connected to the chamber 10, and the water tank 50 is used for supplying water to the home appliance 100, for example, when the home appliance 100 is a steam range, the water tank 50 is connected to the steam generator and can supply water to the steam generator to generate steam.

Claims (7)

1. A door body assembly is used for a household appliance and is characterized by comprising a cavity, wherein an opening is formed in the top of the cavity, the door body assembly is rotatably arranged on the top of the cavity and used for opening and closing the opening, the door body assembly comprises an inner surface, and under the condition that the door body assembly closes the opening, the inner surface faces the inside of the cavity and is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal direction;
the door body assembly comprises a door frame support and a lower door plate, the lower door plate is arranged on one side of the door frame support and comprises the inner surface, and under the condition that the door body assembly closes the opening, the lower door plate faces the inside of the cavity and is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal direction;
the door body assembly comprises an upper door plate, the upper door plate is arranged on one side of the door frame support, which is opposite to the lower door plate, and the upper door plate and the lower door plate are relatively inclined and are arranged at intervals;
the door frame support is provided with a first step surface and a second step surface which are opposite to each other, the first step surface is used for supporting the upper door plate, and the lower door plate is arranged on the second step surface;
the door body assembly comprises a door frame, the door frame is fixedly connected with a door frame support, the upper door plate is installed on the door frame, the door frame comprises a first side edge and a second side edge which are opposite, the first side edge tightly presses the upper door plate on the door frame support, the second side edge is provided with a clamping part, and the clamping part clamps the side part of the upper door plate;
the first side and the second side are detachably connected.
2. The door assembly of claim 1, wherein the door assembly is pivotally connected to the cavity at the second side, and the lower door panel is tilted upward from the second side toward the first side.

The door body assembly according to claim 1, wherein the door body assembly includes a sealing member, the door frame bracket is formed with a sealing member mounting portion, the sealing member is assembled to the sealing member mounting portion, and the sealing member is configured to seal a joint between the door body assembly and the cavity when the door body assembly closes the opening.
4. A household appliance, characterized in that it comprises:
the top of the cavity is provided with an opening;
the door body assembly of any one of claims 1-3, for opening and closing the opening; and
the hinge assembly is connected with the cavity in a rotating mode through the hinge assembly.

The household appliance according to claim 4, wherein a mounting hole is formed at the top of the cavity, the hinge assembly can movably penetrate through the mounting hole to enable the door body assembly to be mounted in the cavity, and the hinge assembly can be separated from the mounting hole to enable the door body assembly to be detached from the cavity.
6. The appliance of claim 5, wherein the hinge assembly includes a hinge and a damper, the damper including a first portion connected to the hinge and a second portion connected to the door assembly, the first and second portions being rotatable relative to each other, the hinge being movably inserted into and removed from the mounting hole.
7. The household appliance according to claim 5, wherein the household appliance comprises a hinge base installed at the installation hole, the hinge assembly is movably provided at the hinge base to install the door assembly at the cavity, and the hinge assembly is separable from the hinge base to enable the door assembly to be detached from the cavity.
