本发明涉及一种活性炭布的生产方法,包括步骤:a.将活性炭粉、表面活性剂、水性粘合剂和水按照一定比例混合配制成活性炭浆料;b.采用喷涂设备将活性炭浆料喷涂到布料基材上;c.将喷涂后的布料经热压成型。根据本发明的方案,能够实现现有技术所取得不了的有益效果:显著提高活性炭布生产效率;根据需要进行活性炭浆料的喷涂,用量可控,避免物料浪费和环境污染。

活性炭布的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料的制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种活性炭布的生产方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,活性炭布一般采用是通过有机粘接剂通过涂布或浸渍工艺将活性炭粉粘合到PP布、无纺布等类型的基材上,干燥后制得成品。这种方法制得的活性炭布,一方面活性炭布会被大量粘接剂包裹,活性炭与空气接触的面积大大减小,使其吸附和净化能力大大降低,采用这种活性炭布制得的口罩、净化器滤芯等产品的空气净化能力变差;另一方面,由于大量使用粘接剂和有机溶剂,容易对环境造成二次污染,同时对用户的身体健康有潜在危害;另外,涂布或浸渍工艺除了大量使用胶粘剂,其效率也低,不利于大规模生产。
现有的活性炭布生产方法通常将PP塑胶颗粒加热熔化,经吹塑形成PP布;将活性炭、表面活性剂加入到水中,超声分散,得到活性炭的分散液;将所得的PP布加入到活性炭的分散液中,超声振荡一定时间,再冷冻干燥,得到复合体;将所得的复合体进行热压,得到活性炭布。
这种生产方法具有以下缺点:
(1)工序繁琐,生产效率低;
(2)使用胶粘剂量大,成本高,不环保。
此外,现有的活性炭布制备方法中阻燃活性炭布是在经阻燃处理的基材上依次覆盖有活性炭层、水性胶膜层和热熔胶粉粒层。这种制备方法通过用环保水性阻燃剂在基材上喷胶或浸轧烘干后,将配制好的炭浆以及水性阻燃热熔胶粉粒浆依次均匀涂布在基材上,经烘干后即得到阻燃活性炭布,在烘干的过程中,炭层与热熔胶粉粒层之间形成水性胶膜层。
这种生产方法具有以下缺点:
(1)工序繁琐,生产效率低;
(2)使用胶粘剂量大,成本高,不环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种活性炭布生产方法。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种活性炭布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将活性炭粉、表面活性剂、水性粘合剂和水按照一定比例混合配制成活性炭浆料;
b.采用喷涂设备将活性炭浆料喷涂到布料基材上;
c.将喷涂后的布料经热压成型。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述活性炭粉是木质活性炭、椰壳活性炭、果壳活性炭、煤质颗粒活性炭、沥青活性炭、有机原料活性炭、竹质活性炭中的一种或多种的混合物;
活性炭粉粒径为50-1000目,比表面积为1000m2/g以上。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述活性炭粉粒径为100-800目。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述活性炭粉粒径为500-600目。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述表面活性剂为离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂或者复配表面活性剂。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂,并且所述非离子表面活性剂为椰油基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷中的一种或多种组合。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述水性粘合剂为聚乙烯醇类水性胶黏剂、乙烯乙酸酯类水性胶黏剂、丙烯酸类水性胶黏剂、聚氨酯类水性胶黏剂、环氧水性胶黏剂、酚醛水性胶黏剂、有机硅类水性胶黏剂或者橡胶类水性胶黏剂。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述水性粘合剂为丙烯酸类水性胶黏剂或聚氨酯类水性胶黏剂。
根据本发明的一个方面,在所述b步骤中,喷涂压力为0.3-1.5MPa,喷嘴孔径为2-10mm。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述喷涂压力为0.5-1MPa,喷嘴孔径为4-7mm。
根据本发明的一个方面,所述喷涂压力为0.6-0.8MPa,喷嘴孔径为5-6mm。
根据本发明的一个方面,在所述c步骤中,热压温度为110℃以上,热压时间为30min以上。
根据本发明的一个方面,热压温度为120-130℃,热压时间为60-90min。
根据本发明的方案,能够解决现有技术中的以下技术问题:
(1)减少粘结剂等助剂的种类和使用量;
(2)提高活性炭布的生产效率。
根据本发明的方案,能够实现以下现有技术所取得不了的有益效果:
(1)显著提高活性炭布生产效率;
(2)根据需要进行活性炭浆料的喷涂,用量可控,避免物料浪费和环境污染。
具体实施方式
本发明的方案在于提供一种活性炭布生产方法,具体包括以下步骤:
a.将活性炭粉、表面活性剂、水性粘合剂和水按照一定比例混合配制成活性炭浆料;
b.采用喷涂设备将活性炭浆料喷涂到布料基材上;
c.将喷涂后的布料经热压成型。
在本发明中,活性炭粉是木质活性炭、椰壳活性炭、果壳活性炭、煤质颗粒活性炭、沥青活性炭、有机原料活性炭、竹质活性炭中的一种或多种的混合物;
活性炭粉粒径为50-1000目,比表面积为1000m2/g以上。
优选地,活性炭粉粒径为100-800目。
更优选地,活性炭粉粒径为500-600目。
表面活性剂为离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂或者复配表面活性剂。
优选地,表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂,并且所述非离子表面活性剂为椰油基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷中的一种或多种组合。
水性粘合剂为聚乙烯醇类水性胶黏剂、乙烯乙酸酯类水性胶黏剂、丙烯酸类水性胶黏剂、聚氨酯类水性胶黏剂、环氧水性胶黏剂、酚醛水性胶黏剂、有机硅类水性胶黏剂或者橡胶类水性胶黏剂。
优选地,水性粘合剂为丙烯酸类水性胶黏剂或聚氨酯类水性胶黏剂。
在上述b步骤中,喷涂压力为0.3-1.5MPa,喷嘴孔径为2-10mm。
优选地,喷涂压力为0.5-1MPa,喷嘴孔径为4-7mm。
更优选地,喷涂压力为0.6-0.8MPa,喷嘴孔径为5-6mm。
在上述c步骤中,热压温度为110℃以上,热压时间为30min以上。
优选地,热压温度为120-130℃,热压时间为60-90min。

Claims (4)

1.一种活性炭布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a. 将活性炭粉、表面活性剂、水性粘合剂和水按照一定比例混合配制成活性炭浆料;
b. 采用喷涂设备将活性炭浆料喷涂到布料基材上,喷涂压力为0.6-0.8MPa,喷嘴孔径为5-6mm;所述活性炭粉粒径为500-600目;
c. 将喷涂后的布料经热压成型,热压温度为120-130℃,热压时间为60-90min;
所述表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂,并且所述非离子表面活性剂为椰油基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷中的一种或多种组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活性炭布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述活性炭粉是木质活性炭、果壳活性炭、煤质颗粒活性炭、沥青活性炭、竹质活性炭中的一种或多种的混合物;
活性炭粉比表面积为1000m2/g以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的活性炭布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述水性粘合剂为聚乙烯醇类水性胶黏剂、乙烯乙酸酯类水性胶黏剂、丙烯酸类水性胶黏剂、聚氨酯类水性胶黏剂、环氧水性胶黏剂、酚醛水性胶黏剂、有机硅类水性胶黏剂或者橡胶类水性胶黏剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的活性炭布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述水性粘合剂为丙烯酸类水性胶黏剂或聚氨酯类水性胶黏剂。
