本发明公开了一种真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层及其制备方法,包括金属基体、打底过渡层、钛钢层、蓝黑色镀层,打底过渡层位于金属基体上方,钛钢层位于打底过渡层上方,蓝黑色镀层位于钛钢层上方;钛钢层包含Ti、Al、Cr,其中,Ti、Al、Cr的原子百分比为:30%~50%:25%~40%:15%~30%。本发明具有如下有益效果:结合力优良:通过“相似相溶”原理,使得涂层间的结合力达到最优;高致密性:以真空镀技术制备,致密度高;高耐磨性:蓝黑色镀层的厚度可达1μm以上,提高使用磨损时间;工艺适用范围广。

Description

一种真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属复合层领域,尤其涉及的是一种真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,蓝黑色因其科技感极强,在电子科技行业广受消费者的青睐,成为电子科技行业(如手机、智能手表、智能手环等)的新宠。传统的蓝黑色电子科技产品通常是采用塑料着色注塑成型的,其蓝黑色塑料感太强,且受到塑料本身的性能影响,其使用范围受限。铝及其合金阳极氧化着色技术虽可以制备出具有金属光泽的蓝黑色产品,然而其只限铝及其合金材料;不锈钢暂无法进行阳极着色处理,在其表面生产蓝黑色镀层。
现今,不锈钢因其优异的耐腐蚀性能,在电子科技、手表行业使用范围越来越广;不锈钢表面的蓝色或者蓝黑色镀层,主要是通过真空电镀氧化钛渐变干涉镀层,蓝色或者蓝黑色层厚度极薄(约10nm),因此其耐磨性能较差,易发生磨损变色。。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种高致密性、高耐磨性、结合力优良的真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层,包括金属基体、打底过渡层、钛钢层、蓝黑色镀层,所述打底过渡层位于金属基体上方,所述钛钢层位于打底过渡层上方,所述蓝黑色镀层位于钛钢层上方。
所述钛钢层包含Ti、Al、Cr,其中,Ti、Al、Cr的原子百分比为:30%~50%:25%~40%:15%~30%。
采用上述技术方案,所述的真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层中,所述打底过渡层为Ti。
采用上述各个技术方案,所述的真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层中,所述打底过渡层的厚度为20nm,所述钛钢层的厚度为50nm,所述蓝黑色镀层的厚度为1um。
采用上述各个技术方案,所述的真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层中,所述蓝黑色镀层的颜色LAB值范围为L:33.00~38.00、A:-3.00~1.00、B:-10.00~-8.00。
一种制备真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、抽真空至3~8×10-3Pa,随后通入纯度≥99.999%的高纯氩气,稳压至1~6×10-1Pa;
S2、用Ti打底,偏压270~320V,打底时间2~6min;
S3、用一定比例的Ti、Al、Cr电镀5~8min,并用纯度≥99.999%的高纯氩气稳压至1~3×10-1Pa;
S4、通入乙炔气体35~100ml/min,随后通入纯度≥99.9%的氧气20~320ml/min;
S5、钛钢靶电流30~100A;
S6、真空电镀70~180min的蓝黑色镀层,制得上述真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层。
采用上述各个技术方案,所述的制备真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层的方法中,步骤S4中,氧气通入为渐进式,氧气的起始流量为20~150ml/min,随后每分钟增加3~9ml/min的氧气流量,至氧气流量250~320ml/min。
采用上述各个技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、结合力优良:本涂层通过“相似相溶”原理设计,使得涂层间的结合力达到最优;
2、高致密性:本涂层以真空镀技术制备,致密度高;
3、高耐磨性:本复合层中蓝黑色镀层的厚度可达1μm以上,有效地提高了涂层的佩戴或者使用磨损时间;
4、工艺适用范围广:本工艺可适用于各种大多数金属基材,如黄铜、钢铁、不锈钢等。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明提供了一种真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层,包括金属基体、打底过渡层、钛钢层、蓝黑色镀层,所述打底过渡层位于金属基体上方,所述打底过渡层为Ti,所述钛钢层位于打底过渡层上方,所述蓝黑色镀层位于钛钢层上方。
所述钛钢层包含Ti、Al、Cr,其中,Ti、Al、Cr的原子百分比为:30%~50%:25%~40%:15%~30%。
所述打底过渡层的厚度为20~80nm,所述钛钢层的厚度为50~100nm,所述蓝黑色镀层的厚度为1~3um。
所述蓝黑色镀层的颜色LAB值范围为L:33.00~38.00、A:-3.00~1.00、B:-10.00~-8.00。
一种制备真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、抽真空至3~8×10-3Pa,随后通入纯度≥99.999%的高纯氩气,稳压至1~6×10-1Pa。
S2、用Ti打底,偏压270~320V,打底时间2~6min。
S3、用一定比例的Ti、Al、Cr电镀5~8min,并用纯度≥99.999%的高纯氩气稳压至1~3×10-1Pa。
S4、通入乙炔气体35~100ml/min,随后通入纯度≥99.9%的氧气20~320ml/min;氧气通入为渐进式,氧气的起始流量为20~150ml/min,随后每分钟增加3~9ml/min的氧气流量,至氧气流量250~320ml/min。
S5、钛钢靶电流30~100A。
S6、真空电镀70~180min的蓝黑色镀层,制得上述真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层。
实施例
在316不锈钢基体上制备蓝黑色复合层,①抽真空至5×10-3Pa,随后通入高纯氩气(99.999%),稳压至2×10-1Pa;②用纯钛(99.9%)进行打底,偏压290V,打底时间3min;③用钛钢(Ti30、Al30%、Cr40%)电镀6min,高纯氩气(99.999%)稳压至2×10-1Pa;④通入乙炔气体,40ml/min,随后通入氧气(99.9%),50ml/min;⑤钛钢靶电流70A,乙炔气体流量40ml/min,氧气流量渐进式增加至300ml/min;⑥真空电镀90min蓝黑色镀层。
得到20nm的“打底过渡层Ti”→50nm的“钛钢层”→1μm的“蓝黑色镀层”。镀层颜色为蓝黑色,其颜色LAB值为L:33.88、A:0.31、B:-9.27。其耐磨性能48h,耐人工汗腐蚀时间高达72h,使用寿命达48个月。
采用上述各个技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、结合力优良:本涂层通过“相似相溶”原理设计,使得涂层间的结合力达到最优;
2、高致密性:本涂层以真空镀技术制备,致密度高;
3、高耐磨性:本复合层中蓝黑色镀层的厚度可达1μm以上,有效地提高了涂层的佩戴或者使用磨损时间;
4、工艺适用范围广:本工艺可适用于各种大多数金属基材,如黄铜、钢铁、不锈钢等。

Claims (6)

1.一种真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层,其特征在于,包括金属基体、打底过渡层、钛钢层、蓝黑色镀层,所述打底过渡层位于金属基体上方,所述钛钢层位于打底过渡层上方,所述蓝黑色镀层位于钛钢层上方;
所述钛钢层包含Ti、Al、Cr,其中,Ti、Al、Cr的原子百分比为:30%~50%:25%~40%:15%~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层,其特征在于,所述打底过渡层为Ti。
3.根据权利要求2所述的真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层,其特征在于,所述打底过渡层的厚度为20~80nm,所述钛钢层的厚度为50~100nm,所述蓝黑色镀层的厚度为1~3um。
4.根据权利要求3所述的真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层,其特征在于,所述蓝黑色镀层的颜色LAB值范围为L:33.00~38.00、A:-3.00~1.00、B:-10.00~-8.00。
5.一种制备权利要求1~4任一真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、抽真空至3~8×10-3Pa,随后通入纯度≥99.999%的高纯氩气,稳压至1~6×10-1Pa;
S2、用Ti打底,偏压270~320V,打底时间2~6min;
S3、用一定比例的Ti、Al、Cr电镀5~8min,并用纯度≥99.999%的高纯氩气稳压至1~3×10-1Pa;
S4、通入乙炔气体35~100ml/min,随后通入纯度≥99.9%的氧气20~320ml/min;
S5、钛钢靶电流30~100A;
S6、真空电镀70~180min的蓝黑色镀层,制得上述真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备真空镀蓝黑色功能梯度复合层的方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,氧气通入为渐进式,氧气的起始流量为20~150ml/min,随后每分钟增加3~9ml/min的氧气流量,至氧气流量250~320ml/min。
