The preparation process of the health-preserving wine is characterized in that: the method is realized according to the following steps:
firstly, taking hericium erinaceus, longan pulp, wolfberry fruit, lily, Chinese date, hawthorn and cistanche salsa according to the proportion, crushing, and soaking in high-alcohol wine for 21 days;
secondly, removing kernels of the fruits;

adding honey according to a ratio to blend into 5-45 degree wine;
