Abstract

本发明公开了一种高吸油量氧化铁红‑贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将贝壳粉碎为粗微粉,然后进行梯度煅烧,将煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土混合后利用纳米粉碎机进行纳米粉碎处理,得到改性纳米贝壳粉,将其加入到氧化铁红分散液中,搅拌均匀后加入硅酸钠和氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,然后再通过压滤或者过滤形成滤饼,干燥、打散、包装后即可得到氧化铁红‑贝壳粉复合颜料。本发明的氧化铁红‑贝壳粉复合颜料显著提升了颜料的吸油量和亮度,尤其是吸油量可以提升至45g/100g以上,效果显著。

一种高吸油量氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及氧化铁颜料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高吸油量氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法。
背景技术
氧化铁颜料是具有良好的分散性、优良的耐光及耐候性的一种颜料。氧化铁颜料主要指以铁的氧化物为基本物质的氧化铁红、铁黄、铁黑和铁棕四类着色颜料,其中以氧化铁红为主(大约占到氧化铁颜料的50%),用作防锈颜料的云母氧化铁以及用作磁性纪录材料的磁性氧化铁也属于氧化铁颜料的范畴。氧化铁是仅次于钛白的第二大无机颜料,也是第一大彩色无机颜料。在全部消费的氧化铁颜料中,70%以上是用化学合成方法制备的,称之为合成氧化铁。合成氧化铁由于其合成纯度高、粒径均匀整齐,且色谱广、颜色多、价廉、无毒,有优良的着色和应用性能,具有吸收紫外线等性能,因而广泛用于建材、涂料、塑料、电子、烟草、医药、橡胶、陶瓷、油墨、磁性材料、造纸等领域。
为提升氧化铁红的遮盖力,本发明提供了一种高吸油量氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高吸油量氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高吸油量氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A将贝壳用清水洗净,干燥备用;采用高速粉碎机或者球磨机粉碎至0.1-1mm的贝壳粗微粉;
B将贝壳粗微粉置于高温电阻炉中进行煅烧膨化处理,煅烧采用三段式梯度煅烧,具体煅烧操作为:(a)在400℃下进行煅烧30-60min;(b)以8-12℃/min的升温速率升温到800℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧30-60min;(c)以5-8℃/min的升温速率升温到1200℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧30-60min,煅烧结束后,自然冷却至室温;
C将煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土混合后利用纳米粉碎机进行纳米粉碎处理,得到改性纳米贝壳粉;
D将氧化铁红、分散剂和水混合并高速搅拌形成悬浮体中固含量60-70%的分散液;
E在分散液高速搅拌的条件下,在分散液中缓慢加入改性纳米贝壳粉,加入完毕后继续搅拌20-30min;然后继续加入硅酸钠和氢氧化钠,并搅拌均匀;
F利用板框压滤机或离心机将浆料过滤形成滤饼,并加水搅拌均匀后重新过滤,将滤饼的pH值控制在7.0-8.0之间;
G、将滤饼在120-150℃下干燥至含水率≤1%;
H、将干燥后的物料打散,包装、即可。
优选的,所述的步骤C中,所述的煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土的质量比为10:(5-8)。
优选的,所述的步骤D中,所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠。
优选的,所述的步骤D中,所述的分散剂的加入量为氧化铁红的2-5%。
优选的,所述的步骤E中,所述的改性纳米贝壳粉与氧化铁红的质量比为(15-22):100。
优选的,所述的步骤E中,所述的硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的加入量分别为氧化铁红的质量的6-12%和1.6-2.5%。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的高吸油量氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将贝壳粉碎为粗微粉,然后进行梯度煅烧,将煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土混合后利用纳米粉碎机进行纳米粉碎处理,得到改性纳米贝壳粉,将其加入到氧化铁红分散液中,搅拌均匀后加入硅酸钠和氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,然后再通过压滤或者过滤形成滤饼,干燥、打散、包装后即可得到氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料。本发明的氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料显著提升了颜料的吸油量和亮度,尤其是吸油量可以提升至45g/100g以上,效果显著。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高吸油量氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A将贝壳用清水洗净,干燥备用;采用高速粉碎机或者球磨机粉碎至0.1-1mm的贝壳粗微粉;
B将贝壳粗微粉置于高温电阻炉中进行煅烧膨化处理,煅烧采用三段式梯度煅烧,具体煅烧操作为:(a)在400℃下进行煅烧55min;(b)以10℃/min的升温速率升温到800℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧50min;(c)以7℃/min的升温速率升温到1200℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧45min,煅烧结束后,自然冷却至室温;
C将煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土混合后利用纳米粉碎机进行纳米粉碎处理,得到改性纳米贝壳粉;
D将氧化铁红、聚丙烯酸钠和水混合并高速搅拌形成悬浮体中固含量63%的分散液;
E在分散液高速搅拌的条件下,在分散液中缓慢加入改性纳米贝壳粉,加入完毕后继续搅拌25min;然后继续加入硅酸钠和氢氧化钠,并搅拌均匀;
F利用板框压滤机或离心机将浆料过滤形成滤饼,并加水搅拌均匀后重新过滤,将滤饼的pH值控制在7.5;
G、将滤饼在135℃下干燥至含水率≤1%;
H、将干燥后的物料打散,包装、即可。
所述的步骤C中,所述的煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土的质量比为10:7。
所述的步骤D中,所述的聚丙烯酸钠的加入量为氧化铁红的2.8%。
所述的步骤E中,所述的改性纳米贝壳粉与氧化铁红的质量比为18:100;所述的硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的加入量分别为氧化铁红的质量的8%和1.8%。
实施例2
一种高吸油量氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A将贝壳用清水洗净,干燥备用;采用高速粉碎机或者球磨机粉碎至0.1-1mm的贝壳粗微粉;
B将贝壳粗微粉置于高温电阻炉中进行煅烧膨化处理,煅烧采用三段式梯度煅烧,具体煅烧操作为:(a)在400℃下进行煅烧60min;(b)以8℃/min的升温速率升温到800℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧60min;(c)以5℃/min的升温速率升温到1200℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧60min,煅烧结束后,自然冷却至室温;
C将煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土混合后利用纳米粉碎机进行纳米粉碎处理,得到改性纳米贝壳粉;
D将氧化铁红、聚丙烯酸钠和水混合并高速搅拌形成悬浮体中固含量60%的分散液;
E在分散液高速搅拌的条件下,在分散液中缓慢加入改性纳米贝壳粉,加入完毕后继续搅拌20min;然后继续加入硅酸钠和氢氧化钠,并搅拌均匀;
F利用板框压滤机或离心机将浆料过滤形成滤饼,并加水搅拌均匀后重新过滤,将滤饼的pH值控制在8.0;
G、将滤饼在120℃下干燥至含水率≤1%;
H、将干燥后的物料打散,包装、即可。
所述的步骤C中,所述的煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土的质量比为2:1。
所述的步骤D中,所述的聚丙烯酸钠的加入量为氧化铁红的5%。
所述的步骤E中,所述的改性纳米贝壳粉与氧化铁红的质量比为22:100;所述的硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的加入量分别为氧化铁红的质量的12%和1.6%。
实施例3
一种高吸油量氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A将贝壳用清水洗净,干燥备用;采用高速粉碎机或者球磨机粉碎至0.1-1mm的贝壳粗微粉;
B将贝壳粗微粉置于高温电阻炉中进行煅烧膨化处理,煅烧采用三段式梯度煅烧,具体煅烧操作为:(a)在400℃下进行煅烧30min;(b)以12℃/min的升温速率升温到800℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧30min;(c)以8℃/min的升温速率升温到1200℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧30min,煅烧结束后,自然冷却至室温;
C将煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土混合后利用纳米粉碎机进行纳米粉碎处理,得到改性纳米贝壳粉;
D将氧化铁红、聚丙烯酸钠和水混合并高速搅拌形成悬浮体中固含量70%的分散液;
E在分散液高速搅拌的条件下,在分散液中缓慢加入改性纳米贝壳粉,加入完毕后继续搅拌30min;然后继续加入硅酸钠和氢氧化钠,并搅拌均匀;
F利用板框压滤机或离心机将浆料过滤形成滤饼,并加水搅拌均匀后重新过滤,将滤饼的pH值控制在7.0;
G、将滤饼在150℃下干燥至含水率≤1%;
H、将干燥后的物料打散,包装、即可。
所述的步骤C中,所述的煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土的质量比为5:4。
所述的步骤D中,所述的聚丙烯酸钠的加入量为氧化铁红的2%。
所述的步骤E中,所述的改性纳米贝壳粉与氧化铁红的质量比为15:100;所述的硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的加入量分别为氧化铁红的质量的6%和2.5%。
本发明实施例1制备的氧化铁红-贝壳粉复合颜料与原料氧化铁红130R相比,其吸油量从18g/100g提升至47.8g/100g;其亮度提升了33.4%。

B将贝壳粗微粉置于高温电阻炉中进行煅烧膨化处理,煅烧采用三段式梯度煅烧,具体煅烧操作为:(a)在400℃下进行煅烧30-60min;(b)以8-12℃/min的升温速率升温到800℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧30-60min;(c)以5-8℃/min的升温速率升温到1200℃,并在该温度下保温煅烧30-60min,煅烧结束后,自然冷却至室温;
C将煅烧膨化后粗微粉与硅藻土混合后利用纳米粉碎机进行纳米粉碎处理,得到改性纳米贝壳粉;
D将氧化铁红、分散剂和水混合并高速搅拌形成悬浮体中固含量60-70%的分散液;
E在分散液高速搅拌的条件下,在分散液中缓慢加入改性纳米贝壳粉,加入完毕后继续搅拌20-30min;然后继续加入硅酸钠和氢氧化钠,并搅拌均匀;
F利用板框压滤机或离心机将浆料过滤形成滤饼,并加水搅拌均匀后重新过滤,将滤饼的pH值控制在7.0-8.0之间;
G、将滤饼在120-150℃下干燥至含水率≤1%;
H、将干燥后的物料打散,包装、即可;
