Technical Field
The invention relates to a railway wagon, in particular to an emergency connecting device of the railway wagon and a mounting structure of the emergency connecting device.
Background
Railway freight car vehicles are generally connected by a coupling device such as a coupler or drawbar (referred to as a main coupling device for convenience of distinction in the present invention) to link traction or receive compression between two cars. In actual work, the main connecting device may cause connection failure between vehicles due to factors such as materials, lines, human factors and the like, so that traction between the vehicles is lost, other trains needing to pass through the lines are influenced, and even accidents are caused. It is therefore necessary to provide a safety coupling which serves to temporarily couple the vehicle and to tow it in the event of failure of the coupler or drawbar coupling.
Chinese patent document CN101121412A discloses a safety chain mechanism for a railway wagon coupler, which is characterized in that a seat plate is fixed below the end part of a railway wagon traction beam, an upper baffle and a lower baffle are assembled and welded on the seat plate, and a front baffle is assembled and welded in front of the upper baffle and the lower baffle to form a safety chain seat; a support hole is formed in the front baffle plate, the front baffle plate penetrates through a buffer rod body through the support hole and is positioned in the safety chain seat, and a buffer spring and a movable stop block are sleeved on the buffer rod body in the safety chain seat; the other end of the buffer rod body is a buffer rod head, the end part of the buffer rod head is provided with a connecting hole, a chain ring is connected through the connecting hole, and the chain ring is connected with the hook head. The safety hook chain mechanism can provide emergency protection measures for a coupler of a traction train when necessary, and the train running safety is guaranteed. But it adopts single chain structure, and intensity is lower, has the possibility of disconnection inefficacy, and it passes through the bedplate and connects the freight train simultaneously, and the dismouting is inconvenient.
