本发明公开了一种防刺服用面料及其制备方法,防刺服用面料包括由外而内层叠的第一防刺层、第二防刺层、增强层和内面料层,所述的第一防刺层上设有若干个互不接触的防刺孔,所述的防刺孔内壁上设有加强环,本发明克服了现有技术的不足,该面料的透气性好,面料的层数少,原料易得,使使用该防刺服面料的衣物穿戴更加舒适,可应用于工业生产。

一种防刺服用面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防刺服技术领域,具体属于一种防刺服用面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防刺服也称为防刀衣、防刃衣或防刃服,具有防刀割、防刀砍、防刀刺、防带棱角物体刮划、耐磨损、防盗等功能。穿着防刀衣时如遇磨损或用尖刀(利刃、尖锐物体等)切、割、砍、刮、蹭、划时可保护穿着者不受割伤、划伤、蹭伤、砍伤,适用于公安、武警、军队、保安、司机、玻璃加工等从业人员或老人、儿童、中小学生在有被割伤的危险下穿着。
目前的防刺服都是有多层结构组成,为了增强防刺服的防护能力,多数的防刺服内甚至使用金属丝,虽然防刺服的性能得到了大幅提升,但是防刺服过于笨重,不便于穿戴,同时其他的防护服主要通过增加防护服的层数来实现增强,这样同样造成了防护服过重,而且防护服面料层数的增加会导致防护服透气性降低,因此,需要设计一种层数少、防刺层性能好、透气性好的防护服面料,使穿戴防护服更加舒适。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防刺服用面料及其制备方法,克服了现有技术的不足,减少了防护服面料的层数,增加了透气性。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种防刺服用面料,包括由外而内层叠的第一防刺层、第二防刺层、增强层和内面料层,所述的第一防刺层上设有若干个互不接触的防刺孔,所述的防刺孔内壁上设有加强环。
其中,所述的第一防刺层和第二防刺层通过热熔胶贴合。
其中,所述的防刺孔为倒锥形结构。
优选地,所述的防刺孔的四周的第一防刺层的基体内设有防刺块,所述的防刺块均匀设置于防刺孔的四周。
更优选地,所述的防刺块内填充有非牛顿流体。
其中,所述的防刺孔之间的第一防刺层的基体内还设有增强纤维,所述的增强纤维在第一防刺层的基体内交错设置。
其中,所述的防刺孔的四周的第一防刺层的基体内设有防刺块,所述的防刺孔之间的第一防刺层的基体内还设有增强纤维,所述的增强纤维在第一防刺层的基体内交错设置。
优选地,所述的增强纤维穿过防刺块。
更优选地,所述的防刺块内填充有非牛顿流体。
非牛顿流体由0.5kg亚麻油、1.2kg石蜡、0.8kg琼脂、0.13kg十二烷基苯磺酸钠和3kg水混合而成,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为乳化剂,使石蜡和亚麻油在80℃下能均匀混合,降温后石蜡在十二烷基苯磺酸钠形成的乳胶粒内形成结晶,而亚麻油用于降低石蜡的熔点,琼脂作为非牛顿流体的形成剂。
制备防刺服用面料的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将两层表面具有多个半圆孔的聚丙烯片加热至80℃,然后将碳纤维热压到半圆孔之间的聚丙烯片上,碳纤维在聚丙烯片上交错设置,然后向半圆孔内注入非牛顿流体,降温至10℃,然后将两片聚丙烯片通过热压贴合,贴合过程中两片聚丙烯片上的半圆孔对应,形成防刺块,得到缓冲层;
S2,将缓冲层与第二防刺层通过热熔胶贴合,然后在90℃下在缓冲层上通过模压法形成防刺孔,得到防刺层,然后将防刺层与增强层和内面料层依次层叠,复合,得到防刺服用面料。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
1、本发明的第一防刺层上设有防刺孔,在刀具穿刺该防护服时,防刺孔对刀具的穿刺方向可起到导向作用,同时防刺孔内的加强环具有较强的阻碍作用,使刀具穿刺防护服时的大部分能量可被抵消;
2、第一防刺层内还设有内部含有非牛顿流体的防刺块,在刀具穿刺时,防刺块具有泄力作用,使穿刺时的能力被抵消;此外,本发明的非牛顿流体由亚麻油、石蜡、琼脂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和水混合而成,不仅具有非牛顿流体的特性,同时在石蜡的融化和凝固过程中还能起到控温作用;
3、本发明的防刺块除了具有防穿刺的作用,同时使第一防刺层上层形成了透气的通孔,使该面料的透气性得到增加,使使用该防刺服面料的衣物穿戴更加舒适;
4、本发明的制备方法简单,面料的层数少,原料易得,可应用于工业生产。

本发明的碳纤维来源于常州市耀邦摩擦材料厂;热熔胶来源于广州市豪特粘接材料有限公司;石蜡来源于衡水泽浩橡胶化工有限公司;亚麻油来源于天津市凯力达化工贸易有限公司;琼脂来源于河南铭之鑫化工产品有限公司。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,刺服用面料包括由外而内层叠的第一防刺层1、第二防刺层、增强层4和内面料层5。防刺服用面料制备时,将两层表面具有多个半圆孔的聚丙烯片加热至80℃,然后将两片聚丙烯片通过热压贴合,贴合过程中两片聚丙烯片上的半圆孔对应,形成防刺块13,得到缓冲层;然后,将缓冲层与由玄武岩纤维与高强尼龙纤维交织而成的第二防刺层3通过热熔胶2贴合,然后在90℃下在缓冲层上通过模压法形成若干个互不接触的倒锥形结构防刺孔11,防刺孔11内壁上具有加强环12,得到防刺层,然后将防刺层与由聚丙烯纤维和涤纶纤维交织而成的增强层4和由棉纤维织成的内面料层5依次层叠,缝合,得到防刺服用面料。
实施例2
如图1-2所示,刺服用面料包括由外而内层叠的第一防刺层1、第二防刺层、增强层4和内面料层5。防刺服用面料制备时,将两层表面具有多个半圆孔的聚丙烯片加热至80℃,然后将碳纤维14热压到半圆孔之间的聚丙烯片上,碳纤维14在聚丙烯片上交错设置,然后将两片聚丙烯片通过热压贴合,贴合过程中两片聚丙烯片上的半圆孔对应,形成防刺块13,碳纤维14穿过防刺块13,得到缓冲层;然后,将缓冲层与由玄武岩纤维与高强尼龙纤维交织而成的第二防刺层3通过热熔胶2贴合,然后在90℃下在缓冲层上通过模压法形成若干个互不接触的倒锥形结构防刺孔11,防刺孔11内壁上具有加强环12,得到防刺层,然后将防刺层与由聚丙烯纤维和涤纶纤维交织而成的增强层4和由棉纤维织成的内面料层5依次层叠,缝合,得到防刺服用面料。
实施例3
在80℃下将0.5kg亚麻油、1.2kg石蜡、0.8kg琼脂、0.13kg十二烷基苯磺酸钠和3kg水混合能均匀,降至室温后,得到非牛顿流体。
如图1-2所示,刺服用面料包括由外而内层叠的第一防刺层1、第二防刺层、增强层4和内面料层5。防刺服用面料制备时,将两层表面具有多个半圆孔的聚丙烯片加热至80℃,然后将碳纤维14热压到半圆孔之间的聚丙烯片上,碳纤维14在聚丙烯片上交错设置,然后向半圆孔内非牛顿流体,降温至10℃,使非牛顿流体固化,然后将两片聚丙烯片通过热压贴合,贴合过程中两片聚丙烯片上的半圆孔对应,形成防刺块13,碳纤维14穿过防刺块13,得到缓冲层;然后,将缓冲层与由玄武岩纤维与高强尼龙纤维交织而成的第二防刺层3通过热熔胶2贴合,然后在90℃下在缓冲层上通过模压法形成若干个互不接触的倒锥形结构防刺孔11,防刺孔11内壁上具有加强环12,得到防刺层,然后将防刺层与由聚丙烯纤维和涤纶纤维交织而成的增强层4和由棉纤维织成的内面料层5依次层叠,缝合,得到防刺服用面料,使用热分析仪,对本实施例所得防刺服用面料的热性能进行测试,相变温度20.4-27.0℃,相变焓42.6J/g。

将实施例1-3和对照例1-2中的防刺服面料按照GA 68-2019中的方法测试防割性能,按照GB/T 5453中的方法测试透气性能。

通过以上数据可以明显看出,本发明的防刺服用面料上的防刺孔和防刺块有效的增强了面料的防刺性能,且防刺块内填充有非牛顿流体,可以有效的吸收刀具穿刺时的能力,提高防刺效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种防刺服用面料,其特征在于,包括由外而内层叠的第一防刺层、第二防刺层、增强层和内面料层,所述的第一防刺层上设有若干个互不接触的防刺孔,所述的防刺孔内壁上设有加强环;
所述的防刺孔为倒锥形结构;
所述的防刺孔的四周的第一防刺层的基体内设有防刺块,所述的防刺块均匀设置于防刺孔的四周;
所述的防刺块内填充有非牛顿流体;
所述的防刺孔之间的第一防刺层的基体内还设有增强纤维,所述的增强纤维在第一防刺层的基体内交错设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防刺服用面料,其特征在于,所述的第一防刺层和第二防刺层通过热熔胶贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防刺服用面料,其特征在于,所述的增强纤维穿过防刺块。
4.制备权利要求1-3任意一项所述的防刺服用面料的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将两层表面具有多个半圆孔的聚丙烯片加热至80℃,然后将碳纤维热压到半圆孔之间的聚丙烯片上,碳纤维在聚丙烯片上交错设置,然后向半圆孔内注入非牛顿流体,降温至10℃,然后将两片聚丙烯片通过热压贴合,贴合过程中两片聚丙烯片上的半圆孔对应,形成防刺块,得到缓冲层;
S2,将缓冲层与第二防刺层通过热熔胶贴合,然后在90℃下在缓冲层上通过模压法形成防刺孔,得到防刺层,然后将防刺层与增强层和内面料层依次层叠,复合,得到防刺服用面料。
