背景技术
防刺面料具有抗冲击、抗利刃穿刺等特点,常用于制备防刺服以保护人体免受刺刀匕首等锐器伤害。根据主体防刺材料的刚柔性,可以将防刺面料分为硬性、半硬性和柔性三类。硬性和半硬性防刺面料含有金属丝、金属网、陶瓷片等刚性防刺材料,防穿透性能优异,但存在重量重、穿着不适、行动受阻等不足;柔性防刺面料中的防刺层由叠层高性能防刺织物或高性能纤维柔性单向复合材料所构成,具有较好的柔韧性,且较为隐蔽,可日常穿着,但是其防刺性能相对较差,且有利刃穿刺时会遭受极大的冲力,使人体遭受冲击,安全性低。
实用新型专利柔性防刺面料(申请号为201520683576.2)包括防刺层和包覆于防刺层外围的保护套;所述防刺层由数层防刺材料薄层交错叠合缝制而成,所述防刺材料薄层由防刺小模块组成,防刺小模块间设有连接防刺小模块的高强度连接的丝或绳,所述防刺小模块为热塑性高分子材料与高性能增强纤维复合制成的方形或多边形的小块,所述防刺层的数层防刺材料薄层间交错叠加布置,层与层之间可相对移动,其边缘相缝合在一起,所述保护套为具有防水透气,柔软轻便的绒布面料;本发明的柔性防刺面料具有防刺性能好、舒适柔软、灵活轻便的优点,但是其防刺性能仍有待提高,且因其过于柔软,受外力冲击时人体难免会收到冲力,引起人体不适。

一种柔性防刺面料,包括由内向外依次层叠设有的内层、第一防护层、第一连接层、第二防护层和防刺层,所述防刺层包括防刺块和缓冲凸起,所述防刺块裸露在外部,所述缓冲凸起位于所述防刺层的内部,所述缓冲凸起间填充有缓冲液。
优选的,所述防刺块由凸块和凹槽依次重复相连形成波浪形,所述缓冲凸起由若干半球体相连而成,所述缓冲凸起的上下两面均设有柔性防水面料。
优选的,所述缓冲凸起的连接处与所述凸块的位置相对应,该结构能够弥补缓冲凸起连接处缓冲力弱的缺点。
优选的,所述内层为桑蚕丝纤维与竹纤维经纬交织而成。
优选的,所述第一防护层为玄武岩纤维与丙纶纤维经纬交织而成。
优选的,所述第一连接层为双层无纺布层。
优选的,所述第二防护层为玻璃纤维与高模量聚丙烯纤维经纬交织而成。
优选的,所述防刺块为碳纤维增强复合材料,强度高;所述缓冲凸起为高弹性橡胶材料,弹性和缓冲性能好。
一种柔性防刺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:在柔性防水面料的两侧固定防刺块与缓冲凸起的模具,以注塑成型的方式在柔性防水面料的两侧分别形成防刺块和缓冲凸起;
S2:缓冲凸起的另一面以柔性防水面料密封,其中注入缓冲液,制成防刺层;
S3:以编织机编制内层、第一防护层和第二防护层,然后由内向外将内层、第一防护层、两层无纺布层、第二防护层和防刺层依次铺层;
S4:将上述铺层后的面料裁剪、包边、稀疏绗缝,即得柔性防刺面料。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的防刺层设有波浪状的防刺块,利刃等刺向防刺块时会因凹凸不平的结构发生晃动,从而对外力具有一定缓冲作用;防刺层内部的缓冲凸起和缓冲液能够缓冲来自外界的冲力,保护人体不受伤害。
(2)本发明的第一防护层为玄武岩纤维与丙纶纤维经纬交织而成,第二防护层为玻璃纤维与高模量聚丙烯纤维经纬交织而成,其中玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维和高模量聚丙烯纤维都具有高强度,能够抵抗来自外界的冲力,且耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长。
(3)本发明的内层为桑蚕丝纤维与竹纤维经纬交织而成,吸湿、透气、柔软,因此穿着舒适性强。
(4)本发明提供的柔性防刺面料不需要使用金属丝和陶瓷等材料,所用材料质量轻,因此穿着舒适便捷。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为本实施例提供的一种柔性防刺面料的结构示意图,包括由内向外依次层叠设有的内层1、第一防护层2、第一连接层3、第二防护层4和防刺层5,防刺层 5包括防刺块7和缓冲凸起6,防刺块7裸露在外部,缓冲凸起6位于防刺层5的内部,缓冲凸起6间填充有缓冲液8。
防刺块7由凸块71和凹槽依次重复相连形成波浪形,材料为碳纤维增强复合材料;缓冲凸起6由若干半球体相连而成,材料为高弹性橡胶材料;缓冲凸起6的上下两面均设有柔性防水面料。缓冲凸起6的连接处与凸块71的位置相对应,该结构能够弥补缓冲凸起6连接处缓冲力弱的缺点。
内层1为桑蚕丝纤维与竹纤维经纬交织而成,具有吸湿、透气、柔软等特性,穿着舒适性强。
第一防护层2为玄武岩纤维与丙纶纤维经纬交织而成,玄武岩纤维强度高、耐摩擦、耐高温且耐腐蚀,因此与丙纶纤维共同编织而成的第一防护层2抗冲击性能强。
第一连接层3为双层无纺布层,连接性好,能够避免两层防护层之间相接硬度太大,提高了穿着舒适性。
第二防护层4为玻璃纤维与高模量聚丙烯纤维经纬交织而成,玻璃纤维强度高,能够提高面料整体的防刺性。
一种柔性防刺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:在柔性防水面料的两侧固定防刺块与缓冲凸起的模具,以注塑成型的方式在柔性防水面料的两侧分别形成防刺块7和缓冲凸起6;
S2:缓冲凸起6的另一面以柔性防水面料密封,其中注入缓冲液8,制成防刺层5;
S3:以编织机编制内层1、第一防护层2和第二防护层4,然后由内向外将内层1、第一防护层2、两层无纺布层、第二防护层4和防刺层5依次铺层;
S4:将上述铺层后的面料裁剪、包边、稀疏绗缝,即得柔性防刺面料。
本发明提供的柔性防刺面料防刺性能好,能够缓冲外界的冲击力,重量轻,穿着舒适,所提供的制备方法工艺简单,易于生产。

1.一种柔性防刺面料,其特征在于,包括由内向外依次层叠设有的内层、第一防护层、第一连接层、第二防护层和防刺层,所述防刺层包括防刺块和缓冲凸起,所述防刺块裸露在外部,所述缓冲凸起位于所述防刺层的内部,所述缓冲凸起间填充有缓冲液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防刺面料,其特征在于,所述防刺块由凸块和凹槽依次重复相连形成波浪形,所述缓冲凸起由若干半球体相连而成,所述缓冲凸起的上下两面均设有柔性防水面料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔性防刺面料,其特征在于,所述缓冲凸起的连接处与所述凸块的位置相对应。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防刺面料,其特征在于,所述内层为桑蚕丝纤维与竹纤维经纬交织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防刺面料,其特征在于,所述第一防护层为玄武岩纤维与丙纶纤维经纬交织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防刺面料,其特征在于,所述第一连接层为双层无纺布层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防刺面料,其特征在于,所述第二防护层为玻璃纤维与高模量聚丙烯纤维经纬交织而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性防刺面料,其特征在于,所述防刺块为碳纤维增强复合材料,所述缓冲凸起为高弹性橡胶材料。
9.基于权利要求1的一种柔性防刺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:在柔性防水面料的两侧固定防刺块和缓冲凸起的模具,以注塑成型的方式在柔性防水面料的两侧分别形成防刺块和缓冲凸起;
S2:缓冲凸起的另一面以柔性防水面料密封,其中注入缓冲液,制成防刺层;
S3:以编织机编制内层、第一防护层和第二防护层,然后由内向外将内层、第一防护层、两层无纺布层、第二防护层和防刺层依次铺层;
S4:将上述铺层后的面料裁剪、包边、稀疏绗缝,即得柔性防刺面料。
