The substrate feeding device 2 is arranged at the feeding end of the conveying track 4, wherein the upper layer is a material box discharging track 22 for stacking empty substrate material boxes; the lower level is a cassette feed track 21 for introducing substrate cassettes loaded with substrates.
The material clamping and lifting mechanism 24 comprises a clamping arm, a clamping arm opening and closing module for driving the clamping arm to open and close, and a clamping arm lifting module for driving the clamping arm to lift. The material clamping and lifting mechanism 24 is arranged at the top of the first end of the material box feeding track 21, and the material clamping and lifting mechanism 24 can move in the length direction of the top of the end through a third translation module; the second end of the material box feeding track 21 is provided with a conveyor belt module, and the material box discharging track is arranged above the second end.
The two feeding push rod mechanisms 23 are arranged in parallel on one side between the material box discharging rail 22 and the material clamping lifting mechanism 24 and are arranged along the length direction of the conveying rail 4. The feeding push rod mechanism 23 comprises a feeding push rod, a push rod driving module used for driving the feeding push rod to stretch and retract, and a push rod adjusting module used for adjusting the feeding push rod. The push rod adjusting module comprises a height adjusting module 231 for adjusting the height of the feeding push rod and a horizontal adjusting module 232 for adjusting the feeding push rod to be close to or far away from the conveying track. In one embodiment, the height adjusting module 231 includes a height adjusting rod and a height adjusting nut arranged along the vertical direction, the height adjusting nut needs to be loosened before adjustment, then the height is adjusted by the height adjusting rod, and the height adjusting nut is locked after adjustment is completed; the horizontal adjustment module 232 comprises a sliding rail, a sliding block and a horizontal adjustment elastic nut, the horizontal adjustment elastic nut needs to be loosened before adjustment, the horizontal movement of the feeding push rod is achieved through the sliding rail and the sliding block, the horizontal movement direction is the same as the length direction of the conveying rail 4, and the horizontal adjustment elastic nut is locked after adjustment is completed.
The substrate loading device 2 works as follows:
1) feeding a substrate material box loaded with substrates from the second end of the material box feeding track 21 by external manual work, and conveying the substrate material box to the material clamping and lifting mechanism 24 through the conveying belt module so that the material clamping and lifting mechanism 24 can clamp the substrate material box;
2) the material clamping lifting mechanism 24 clamps the substrate material box, and the push rod driving module drives the material loading push rod to extend out so as to push the substrate carrier plate on the uppermost layer of the substrate material box out to the material inlet end of the conveying track 4;
3) the push rod driving module drives the feeding push rod to retract, and the clamping arm lifting module drives the clamping arm to drive the substrate material box to ascend so that the next layer of substrate support plate is adapted to the height of the feeding push rod; repeating the above actions to enable the feeding push rod mechanism 23 to push out the substrate support plates in the substrate material boxes one by one;
4) when all the substrate carrier plates in the substrate magazine are pushed out, the third translation module drives the material clamping lifting mechanism 24 to transfer the empty substrate magazine to the magazine discharging rail 22.
Referring to fig. 9, pickup attaching device 6:
comprises a sucker module 61 and a pick-up driving module 62 for driving the sucker module 61 to pick up and transfer lenses; one side top of suction head module 61 is equipped with the location camera 63 of shooing that is used for the location of shooing, and the location camera 63 of shooing is used for shooing the position of fixing a position the charging tray and go up the camera lens so that suction head module 61 picks up.
The picking and attaching devices 6 corresponding to the two conveying rails 4 are arranged on the same beam, the beam is arranged along the length direction perpendicular to the conveying rails 4, and the beam is erected above the finished product discharging device 3 and the attaching and adsorbing platform 8. Each photographing positioning camera 63 is correspondingly provided with a photographing positioning driving module 64, the photographing positioning driving module 64 is arranged on the cross beam along the length direction of the cross beam, and the photographing positioning camera 63 is used for photographing the lens position of the positioning tray feeding track 21 so as to be convenient for the suction head module 61 to pick up.
The pick-up driving module 62 includes an X-axis, a Y-axis, a Z-axis, and an R-axis (rotation) driving assembly for driving the head module 61 to pick up and transfer the lens, wherein the R-axis driving assembly is used to adjust an angle of the lens, and the X-axis driving assembly is mounted on the beam along a length direction of the beam.
Referring to fig. 10, the push-load plate mechanism 10:
the discharging end of the conveying track 4 is also provided with a carrier plate pushing mechanism 10, and the carrier plate pushing mechanism 10 is arranged on a clamping jaw mechanism 42 close to the discharging end of the conveying track 4; the carrier plate pushing mechanism 10 includes a carrier plate push rod 101, and a rotation driving motor 102 for driving the carrier plate push rod 101 to rotate.
After the lens assembling operation on the adhering and adsorbing platform 8 is completed, the substrate support plate pushing mechanism 10 pushes the substrate support plate to the finished product discharging device 3. When the substrate carrier plate needs to be pushed to the finished product discharging device 3 from the discharging end of the conveying track 4, the rotary driving motor 102 drives the carrier plate push rod 101 to deflect between the two guide rail brackets 41; after the carrier plate is pushed, the rotation driving motor 102 drives the carrier plate push rod 101 to rotate to the outer side of the guide rail bracket 41, so as to prevent the carrier plate push rod 101 from obstructing the discharging of the next substrate carrier plate.
The specific working process is as follows: a clamping jaw mechanism 42 corresponding to the bonding and adsorbing platform 8 is driven by the first translation module 43 (meanwhile, a carrier pushing rod 101 follows and transfers), clamps the substrate carrier transferred from the bonding and adsorbing platform 8 to the discharging end of the conveying track 4, and then the clamping jaw mechanism 42 and the carrier pushing mechanism 10 are simultaneously retracted under the driving of the first translation module 43, and then the carrier pushing mechanism 10 independently pushes the substrate carrier to the finished product discharging device 3.
Referring to fig. 11, the product discharge device 3: similar to the substrate loading device 2, the difference is that the finished product discharging device 3 does not have a loading push rod mechanism 23, empty magazines enter from the upper track, and magazines loaded with finished products exit from the lower track.
Glue dispensing device 1: the glue dispensing devices 1 of the two conveying tracks 4 are arranged oppositely, and each glue dispensing device 1 is provided with two glue dispensing heads, so that the glue dispensing speed can be improved; each dispensing head is correspondingly provided with a dispensing camera for photographing and positioning the glue drawing area of the substrate, and the dispensing head is provided with an X-axis driving assembly, a Y-axis driving assembly and a Z-axis driving assembly for driving the dispensing head to move for dispensing.

A multi-channel laminating and assembling device for a mobile phone camera module is characterized by comprising at least two conveying rails arranged in parallel, a substrate feeding device arranged at the same end of all the conveying rails, a finished product discharging device arranged at the other end of all the conveying rails, and a glue dispensing device, a lens feeding device and a picking and laminating device which are arranged corresponding to each conveying rail; each conveying track is internally provided with a dispensing adsorption platform and a laminating adsorption platform, the dispensing device is arranged corresponding to the dispensing adsorption platform, and the picking and laminating device is arranged corresponding to the laminating adsorption platform; the conveying track is used for receiving the substrates pushed by the substrate feeding device, sequentially transmitting the substrates to the corresponding dispensing adsorption platform and the corresponding attaching adsorption platform, and pushing the assembled camera modules to the finished product discharging device; the dispensing device is used for dispensing the substrates conveyed to the dispensing adsorption platform, and the picking and laminating device is used for picking the lens in the lens feeding device and laminating the lens on the substrates of the laminating adsorption platform.

The multi-channel laminating and assembling equipment for the mobile phone camera module according to claim 1, wherein the lens feeding device comprises a material tray feeding module for driving a material tray to be fed, a material tray lifting module for driving the material tray to lift, a sucker for sucking an empty material tray, and a material tray discharging module for driving the sucker to move.
