Test example 1 drug Property test
Through systematic clinical observation, patients without obvious difference in sex, age, disease condition and disease course are selected, all patients do not suffer from skin diseases affecting skin observation, and the difference among the patients does not affect the test result.
The patients were observed for differences in the time to redness, defined as the constant erythema of redness of the same area on the same spot (judged after pressing the skin with a colorless transparent glass sheet for 3 seconds) on two consecutive observation days.
The results of the warm moxibustion packs prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were counted using the above test standards, and the comfort of the patient during use was counted, and the results are shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1 pharmacodynamic test
Number of examples Pressure sore did not occur (%) Patient comfort feedback
Example 1 50 88.5% Good use comfort of 98.0% customer feedback
Example 2 50 87.1% 97.8% of customer feedback is good in use comfort
Example 3 50 88.2% Good use comfort level of 98.1% customer feedback
Example 4 50 87.9% Good use comfort of 98.0% customer feedback
Example 5 50 88.0% 98.2% of clients feedback good use comfort
Comparative example 1 50 80.0% Good use comfort level of 98.1% customer feedback
From the above table test data, it can be seen that: the content of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the moxibustion bag is increased, the drug effect is increased, the proportion of patients who do not suffer from pressure sores is increased, but when the content of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is increased to a certain amount, the drug effect is not changed greatly, mainly because the effective components in the traditional Chinese medicinal materials enter a human body, the balance of the human body system is regulated, and the absorption of the effective components by the human body tends to be stable.
The results of using the moxibustion packs prepared in examples 1, 6 to 7 and 4 were counted using the above test standards, and the comfort of the patient was counted, and the results are shown in table 2 below:
TABLE 2 pharmacodynamic test
Number of examples Pressure sore did not occur (%) Patient comfort feedback
Example 1 50 88.5% Good use comfort of 98.0% customer feedback
Example 6 50 88.4% Good use comfort of 98.0% customer feedback
Example 7 50 88.2% 97.5% of customer feedback is good in use comfort
Comparative example 4 50 86.5% The feedback of 96.5 percent of customers is good in use comfort
From the above table test data, it can be seen that: the mineral salt has small particles, long heat storage time, long drug effect exertion time during treatment and good treatment effect.
The results of using the moxibustion packs prepared in examples 1 and 8 and comparative example 5 were counted using the above test standards, and the comfort of the patients when they used them was counted, and the results are shown in the following table 3:
TABLE 3 pharmacodynamic test
Number of examples Pressure sore did not occur (%) Patient comfort feedback
Example 1 50 88.5% Good use comfort of 98.0% customer feedback
Example 8 50 88.3% 98.2% of clients feedback good use comfort
Comparative example 5 50 87.3% Good use comfort of 97.0% customer feedback
From the above table test data, it can be seen that: the traditional Chinese medicinal materials added into the moxibustion bag have small granularity, large contact area with mineral salts, full exertion of the medicinal effect and good treatment effect; and the granularity is small, when the medicine is used by a patient, the mineral salt and the traditional Chinese medicine are easily spread on the skin surface of the patient, the contact area for treatment is large, and the treatment effect is good.
The results of using the moxibustion bags prepared in example 1 and comparative example 2 were counted using the above test standards, and the comfort of the patient when using the bags was counted, and the results are shown in table 4 below:
TABLE 4 pharmacodynamic test
Number of examples Pressure sore did not occur (%) Patient comfort feedback
Example 1 50 88.5% Good use comfort of 98.0% customer feedback
Comparative example 2 50 83.2% 97.8% of clients feedback good use comfort
From the above table test data, it can be seen that: when the ginger is adopted for compatibility of the medicinal materials, the drug effect is obviously reduced, which also shows that when the Chinese medicinal materials are compatible, the selection of each medicinal material is very critical, and the drug effect is obviously different when one medicinal material is selected.
The results of using the moxibustion packs prepared in example 1 and comparative example 3 were counted using the above test standards, and the comfort of the patient during use was counted, and the results are shown in the following table 5:
TABLE 5 test of drug efficacy
Number of examples Pressure sore did not occur (%) Patient comfort feedback
Example 1 50 88.5% Good use comfort level of 98.0% customer feedback
Comparative example 3 50 85.0% 98.2% of clients feedback good use comfort
From the above table test data, it can be seen that: the wormwood, the ginger and the angelica are pretreated before being boiled, so that the leaching of effective components is increased, and the drug effect is improved.
The results of using the moxibustion packs prepared in example 1 and comparative example 6 were counted using the above test standards, and the comfort of the patient during use was counted, and the results are shown in the following table 6:
TABLE 6 test of drug efficacy
Number of examples Pressure sore did not occur (%) Patient comfort feedback
Example 1 50 88.5% Good use comfort of 98.0% customer feedback
Comparative example 6 50 80.0% Good use comfort of 98.0% customer feedback
From the above table test data, it can be seen that: the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are mixed together for treatment, and the treatment effect is not ideal because the absorption of effective components in the traditional Chinese medicinal materials by a human body is a slow and continuous process, and a large amount of effective medicinal components are not completely absorbed by the human body at a time, but the effective absorption and the medicinal effect exertion of the medicine are hindered.
The invention continuously researches the factors of pressure sores, determines main drugs and auxiliary drugs and avoids using drugs with mutually-restrained drug effects through a large number of long-term experiments based on the principle of monarch, minister, assistant and guide of traditional Chinese medicines, and if one drug is added by mistake, the existing drug system needs to be totally replaced and redesigned; through a large amount of experimental verification and data summarization, the provided medicinal composition is reasonable in preparation, and clinical experiments show that the warm moxibustion bag has obvious effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, improving blood circulation capacity and increasing tissue self-repair capacity for patients, and has a remarkable effect on preventing pressure sores.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
