Allergy is an allergic reaction of the body, an abnormal reaction of the human body to normal substances (allergens). In traditional Chinese medicine, the constitution which produces special reaction to specific substances is called allergic constitution, and people with the allergic constitution are called allergic constitution people.
The causes of allergic constitutions include innate factors, genetic factors, environmental factors, pharmaceutical factors, and the like. Although the people with allergic constitution generally have no special or abnormal appearance, the people with allergic constitution have poor adaptability, are easy to have allergic reaction and allergic diseases, such as urticaria, wheal, eczema, pollinosis, pharynx itch, nasal obstruction, sneeze, asthma and the like, and light people have great inconvenience and serious people endanger the health of human bodies.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve allergic constitution, the application provides a traditional Chinese medicine tea substitute drink for conditioning allergic constitution and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a traditional Chinese medicine tea substitute for conditioning allergic constitution, which adopts the following technical scheme: a traditional Chinese medicine tea substitute drink for conditioning allergic constitution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-35 parts of one or a mixture of two of astragalus and rhizoma polygonati, 6-32 parts of dark plum, 15-30 parts of cogongrass rhizome, 5-35 parts of lucid ganoderma and 5-15 parts of liquorice.
The theory of traditional Chinese medicine holds that the healthy qi exists in the interior and the pathogenic factors cannot be dried; when pathogenic qi invades, it will be deficient. The leading ideas are to cultivate true qi, strengthen healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors, treat diseases and prolong life without diseases. True qi is the energy of life of human body, and the operation of true qi is the core of life activities. The "Nei Jing" (the internal classic of China) highlights the effect of "genuine qi" on preventing and treating diseases, preserving health and prolonging life in the study centering on human life, and is called genuine qi to move in popular terms, and pathogenic qi does not come from.
Modern Chinese medicine considers that human immunity is in true qi. The genuine qi includes defensive qi and original qi, the spleen is the source of the genuine qi, the kidney is the root of the original qi, and the lung is the root of the defensive qi. Whether the body has strong or weak immunity is closely related to the spleen, kidney and lung. Spleen is the source of healthy qi: the spleen is the acquired root and the source of essence and qi, and should be protected to enhance immunity. The spleen is healthy, so the genuine qi is sufficient, and the immunity is naturally strong. Kidneys are the root of primordial qi: kidneys are the innate root and the root of yang qi. Kidney deficiency can lead to deficiency of original qi, deficient innate endowment and insufficient immunity, which require frequent adjustment and supplement. The lung is the basis of defensive qi: defensive qi is part of original qi, originating from the kidneys and securing to the lungs. The lung governs expiration, the kidney governs inspiration, and the lung and kidney deficiency weaken defensive qi and reduce resistance. In conclusion, the functional deficiency or disorder of spleen, kidney and lung can lead to the "deficiency of healthy qi", i.e. the low immunity, leading to the development of allergic constitutions.
In the formula, the astragalus membranaceus has the effects of tonifying qi and invigorating yang, consolidating superficial resistance and suppressing sweating, inducing diuresis to alleviate edema, expelling toxin and promoting tissue regeneration; rhizoma Polygonati has effects of nourishing yin, moistening lung, invigorating spleen, invigorating qi, replenishing kidney essence; dark plum astringes lung to relieve cough, astringes intestine to stop diarrhea, stops bleeding, promotes fluid production, and relieves ascaris; the cogongrass rhizome clears heat and promotes fluid production, cools blood and stops bleeding; promoting urination and treating stranguria; the lucid ganoderma has the effects of tonifying qi and strengthening the body, nourishing the heart and soothing the nerves; licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata regulates the middle warmer, relieves urgency, moistens the lung, detoxifies the toxin, and coordinates the effects of the other drugs; by adopting the technical scheme, the natural food materials, the materials with dual purposes of medicine and food and the materials capable of being used for health food are used as main raw materials, and the methods of tonifying spleen and qi, tonifying kidney and moistening lung, nourishing heart and soothing nerves, dispelling wind and heat from the body, reinforcing and reducing diarrhea and the like are adopted, so that the purposes of conditioning human body functions, tonifying spleen, tonifying kidney, moistening lung and enhancing healthy qi of the human body are achieved. In principle, the compatibility of monarch, minister, assistant and guide: in the formula, the materials with the effects of tonifying spleen, tonifying kidney and moistening lung are taken as monarch materials; secondly, the materials with the effects of nourishing the heart, soothing the nerves, clearing liver and improving vision are taken as the ministers; and thirdly, the materials with the effects of dispelling wind and heat, detoxifying and reducing swelling are used as adjuvant drugs. The formula of the invention mainly takes the substances with the functions of nourishing five internal organs, tonifying qi and soothing the nerves, takes the substances with the functions of dispelling wind and removing toxicity as the auxiliary substances, and has the functions of tonifying and reducing diarrhea, so that the healthy qi of the human body is sufficient, the blood and qi are harmonized, and the yin is calm and the yang is secret, thereby gradually recovering the functions of the internal organs to be normal. From the experimental effect, the traditional Chinese medicine tea substitute drink has the effects of tonifying spleen and qi, tonifying kidney and moistening lung, nourishing heart and soothing nerves, clearing liver and improving eyesight, dispelling wind and heat, relieving cough, stopping diarrhea, relieving itching and the like, and has a good effect of conditioning allergic constitution. Moreover, the traditional Chinese medicine tea substitute beverage is not added with any seasoning or additive, and is original in taste and flavor and good in taste.
Preferably, the feed also comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-30 parts of Chinese dates, 10-40 parts of mulberry leaves and 10-35 parts of chrysanthemum.
The Chinese dates can tonify spleen and stomach, replenish qi and blood, calm heart and spirit, regulate ying and wei and harmonize medicine property; the mulberry leaves can disperse wind and heat, clear lung heat and moisten dryness, clear liver and improve vision; chrysanthemum flower has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, clearing heat, calming liver, improving eyesight, removing toxic substance and relieving swelling. By adopting the technical scheme, the Chinese date, the mulberry leaf and the chrysanthemum in proper proportion are added into the formula, so that the effects of monarch, minister, assistant and guide of all raw materials in the traditional Chinese medicine tea substitute can be further exerted, the 'vital qi' of a human body is enhanced, and the allergic constitution is conditioned. Moreover, the taste of the traditional Chinese medicine tea substitute beverage can be further improved, and the traditional Chinese medicine tea substitute beverage is suitable for the taste of the public.
