Abstract

本发明提供一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管及其制造设备,包括纸吸管本体,纸吸管本体具有展开状态和成型状态,吸管本体在展开状态时为复合纸层,复合纸层具有两侧边和两端部,复合纸层的其中一端部为V形,V形的两顶端为弧形,复合纸层两侧的侧面折叠对接形成纸吸管,并定义复合纸层的两侧的侧面重合区域为接合段。通过纸片层和淋膜层,并将淋膜层覆设于该纸片层外表面形成复合纸层,该复合纸层的两侧边以熔融结合呈中空圆环状,且上述熔融结合位置形成接合段,该重叠段的外表面压设有复数咬花,使该纸吸管本体的重叠段能增加结构强度以及结合能力加强的功效,能够适应溶液的长时间浸泡,不容易散开,延长了纸吸管的使用寿命。

Description

一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管及其制造设备
技术领域
本发明涉及纸吸管领域,具体为一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管及 其制造设备。
背景技术
现今使用的吸管仍是以塑胶吸管为大宗,虽然塑胶吸管取得方便,然而使 用后回收处理不易,对环境造成巨大危害,因此经过业者的积极研发,已经有 金属吸管、玻璃吸管、甘蔗吸管、纸吸管等替代吸管被提出,而已知纸吸管揭 露长形纸片表面覆设有隔离液体的防水膜,将纸片卷曲使两侧相互重叠搭接形 成圆柱形的纸吸管,且防水膜位于纸片的内表面。
然而现有纸吸管的两侧接合段结合强度仍有加强空间,接合段的结构强度 以及结合能力不足,难以适应溶液的浸泡,很容易散开,导致纸吸管无法正常 使用,而且无法进行连续生产。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管,以解决现有 纸吸管的两侧接合段结合强度不够,容易导致纸吸管散开的问题,并且提供的 其制造设备。
为达成上述目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:一种一体化连续成型的表面 咬花纸吸管,包括纸吸管本体,所述纸吸管本体具有展开状态和成型状态,所 述吸管本体在展开状态时为复合纸层,所述复合纸层具有两侧边和两端部,所 述复合纸层的其中一端部为V形,所述V形的两顶端为弧形,所述复合纸层两 侧的侧面折叠对接形成纸吸管,并定义复合纸层的两侧的侧面重合区域为接合 段;
所述接合段上压设有咬花,所述接合段包括内缘和外缘,所述内缘位于纸 吸管的内部,所述外缘位于纸吸管的外部,所述咬花压设在外缘和内缘上。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述咬花的式样为斜纹压印或者双交叉压印。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述复合纸层包括纸片层和第一淋膜层,所述复 合纸层折叠对接形成纸吸管时,所述第一淋膜层位于纸吸管的外侧。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述复合纸层包括纸片层、第一淋膜层和第二淋 膜层,所述纸片层位于第一淋膜层和第二淋膜层的中间。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述复合纸层为可降解纸。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述内缘与外缘通过胶水粘接,所述胶水为可降 解生物胶。
进一步的,在本发明中,定义纸吸管本体在展开状态时,所述复合纸层V 形的一端形成三角头部,所述纸吸管本体在在成型状态,所述复合纸层V形的 一端形成斜口插入部。
一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管的制造设备,用于制作上述纸吸管, 其特征在于:包括送料区、成型区和切料区,所述送料区内依次设置有主纸片 送料轮、第一牵引轮和缓冲轮。
所述成型区包括第二牵引轮、成型治具、引导送料机构和加热机构,主纸 片依次通过第一牵引轮、缓冲轮和第二牵引轮进入成型治具,之后主纸片通过 成型治具由水平状态卷曲成环形状态,所述主纸片在环形状态时,所述主纸片 上口形成搭接面,并定义在环形状态时所述主纸片为纸片卷,所述加热机构用 于对所述纸片卷上的搭接面进行热风加热,所述引导送料机构用于引导纸片卷 前进并对纸片卷加固。
所述切料区包括过渡轮和伺服切割系统,所述过渡轮将纸片卷牵引至伺服 切割系统,所述伺服切割系统将纸片卷切割成指定长度和形状。
成型治具包括在同一中心线的引导段和成型段,所述引导段的宽度从左端 到右端依次递减,所述成型段为圆柱形,所述圆柱形的一端与引导段宽度最小 的一端固定连接,所述引导段宽度最小的一端为圆形,且所述圆形的直径等于 圆柱形的直径,所述引导段宽度的最大的一端为椭圆形。
所述引导送料机构包括皮带轮、皮带、对接引导轮、压合轮和压花轮,所 述皮带轮带动皮带转动,所述皮带的数量为两个,两个所述皮带设置在纸片卷 的两侧用于引导纸片卷前进,所述对接引导轮设置在皮带的前端,所述对接引 导轮用于引导纸片卷至皮带,所述压合轮设置在皮带的顶部,所述压合轮用于 压合纸片卷上的搭接面,所述压花轮将纸片卷上的搭接面压出咬花纹路。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述加热机构为热风罩或高周波焊接机。
进一步的,在本发明中,还包括自动收集和输送整理装置,所述伺服切割 系统为切割机。
有益效果,本申请的技术方案具备如下技术效果:
本发明通过纸片层和淋膜层,并将淋膜层覆设于该纸片层外表面形成复合 纸层,该复合纸层的两侧边以熔融结合呈中空圆环状,且上述熔融结合位置形 成接合段,该重叠段的外表面压设有复数咬花,使该纸吸管本体的重叠段能增 加结构强度以及结合能力加强的功效,能够适应溶液的长时间浸泡,不容易散 开,延长了纸吸管的使用寿命。

为了更了解本发明的技术内容,特举具体实施例并配合所附图式说明如下。
在本公开中参照附图来描述本发明的各方面,附图中示出了许多说明的实 施例。本公开的实施例不必定意在包括本发明的所有方面。应当理解,上面介 绍的多种构思和实施例,以及下面更加详细地描述的那些构思和实施方式可以 以很多方式中任意一种来实施,这是因为本发明所公开的构思和实施例并不限 于任何实施方式。另外,本发明公开的一些方面可以单独使用,或者与本发明 公开的其他方面的任何适当组合来使用。
参阅图1,本发明公开了的一种纸吸管,由复合纸层12的两侧边相互以熔 融结合形成的纸吸管本体10,该纸吸管本体10的表面压设复数咬花16,且该 纸吸管本体10一端为斜口插入部18。
参阅图2,揭露该等咬花16式样为斜纹压印,但该等咬花16式样不设限, 也可以为双交叉或其他压印式样,该等咬花16目的在于增加该复合纸层12的 两侧结合能力,降低松脱可能。
参阅图2A并搭配图1、图2,揭露该纸吸管本体10的接合段14是由该复 合纸层12的两侧重叠而成,该接合段14由上而下依序为该淋膜层132、该纸片 层131、该淋膜层132、纸片层131、该淋膜层132,当该接合段14受到压力, 使位于该纸吸管本体10表面的该淋膜层132及该纸片层131均向下凹陷形成该 等咬花16。
参阅图3、图4并搭配图1,揭露该复合纸层12是于顶部斜切形成三角头 部121,接著将该复合纸层12的两侧边相互以熔融结合呈中空圆环状,上述结 合位置形成该接合段14,而该三角头部121则形成该斜口插入部18。
参阅图5并搭配图4,为该纸吸管本体10的第一实施例,将该纸吸管本体 10剖面后,可看出该纸吸管本体10具有纸片层131及第一淋膜层132,该第一 淋膜层132覆设于该纸片层131外表面形成该复合纸层12,透过将该复合纸层 12两侧边以熔融结合,即可形成该纸吸管本体10。
参阅图6并搭配图4,为该纸吸管本体10的第二实施例,将该纸吸管本体 10剖面后,可看出该纸吸管本体10具有纸片层131、第一淋膜层132及第二淋 膜层133,该第一淋膜层132覆设于该纸片层131外表面,该纸片层131的内表 面覆设该第二淋膜层133,由该纸片层131、该淋膜层132及该第二淋膜层133 形成该复合纸层12,透过将该复合纸层12两侧边以熔融结合,即可形成该纸吸 管本体10。
参阅图7并搭配图4、图5,该等咬花16的压印方式,是先将该复合纸层 12卷设于一插心模具20,再将该插心模具20加热,使该复合纸层12的该淋膜 层132熔融后与该纸片层131结合并形成该接合段14,接著使用一压花滚轮22 滚压该接合段14,即可使该吸管本体10的该接合段14具有该等咬花16;另外, 该压花滚轮22可以加热或不加热的方式进行压花。
上述纸吸管在制作时,设计一种连续成型的纸吸管成型设备进行生产纸吸 管,包括送料区1、成型区2和切料区3,所述送料区1内依次设置有主纸片送 料轮101、第一牵引轮102和缓冲轮103,所述主纸片送料轮101、第一牵引轮 101和缓冲轮103均安装在机架上,成型区2和切料区3上的设备也均安装在机 架上,主纸片送料轮101缠绕有主纸片4,主纸片4为上述任意一个实施例中的 复合纸层12。
所述成型区2包括第二牵引轮201、成型治具202、引导送料机构203和加 热机构204,主纸片4依次通过第一牵引轮102、缓冲轮103和第二牵引轮201 进入成型治具202,之后主纸片4通过成型治具202由水平状态卷曲成环形状态, 所述主纸片4在环形状态时,所述主纸片4上口形成搭接面,并定义在环形状 态时所述主纸片4为纸片卷5,所述加热机构204用于对所述纸片卷5上的搭接 面进行热风加热,所述引导送料机构203用于引导纸片卷5前进并对纸片卷5 加固。
所述切料区3包括过渡轮301和伺服切割系统302,所述过渡轮将301纸片 卷牵5引至伺服切割系统302,所述伺服切割系统302将纸片卷5切割成指定长 度和形状。
进一步的,在本实施例中,成型治具202包括在同一中心线的引导段2021 和成型段2022,所述引导段2021的宽度从左端到右端依次递减,所述成型段 2022为圆柱形,所述圆柱形的一端与引导段2021宽度最小的一端固定连接,所 述引导段2021宽度最小的一端为圆形,且所述圆形的直径等于圆柱形的直径, 所述引导段2021宽度的最大的一端为椭圆形。
在本实施例中,如图8-10所示,所述引导送料机构203包括皮带轮2031、 皮带2032、对接引导轮2033、压合轮2034和压花轮305,所述皮带轮2031带 动皮带3032转动,所述皮带2032的数量为两个,两个所述皮带2032设置在纸 片卷5的两侧用于引导纸片卷5前进,所述对接引导轮2033设置在皮带2032 的前端,所述对接引导轮2033用于引导纸片卷5至皮带2032,所述压合轮2034 设置在皮带2032的顶部,所述压合轮2034用于压合纸片卷5上的搭接面,所 述压花轮2035将纸片卷5上的搭接面压出咬花16。在本实施例中不包括加强纸 片送料轮203a、第三牵引轮203b、压轮203c和托纸轮203d,但是可在其他实 施例中使用。
本实施例在实施时,主纸片送料轮101引出主纸片4,主纸片4依次通过第 一牵引轮102、缓冲轮103和第二牵引轮201进入成型治具202,之后主纸片4 通过成型治具202由水平状态卷曲成环形状态,并在环形状态的纸卷上口形成 3~4mm宽的搭接面,纸片卷在形成在环形状态后通过对接引导轮2033将纸片卷 5引导至两个皮带2032之间,纸片卷5在两个皮带2032的循环牵引下沿着成型 治具202向前移动,皮带轮2031带动皮带2032连续不断地循环旋转,设有驱 动机构带动皮带轮2031转动,驱动机构可为伺服电机等,在其他实施例中,可 转动的轮子均设置有驱动机构,在此不做赘述,之后并皮带2032将纸片卷5传 输到加热机构204中的底部,加热机构204将纸片卷5搭接面软化,由于皮带 2032持续的带动纸片卷5向前移动,纸片卷5运动到压合轮2034和压花轮305 的底部,压合轮2034压在纸片卷5搭接处进行初次的压合,压合轮2034可调 压紧力大小,使搭接面有效地粘结牢固,压花轮305将纸片卷5搭接处压出咬 花纹路,进一步使得纸片卷5的搭接面粘结牢固,最后成型的纸片卷5进入伺 服切割系统,伺服切割系统可自动跟踪和设定吸管的长度,将成型的纸吸管切 断,后端配有成品吸管的自动收集和输送整理装置,进而实现了纸吸管的连续 成型制作,大大提高了纸吸管的生产制作效率,本发明结构设计合理简单,使 用方便快捷,具有很强的实用性。
进一步的,在任意实施例中,所述加热机构为热风罩或高周波焊接机。
有益效果,本申请的技术方案具备如下技术效果:本发明通过成型治具的 设置,能够将主纸片送料轮上的主纸片引出,并将主纸片由水平状态卷曲成环 形状态,且形成搭接面,通过引导送料机构将纸片卷向前,加热机构对纸片卷 上的搭接面进行热风加热,以便于引导送料机构将纸片的搭接面有效地粘结牢 固,进而实现了纸吸管的连续成型制作,大大提高了纸吸管的生产制作效率, 本发明结构设计合理简单,使用方便快捷,具有很强的实用性。

Claims (10)

1.一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管,包括纸吸管本体,所述纸吸管本体具有展开状态和成型状态,所述吸管本体在展开状态时为复合纸层,所述复合纸层具有两侧边和两端部,其特征在于:所述复合纸层的其中一端部为V形,所述V形的两顶端为弧形,所述复合纸层两侧的侧面折叠对接形成纸吸管,并定义复合纸层的两侧的侧面重合区域为接合段;
所述接合段上压设有咬花,所述接合段包括内缘和外缘,所述内缘位于纸吸管的内部,所述外缘位于纸吸管的外部,所述咬花压设在外缘和内缘上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管,其特征在于:所述咬花的式样为斜纹压印或者双交叉压印。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管,其特征在于:所述复合纸层包括纸片层和第一淋膜层,所述复合纸层折叠对接形成纸吸管时,所述第一淋膜层位于纸吸管的外侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管,其特征在于:所述复合纸层包括纸片层、第一淋膜层和第二淋膜层,所述纸片层位于第一淋膜层和第二淋膜层的中间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管,其特征在于:所述复合纸层为可降解纸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管,其特征在于:所述内缘与外缘通过胶水粘接,所述胶水为可降解生物胶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管,其特征在于:定义纸吸管本体在展开状态时,所述复合纸层V形的一端形成三角头部,所述纸吸管本体在在成型状态,所述复合纸层V形的一端形成斜口插入部。
8.一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管的制造设备,用于制作权利要求1-7任意一项的纸吸管,其特征在于:包括送料区、成型区和切料区,所述送料区内依次设置有主纸片送料轮、第一牵引轮和缓冲轮;
所述成型区包括第二牵引轮、成型治具、引导送料机构和加热机构,主纸片依次通过第一牵引轮、缓冲轮和第二牵引轮进入成型治具,之后主纸片通过成型治具由水平状态卷曲成环形状态,所述主纸片在环形状态时,所述主纸片上口形成搭接面,并定义在环形状态时所述主纸片为纸片卷,所述加热机构用于对所述纸片卷上的搭接面进行热风加热,所述引导送料机构用于引导纸片卷前进并对纸片卷加固;
所述切料区包括过渡轮和伺服切割系统,所述过渡轮将纸片卷牵引至伺服切割系统,所述伺服切割系统将纸片卷切割成指定长度和形状;

9.根据权利要求8所述的一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管的制造设备,其特征在于:所述加热机构为热风罩或高周波焊接机。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种一体化连续成型的表面咬花纸吸管的制造设备,其特征在于:还包括自动收集和输送整理装置,所述伺服切割系统为切割机。
