一种限位装置(100)、机械臂(200)以及机器人(300),该限位装置包括:旋转轴输出件(110)和旋转轴固定件(120),旋转输出件随旋转轴相对于旋转轴固定件旋转;限位件(130),限制收容在一阻挡区(150)中,阻挡区设置于旋转轴固定件;引导件(140),与旋转轴输出件相连接,与旋转轴输出件同步运动;其中,当引导件运动到阻挡区时,引导件带动限位件沿阻挡区运动,当引导件运动到阻挡区的一端时,限位件与阻挡区的边缘处抵接而阻止引导件继续运动。通过该限位装置,能够避免因为掉电、零位丢失等原因引起的机械臂内线缆过度缠绕、扭曲。
