The conference opening instruction is accompanied by a conference participating terminal list, the conference participating terminal list comprises terminal numbers of all terminals which the conference control client wants to invite to the conference, and the first terminal in the conference participating terminal list is a chairman terminal.
2. And the conference management server sends a terminal level acquisition instruction to the scheduling server.
And after receiving the conference opening instruction sent by the conference control client, the conference management server creates a conference port corresponding to the conference. And the conference management server analyzes and obtains the terminal number of the chairman terminal attached to the conference opening instruction, attaches the terminal number of the chairman terminal to the terminal level acquisition instruction, and sends the terminal level acquisition instruction to the scheduling server.
3. And the dispatching server replies a terminal level acquisition response instruction to the conference management server.
The scheduling server stores a terminal list and a conference list, wherein the terminal list correspondingly stores a terminal number and a terminal level, and the conference list correspondingly stores a port number and a conference level. The terminal list may be pre-stored in the scheduling server, and the conference list may be updated and stored in the scheduling server after the conference is created.

As shown in fig. 4, the conference entry flow may include the following processes:

And if the terminal to be conferred wants to join a certain conference, sending a conference list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server, wherein the conference list acquisition instruction is accompanied with the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred.
2. And the scheduling server replies a conference list acquisition response instruction to the terminal to be conferred.
And after receiving the conference list acquisition instruction, the scheduling server analyzes the conference list acquisition instruction to obtain the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred. And the scheduling server searches a target terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the terminal to be joined in the terminal list by traversing the terminal list. After the target terminal level is obtained, the conference list is traversed, each conference level in the conference list is obtained, each conference level is compared with the target terminal level, and a target conference level with the level lower than or equal to the target terminal level (the level is lower than or equal to the target terminal level, namely the level code value is greater than or equal to the target terminal level) is searched from the conference list. And acquiring the port number corresponding to the target conference level from the conference list, and adding the acquired port number into the conference port list. And the scheduling server attaches the conference port list to the conference list acquisition response instruction and replies the conference list acquisition response instruction to the terminal to be conferred.
It should be noted that, if there is no target conference level whose level is lower than the target terminal level in the conference list, the conference port list is empty. If the conference port list is not empty, one or more port numbers may be included in the conference port list.
3. And the terminal to be joined sends a meeting application instruction to the scheduling server.
And after receiving the conference list response instruction, the terminal to be conferred analyzes to obtain a conference port list attached to the conference list response instruction. If the conference port list is empty, the joining terminal can know that the joining terminal is not allowed to join the conference currently, and the joining terminal does not process the conference. And if the conference port list is not empty, the terminal to be joined selects the port number of the target conference port which is to be joined from the conference port list, attaches the port number of the target conference port and the terminal number of the terminal to be joined to the conference applying instruction, and sends the conference applying instruction to the scheduling server.
4. And the scheduling server sends a dynamic conference entering instruction to the conference management server.
And after receiving the conference application instruction, the scheduling server analyzes the conference application instruction to obtain the port number of the target conference port and the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred, wherein the port number is attached to the conference application instruction. And the scheduling server attaches the terminal number of the terminal to be accessed to the dynamic access instruction and sends the dynamic access instruction to the port number of the target conference port in the conference management server.
5. And the conference management server sends a conference entering instruction to the terminal to be conferred.
And after receiving the dynamic conference entering instruction, a target conference port of the conference management server analyzes the dynamic conference entering instruction to obtain a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred, which is attached to the dynamic conference entering instruction, attaches the port number of the target conference port to the conference entering instruction, and sends the conference entering instruction to the terminal to be conferred based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred through the target conference port. In table two, 3 conferences are included, conference 1 to conference 3 indicate numbers of conferences, levels indicate coding values of conference levels (the lower the coding value is, the higher the conference level is), ports indicate port numbers of conference ports, and a list indicates a list of participating terminals in the conference.
If the terminal 20003 wants to apply for a meeting, a meeting list acquisition instruction is sent to the scheduling server. The scheduling server receives the conference list acquisition instruction, traverses the terminal list, finds the terminal level corresponding to 20003 as 2, then traverses the conference list, finds the conference with the conference level code value larger than or equal to 2, acquires that the conference 2 and the conference 3 respectively correspond to the port 2 and the port 3, and sends a conference list acquisition response instruction and attaches the port 2 and the port 3 to the terminal 20003. After receiving the conference port list, the terminal 20003 sends an instruction for applying for conference entry and attaches the port 2 and the terminal number 20003 to the scheduling server if wanting to join the conference corresponding to the port 2. After receiving the instruction of applying for conference entry, the scheduling server sends a dynamic conference entry instruction with a terminal number 20003 to the port 2 of the conference management server. After receiving the dynamic conference entering instruction, the port 2 resolves the dynamic conference entering instruction to obtain a terminal number 20003 and sends the conference entering instruction to the terminal 20003. After receiving the conference entering instruction, the terminal 20003 applies for successful conference entering.
It should be noted that the conference method in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a video network. In the video network, the devices accessed into the video network are uniformly managed through a video network core server, and instructions, data and the like transmitted among the devices accessed into the video network are forwarded through the video network core server. Therefore, the instruction transmitted between the conference management server and the scheduling server, the instruction transmitted between the conference management server and the terminal, and the instruction transmitted between the scheduling server and the terminal are all forwarded by the core server of the video network. The video network core server can forward the instruction to the receiving equipment according to the terminal number of the receiving equipment carried in the instruction after receiving the instruction sent by the sending equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can dynamically join the conference of the same level or the low level, the service practicability is increased, and the information protection of the conference of the high level can be realized.

Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of a scheduling server according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is shown.
As shown in fig. 5, the scheduling server may include the following modules:
a first receiving module 501, configured to receive a conference list acquisition instruction sent by a terminal to be conferred;
a returning module 502, configured to obtain a conference port list that the terminal to enter the conference has permission to join, and return the conference port list to the terminal to enter the conference;
a second receiving module 503, configured to receive an application conference instruction sent by the terminal to be conferred; the conference application instruction comprises a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred and a port number of a target conference port selected by the terminal to be conferred from the conference port list;
a first sending module 504, configured to send a dynamic conference entering instruction to the target conference port of the conference management server based on the port number; the dynamic conference entering instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred, and the dynamic conference entering instruction is used for indicating the conference management server to send a conference entering instruction to the terminal to be conferred through the target conference port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred.
Optionally, the conference list acquiring instruction includes a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred, the scheduling server stores a terminal list and a conference list, the terminal list stores a terminal number and a terminal level correspondingly, and the conference list stores a port number and a conference level correspondingly; the return module 502 includes: the first searching unit is used for searching a target terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the terminal to be accessed in the terminal list; and the second searching unit is used for searching a target conference level which is lower than or equal to the target terminal level in the conference list and adding the port number corresponding to the target conference level into the conference port list.

Referring to fig. 6, a block diagram of a terminal according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention is shown.
As shown in fig. 6, the terminal may include the following modules:
a second sending module 601, configured to send a conference list obtaining instruction to the scheduling server;
a third receiving module 602, configured to receive a conference port list returned by the scheduling server, where the terminal to be conferred has permission to join;
a third sending module 603, configured to send an instruction for applying for conference entry to the scheduling server, where the instruction for applying for conference entry includes a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred and a port number of a target conference port selected by the terminal to be conferred from the conference port list;
and a conference entering module 604, configured to receive a conference entering instruction sent by the conference management server through the target conference port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred, and join the conference corresponding to the target conference port.

Referring to fig. 7, a block diagram of an admission system according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention is shown.
As shown in fig. 7, the conferencing system may include: an event control client 701, an event management server 702, a scheduling server 703 and a session waiting terminal 704.
The terminal to be conferred 704 is configured to send a conference list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server 703; receiving a conference port list returned by the scheduling server 703, and sending an instruction for applying for conference to the scheduling server 703, where the instruction for applying for conference includes the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred and the port number of a target conference port selected by the terminal to be conferred from the conference port list; receiving a conference entering instruction sent by the conference management server 702, and joining the conference corresponding to the target conference port;
the scheduling server 703 is configured to receive the conference list obtaining instruction, obtain a conference port list that the terminal to be conferred has permission to join, and return the conference port list to the terminal to be conferred 704; receiving the conference application instruction, and sending a dynamic conference instruction to the target conference port of the conference management server 702 based on the port number, where the dynamic conference instruction includes a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred;
the conference management server 702 is configured to receive the conference application instruction sent by the scheduling server 703, and send a conference entrance instruction to the terminal to be conferred 704 through the target conference port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred.
Optionally, the conference management server 702 is further configured to receive a conference opening instruction sent by the conference control client 701, where the conference opening instruction includes a terminal number of a chairman terminal; creating a conference port corresponding to a conference, acquiring a terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the chairman terminal from the scheduling server 703, and taking the acquired terminal level as a conference level corresponding to the conference; and updating the port number and the conference level of the conference port corresponding to the conference to the dispatch server 703.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the video conference process, the terminal to be conferred can actively initiate a conference application instruction aiming at the target conference port, and the scheduling server sends a dynamic conference application instruction to the target conference port of the conference management server based on the conference application instruction, so that the conference management server sends the conference application instruction to the terminal to be conferred, and the terminal to be conferred actively joins the conference corresponding to the target conference port.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
In an embodiment of the invention, an electronic device is also provided. The electronic device may include one or more processors and one or more machine-readable media having instructions, such as an application program, stored thereon. The instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the processors to perform the above-described method of conferencing by a dispatch server.
In an embodiment of the invention, an electronic device is also provided. The electronic device may include one or more processors and one or more machine-readable media having instructions, such as an application program, stored thereon. The instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the processors to perform the above-described conferencing method performed by the terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, where the computer program is executable by a processor of an electronic device to perform the above-mentioned conference entry method performed by a scheduling server.
In an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, where the computer program is executable by a processor of an electronic device to perform the above-mentioned conference entry method executed by a terminal.
For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

Claims (10)

1. A method for conferencing, the method comprising:
the scheduling server receives a conference list acquisition instruction sent by a terminal to be conferred;
the scheduling server acquires a conference port list which is authorized to be added by the terminal to be accessed, and returns the conference port list to the terminal to be accessed;
the scheduling server receives an application conference instruction sent by the terminal to be conferred; the conference application instruction comprises a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred and a port number of a target conference port selected by the terminal to be conferred from the conference port list;
the scheduling server sends a dynamic conference entering instruction to the target conference port of the conference management server based on the port number; the dynamic conference entering instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred, and the dynamic conference entering instruction is used for indicating the conference management server to send a conference entering instruction to the terminal to be conferred through the target conference port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the conference list acquiring instruction includes a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred, the scheduling server stores a terminal list and a conference list, the terminal list stores a terminal number and a terminal level correspondingly, and the conference list stores a port number and a conference level correspondingly;
the obtaining of the conference port list that the terminal to be conferred has the authority to join includes:
the scheduling server searches a target terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the terminal to be joined in the terminal list;
and the scheduling server searches a target conference level lower than or equal to the target terminal level in the conference list, and adds a port number corresponding to the target conference level into the conference port list.
3. A method for conferencing, the method comprising:
the terminal to be conferred sends a conference list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server;
the terminal to be conferred receives a conference port list which is returned by the scheduling server and has authority to be conferred;
the terminal to be conferred sends a conference application instruction to the scheduling server, wherein the conference application instruction comprises a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred and a port number of a target conference port selected by the terminal to be conferred from the conference port list;
and the terminal to be conferred receives a conference command sent by the conference management server through the target conference port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred, and joins the conference corresponding to the target conference port.
4. A method for conferencing, the method comprising:
the terminal to be conferred sends a conference list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server;
the scheduling server receives the conference list obtaining instruction, obtains a conference port list which the terminal to be conferred has permission to join, and returns the conference port list to the terminal to be conferred;
the conference port list is received by the conference terminal to be accessed, and an conference application instruction is sent to the scheduling server, wherein the conference application instruction comprises the terminal number of the conference terminal to be accessed and the port number of a target conference port selected by the conference terminal to be accessed from the conference port list;
the scheduling server receives the meeting application instruction, and sends a dynamic meeting instruction to the target meeting port of the meeting management server based on the port number, wherein the dynamic meeting instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be accessed;
the conference management server receives the conference application instruction, and sends a conference instruction to the terminal to be conferred based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred through the target conference port;
and the terminal to be conferred receives the conference instruction and joins the conference corresponding to the target conference port.
5. The method according to claim 4, before the sending, by the terminal to be conferred, a conference list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server, further comprising:
the conference management server receives a conference opening instruction sent by a conference control client, wherein the conference opening instruction comprises a terminal number of a chairman terminal;
the conference management server creates a conference port corresponding to a conference, acquires a terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the chairman terminal from the scheduling server, and takes the acquired terminal level as a conference level corresponding to the conference;
and the conference management server updates the port number and the conference level of the conference port corresponding to the conference to the scheduling server.
6. A dispatch server, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a conference list acquisition instruction sent by the terminal to be conferred;
the return module is used for acquiring a conference port list which is authorized to be added by the terminal to be accessed, and returning the conference port list to the terminal to be accessed;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the conference application instruction sent by the terminal to be conferred; the conference application instruction comprises a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred and a port number of a target conference port selected by the terminal to be conferred from the conference port list;
a first sending module, configured to send a dynamic conference entering instruction to the target conference port of the conference management server based on the port number; the dynamic conference entering instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred, and the dynamic conference entering instruction is used for indicating the conference management server to send a conference entering instruction to the terminal to be conferred through the target conference port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred.
7. A terminal, comprising:
the second sending module is used for sending a conference list obtaining instruction to the scheduling server;
the third receiving module is used for receiving a conference port list which is returned by the scheduling server and has the authority to join the terminal to be joined;
a third sending module, configured to send an instruction for applying for conference entry to the scheduling server, where the instruction for applying for conference entry includes a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred and a port number of a target conference port selected by the terminal to be conferred from the conference port list;
and the conference entering module is used for receiving a conference entering instruction sent by the conference management server through the target conference port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conferred and joining the conference corresponding to the target conference port.

the terminal to be conferred is used for sending a conference list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server; receiving a conference port list returned by the scheduling server, and sending an application conference instruction to the scheduling server, wherein the application conference instruction comprises a terminal number of the terminal to be conferred and a port number of a target conference port selected by the terminal to be conferred from the conference port list; receiving a meeting instruction sent by the meeting management server, and joining the meeting corresponding to the target meeting port;
the scheduling server is used for receiving the conference list acquisition instruction, acquiring a conference port list which is authorized to be added by the terminal to be accessed, and returning the conference port list to the terminal to be accessed; receiving the meeting application instruction, and sending a dynamic meeting instruction to the target meeting port of the meeting management server based on the port number, wherein the dynamic meeting instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be accessed;
and the conference management server is used for receiving the conference application instruction sent by the scheduling server and sending the conference access instruction to the terminal to be accessed based on the terminal number of the terminal to be accessed through the target conference port.
