Background
Instant messaging software is one of the effective ways to achieve remote communication between users. However, the following situations are inevitably encountered by the user in the process of using the instant messaging software: it is desirable to temporarily synchronize messages in a target group to others or other groups not within the target group, but it is undesirable to have the person or group to whom the message is synchronized join the target group for a variety of factors, such as privacy or group attributes. For example, user a sees a message in chat group B, and wants to forward the message to user C, but user C is not in chat group B and user a does not want to add user C to chat group B. Thus, existing instant messaging software has a need to temporarily synchronize messages within a target group to other people or groups outside the group.
In the related art, the following three schemes can be adopted to achieve the above requirements: firstly, respectively forwarding messages needing synchronization to corresponding people/groups; secondly, a group is established for the people needing to synchronize the messages, and then the messages needing to be synchronized are forwarded to the group; and thirdly, respectively forwarding the messages needing to be synchronized to the group members of the corresponding group, and forwarding the messages needing to be synchronized to the group by the group members. However, the three methods all require manual synchronization, and when the amount of synchronized information is large, high time cost and labor cost are required.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation scenario according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 1, both terminal a and terminal B are installed with instant messaging software. The terminal A logs in the instant messaging software through the first communication account, the terminal B logs in the instant messaging software through the second communication account, and the first communication account and the second communication account are contacts, so that the terminal A and the terminal B can realize communication interaction (for example, mutual message sending, voice call and the like). The communication server is a background server of the instant communication software, and when the terminal A and the terminal B are in communication interaction, the communication server is used as a transfer server. The terminal a or the terminal B may be any networking terminal such as a smart phone, a computer, a tablet, and the like, and the instant messaging software may also be any type of communication software, and the present embodiment does not specifically limit the type of the terminal and the type of the instant messaging software.
In order to solve the problems in the related art, the present application provides a session message transmission method, which is applied to the communication server in fig. 1. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a session message transmission method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the session message transmission method of the present application may include the steps of:
step S21: obtaining an association request sent by a management terminal of a group session account, wherein the association request comprises a target account, and the target account is different from the group session account and each group member account in a group represented by the group session account.
In this embodiment, the instant messaging account includes multiple types, such as a personal session account, a group session account, and the like. The personal session account refers to an account which is applied for registration on behalf of a person. The group session account refers to an account that meets the condition and can provide a plurality of personal session accounts for simultaneous discussion, such as a chat room number, and the like. The personal conversation account is a basic account of the instant messaging software used by the user, and the group conversation account can be used through the personal conversation account only after the user applies for the personal conversation account.
In this embodiment, the personal session account may add a plurality of other types of instant messaging accounts as contacts, and after the addition, the personal session account may view messages sent by the contacts. For example, the personal session account a may add the personal session account X as a contact, or may add the group session account Y as a contact. Messages sent by personal session account X and/or messages sent by groups characterized by group session account Y may be received after the addition.
In this embodiment, a plurality of group session accounts may be added to a personal session account corresponding to a user, and if the user needs to synchronize a message sent by a group represented by a certain group session account among the group session accounts to at least one other instant messaging account different from each group member account in the group represented by the group session account and the group session account, the group session account is a target group session account, a terminal where the user is located is a management terminal of the target group session account, and at least one other instant messaging account different from each group member account in the group represented by the group session account and the group session account is a target account. And the management terminal generates a correlation request according to the target group session account and the target account, and sends the correlation request to the communication server to request for establishing the correlation between the target account and the target group session account.
Illustratively, a group session account M, a group session account N, and a personal session account of a user B are added to the personal session account of the user a, where the user B is not a group member of a group represented by the group session account M. The user a wants to synchronize a certain message in a group represented by the group session account M to the group session account N and the personal session account of the user B, where the group session account M is a target group session account, the terminal where the user a is located is a management terminal, and the group session account N and the personal session account of the user B are target accounts for receiving the synchronization message. The management terminal generates a correlation request according to the target group session account and the target account, and sends the correlation request to the communication server so as to request the communication server to respectively establish the correlation between the group session account N and the personal session account of the user B and the group session account M.
Step S22: and establishing an association relation between the group session account and the target account according to the association request.
In this embodiment, after receiving the association request, the communication server obtains the target group session account of the message to be synchronized from the association request, receives the target account of the message to be synchronized, and establishes an association relationship between the target group session account and the target account.
Wherein, the association relationship refers to an association relationship different from the group member. In specific implementation, a group association function may be added to the group function page of the target group session account, and the association between the target group session account and the target account may be established by the group association function in a manner of adding a group member. The target group session account and the target account only need to be established once, and the association is maintained continuously in the follow-up process unless the association relationship is released.
The group association function may also set a usage right, and a group owner or a group administrator may set a group member having the usage right of the group association function. For example, the permissions may be set to: the present embodiment is not limited to specific examples, such as allowing the group owner to have the usage right, allowing the group owner and the group administrator to have the usage right, allowing all group members (including the group owner, the group administrator, and the general group members) to have the usage right, and the like. The management terminal with the use authority of the group association function can establish the association relationship between the target group session account and any target account. Step S23: a group session message for a group characterized by a group session account is obtained.
In this embodiment, the group session message is a message published by group members in a group characterized by a group session account. The type of the group session message includes text, voice, picture, animation, audio, video, link, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S24: and sending the group session message to a terminal of a target account having an association relation with the group session accounts, and sending the group session message to terminals of all group member accounts in the group.
In this embodiment, after the association relationship between the target group session account and the target account is established, any group member in the target group session account may synchronize a session message to the target account.
Because the target account is not associated with the target group session account in a manner of adding a group member, after the association is established, the target account can only see messages synchronized from the group represented by the target group session account, but cannot see other session messages in the group represented by the target group session account.
In some scenarios, when a message is synchronized externally, in order to avoid affecting the group attributes of the target group session accounts or due to privacy concerns, it is not desirable to add a target account receiving a message to be synchronized as a group member in the target group session accounts. The group attribute refers to an attribute that all group members in the target group session account have, for example, all members belong to employees of a specific company, all members of a certain platform, all members have a certain interest and hobbies, and the like. Therefore, according to the embodiment, the message external synchronization can be realized under the condition that the target account is not added as the group member of the target group session account, and unfriendly operation of actively removing the group member corresponding to the target account after the message synchronization is finished is naturally avoided.
Illustratively, the target group session account sends messages 1-45 to user a's personal session account. If the user a wants the user B to see the message 20, but finds that the personal session account of the user B has not established an association relationship with the target group session account, the user a first sends an association request (including the target group session account and the personal session account of the user B) to the communication server through the terminal of the user a, and after receiving the association request, the communication server establishes an association relationship between the personal session account of the user B and the target group session account. Next, user A may select the message 20, then select user B's personal session account via the group association function and click to send, sending the message 20 to user B's personal session account so that user B may view the message 20. User B cannot see messages 1-19 and messages 21-45, but only message 20, since user B is not a group member of the target group session account.
In the above process, if the user C wants to send the message 30 to the personal session account of the user B, and at this time, the user C checks that the personal session account of the user B has established an association relationship with the target group session account, the user C directly selects the message 30, then selects the personal session account of the user B through the group association function, clicks and sends the message 30 to the personal session account of the user B, so that the user B can check the message 30.
According to the embodiment, the group session message of the group represented by the group session account is obtained, and the group session message is sent to the terminal of the target account having the association relationship with the group session accounts and the terminals of all group member accounts in the group, wherein the target account is different from the group session account and all group member accounts. By the method, the message in the group represented by the target group session account can be synchronized to other target accounts different from the target group session account and each group member account in the group represented by the target group session account, and the target account does not need to be added as the group member account of the group represented by the target group session account, so that the message synchronization requirement of users can be met, the interaction mode among the users is enriched, and the group attribute of the target group session account is not influenced.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment, in an implementation manner, the present application further provides a method for synchronizing a group session message of a group represented by a group session account to a terminal of a target account according to an association relationship, as shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for synchronizing group session messages according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the step S24 may include:
step S241: detecting whether the group session message has an associated attribute.
In this embodiment, the group session message having the association attribute means: a group session message may be sent to the target account.
Step S242: and when detecting that the group session message has the association attribute, sending the group session message to a terminal of a target account having an association relation with the group session accounts.
In this embodiment, the communication server first obtains a group session message that needs to be synchronized with a target account according to a user operation, then detects whether the group session message has an association attribute, and sends the group session message to the target account according to an association relationship between the target group account and the target account when the group session message has the association attribute. And sending the group session message to the target account, namely sending the group session message to a terminal for logging in the target account.
Illustratively, after obtaining a group session message Z that needs to be synchronized with a personal session account M and a group session account N, the messaging server first detects whether the group session message Z has an association attribute, and if so, sends the group session message Z to the personal session account M and the group session account N, respectively.
By the embodiment, the group session message with the associated attribute can be synchronized to the terminal logging in the target account, so that any other personal session account and/or group session account which is different from the target group session account and the group member account in the target group session account can also receive the session message in the group represented by the target group session account, the interaction mode among users is enriched, and the user experience is optimized.
With reference to the foregoing embodiments, in an implementation manner, the present application further provides a method for manually synchronizing group session messages of a group represented by a group session account to outside. Specifically, the step S23 may include:
and obtaining historical group session messages of the group session accounts, wherein the historical group session messages are sent to terminals of all the group member accounts.
Accordingly, the step S241 may include:
detecting the association operation of a terminal of a first group member account on the historical group session message, wherein the first group member account is any group member account in a group represented by the group session account;
when the association operation is detected, controlling a terminal of the first group member account to output the target account associated with the group session account;
and detecting whether a terminal of the first swarm member account performs selection operation on the target account.
In this embodiment, the first group member account is an account of any one group member in the group characterized by the target group session account. The first group member may synchronize any historical group session message in the group represented by the target group session account with the outside through the first group member account.
In this embodiment, a first group member first selects a certain historical group session message that needs to be synchronized externally, and after detecting the selection operation, the communication server may control the terminal of the account of the first group member to pop up a menu bar on the interface, where the menu bar includes a plurality of operations that can be executed on the selected historical group session message, and the operations include an operation of sending the group session message to a target account. If the first group member clicks a button corresponding to the operation of sending the group session message to the target account, it indicates that the terminal of the first group member account performs a correlation operation on the historical group session message.
The communication server controls the terminal of the account of the first group member to output all accounts associated with the target group session account when detecting that the terminal of the account of the first group member performs the association operation, and then further detects whether the first group member performs the selection operation among the accounts, if detecting the selection operation, the history group session message has the association attribute. Then, the communication server sends the group session message with the associated attribute to the selected account (i.e. the target account).
According to the embodiment, any group member in the group represented by the target group session account can manually select the historical group session message to be synchronized and receive the target account of the historical group session message to be synchronized, so that the synchronization from the target group session message to the target account is realized, the interaction mode among users is enriched, and the user experience is optimized.
With reference to the foregoing embodiments, in an implementation manner, the present application further provides a method for automatically synchronizing group session messages of a group represented by a group session account to outside. Specifically, the step S23 may include:
and acquiring a group session message to be sent of a terminal of a second group member account, wherein the second group member account is any one of the group session accounts.
Accordingly, the step S241 may include:
and detecting whether the group session message to be sent contains a preset associated tag and the target account.
Accordingly, the step S242 may include:
and when the group session message to be sent contains the preset association tag and the target account, sending the group session message to a terminal of the target account having an association relationship with the group session accounts.
In this embodiment, the group session message to be sent refers to a message that has just been edited and has not been successfully sent yet. The second group member account is an account of any one group member within the group characterized by the target group session account. The second group member may synchronize any historical group session message in the group characterized by the target group session account to the outside through the second group member account.
If the group session message to be sent contains the preset associated tag written according to the rule and the target account, it indicates that the group session message to be sent needs to be sent to the target account. The rule may be: and taking the effective characters as preset associated labels, and writing the target account number immediately after the effective characters. The valid characters may be #, @, or the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. For example, a group session message to be sent of "12:00 pm tomorrow at a meeting @ X" indicates that the message "12:00 pm tomorrow at a meeting" needs to be sent to target account number X.
In this embodiment, the messaging server may use a message that the second group member has just edited in the current input field and clicks the send button (at this time, the message is not sent successfully) as the to-be-sent group session message of the terminal of the second group member account. And then, the communication server detects whether the group session message to be sent contains a preset associated tag and a target account written according to rules, and if so, on one hand, the group session message to be sent is sent to the target account, and on the other hand, the group session message to be sent is sent to any group member account in a group represented by the target group session account.
According to the embodiment, the user can establish the association between the group session message to be sent and the target account number at the stage of editing the group session message to be sent, so that the communication server can automatically send the group session message to be sent to the target account number when sending the group session message to be sent to the group represented by the target group session account number, the user can be prevented from manually synchronizing the group session message to be sent subsequently, the target account number can timely receive the synchronization information, and the user experience is optimized.
With reference to the foregoing embodiments, in an implementation manner, the present application further provides a forwarding reminding function. Specifically, after the group session message is sent to the terminal of the target account having an association relationship with the group session accounts, the method of the present application may further include the following steps:
adding a forwarded flag to the group session message;
correspondingly, the sending the group session message to the terminal of each group member account in the group includes:
and sending the group session message carrying the forwarded mark to the terminal of each group member account in the group.
In this embodiment, if a certain group session message is successfully sent to the terminal where the target account is located, a forwarded mark may also be added to the group session message, and a forwarding prompt message is generated and sent to the terminal of each group member account in the group, so as to notify each group member that the message has been forwarded to the associated target account.
Illustratively, if the group session message X of the group represented by the group session account a is forwarded to the target account B having an association relationship with the group session account a, the communication server generates a forwarding prompt message, "the group session message X has been forwarded to the target account B", and sends the prompt message to the terminal of each group member account in the group represented by the group session account a.
The forwarding reminding function of this embodiment may be started or related according to actual requirements, and may be operated by a member having a corresponding right in the group, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The forwarding reminding function of the embodiment can enrich the interaction modes among users and optimize the user experience. In one implementation, in combination with the above embodiments, the present application further provides a method for temporarily adding group members. Specifically, the method may comprise the steps of:
acquiring a temporary session request sent by a terminal of a third group member account or a terminal of the target account, wherein the temporary session request carries an expiration date, and the third group member account is any one of the group member accounts;
according to the temporary session request, marking the target account as a temporary member account of the group session account with the validity period;
and sending the temporary member account to the terminal of each group member account and the terminal of the target account, so that the terminal of each group member account and the account of the target terminal both display a group member account list of the group and display the temporary member account within the validity period.
On this basis, the step S24 may include:
and when the validity period is not expired, sending the group session message to the terminal of the target account.
In some scenarios, if more messages in a group need to be synchronized to the outside, the method in the above embodiment will bring a large burden to the management terminal. Therefore, in this embodiment, the target account may also be temporarily added as a group member account of a group represented by the target group session account, and a user or a member in the group corresponding to the target account is allowed to enter the group represented by the target group account within a specified time period, so that the user or the member temporarily shares the treatment of the group member, and the workload of the management terminal on external synchronization information is reduced. And the third group member account is a group member account in a group characterized by the target group session account.
In a specific implementation, the terminal where the third group member account is located may invite the terminal where the target account is located to join the group represented by the target group session account, or the terminal where the target account is located may actively apply for joining the group represented by the target group session account, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, when the target account is temporarily added as a group member account, a terminal where a third group member account is located may generate a temporary session request, and send the temporary session request to the terminal where the target account is located through the communication server, where the temporary session invitation carries a start time and a stop time, and indicates that the target account is to become a group member account of a group characterized by the target group session account from the start time, and quits the group characterized by the target group session account at the stop time. Of course, the terminal where the target account is located may also generate a temporary session request, and send the temporary session request to the terminal where the third group member account is located through the communication server.
In this embodiment, a part of the group member accounts may be selected in advance as the third group member accounts. The third group member account may be a group primary account, a group administrator account, or a common group member account, which is not limited in this embodiment. In this way, when the terminal where the target account is located sends the temporary session request to the terminal where the third group member account is located, each third group member account may receive the temporary session request.
When a third group member account receives the temporary session request, the target account can be marked as the temporary member account with the validity period of the group session account according to the temporary session request, and the target account is added into a group member account list of a group characterized by the target group session account, so that the terminal of each group member account and the terminal of the target account can view the temporary member account through the group member account list of the group. The target account temporarily enjoys the treatment of the common group member account. When a group member account in a group characterized by the target group session account sends a message, the target account can directly check the message in the group and participate in group chat without synchronization of other group member accounts in the group.
For example, if the group member account M of the group characterized by the target group session account is to add the personal session account N to the group characterized by the target group session account, the group member account M may generate a temporary session request through a temporary session function, and set the validity period of the temporary session request to 10/1/10: 00 in 2020: 00-2020, 10/month, 7/day 10:00:00, such that the group member account number M can send the temporary session request to the personal session account number N via the messenger server, and if the personal session account number N agrees with the temporary session request, the messenger server sends the temporary session request to the member account number M at 10/month, 1/day 10:00:00 adds the personal session account number N to the list of group member accounts of the group characterized by the target group session account number.
In this embodiment, when the target account is not temporarily added as the group member account of the group represented by the target group session account, the user on the target account side may actively modify the start time and the end time, but pass the permission of the user on the third group member account side. Of course, the user on the side of the third group member account may also actively modify the start time and the end time of each target account.
After the target account is temporarily added to the group member account of the group characterized by the target group session account, the termination time may be actively modified, but the permission of the user on the third group member account side is passed. Of course, the user on the side of the third group member account may also actively modify the termination time of each target account.
After a target account number reaches the termination time, the communication server actively moves the target account number reaching the termination time out of the group represented by the target group session account number, and informs the moved target account number.
By the embodiment, the target account can be temporarily added as the group member account of the group represented by the target group session account, and a user or a member in the group corresponding to the target account is allowed to enter the group represented by the target group account within a specified time period, so that the target account temporarily shares the treatment of the common group member account, and the workload of the management terminal on external synchronization information is reduced.
With reference to the foregoing embodiments, in an implementation manner, the session message transmission method of the present application further provides an expiration reminding function. Specifically, the session message transmission method of the present application may further include:
when the validity period expires, marking the target account as an expired member account of the group session account;
and sending the expired member account to the terminal of each group member account and the terminal of the target account, so that the terminal of each group member account displays the group member account list of the group and does not display the expired member account, and so that the terminal of the target account does not display the group member account list of the group and the expired member account.
In this embodiment, since the temporary session request carries the validity period, when a certain target account reaches the termination time, the communication server automatically deletes the target account from the group member account list of the group represented by the target group session account.
When the target account is deleted, the communication server can mark the target account as an expired member account of the group session account, generate expired reminding information according to the expired member account, and respectively send the expired reminding information to the terminal of each group member account and the terminal of the target account, so that the terminal of each group member account and the terminal of the target account update the group member account list displayed by the terminal of each group member account and the terminal of the target account, and the expired member account is not displayed any more. Illustratively, the validity period in the temporary session request of the personal session account N is set to 10 months, 1 days, 10:00 in 2020: 00 to 10/7/10: 00:00 in 2020, the communication server will, in 10/7/10: 00 in 2020: when 00 arrives, the personal session account N is automatically deleted from the group member account list of the group represented by the target group session account, meanwhile, the communication server marks the personal session account N as an expired member account, generates expired reminding information 'the personal session account N is expired' according to the personal session account N, and then respectively sends the expired reminding information to the terminal of each group member account and the terminal of the target account, so that the terminal of each group member account and the terminal of the target account update the group member account list displayed by the terminal of the target account and do not display the personal session account N any more.
The expiration reminding function of this embodiment may be started or related according to actual requirements, and may be operated by a member having a corresponding right in the group, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Of course, when a certain target account reaches the termination time, the communication server may remind the target account in advance, for example, remind the target account to be removed in advance by 1 hour or 2 hours.
The forwarding reminding function of the embodiment can enrich the interaction modes among users and optimize the user experience.
In the embodiment, temporary group entering personnel are managed according to a certain rule, the target account number has psychological expectation of group entering time limitation through the rule from the beginning of communication, the unfriendly operation of directly manually cleaning group members is avoided, the interaction mode among users is enriched, and the group attribute of the target group session account number is ensured not to be influenced.
With reference to the foregoing embodiments, in an implementation manner, the present application further provides a method for obtaining an association request sent by a management terminal of a group session account. Specifically, the step S21 may further include:
controlling a management terminal of the group session account to display an association entry on a setting interface, wherein the association entry is used for establishing association relation with other accounts;
and detecting an association request triggered by the management terminal of the group session account through the association entry.
In this embodiment, a group setting interface of a group represented by a target group session account is provided with an association entry, and an association relationship can be established with any other account (a personal session account, a group session account, or the like) through the association entry.
In specific implementation, a group member having a group association function usage right in a group characterized by the target group session account may establish an association relationship between the target group session account and any other account through the association entry in advance.
By the embodiment, the association entry can be preset, the association relationship between the target group session account and a plurality of other accounts is established, technical support is provided for triggering the association request of the message to be synchronized, and the session message transmission method applied by the method can be implemented smoothly.
The session message transmission method of the present application will be described in detail with a specific embodiment. The session message transmission method mainly comprises two functions, namely a group association function and a temporary session function. The group association function may be as shown in fig. 4, and the temporary session function may be as shown in fig. 5. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a group association function according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a temporary session function according to an embodiment of the present application.
When the session message transmission method of the present application is implemented by the target group M, two functions of "group association" and "temporary session" are newly added to the group function of the target group M.
Group association function
In connection with fig. 4, the group association function includes associating people and associating groups.
(one) associated person
If a member (hereinafter referred to as a related person) in the target group M wants to associate a person (hereinafter referred to as an associated person) outside other groups in the target group M, the related person function is directly clicked, and a personal account of the associated person is input to search for the associated person, or the two-dimensional code account of the associated person is scanned to search for the associated person. Then, the associator sends an association request to the associated person. If the associated person agrees to the association, the association is successful, and a message of successful association is sent to the associated person, and if the associated person refuses the association, the association is failed, and a message of failed association is sent to the associated person. After the associator knows that the association fails, the associator can send the association request to the associated person again. Wherein, the message of the association failure can also add the rejection reason input by the associated person.
(II) Association group
If the associated person is to associate other groups (hereinafter referred to as associated groups) in the target group M, the associated group function is directly clicked, the group account of the associated group is input to search for the associated group, or the two-dimensional code account of the associated group is scanned to search for the associated group. The associate then sends an association request to the group owner and the group administrator for the associated group. If the group owner or the group manager agrees to the association, the association is successful, and a message of successful association is sent to the associated person, and if the association is rejected by the associated group, the association is failed, and a message of failed association is sent to the associated person. After the associator knows that the association fails, the associator can send the association request to the associated group again. Wherein, the message of failed association can also be added with a rejection reason input by the group owner or the group administrator.
After the association of the associated person and/or the associated group is completed, the group message in the target group M may be sent to the associated person and/or the associated group, specifically, there are two sending manners, including: manual transmission and automatic transmission, as shown in fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a process of sending a group message to the outside according to an embodiment of the present application.
(one) Manual Transmission
In performing the manual transmission, a group message to be transmitted to the associated person and/or the associated group is first selected and long-pressed (or double-clicked), then "notify associated person and/or group" is selected in the popped message option, then a target associated person and/or group is selected in the popped selection list of all associated persons and/or groups, and finally click-to-transmit, a message to be transmitted to the target associated person and/or group is transmitted.
(II) automatic transmission
When automatic transmission is performed, in the process of editing the group message, a target associated person/group is added in a format of "preset tag + associated person/group", where the preset tag may be @, # or the like. Next, clicking the send button, the system automatically recognizes the target associated person and/or group at the time of sending, and then sends the group message to the target associated person and/or group.
When the group association function is used, the above-mentioned associated person may be any member in the target group M, or may be only a member having authority, such as a group owner and a group administrator, which may be specifically set according to actual requirements.
Two, temporary session function
With reference to fig. 5, the temporary session function includes: the associator actively sends a temporary session invitation to the associated person and/or group and the associated person and/or group sends a temporary session application to the associator.
Association person actively sending temporary session invitation to associated person and/or group
When the associator actively sends the temporary session invitation to the associated person and/or the group, the associator firstly selects one or more target associated persons and/or groups from the associated persons and/or the group, then sets the group entering time and the group leaving time, and then generates the temporary session invitation according to the group entering time and the group leaving time and sends the temporary session invitation to the target associated persons and/or the group.
After the target associated person receives the invitation to the temporary session, the system automatically adds the associated person to the target group M to participate in the group chat when the group-entering time arrives, if agreed, and if rejected, the associated person may send the invitation to the temporary session again.
After the target is received by the associated group the invitation to the temporary session, if the group owner or administrator agrees, further selecting and submitting the group members that need to enter the target group M, and then the system automatically adds the selected group members to the target group M to participate in the group chat when the group-entering time arrives, and if rejected, the associate may send the invitation to the temporary session again.
(ii) sending a provisional session application to the associated person by the associated person and/or group.
When the associated person and/or the group sends the association person the invitation of the temporary session, the associated person can directly send the request of the temporary session to the associated person, and carry the group entering time and the group leaving time in the request of the temporary session. If the associated person agrees, a response of the agreement application is sent to the associated person, and the associated person is automatically added to the target group M when the group-entering time arrives. If rejected, the associated person may again send a provisional session application to the associated person.
The associated group firstly selects the group members needing to enter the target group M, then sends a temporary session application to the associated person, and carries the group members needing to enter the target group M, the group entering time and the group leaving time in the temporary session application. If the associated person agrees, a response of the agreement application is sent to the associated group, and the selected group members are automatically added to the target group M when the group entering time arrives. If rejected, the associated group may again send a provisional session application to the associate.
When the temporary session function is used, the associated person may be any member in the target group M, or may be only a member having authority, such as a group owner and a group administrator, which may be specifically set according to actual needs.
The associated person and/or group may proactively modify the in-cluster time and the out-cluster time before having entered the target group M, but subject to the permission of the group owner or administrator of the target group M. Of course, the group owner or administrator of the target group M may also actively modify the in-group time and the out-of-group time of each associated person and/or group.
The associated person and/or group may also actively modify the time of the outlier after temporarily entering the target group M, but subject to the permission of the group owner or administrator of the target group M. Of course, the group owner or administrator of the target group M may also actively modify the time of each associated person and/or group temporarily entering the target group M for the outlier.
After an associated person and/or group arrives at an outlier time, the system actively moves the associated person and/or group arriving at the outlier time out of the target group M and informs the moved associated person and/or group. The system refers to a background server of the instant messaging software.
Of course, the system may alert the associated person and/or group about to be outlier in advance, for example 1 or 2 hours in advance, when the time of the outlier is about to arrive.
The session message transmission method of the embodiment has the following effects:
the group messages are synchronized in a mode of associating people and/or groups, communication in a new group building mode is avoided, and waste of internet resources such as group resources is also avoided.
The (second) group message can be synchronized to the associated person and/or group manually or automatically through the group association function, saving time and labor costs.
And thirdly, both the associated person and/or the group can actively initiate a temporary session, thereby reducing the problem of complicated synchronization operation when the message volume of the group to be synchronized is large and solving the problem of unsmooth communication.
And (IV) after the associated people and/or the temporary group enter the target group, the system automatically cleans the temporary group entering people when the system reaches the outlier time, and the damage to the attribute of the original target group is avoided.
And (V) managing temporary group entering personnel by the system rule, and having psychological expectation of group entering time limitation by the associated person and/or the group from the beginning of communication through the system rule, thereby avoiding the unfriendly operation of manually cleaning temporary group members.
