After receiving a meeting instruction sent by a meeting control client, the meeting management server creates a meeting port corresponding to the meeting. The meeting management server analyzes and obtains the terminal number of the chairman terminal attached to the meeting instruction, attaches the terminal number of the chairman terminal to the terminal level acquisition instruction, and sends the terminal level acquisition instruction to the scheduling server.
3. The scheduling server replies a terminal level acquisition response instruction to the session management server.
The scheduling server stores a terminal list and a conference list, wherein the terminal list correspondingly stores terminal numbers and terminal levels, and the conference list correspondingly stores port numbers and conference levels. The terminal list may be pre-saved to the scheduling server, and the conference list may be updated and saved to the scheduling server after the conference is created.
After receiving the command sent to the terminal level acquisition command by the session management server, the scheduling server analyzes and obtains the terminal number of the chairman terminal attached to the terminal level acquisition command, acquires the terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the chairman terminal from the terminal list, attaches the terminal level to the terminal level acquisition response command, and replies the terminal level acquisition response command to the session management server.

5. And the meeting management server sends a meeting response instruction to the meeting control client.
The conference management server attaches the port number of the conference port corresponding to the conference response instruction and replies the conference response instruction to the conference control client.
6. The session server transmits a session command to each of the participant terminals (participant terminal 1 to participant terminal n).
The conference management server sends a conference entering instruction to each conference terminal based on the terminal number of each conference terminal in the conference terminal list through the conference port corresponding to the conference, wherein the conference entering instruction is accompanied with the port number of the conference port. After each participant terminal receives the meeting instruction, the participant terminal joins the meeting corresponding to the meeting port, and the meeting is successfully conducted.
Referring to fig. 4, a device interaction diagram of a meeting procedure according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown.
As shown in fig. 4, the conference flow may include the following processes:
1. and the terminal to be joined sends a meeting list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server.
And if the terminal to be joined in a meeting wants to join in a certain meeting, sending a meeting list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server, wherein the meeting list acquisition instruction is accompanied with the terminal number of the terminal to be joined in.
2. The scheduling server replies a conference list to the terminal to be joined to acquire a response instruction.
After receiving the conference list acquisition instruction, the scheduling server analyzes the conference list acquisition instruction to obtain the terminal number of the terminal to be entered. The scheduling server searches a target terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the terminal to be joined in the terminal list by traversing the terminal list. After the target terminal level is acquired, traversing the conference list, acquiring each conference level in the conference list, comparing each conference level with the target terminal level, and searching the conference level (the level is lower than or equal to the target terminal level, namely the level coding value is higher than or equal to the target terminal level) of which the level is lower than or equal to the target terminal level from the conference list. And acquiring a port number corresponding to the target conference level from the conference list, and adding the acquired port number into the conference port list. The scheduling server attaches the conference port list to the conference list acquisition response instruction, and replies the conference list acquisition response instruction to the terminal to be joined.
It should be noted that, if there is no target conference level whose level is lower than or equal to the target terminal level in the conference list, the conference port list is empty. If the list of conference ports is not empty, one or more port numbers may be included in the list of conference ports.
3. And the terminal to be joined sends a meeting request instruction to the scheduling server.
After receiving the conference list response instruction, the terminal to be joined analyzes and obtains a conference port list attached to the conference list response instruction. If the conference port list is empty, the terminal to be joined can learn that the conference to which the terminal to be joined is not allowed currently, and the terminal to be joined does not process. If the conference port list is not empty, the terminal to be joined selects the port number of the target conference port to be joined from the conference port list, attaches the port number of the target conference port and the terminal number of the terminal to be joined to the conference application instruction, and sends the conference application instruction to the scheduling server.
4. The scheduling server sends a dynamic meeting instruction to the meeting management server.
After receiving the meeting request instruction, the scheduling server analyzes and obtains the port number of the target meeting port attached to the meeting request instruction and the terminal number of the terminal to be met. The scheduling server attaches the terminal number of the terminal to be joined to the dynamic joining instruction, and sends the dynamic joining instruction to the port number of the target conference port in the joining server.
5. And the session management server sends a session command to the session waiting terminal.
After receiving the dynamic conference command, the target conference port of the conference management server analyzes and obtains the terminal number of the terminal to be conference-entered attached to the dynamic conference command, attaches the port number of the target conference port to the conference-entered command, and sends the conference-entered command to the terminal to be conference-entered based on the terminal number of the terminal to be conference-entered through the target conference port. And after receiving the conference joining instruction, the conference terminal to be joined successfully joins the conference corresponding to the target conference port.

In table two, 3 conferences are included, conference 1 to conference 3 represent numbers of conferences, a level represents a coding value of a conference level (the smaller the coding value is, the higher the conference level is), a port represents a port number of a conference port, and a list represents a list of participant terminals in the conference.
If the terminal 20003 wants to apply for a meeting, it sends a meeting list acquisition instruction to the dispatch server. The scheduling server receives the conference list acquisition instruction, traverses the terminal list, searches 20003 for the conference with the corresponding terminal level of 2, traverses the conference list, searches for the conference with the conference level code value greater than or equal to 2, acquires the conference 2 and the conference 3 corresponding to the port 2 and the port 3 respectively, and sends a conference list acquisition response instruction with the ports 2 and 3 to the terminal 20003. After receiving the conference port list, the terminal 20003 sends a request for conference to the scheduling server with the port 2 and the terminal number 20003 if it wants to join the conference corresponding to the port 2. After receiving the meeting request instruction, the dispatching server sends a dynamic meeting request and attaches a terminal number 20003 to a port 2 of the meeting server. After receiving the dynamic meeting instruction, the port 2 analyzes to obtain a terminal number 20003, and sends the meeting instruction to the terminal 20003. After receiving the meeting instruction, the terminal 20003 applies for success of meeting.
It should be noted that, the conference method in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to the internet of vision. In the video networking, the devices accessed into the video networking are uniformly managed through the video networking core server, and instructions, data and the like transmitted among the devices accessed into the video networking are forwarded through the video networking core server. Therefore, the instructions transmitted between the session management server and the scheduling server are transmitted between the session management server and the terminal, and the instructions transmitted between the scheduling server and the terminal are forwarded by the core server of the visual network. The instruction also comprises the terminal number of the sending equipment and the terminal number of the receiving equipment, and the video network core server can forward the instruction to the receiving equipment according to the terminal number of the receiving equipment carried in the instruction after receiving the instruction sent by the sending equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can dynamically join the conference with the same level or low level, the service practicability is increased, and the information protection of the conference with the high level can be realized.

Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of a scheduling server according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is shown.
As shown in fig. 5, the scheduling server may include the following modules:
A first receiving module 501, configured to receive a conference list acquisition instruction sent by a terminal to be joined;
a returning module 502, configured to obtain a conference port list to which the terminal to be joined has permission, and return the conference port list to the terminal to be joined;
a second receiving module 503, configured to receive an application meeting instruction sent by the terminal to be met; the conference application instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be conference-joined and the port number of the target conference port selected from the conference port list by the terminal to be conference-joined;
a first sending module 504, configured to send a dynamic conference joining instruction to the target conference port of the conference server based on the port number; the dynamic meeting instruction comprises a terminal number of the terminal to be met, and the dynamic meeting instruction is used for indicating the meeting management server to send the meeting instruction to the terminal to be met through the target meeting port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be met.
Optionally, the conference list obtaining instruction includes a terminal number of the terminal to be entered, the scheduling server stores a terminal list and a conference list, the terminal list stores the terminal number and the terminal level correspondingly, and the conference list stores the port number and the conference level correspondingly; the return module 502 includes: the first searching unit is used for searching a target terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the terminal to be joined in the terminal list; and the second searching unit is used for searching a target conference level lower than or equal to the target terminal level in the conference list and adding a port number corresponding to the target conference level into the conference port list.

As shown in fig. 7, the conference system may include: a conference control client 701, a conference management server 702, a dispatch server 703 and a conference terminal 704 to be entered.
The terminal 704 for conference to be entered is configured to send a conference list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server 703; receiving a conference port list returned by the scheduling server 703, and sending a meeting application instruction to the scheduling server 703, where the meeting application instruction includes a terminal number of the terminal to be met and a port number of a target conference port selected from the conference port list by the terminal to be met; and receives the meeting command sent by the meeting management server 702, and joins the meeting corresponding to the target meeting port;

Optionally, the session management server 702 is further configured to receive a session instruction sent by the session control client 701, where the session instruction includes a terminal number of a chairman terminal; creating a conference port corresponding to a conference, acquiring a terminal level corresponding to a terminal number of the chairman terminal from the scheduling server 703, and taking the acquired terminal level as a conference level corresponding to the conference; the port number of the conference port corresponding to the conference and the conference level are updated to the scheduling server 703.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the video conference process, the terminal to be joined can actively initiate the meeting application instruction aiming at the target conference port, and the scheduling server sends the dynamic meeting instruction to the target conference port of the meeting management server based on the meeting application instruction, so that the meeting management server sends the meeting instruction to the terminal to be joined, thereby realizing that the terminal to be joined actively joins the meeting corresponding to the target conference port.
For the device embodiments, since they are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and reference is made to the description of the method embodiments for relevant points.

the scheduling server receives a conference list acquisition instruction sent by a terminal to be joined;
the scheduling server acquires a conference port list which the terminal to be joined has permission to join, and returns the conference port list to the terminal to be joined;
the scheduling server receives an application meeting instruction sent by the terminal to be met; the conference application instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be conference-joined and the port number of the target conference port selected from the conference port list by the terminal to be conference-joined;
The scheduling server sends a dynamic conference entering instruction to the target conference port of the conference management server based on the port number; the dynamic meeting instruction comprises a terminal number of the terminal to be met, and the dynamic meeting instruction is used for indicating the meeting management server to send a meeting instruction to the terminal to be met through the target meeting port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be met;
the conference list acquisition instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be entered, a terminal list and a conference list are stored in the scheduling server, the terminal number and the terminal level are correspondingly stored in the terminal list, and the port number and the conference level are correspondingly stored in the conference list;
the step of obtaining the conference port list to which the terminal to be joined has authority to join comprises the following steps:
the scheduling server searches a target terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the terminal to be joined in the terminal list;
and the scheduling server searches a target conference level lower than or equal to the target terminal level in the conference list, and adds a port number corresponding to the target conference level into the conference port list.

the terminal to be joined sends a meeting application instruction to the scheduling server, wherein the meeting application instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be joined and the port number of a target conference port selected from the conference port list by the terminal to be joined;
And the terminal to be joined receives a joining instruction sent by the joining management server through the target conference port based on the terminal number of the terminal to be joined, and joins the conference corresponding to the target conference port.

the terminal to be joined sends a meeting list acquisition instruction to the scheduling server;

the scheduling server receives the meeting application instruction, and sends a dynamic meeting instruction to the target meeting port of the meeting management server based on the port number, wherein the dynamic meeting instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be met;
the meeting management server receives the meeting application instruction, and sends a meeting instruction to the terminal to be met based on the terminal number of the terminal to be met through the target meeting port;
The terminal to be joined receives the joining instruction and joins the meeting corresponding to the target meeting port;
the conference list acquisition instruction comprises the terminal number of the terminal to be entered, a terminal list and a conference list are stored in the scheduling server, the terminal number and the terminal level are correspondingly stored in the terminal list, and the port number and the conference level are correspondingly stored in the conference list;
the scheduling server receives the conference list obtaining instruction, obtains a conference port list which the terminal to be joined in has authority to join, and comprises the following steps:
the scheduling server searches a target terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the terminal to be joined in the terminal list;
and the scheduling server searches a target conference level lower than or equal to the target terminal level in the conference list, and adds a port number corresponding to the target conference level into the conference port list.
4. A method according to claim 3, further comprising, before the conference waiting terminal sends a conference list acquisition instruction to a scheduling server:
the conference management server receives a conference command sent by a conference control client, wherein the conference command comprises a terminal number of a chairman terminal;
The conference management server creates a conference port corresponding to a conference, acquires a terminal level corresponding to the terminal number of the chairman terminal from the scheduling server, and takes the acquired terminal level as the conference level corresponding to the conference;
and the conference management server updates the port number and the conference level of the conference port corresponding to the conference to the scheduling server.
