On the basis, the audio code stream of the multi-person conversation and the audio information of the sub-conversation participant can be mixed and sent to other participants of the sub-conversation, so that the sub-conversation participant acquires the communication data of the multi-person conversation while knowing the communication data of the sub-conversation, and the communication data in the multi-person conversation is prevented from being missed due to the factor conversation.
Before receiving the communication data acquisition request for the sub-session sent by the first participant, the method further includes: receiving at least one sub-session determined by the first conferee.
If a plurality of sub-sessions are established in the present application by means of steps S201 to S202, a first participant may screen and determine one or more sub-sessions according to information such as identification information of sub-session participants or establishment parameters of the sub-sessions, and a sub-session may be characterized by its unique identification; and if the communication data of the sub-sessions are determined to be acquired, sending a communication data acquisition request aiming at the determined sub-sessions to the server, and acquiring the communication data of the sub-sessions sent by the server by the first participant. The method for acquiring the communication data comprises the steps of constructing a sub-session on the basis of a multi-person session, determining a first participant who is free outside the sub-session and has a higher authority than the sub-session, sending the communication data of the sub-session to the first participant when the first participant initiates an acquisition request of the communication data of the sub-session, so that the first participant can know the communication data of the sub-session, and also sending the communication data of the first participant to each sub-session participant in the sub-session, thereby realizing the interaction between the first participant and the sub-session participant, being beneficial to the first participant to control the communication content, the communication process and the like of the sub-session, and avoiding the following situations: the communication content is not satisfactory, for example, the communication content does not accord with the topic of the sub-conversation, or the communication duration is too long.
In order to make the scheme for acquiring communication data and the technical effects thereof provided by the present disclosure more clear, specific embodiments thereof are described in detail with reference to several examples.
In the embodiment of the present application, a possible implementation manner is provided, where when a plurality of sub-session construction requests are received and there are a plurality of participants initiating the plurality of sub-session construction requests, before the step of responding to the sub-session construction request and constructing a sub-session according to the construction parameters and identification information of the sub-session participants, the method further includes the following sub-steps, and a flowchart of the method for acquiring communication data provided in this embodiment refers to fig. 4:
s410, acquiring the authority of the conferee initiating each sub-session construction request and the sub-session grade of each sub-session to be constructed;
s420, sequencing and integrating the sub-session construction requests according to the authority of each conferee and each sub-session level to be constructed, determining a sub-session construction request list, and determining the response sequence of each sub-session construction request based on the sub-session construction request list.
When receiving a plurality of sub-session construction requests initiated by different participants, acquiring the sub-session level of each sub-session and the corresponding authority of the participant initiating the sub-session construction request, sequencing and integrating the sub-session construction requests according to the authority and the sub-session level of the participant, and determining a sub-session construction request list.
Specifically, the step of performing sequencing and integrating processing on the sub-session construction request according to the authority of the conferee and the sub-session level may be implemented in the following manner, including:
a1, sequencing sub-session construction requests according to sub-session levels;
a2, when the sub-session levels are the same, acquiring the authority of the participant initiating the sub-session construction request, and sequencing the sub-sessions at the same level according to the authority of the participant;
and A3, when the authorities of the participants initiating the same sub-session level are the same, acquiring the initiation time of the sub-session construction request, sequencing the sub-session construction request according to the initiation time, sequencing the sub-session construction request according to the rule, and acquiring a sub-session construction request list.
According to the embodiment of the application, the construction requests are sequenced and integrated according to the sub-session levels, the authority of the participants who initiate the sub-session construction requests and the initiation time of the sub-session construction requests, the sub-session construction requests are sequenced and arranged in order, the sequential response of the sub-session construction requests is facilitated, the disorder and the disorder of the sub-session construction requests are avoided, and particularly under the condition that a large number of sub-session construction requests are received in a short time, the response efficiency of the construction requests can be improved through the sequential arrangement, and hardware paralysis is avoided.
The present application further provides another possible embodiment, if the authority of the participant initiating the sub-session is not higher than the authority of the participants of the sub-session, the response sequence of the sub-session construction request may be determined according to the scheme provided in the foregoing embodiment, and the construction sequence of the sub-session may also be determined by combining the response time of the participants of the sub-session.
Examples are as follows: the user B initiates a construction request of the sub-session 1, the permission of the user C contained in the sub-session 1 is the same as that of the user B, before the information which is sent by the user C and confirms to join the sub-session 1 is received, no response is made to the sub-session construction request initiated by the user B, if the user C sends the confirmation information to join the sub-session 1, a sub-session 2 with the same condition exists, the sub-session 2 contains participants D and E with the same permission, the levels of the sub-session 1 and the sub-session 2 are the same, the permission of the participant initiating the sub-session construction message is the same, the initiation time of the sub-session construction request is the same, and the sequencing result of the sub-session construction request can be determined through the time when the user C and the user E send the confirmation information to join the sub-session.
The scheme provided by the embodiment determines the sub-session construction request list by combining the sub-session level, the participant permission of the sub-session construction request, the initiation time of the sub-session construction request and the time for sending the confirmation information by the sub-session participant, so that the sub-session construction requests with the same rank can be further avoided, and the sub-session construction requests are orderly arranged.
Determining a response sequence of each sub-session construction request according to the scheme provided by the above embodiment, wherein the step of constructing a sub-session according to the construction parameters and the identification information of the sub-session participants in response to the sub-session construction request provided by S202 includes:
and S430, constructing each sub-session according to the response sequence of each sub-session construction request, the construction parameters of each sub-session and the identification information of the corresponding sub-session participants in sequence.

In a possible implementation manner, the step of constructing the sub-session according to the construction parameters and the identification information of the sub-session participants in response to the sub-session construction request provided in S202 may be implemented by:
b1, responding to the sub-session construction request, and distributing a unique identifier for the sub-session to be constructed;
and B2, constructing the sub-session according to the identifier of the sub-session to be constructed, the identifier information of the sub-session participants and the sub-session type in the construction parameters.
Responding to the sub-session construction request, allocating a unique identifier for the sub-session to be constructed, wherein the identifier may be an ID address of the sub-session, or a sub-session number, and the like, and through the identifier, other conferees can uniquely determine the sub-session.
Analyzing the construction parameters of the sub-session, the identification information of the sub-session participants and the sub-session level in the sub-session construction request, constructing the sub-session with the unique identification by using a sub-session construction method, determining the sub-session type, the sub-session theme, the number of the sub-session participants and other parameter information according to the construction parameters of the sub-session, setting the sub-session level in a sub-session level parameter column, determining the corresponding sub-session participants according to the identification information of the sub-session participants, and adding the corresponding sub-session participants into the sub-session.
Optionally, joining the corresponding sub-session participant to the sub-session comprises: and if the authority of the sub-session participant is not lower than that of the participant who initiates the construction of the sub-session, the sub-session participant is added into the sub-session after receiving information which is sent by the sub-session participant and confirms to be added into the sub-session, and the sub-session participant is added into the sub-session.
In a possible implementation manner, before the sending the communication data of the sub-session to the first participant when receiving the communication data obtaining request for the sub-session sent by the first participant, the step S204 further includes:
and receiving a request for joining the sub-session sent by the first conferee, and joining the first conferee to the sub-session.
And responding to the request sent by the first conferee, and adding the first conferee into the sub-session corresponding to the identifier of the sub-session.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the first participant can join the sub-session, wherein the first participant can join one or more sub-sessions to acquire the communication data of the sub-session, so that the communication data of the sub-session is prevented from being acquired by users except the sub-session, and the safety of the communication data is improved. Different from the prior art, the first participant can select to join the sub-session at any time, and is not limited to join the sub-session when the sub-session is constructed, and because the authority of the first participant is higher than the level of the sub-session, the operation behavior of the first participant joining the sub-session can be realized without the approval of an initiator constructing the sub-session, and the effect that the first participant joins the sub-session at any time is realized.
On this basis, if the request includes an identifier of at least one sub-session, the process of joining the first participant to the sub-session includes: the first participant joins at least one sub-session, that is, the first participant can simultaneously acquire communication data of a plurality of sub-sessions, and the terminal corresponding to the first participant performs operations such as acquisition, comparison, analysis and the like on the communication data of the plurality of sub-sessions in progress.
According to the scheme provided by the above embodiment, the sending of the communication data of the primary participant to each sub-session participant in the sub-session may be performed in the following manner, including:
c1, receiving a sending request containing identification information of the first participant and communication data sent by the first participant, wherein the sending request is loaded with an identification of a sub-session determined by the first participant;
and C2, sending the communication data and the identification information of the first participant to the terminal of the sub-session participant corresponding to the identification.
In the solution provided in this embodiment of the present application, after sending the communication data of the sub-session to the first participant, the method further includes: the method comprises the steps of receiving a sending request containing identification information of a first participant and communication data sent by the first participant, and sending the communication data and the identification information of the first participant to a sub-session corresponding to an identification, namely, when a plurality of sub-sessions exist, the first participant can select at least one sub-session to send the communication data, so that the two-way communication between the first participant and a participant of the sub-session is realized. The scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application may be performed before the first participant joins the sub-session or after the first participant joins the sub-session, and if the scheme is performed before the first participant joins the sub-session, before the sending of the sending request, the method further includes: receiving at least one sub-session determined by a first participant, if the first participant is in a session, because the first participant can exist in a plurality of sub-sessions at the same time, the sending request is sent while the sub-session for receiving the communication data needs to be specified, the specified sub-session can be one or more, the communication data sent by the first participant is sent to the determined sub-session to realize the interaction of the communication data of the first participant and the sub-session participant, the communication data and the identification information of the first participant are displayed in the specified sub-session, and the sub-session participant receives the communication data carrying the identification information of the first participant, decodes the communication data and plays the communication data at the terminal. The scheme can be applied to the following scenes: the teacher divides the student end into a plurality of sub-conversation groups, the teacher end joins any sub-conversation group, and sends communication data in the sub-conversation group, wherein the communication data can be used for commenting the topic being discussed by the sub-conversation group, or guiding more sub-conversation participants to participate in the discussion, and guiding the smooth and efficient proceeding of the sub-conversation.
In a possible implementation manner, the flowchart of the method for acquiring communication data is shown in fig. 5, and further includes:
s510, receiving a sub-session ending request sent by a participant in a multi-person session, wherein the ending request comprises the identifier of the sub-session and the authority of the participant;
s520, acquiring the sub-session grade corresponding to the sub-session identifier and the authority of the participant sending the sub-session ending request;
s530, when the authority of the participant sending the sub-session ending request is higher than the sub-session level, responding to the ending request, and closing the sub-session.
When the communication content of the sub-session does not meet the requirement or the communication duration exceeds the preset duration, the participants in the multi-person session send sub-session ending requests, the server receives the sub-session ending requests, judges whether the participants of the ending requests have the authority, and if yes, responds to the authority to end the sub-session.
Wherein, the participant who sends the sub-session end request comprises: compared with the scheme of ending the sub-session only in this way, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application determines whether to respond to the end request of the sub-session based on the comparison result of the authority of the participant sending the end request of the sub-session and the sub-session level, and the scheme of closing the sub-session is not limited to whether the sender of the end request is the sender of the sub-session construction request, so that the probability of successfully closing the sub-session is greatly improved, and the good operation of the sub-session is facilitated, for example: the teacher end receives the session content in the sub-session 1 independent of the lesson content, and can send an end request for the sub-session 1, and the server responds to the end request sent by the teacher end and closes the sub-session 1.
The communication data provided in the above embodiments may include: at least one of audio data, video data and text data, taking the video data as an example, the implementation process of the communication data acquisition scheme provided by the application is as follows: receiving a sub-session construction request initiated by any participant in a video session, responding to the construction request, constructing a sub-session according to construction parameters of the sub-session and identification information of sub-session participants, determining a first participant in a multi-person session according to a preset rule, receiving a request for acquiring video data of the sub-session sent by the first participant, responding to the request, sending the video data of the sub-session to the first participant, wherein each participant and the sub-session participants are provided with corresponding video transmission channels, any sub-session participant can send the video data and the identification information recorded by a local terminal to terminals of other participants in the sub-session, the first participant can receive the video data of all sub-session participants in the sub-session, and can also send the video data and the identification information recorded by the local terminal to the sub-session, so that the interaction of the video data is realized, and the learning of the video data in the session and the control of the sub-communication process are realized.
The method for acquiring communication data provided in the foregoing embodiment may be executed at a server, and if the scheme for acquiring communication data is executed at a client corresponding to a first participant, the scheme may be executed according to the scheme shown in fig. 6, including the following steps:
s610, initiating a construction request of the sub-session, wherein the construction request comprises: the construction parameters of the sub-session, the identification information of the participants of the sub-session and the level of the sub-session;
s620, acquiring the local side authority, and taking the sub-session with the sub-session level lower than the local side authority as a target sub-session;
s630, sending a communication data acquisition request aiming at the target sub-session, receiving the communication data of the target sub-session sent by the server responding to the acquisition request, and sending the communication data of the local end to each sub-session participant in the target sub-session via the server.
The scheme provided by the embodiment is suitable for being executed at the terminal of the first participant, namely the local terminal is a terminal which is free from the constructed sub-session in the multi-person session and corresponds to a participant with the authority higher than the sub-session level, the local terminal sends a construction request of the starting session, the server constructs the sub-session in response to the construction request, takes the sub-session with the sub-session level lower than the authority of the local terminal as a target sub-session, and sends the communication data of the target sub-session to the local terminal, so that the local terminal can obtain the communication information of the target sub-session, the first participant can know the content and the process of the sub-session conveniently, and the communication data of the local terminal can also be sent to the sub-session participant in the target sub-session, thereby realizing the interaction between the first participant and the sub-session participant and being convenient for the first and the participant to control the content and the process of the sub-session.
If the target sub-sessions are multiple, distributing the communication data of the local end to the multiple target sub-sessions according to a network communication protocol adopted in the multi-person session, wherein the network communication protocol is as follows: the TCP/IP protocol, netBEUI protocol, and the like encode the communication data and the communication data of the other sub-session participants in the target sub-session, and transmit the encoded communication data to the target sub-session participant terminal via the respective data transmission channels.
In addition, the sub-session participant can also initiate a sub-session construction request, if the sub-session participant initiates the sub-session construction request, a sub-session including the sub-session participant is constructed by the server, the communication data uploaded by the sub-session participant and the communication data of other sub-session participants are encoded, the encoded data is transmitted to the client of the first participant who initiated the session communication data acquisition request via the server, the mixed communication data obtained by encoding the communication data of the first participant and the communication data of other sub-session participants in other sub-sessions is received, and the mixed communication data is decoded and played by the sub-session participant terminal.
Further, the method for acquiring communication data provided by the present application further includes: the screen sharing between the local terminal and at least one target sub-session can be realized by the following modes:
d1, determining at least one target sub-session to be shared on a display interface;
d2, when a plurality of screens exist on the display interface, determining at least one screen as a screen to be shared;
and D3, displaying the screen to be shared on a display interface of the at least one target sub-session.
The target sub-session to be shared is determined at the local end, and the method can be carried out in the following manner: one or more target sub-sessions to be shared are selected on a display interface of a local end, the target sub-sessions can be characterized by sub-session identifiers, sub-session identifiers corresponding to the target sub-sessions are selected, and the screen sharing sub-sessions are determined.
If only one screen exists on the display interface of the local end, displaying the screen displayed on the current display interface on the display interface of the determined at least one target sub-session; if the display interface of the local end comprises a plurality of screens, namely at least one extended screen exists, selecting a screen to be shared from the plurality of screens, and sharing the selected screen to be shared into at least one selected target sub-session, wherein the number of the selected screens to be shared can be one or more, and when the number of the screens to be shared is multiple, sequentially displaying the plurality of screens to be shared according to a set display order.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the screen of the local end can be shared in at least one target sub-session to be displayed, convenience is provided for interaction between the local end user and the sub-session participants, multiple target sub-sessions can simultaneously share the same screen, different screens can be displayed on different target sub-session screens, and the local end can perform targeted data interaction according to conference subjects or discussion contents of different target sub-sessions.
The above embodiment provides that the screen of the local end is shared to the selected target sub-session for display, and accordingly, the screen of the target sub-session may be shared with the local end, which may be performed in the following manner, including:
and displaying the screen of the target sub-session in a display area corresponding to the local terminal according to a preset display strategy.
The display strategy comprises the following two strategies: firstly, a local end receives screen information of all target sub-sessions, and equally displays screens of all target sub-sessions on a display interface of the local end; and secondly, selecting the screen information of one target sub-session, and displaying the screen information on a display interface of the local end in a full screen manner.
The local end can receive and decode the communication data of at least one sub-conversation, if the local end decodes and plays the communication data of a plurality of target sub-conversations at the same time, the identification degree of each sub-conversation can be improved in the following way, which is convenient for the first participant to accurately and quickly identify the communication content of each sub-conversation, and comprises:
e1, decoding and playing the communication data of the target sub-sessions;
and E2, when the fact that the communication data of any one target sub-session contain the preset keywords is monitored, adjusting the playing parameters of the communication data of the target sub-session so as to effectively convey the communication data of the target sub-session.
When the communication data of the multiple target sub-sessions are simultaneously decoded and played, if the playing parameters of the target sub-sessions are the same, such as the size, the position, the volume intensity and the like of a display picture corresponding to the target sub-sessions, information of the communication data is easy to mix, and a user cannot accurately understand the communication content of any target sub-session, therefore, the application sets sensitive information for the target sub-sessions in advance, the sensitive information can be characterized by keywords, monitors whether the communication data contains preset sensitive information, if the communication data contains the preset sensitive information, the playing parameters of the target sub-sessions corresponding to the communication content are adjusted, such as the playing volume of the communication data is increased, the display picture of the target sub-sessions corresponding to the communication data is displayed in a full screen or is placed at the central position of the current display interface of a first participant, and the like, so that the first participant can quickly obtain the communication data corresponding to the sensitive information. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, when the communication data of a plurality of target sub-sessions are played simultaneously, the playing parameters of the target sub-sessions are adjusted, so that effective information can be screened out for a local user, and the effective information is the communication data containing preset keywords or preset sensitive information.
A possible implementation manner is also provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, an apparatus 600 for acquiring communication data is provided, which includes: a request receiving and constructing module 601, a sub-session constructing module 602, a first participant determining module 603, and a communication data sending module 604, which are specifically as follows:
a receive construction request module 601, configured to receive a sub-session construction request initiated by a participant in a multi-person session, where the construction request includes: the construction parameters of the sub-session, the identification information of the participants of the sub-session and the level of the sub-session;
a sub-session constructing module 602, configured to respond to the sub-session constructing request, and construct a sub-session according to the constructing parameters and the identification information of the sub-session participants;
a determine primary conferee module 603, configured to determine, as a primary conferee, a conferee in the multi-person session, other than the sub-session participant, whose authority is higher than the sub-session level;
a communication data sending module 604, configured to send the communication data of the sub-session to the first participant and send the communication data of the first participant to each sub-session participant in the sub-session when receiving the communication data obtaining request, sent by the first participant, for the sub-session.
In an optional embodiment provided in the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus for acquiring communication data further includes:
the acquisition sub-session level module is used for acquiring the authority of the conferee initiating each sub-session construction request and the sub-session level of each sub-session to be constructed;
a response order determining module, configured to perform sorting and integration processing on each sub-session construction request according to the authority of each conferee and each sub-session level to be constructed, determine a sub-session construction request list, and determine a response order of each sub-session construction request based on the sub-session construction request list;
the sub-session constructing module 602 is further configured to construct each sub-session according to the response sequence of each sub-session constructing request, and according to the construction parameters of each sub-session and the identification information of the corresponding sub-session participants in sequence.
Optionally, the construct sub-session module 602 includes:
the sub-session identification distribution unit is used for responding to the sub-session construction request and distributing a unique identification to the sub-session to be constructed;
and the sub-session building unit is used for building the sub-session according to the identifier of the sub-session to be built, the identifier information of the sub-session participants and the sub-session type in the building parameters.

a receiving ending request module, configured to receive an ending request of a sub-session sent by a participant in a multi-person session, where the ending request includes a sub-session identifier and an authority of the participant;
the acquisition permission module is used for acquiring the sub-session grade corresponding to the sub-session identifier and the permission of the participant sending the sub-session ending request;
and the sub-session closing module is used for responding to the ending request and closing the sub-session when the authority of the participant sending the sub-session ending request is higher than the sub-session level.
Optionally, the sending the communication data in the communication data module 604 includes: at least one of audio data, video data, and text data.
A possible implementation manner is also provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, an apparatus 800 for acquiring communication data is provided, where the apparatus stores communication data with a first conference terminal, and includes: the module for initiating and constructing the request 810, the module for determining the target sub-session 820 and the module for receiving the communication data 830 are as follows:
an initiate build request module 810 for issuing a build request for a driver session, the build request comprising: the construction parameters of the sub-session, the identification information of the participants of the sub-session and the level of the sub-session;
a determine target sub-session module 820, configured to obtain the local side authority, and use the sub-session with the sub-session level lower than the local side authority as a target sub-session;
a receive communication data module 830, configured to send a communication data acquisition request for the target sub-session, receive communication data of the target sub-session sent by the server in response to the acquisition request, and send communication data of the local end to each sub-session participant in the target sub-session via the server.
Optionally, the apparatus 800 for acquiring communication data further includes:
the target sub-session module to be shared is used for determining at least one target sub-session to be shared on a display interface;
the screen module to be shared is used for determining at least one screen as a screen to be shared when a plurality of screens exist on the display interface;
and the display module is used for displaying the screen to be shared on a display interface of the at least one target sub-session.
Optionally, the apparatus 800 for acquiring communication data further includes:
the playing module is used for decoding and playing the communication data of the target sub-sessions;
and the playing parameter adjusting module is used for adjusting the playing parameters of the communication data of the target sub-session when the situation that the communication data of any one of the target sub-sessions contains the preset keyword is monitored, so that the communication data of the target sub-session is effectively transmitted.
The communication data acquisition device of the embodiment of the present disclosure may execute the communication data acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the implementation principle is similar, the actions performed by each module in the communication data acquisition device of each embodiment of the present disclosure correspond to the steps in the communication data acquisition method of each embodiment of the present disclosure, and for the detailed functional description of each module of the communication data acquisition device, reference may be specifically made to the description in the corresponding communication data acquisition method shown in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
Based on the same principle as the method shown in the embodiments of the present disclosure, embodiments of the present disclosure also provide an electronic device, which may include but is not limited to: a processor and a memory; a memory for storing computer operating instructions; and the processor is used for executing the communication data acquisition method shown in the embodiment by calling the computer operation instruction. Compared with the prior art, when a first participant initiates an acquisition request of the communication data of the sub-session, the communication data of the sub-session is sent to the first participant, so that the first participant can know the communication data of the sub-session, and the communication data of the first participant is sent to the participant of the sub-session, thereby being beneficial to realizing the control of the content and the process of the sub-session and avoiding the situations that the communication content of the sub-session does not meet the requirements, such as the communication content does not accord with the topic of the sub-session or the communication duration of the sub-session is too long.
In an alternative embodiment, an electronic device is provided, as shown in fig. 9, an electronic device 4000 (e.g., a server in fig. 1) shown in fig. 9, comprising: a processor 4001 and a memory 4003. Processor 4001 is coupled to memory 4003, such as via bus 4002. Optionally, the electronic device 4000 may further comprise a transceiver 4004. In addition, the transceiver 4004 is not limited to one in practical applications, and the structure of the electronic device 4000 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The Processor 4001 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a general-purpose Processor, a DSP (Digital Signal Processor), an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or other Programmable logic device, a transistor logic device, a hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. The processor 4001 may also be a combination that performs a computational function, including, for example, a combination of one or more microprocessors, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, or the like.
Bus 4002 may include a path that carries information between the aforementioned components. The bus 4002 may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus 4002 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 9, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The Memory 4003 may be a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other types of static storage devices that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory) or other types of dynamic storage devices that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory) or other optical Disc storage, optical Disc storage (including Compact Disc, laser Disc, optical Disc, digital versatile Disc, blu-ray Disc, etc.), a magnetic Disc storage medium or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to these.
The memory 4003 is used for storing application codes for executing the scheme of the present application, and the execution is controlled by the processor 4001. Processor 4001 is configured to execute application code stored in memory 4003 to implement what is shown in the foregoing method embodiments.
Among them, electronic devices include but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., car navigation terminals), and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 9 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when running on a computer, enables the computer to execute the corresponding content in the foregoing method embodiments.
Compared with the prior art, the method for acquiring the communication data comprises the steps of constructing the sub-session on the basis of the multi-person session, determining the first participant which is free outside the sub-session and has the authority higher than the sub-session level, sending the communication data of the sub-session to the first participant when the first participant initiates an acquisition request of the communication data of the sub-session, so that the first participant can know the communication content and the communication process of the sub-session, and adjusting the communication process of the sub-session when the communication content does not meet the requirements, such as the communication content does not meet the theme of the sub-session or the communication time is too long, so as to control the content and the process of the sub-session.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium in the present disclosure can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the methods shown in the above embodiments.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the latter scenario, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. The name of the module does not in some cases constitute a limitation of the module itself, for example, the send communication data module may also be described as "a module for sending communication data of a sub-session to a primary participant".
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the disclosure herein is not limited to the particular combination of features described above, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the features described above or their equivalents does not depart from the spirit of the disclosure. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) the features disclosed in this disclosure having similar functions are replaced with each other to form the technical solution.

Claims (12)

1. A method for acquiring communication data, comprising:
receiving a sub-session construction request initiated by a participant in a multi-person session, the sub-session construction request comprising: the construction parameters of the sub-session, the identification information of the participants of the sub-session and the level of the sub-session;
responding to the sub-session construction request, and constructing a sub-session according to the construction parameters and the identification information of the sub-session participants;
determining conferees in the multi-person session, except the sub-session participants, with the authority higher than the sub-session level as first conferees;
mixing the communication data of the sub-session separately or mixing the communication data of the multi-person session and the communication data of the sub-session, and sending the mixed communication data to only the sub-session participants in the sub-session; when a communication data acquisition request aiming at the sub-session sent by the first participant is received, sending the communication data of the sub-session to the first participant, and sending the communication data of the first participant to each sub-session participant in the sub-session;
when a plurality of sub-session construction requests are received and a plurality of participants initiating the sub-session construction requests are provided, acquiring the authority of the participants initiating each sub-session construction request and the sub-session grade of each sub-session to be constructed; sequencing and integrating all sub-session construction requests according to the authority of each conferee and each sub-session level to be constructed, determining a sub-session construction request list, and determining the response sequence of each sub-session construction request based on the sub-session construction request list; and constructing each sub-session according to the response sequence of each sub-session construction request and the construction parameters of each sub-session and the identification information of the corresponding sub-session participants in sequence.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of constructing a sub-session according to the construction parameters and identification information of the sub-session participants in response to the sub-session construction request includes:
responding to the sub-session construction request, and distributing a unique identifier for the sub-session to be constructed;
and constructing the sub-session according to the identifier of the sub-session to be constructed, the identifier information of the sub-session participants and the sub-session type in the construction parameters.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending the communication data of the sub-session to the first participant when receiving the communication data acquisition request for the sub-session sent by the first participant, the method further comprises:
and receiving a request for joining the sub-session sent by the first participant, and joining the first participant into the sub-session.
4. The method of claim 1 or 3, wherein the step of sending the communication data of the first participant to each of the sub-session participants comprises:
receiving a sending request containing identification information of the first participant and communication data sent by the first participant, wherein the sending request is loaded with an identification of a sub-session determined by the first participant;
and sending the communication data and the identification information of the first participant to the terminals of all the sub-session participants in the sub-session corresponding to the identification.
5. The method for acquiring communication data according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a sub-session ending request sent by a participant in a multi-person session, wherein the ending request comprises a sub-session identifier and the authority of the participant;
acquiring the sub-session grade corresponding to the sub-session identifier and the authority of the participant sending the sub-session ending request;
and when the authority of the participant sending the sub-session ending request is higher than the sub-session level, responding to the ending request and closing the sub-session.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the communication data includes: at least one of audio data, video data, and text data.
7. A method for acquiring communication data, the method being performed at a first participant terminal, the method comprising:
initiating a sub-session construction request, the sub-session construction request comprising: the sub-session construction request is used for enabling the server to construct a sub-session according to the construction parameters and the identification information of the sub-session participants; the server is used for separately mixing the communication data of the sub-session or mixing the communication data of the multi-person session where the first participant is located and the communication data of the sub-session, and sending the mixed communication data to only the sub-session participants in the sub-session, and the server is used for acquiring the authority of the participant initiating each sub-session construction request and the sub-session level of each sub-session to be constructed when a plurality of sub-session construction requests are received and the number of the participants initiating the plurality of sub-session construction requests is multiple; sequencing and integrating all sub-session construction requests according to the authority of each conferee and each sub-session level to be constructed, determining a sub-session construction request list, and determining the response sequence of each sub-session construction request based on the sub-session construction request list; constructing each sub-session according to the response sequence of each sub-session construction request, and the construction parameters of each sub-session and the identification information of the corresponding sub-session participants in sequence;
acquiring the authority of the local end, and taking the sub-session with the sub-session level lower than the authority of the local end as a target sub-session;
the method comprises the steps of sending a communication data acquisition request aiming at the target sub-session, receiving communication data of the target sub-session sent by a server in response to the acquisition request, and sending the communication data of a local end to each sub-session participant in the target sub-session through the server.
8. The method for acquiring communication data according to claim 7, further comprising:
determining at least one target sub-session to be shared on a display interface;
when a plurality of screens exist on the display interface, determining at least one screen as a screen to be shared;
and displaying the screen to be shared on a display interface of the at least one target sub-session.
9. The method for acquiring communication data according to claim 7, further comprising:
decoding and playing the communication data of the plurality of target sub-sessions;
and when the fact that the communication data of any one target sub-session contains the preset keywords is monitored, adjusting the playing parameters of the communication data of the target sub-session so as to effectively convey the communication data of the target sub-session.
10. An apparatus for acquiring communication data, comprising:
a receiving construction request module, configured to receive a sub-session construction request initiated by a participant in a multi-person session, where the sub-session construction request includes: the construction parameters of the sub-session, the identification information of the participants of the sub-session and the level of the sub-session;
the sub-session building module is used for responding to the sub-session building request and building a sub-session according to the building parameters and the identification information of the sub-session participants;
a determining primary conferee module, configured to determine, as primary conferees, conferees in the multi-person session other than the sub-session participants who have a higher authority than the sub-session level;
a communication data sending module, configured to separately mix the communication data of the sub-session or mix the communication data of the multi-person session and the communication data of the sub-session, and send the mixed communication data to only the sub-session participants in the sub-session; when a communication data acquisition request aiming at the sub-session sent by the first participant is received, sending the communication data of the sub-session to the first participant, and sending the communication data of the first participant to each sub-session participant in the sub-session;
the acquiring sub-session level module is used for acquiring the authority of the participant initiating each sub-session construction request and the sub-session level of each sub-session to be constructed when a plurality of sub-session construction requests are received and a plurality of participants initiating the plurality of sub-session construction requests are provided; a response order determining module, configured to perform sorting and integration processing on each sub-session construction request according to the authority of each conferee and each sub-session level to be constructed, determine a sub-session construction request list, and determine a response order of each sub-session construction request based on the sub-session construction request list; and the sub-session building module is used for building each sub-session according to the response sequence of each sub-session building request and the building parameters of each sub-session and the identification information of the corresponding sub-session participants in sequence.
11. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method for acquiring communication data according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or the method for acquiring communication data according to any one of claims 7 to 9 when executing the program.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements the method of acquiring communication data according to any one of claims 1 to 6, or the method of acquiring communication data according to any one of claims 7 to 9.
