The following is the process of two units conducting business conversation using the flow-based structured multi-instant messaging system of this embodiment:
two businesses, one supplier and the other demander, are interested in conducting business conversations.
Firstly, a flow-based structured multi-instant messaging chat group with two enterprise parties as participants is established, and a first-stage business conversation is started, namely, a supplier and a demander make a contract. Therefore, the contract signing process is entered, in the process, the participators may have the responsibility of both parties, such as a sales manager and several sales employees of the supplier, a purchasing manager and several buyers of the demander, and possibly both parties also have higher-level enterprise responsibility, and at this stage, the manager of both parties can be determined to be the host, or the host is not set, and all the participators of each party can issue own opinions through the platform (system, group). In other embodiments, it may be determined that only the host speaks with the other party, and the parties may discuss inside the host and finally unify speaking on behalf of the host. In addition, for strict conversation, a method for pushing key information is also included in the conversation process, for example, when discussing supply price, the system can sense the key word of price, look up a corresponding old price table in the database of the enterprise, push the old price table to a negotiation manager or other people of the enterprise, and if the specification of the commodity is required, also look up a conference record in the database of the enterprise through the key word, and push the specification of the commodity.
After the two parties negotiate the terms of the contract, the negotiation of the stage is completed, and after the contract is signed according to the specified form, the process is ended, and a node process is formed. In other embodiments, the contract may be directly signed by using an electronic official seal. Because goods delivery and demand parties need to take delivery and delivery, two parties respectively invite the workers who join the next process to enter the chat group, if a host needs to be set up, the host who generally participates in the previous process invites the host who joins the next process to join and quit, other participants who participate in the previous process can quit the chat group according to own wishes and requirements, if chat records need to be reviewed in the future, members who quit the chat can only see the chat records of the participants, and authorized other persons can review all the chat records, including the records of the process and the records of internal discussion of the members of the participants, of course, the host naturally has the right to review the records of the process and other records.
Then, the contract is executed, and the supplier delivers goods and the demander receives goods at the delivery stage, so that the warehouse staff of the two parties are joined into the group of the conversation, and the quality inspectors of the two parties are possibly joined to complete delivery at the delivery stage.
And finally, entering an after-sale service stage, wherein engineering personnel of both parties enter a group to realize the goal of contract in cooperation. After the after-sale service stage is completed, because the cooperation is completed satisfactorily, the definition of the process nodes is carried out according to the regulations, for example, after chat records are stored, the business conversation is ended, personnel in the group automatically quit, all the data are stored by each participant, and when the data are stored, the chat records are stored in a segmented mode according to the structure of the structured process, so that fragmentation of the chat records is prevented. According to the requirement of internal management of the enterprise, each participant self-stores chat records, including public records when two parties chat and internal chat records between each participant in the participants (the participants of other participants in the chat content are not visible).
When conducting a business conversation using the platform of the present embodiment, the following steps are generally provided:
a step of creating a chat group; in this step, at least two participants to the group chat are joined in a variable number of individuals participating in the group chat. In this step, the rights of each participant (mainly the right to review the chat log) of each participant can also be determined. In some embodiments, each participant may also determine at least one moderator.
A step of inviting the participating individuals; in which the participant of the participant may invite other individuals of the participant to participate in the chat. In some embodiments, it is determined that only the moderator can invite the party member to the chat, and at the time of invitation, the permissions of the newly added participant can also be determined.
Determining a process node; in the step, each participant achieves a periodic achievement in the chat process, the flow node is used as a mark to store the chat record, and if the task is not finished, the next flow is started. When the flow node is determined, all chat information of the flow is recorded, and the flow is marked as a name. When the flow node is determined, after all the participants are consistently identified, the system automatically stores the chat content, simultaneously determines whether the flow of the next stage exists, if so, the flow of the next stage is started, and if not, the whole chat is ended, and the whole chat process is recorded. In some embodiments, if the next stage flow is entered, the moderator of the next stage is determined.
And viewing the chat records, wherein in the chat process, each participant of each participant can view the corresponding chat records according to authorization.
An information pushing step; the method comprises the following steps: and detecting keywords in the chat information, retrieving related information from the database of each participant according to the keywords, and pushing the information to the participants according to the authority.
A step of reviewing chat information; in the step, the participating individuals can review the chat records according to the authority, and review the chat records according to the flow node marks as required.
And a post query step, in which a chat record is queried by adopting preset keywords according to the authority during the chat process or after the chat is finished.
