本发明提供了一种无级变速传动机构,本发明涉及传动机构技术领域,无级变速传动机构包括:传动机构,传动机构内部中间设有螺杆,螺杆前后两侧均开有滑槽,且螺杆外部中间套有圆管,且圆管内壁前后两侧均转动连接有若干个滚珠,滚珠与滑槽滑动连接,螺杆左右两端均螺纹连接有螺纹环,螺纹环一侧均焊接有拨叉,两根拨叉朝向相反,且螺杆右侧固定有挡块,螺杆左侧固定连接有气缸;本发明的有益效果在于:在拨叉、螺纹环和螺杆相互配合下,可带动传动轮左右移动,改变变速皮带转动的轮径,从而达到调速的目的,结构简单,实现了短距离、小空间内,轴向直线变速稳,提速快,操作简单。

本发明涉及传动机构技术领域,尤其是涉及一种无级变速传动机构。
背景技术
无级变速是自动挡车型变速箱中的一种,指可以连续获得变速范围内任何传动比的变速系统。通过无级变速可以得到传动系与发动机工况的最佳匹配。常见的无级变速器有液力机械式无级变速器和金属带式无级变速器以及可变斜面式无级变速器。现有的无级变速传动机构,结构复杂,生产成本高,调速时比较麻烦,导致提速慢。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种无级变速传动机构,在拨叉、螺纹环和螺杆相互配合下,可带动传动轮左右移动,改变变速皮带转动的轮径,从而达到调速的目的,结构简单,实现了短距离、小空间内,轴向直线变速稳,提速快,操作简单,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无级变速传动机构,所述无级变速传动机构包括:
传动机构,所述传动机构内部中间设有螺杆,所述螺杆前后两侧均开有滑槽,且所述螺杆外部中间套有圆管,且所述圆管内壁前后两侧均转动连接有若干个滚珠,所述滚珠与滑槽滑动连接,所述螺杆左右两端均螺纹连接有螺纹环,所述螺纹环一侧均焊接有拨叉,两根所述拨叉朝向相反,且所述螺杆右侧固定有挡块,所述螺杆左侧固定连接有气缸。
优选的,所述传动机构包括圆轴、传动轮和固定轮,所述圆轴、传动轮和固定轮均设有两组,两个所述传动轮分别与两根所述圆轴一端活动连接,两个所述固定轮分别与两根所述圆轴另一端固定连接,且两个所述固定轮朝向相反。
优选的,两根所述圆轴表面套接有变速皮带,所述变速皮带位于固定轮和传动轮之间。
优选的,所述螺杆位于两根所述圆轴之间,所述圆管位于变速皮带内部中间,所述拨叉末端均与传动轮外侧固定连接。
优选的,所述传动轮内侧均焊接有固定环,所述固定环表面均开有环形槽,所述环形槽内均固定有弹簧,所述弹簧末端均固定有环形板,所述环形板表面均固定有防滑垫。
优选的,所述固定轮内侧均固定有橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫和防滑垫表面均与变速皮带外侧相接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该种无级变速传动机构,当气缸带动螺杆右移时,可带动两个拨叉同时向右移动,从而使得传动轮在圆轴上右移,进而使得螺杆前方的传动轮和固定轮组合的轮径由小变大,螺杆后方的传动轮和固定轮组合的轮径由大变小,在电动机的驱动下,通过变速皮带传动使得螺杆前方的圆轴获得高位转速,当气缸带动螺杆左移时,与上述相反,通过变速皮带传动使得螺杆前方的圆轴获得低位转速,在拨叉、螺纹环和螺杆相互配合下,可带动传动轮左右移动,改变变速皮带转动的轮径,从而达到调速的目的,结构简单,实现了短距离、小空间内,轴向直线变速稳,提速快,操作简单,适宜推广应用。

如图1-3所示,一种无级变速传动机构,无级变速传动机构包括:
传动机构1,所述传动机构1内部中间设有螺杆9,所述螺杆9前后两侧均开有滑槽13,且所述螺杆9外部中间套有圆管11,且所述圆管11内壁前后两侧转动连接有若干个滚珠14,所述滚珠14与滑槽13滑动连接,所述螺杆9左右两端均螺纹连接有螺纹环8,所述螺纹环8一侧均焊接有拨叉7,两根所述拨叉7朝向相反,且所述螺杆9右侧固定有挡块10,所述螺杆9左侧固定连接有气缸12,所述传动机构1包括圆轴2、传动轮3和固定轮4,所述圆轴2、传动轮3和固定轮4均设有两组,两个所述传动轮3分别与两根所述圆轴2一端活动连接,两个所述固定轮4分别与两根所述圆轴2另一端固定连接,且两个所述固定轮4朝向相反,两根所述圆轴2表面套接有变速皮带6,所述变速皮带6位于固定轮4和传动轮3之间,所述螺杆9位于两根所述圆轴2之间,所述圆管11位于变速皮带6内部中间,所述拨叉7末端均与传动轮3外侧固定连接;
具体的,螺杆9后方的圆轴2左侧转动连接有电动机,电动机启动时可带动螺杆9后方的圆轴2转动,从而使得变速皮带6转动,当气缸12带动螺杆9右移时,可带动两个拨叉7同时向右移动,从而使得传动轮3在圆轴2上右移,螺杆9前方的传动轮3同时受变速皮带6的张力推开向上运动,螺杆9后方的传动轮3同时克服变速皮带6的摩擦力向上运动,使得螺杆9前方的传动轮3和固定轮4组合的轮径由小变大,螺杆9后方的传动轮3和固定轮4组合的轮径由大变小,在电动机的驱动下,通过变速皮带6传动使得螺杆9前方的圆轴2获得高位转速,当气缸12带动螺杆9左移时,与上述相反,通过变速皮带6传动使得螺杆9前方的圆轴2获得低位转速,在拨叉7、螺纹环8和螺杆9相互配合下,可带动传动轮3左右移动,改变变速皮带6转动的轮径,从而达到调速的目的,结构简单,实现了短距离、小空间内,轴向直线变速稳,提速快,操作简单,适宜推广应用;
螺杆9左右移时,圆管11内壁的滚珠14可在螺杆9的滑槽13内滑动,由于圆管11固定于传动机构1上,所以螺杆9移动时发生上下偏移,对螺杆9起到限位作用,挡块10有效防止螺杆9右端的螺纹环8移出;
所述传动轮3内侧均焊接有固定环15,所述固定环15表面均开有环形槽16,所述环形槽16内均固定有弹簧17,所述弹簧17末端均固定有环形板19,所述环形板19表面均固定有防滑垫18,所述固定轮4内侧均固定有橡胶垫5,所述橡胶垫5和防滑垫18表面均与变速皮带6外侧相接触;
具体的,固定环15用于固定弹簧17,传动轮3带动固定环15向变速皮带6移动过程中,渐渐使得环形槽16内的弹簧17和环形板19挤压变速皮带6,在弹簧17的弹力作用下,可对变速皮带6进行缓冲,有效防止传动轮3直接挤压变速皮带6而导致受损,防滑垫18增大了环形板19表面的摩擦程度,有效防止变速皮带6打滑,橡胶垫5材质柔软,防止变速皮带6直接与固定轮4摩擦。

1.一种无级变速传动机构,其特征在于,所述无级变速传动机构包括:
传动机构(1),所述传动机构(1)内部中间设有螺杆(9),所述螺杆(9)前后两侧均开有滑槽(13),且所述螺杆(9)外部中间套有圆管(11),且所述圆管(11)内壁前后两侧均转动连接有若干个滚珠(14),所述滚珠(14)与滑槽(13)滑动连接,所述螺杆(9)左右两端均螺纹连接有螺纹环(8),所述螺纹环(8)一侧均焊接有拨叉(7),两根所述拨叉(7)朝向相反,且所述螺杆(9)右侧固定有挡块(10),所述螺杆(9)左侧固定连接有气缸(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无级变速传动机构,其特征在于:所述传动机构(1)包括圆轴(2)、传动轮(3)和固定轮(4),所述圆轴(2)、传动轮(3)和固定轮(4)均设有两组,两个所述传动轮(3)分别与两根所述圆轴(2)一端活动连接,两个所述固定轮(4)分别与两根所述圆轴(2)另一端固定连接,且两个所述固定轮(4)朝向相反。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无级变速传动机构,其特征在于:两根所述圆轴(2)表面套接有变速皮带(6),所述变速皮带(6)位于固定轮(4)和传动轮(3)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无级变速传动机构,其特征在于:所述螺杆(9)位于两根所述圆轴(2)之间,所述圆管(11)位于变速皮带(6)内部中间,所述拨叉(7)末端均与传动轮(3)外侧固定连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种无级变速传动机构,其特征在于:所述传动轮(3)内侧均焊接有固定环(15),所述固定环(15)表面均开有环形槽(16),所述环形槽(16)内均固定有弹簧(17),所述弹簧(17)末端均固定有环形板(19),所述环形板(19)表面均固定有防滑垫(18)。
6.根据权利要求3或5所述的一种无级变速传动机构,其特征在于:所述固定轮(4)内侧均固定有橡胶垫(5),所述橡胶垫(5)和防滑垫(18)表面均与变速皮带(6)外侧相接触。
