Abstract

本发明提供了一种食品级PVC手套及其制备方法。浸渍液由PVC粉、聚酯类增塑剂、TXIB、DINCH、热塑性聚氨酯、稀释剂组成,PVC粉为两种聚合度的PVC粉的混合物,稀释剂最低用量降低到25份以下。手套满足在60℃的95%乙醇中浸泡2小时和40℃的异辛烷中浸泡0.5小时的总迁移量小于10mg/dm2

食品级PVC手套
技术领域
本发明是关于一次性手套的制备方法领域,特别涉及一种制作食品级PVC手套浸渍液的配方。
背景技术
PVC材质的手套具有较好的抗拉强度、弹性、舒适性,因此在工业具有较广泛应用。PVC手套的制造方法是将PVC粉、增塑剂、稳定剂和降粘剂按照一定的混合顺序、比例配成浸渍液,经手模浸渍、垂滴、烘烤、二次浸渍、二次烘烤、卷边、脱模后得到PVC手套。目前增塑剂一般采用苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂如DOTP。此类增塑剂在食品级塑料产品检测的迁移实验中容易被萃取到模拟液中,导致总迁移量数值超标,产品检测结果不合格。CN102875921B提供了一种食品级增塑聚氯乙烯手套及其制备方法,采用了乳液法PVC树脂,并用液体丁腈橡胶和乙烯三元共聚树脂进行改性,多种耐迁移性好的增塑剂,但是价格较高的液体丁腈橡胶用量较大,导致成本大幅度提高和PVC浸渍液粘度过大不利于生产。CN105482311A提供了一种食品级PVC手套及其生产工艺,采用PN-860、TXIB、DINCH和DBE作为复配增塑剂,但是PN-860是分子量较大的聚酯类增塑剂,也使得PVC浸渍液粘度较高,不利于生产,需要30-40份的稀释剂。通过低聚合度PVC粉的引入降低浸渍液的粘度,可以降低稀释剂用量。现有技术中存在橡胶改性PVC手套,但由于加入了大量橡胶,这种手套不再具有PVC手套的透明性,而促进剂也对某些人群容易造成皮肤过敏,不利于长期穿戴。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种制作食品级PVC手套的方法,其原理是使用耐迁移聚酯类增塑剂,引入低聚合度PVC降低稀释剂的用量,并且添加热塑性聚氨酯。热塑性聚氨酯既有橡胶的高弹性又有塑料的加工性,同时保证了手套的力学性能和透明性。因此本方法兼具了增塑剂迁移量低,稀释剂用量低,产品具有透明性,较好的力学性能,不含橡胶和促进剂的特点。为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种食品级PVC手套,所述PVC手套浸渍液包括PVC粉、增塑剂、热塑性聚氨酯、稳定剂和稀释剂,具体配比组成为:PVC粉100份,且PVC粉为两种聚合度的PVC粉的混合物,聚酯类增塑剂40-60份,TXIB5-10份,DINCH5-10份,热塑性聚氨酯5-10份,钙锌稳定剂0.5-3份,稀释剂15-25份。
进一步具体的,PVC粉由聚合度1600±200的PVC和聚合度1000±200的PVC两种PVC粉组成;两种PVC粉质量比为1:0.5~1:2。
所述聚酯类增塑剂为聚己二酸丙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯、聚己二酸新戊二醇酯中的一种或几种。
PVC手套拉伸强度可达15MPa,在60℃的95%乙醇中浸泡2小时和40℃的异辛烷中浸泡0.5小时的总迁移量小于10mg/dm2,优选的,总迁移量低于9.8mg/dm2,更优选的PVC手套总迁移量为8.5mg/dm2
本发明还要求保护上述食品级PVC手套的制备方法,将手套浸渍液按照配比配制,制得食品级PVC手套。
进一步具体的,经手模浸渍、垂滴、烘烤、二次浸渍、二次烘烤、卷边、脱模后得到PVC手套。
本发明的主要优点在于:
(1)本工艺兼具了增塑剂迁移量低,稀释剂用量低,产品具有透明性,较好的力学性能,不含橡胶和促进剂等特点。
(2)本发明制备的PVC手套拉伸强度可达15MPa,在60℃的95%乙醇中浸泡2小时和40℃的异辛烷中浸泡0.5小时的总迁移量可达8.5mg/dm2
具体实施方式
下面的实施例可以使本专业的专业技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
本发明实施例使用的PVC为沈阳化工的PSH-30,聚合度为1600±200;沈阳化工的PSL-31,聚合度为1000±200。
实施例1
66份PVC(沈阳化工的PSH-30),34份PVC(沈阳化工的PSL-31),聚己二酸丙二醇酯增塑剂40份,TXIB10份,DINCH10份,热塑性聚氨酯10份,稳定剂0.5份,稀释剂25份混合后按照现行PVC手套工序制得PVC手套后,测得拉伸强度15MPa,断裂伸长率435%,60℃的95%乙醇中浸泡2小时和40℃的异辛烷中浸泡0.5小时的总迁移量分别为9.5mg/dm2和9.8mg/dm2
实施例2
50份PVC(沈阳化工的PSH-30),50份PVC(沈阳化工的PSL-31),聚己二酸丙二醇酯增塑剂50份,TXIB5份,DINCH10份,热塑性聚氨酯7份,稳定剂1份,稀释剂20份混合后按照现行PVC手套工序制得PVC手套后,测得拉伸强度14MPa,断裂伸长率419%,60℃的95%乙醇中浸泡2小时和40℃的异辛烷中浸泡0.5小时的总迁移量分别为9.1mg/dm2和8.9mg/dm2
实施例3
33份PVC(沈阳化工的PSH-30),67份PVC(沈阳化工的PSL-31),聚己二酸丙二醇酯增塑剂60份,TXIB5份,DINCH5份,热塑性聚氨酯5份,稳定剂1份,稀释剂15份混合后按照现行PVC手套工序制得PVC手套后,测得拉伸强度12MPa,断裂伸长率410%,60℃的95%乙醇中浸泡2小时和40℃的异辛烷中浸泡0.5小时的总迁移量分别为8.5mg/dm2和8.7mg/dm2

Claims (8)

1.一种食品级PVC手套,所述PVC手套浸渍液包括PVC粉、增塑剂、热塑性聚氨酯、稳定剂和稀释剂,其特征在于,配比组成为:PVC粉100份,且PVC粉为两种聚合度的PVC粉的混合物,聚酯类增塑剂40-60份,热塑性聚氨酯5-10份,TXIB5-10份,DINCH5-10份,钙锌稳定剂0.5-3份,稀释剂15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品级PVC手套,其特征在于,PVC粉由聚合度1600±200的PVC和聚合度1000±200的PVC两种PVC粉组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的食品级PVC手套,其特征在于,两种PVC粉质量比为1:0.5~1:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食品级PVC手套,其特征在于,所述聚酯类增塑剂为聚己二酸丙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯、聚己二酸新戊二醇酯中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的食品级PVC手套,其特征在于,PVC手套拉伸强度可达14MPa,总迁移量低于9.8mg/dm2
6.根据权利要求1所述的食品级PVC手套,其特征在于,PVC手套总迁移量为8.5mg/dm2
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述的食品级PVC手套的制备方法,其特征在于,将手套浸渍液按照配比配制,制得食品级PVC手套。
8.根据权利要求7所述的食品级PVC手套的制备方法,其特征在于,将手套浸渍液按照配比配制,经手模浸渍、垂滴、烘烤、二次浸渍、二次烘烤、卷边、脱模后得到PVC手套。
