Abstract

本发明有关于一种墨水袋的接头结构,主要包含有:接头主体,结合部、密封部及贯穿结合部与密封部的墨水通道,密封部的顶面凸伸有中空的套合柱,密封部的顶面于套合柱的外周围以等间隔地往下延伸有若干的插槽,密封部的外周面上径向往内凹陷有环形卡槽,环形卡槽与插槽的末端连通;密封盖,密封盖的顶面往下凹陷有抵压部,密封盖的底面往上凹陷有与抵压部位置对应的套合槽,密封盖的底面于套合槽外周围形成若干等间距凸伸的卡扣部,卡扣部具有插臂及自插臂末端朝外凸伸的扣块;软塞;结合时,软塞置于套合槽内,卡扣部的插臂插入于插槽内,扣块伸出至环形卡槽中,将密封盖与接头主体紧密的扣接结合,套合柱并位于套合槽内,由软塞封闭墨水通道。

Description

墨水袋的接头结构
技术领域
本发明与墨水袋有关,更详而言之指一种墨水袋的接头结构。
背景技术
按,本发明中所称的「墨水袋」主要用以容装墨水,可直接与印表机相连接,或安装于一墨水匣中,用以供应印表机所需的墨水。
然,由于早期的墨水袋仅在墨水通道内以压力结合一橡胶塞,导致此一橡胶塞容易受外力作用而产生滑动,进而有发生渗漏的问题。
因此,如中国台湾专利第I462841号所揭专利案的墨水袋接头结构1,便能有效解决渗漏的问题,如图1所示,其主要将一接头2与一软胶3以二次射出的方式进行包覆后,再由该接头2与一袋体4相黏合而成,虽然此种二次射出的方式能确保接头2的密封效果。但,由于此种结构必须由接头2与一袋体4先以高周波黏合密封,再由袋体4底部41先注入墨水后,再将袋体4底部进行高周波黏合,因而使得袋体4内的墨水量无法定量充填,甚致因高周波黏合的高温而导致墨水变质的情形发生。况且,由于此种二次射出的方式需要较为特殊的机械与模具,反而导致制造成本提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种墨水袋的接头结构,解决习知墨水袋的接头结构有着墨水定量不易、墨水容易变质及制造成本较高的问题。
为达上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种墨水袋的接头结构,主要包含有:一接头主体,具有一结合部、一与该结合部连接的密封部及一纵向贯穿该结合部与该密封部的墨水通道,该密封部的顶面于该墨水通道的外周围往上凸伸有一中空的套合柱,该密封部的顶面于该套合柱的外周围以等间隔地往下延伸有若干的插槽,该密封部的外周面上并径向往内凹陷有一环形卡槽,且该环形卡槽与所述插槽的末端相连通;一密封盖,该密封盖的顶面中央位置往下凹陷形成有一抵压部,该密封盖的底面中央往上凹陷有一与该抵压部位置对应的套合槽,该密封盖的底面于该套合槽外周围形成有若干相隔等间距凸伸的卡扣部,该卡扣部具有一自该密封盖的底面往下延伸的插臂及一自该插臂末端朝外凸伸的扣块;一软塞,该软塞的外径大于该接头主体的墨水通道的内径;借此,结合时,该软塞置于该密封盖的套合槽内,该密封盖的卡扣部的插臂自该接头主体的插槽插入,使该扣块伸出至该接头主体的环形卡槽中,而将该密封盖与该接头主体紧密的扣接结合,该套合柱位于该套合槽内,由该软塞封闭该墨水通道。
进一步,该接头主体由塑胶一体制成;该密封盖由塑胶一体制成;该软塞由比该接头主体与该密封盖的材质更软的材质一体制成。
进一步,该接头主体的结合部用以与一袋体连接。
进一步,该接头主体的该各插槽的一侧槽壁为一倾斜壁,以由上往下地逐渐缩小该插槽的槽径。
进一步,还包含有一第一密封环,该第一密封环套置在该接头主体的环形卡槽中。
进一步,还包含有一第二密封环;该密封盖于邻接所述卡扣部的外周面上形成有一密封环槽;该第二密封环套置在该密封盖的密封环槽中。
采用上述技术手段后,本发明先将接头主体与袋体结合,并再自该接头主体的墨水通道填充墨水至该袋体内,最后再将该密封盖扣接结合在该接头主体上进行密封。因此,本发明在填充完毕后,便无须再进行高周波黏合程序,而可达到定量填充墨水的功效,并避免墨水受热而产生变质。且由于本发明的各构件可单独射出制成,而无须使用二次包覆射出,即无须购置二次射出的机械与模具,使其制造更为简单,成本更为低廉,更具市场的竞争力。

为了能对本发明的特征与其特点有更进一步的了解与认同,兹列举以下的实施例并配合图式说明如下:
请参阅图2至图8,本发明一较佳实施例所提供的一种墨水袋的接头结构100,主要包含有一接头主体10、一软塞20、一密封盖30、一第一密封环40及一第二密封环50,其中:
请参阅图2至图4,该接头主体10,由塑胶一体制成,该接头主体10具有一结合部11、一与该结合部11一体连接的密封部12及一纵向贯穿该结合部11与该密封部12的墨水通道13。该结合部11用以与一袋体连接,该密封部12概呈圆柱状,该密封部12的顶面于该墨水通道13的外周围往上凸伸有一中空的套合柱121,该密封部12的顶面于该套合柱121的外周围以预定间隔地往下延伸有若干的插槽122,该密封部12的外周面上并径向往内凹陷有一环形卡槽123,且该环形卡槽123与所述插槽122的末端相连通,该各插槽122的一侧槽壁为一由上往下逐渐缩小槽径的倾斜壁124。
请参阅图2至图4,该软塞20,概呈圆柱状,由比接头主体10与密封盖30的材质更软的材质一体制成,且该软塞20的外径大于该接头主体10的墨水通道13的内径。
请参阅图2至图4,该密封盖30,由塑胶一体制成。该密封盖30的顶面中央位置往下凹陷形成有一抵压部31,该密封盖30的底面中央往上凹陷有一与抵压部31位置对应的套合槽32,该密封盖30的底面于该套合槽32外周围形成有若干相隔等间距凸伸的卡扣部33,该卡扣部33具有一自该密封盖30的底面往下延伸的插臂331及一自该插臂331末端朝外凸伸的扣块332,该密封盖30于邻接所述卡扣部33的外周面上形成有一密封环槽34。
是以,上述即为本发明一较佳实施例所提供防墨水袋的接头结构100的各部构件介绍,接着再将其使用特点及组装方式介绍如下:
首先,请配合参阅图4至图8,本发明的组装程序先将该接头主体10的结合部11与一袋体90进行高周波黏合(如图5所示),接着将该第一密封环40紧束套置在该接头主体10的环形卡槽123中(如图6所示)。接着于该接头主体10的墨水通道13注入定量的墨水至该袋体90内(如图7所示),并再将该软塞20置于该密封盖30的套合槽32内,而将该密封盖30的卡扣部33的插臂331自该接头主体10的插槽122插入,使该扣块332伸出至该接头主体10的环形卡槽123中(如图4及图7所示),再将该第二密封环50紧束套置在该密封盖30的密封环槽34中(如图4及图7所示),借以完成本发明的组装(如图8所示)。
是以,由于在该密封盖30与该接头主体10扣接结合后,该软塞20被紧迫地塞住于该墨水通道13与该抵压部31间,而该套合柱121伸入至该套合槽32内,因此能有效达到密封墨水的功效。再者,由于该密封盖30利用外伸的扣块332与该接头主体10的环形卡槽123进行卡扣结合,因此其扣接相当的紧密,而可使该接头主体10与该密封盖30间紧密的结合,而防止墨水于该接头主体10与该密封盖30间的结合处渗漏。其次,由于本发明并在该接头主体10与该密封盖30的结合处,套置有第一密封环40及第二密封环50,即第一密封环40套置在该接头主体10的环形卡槽123中,而可防止墨水自该卡扣部33的底端与该环形卡槽123间渗漏,该第二密封环50则套置在该密封盖30的密封环槽34中,而可防止墨水自该卡扣部33的顶端与该密封环槽34间渗漏,以强化防漏效果。
最后,由于本发明先将接头主体10与袋体90结合,并再自该接头主体10的墨水通道13填充墨水至该袋体90内,最后再将该密封盖30扣接结合在该接头主体10上进行密封。因此,本发明在填充完毕后,便无须再进行高周波黏合程序,而可达到定量填充墨水的功效,并避免墨水受热而产生变质。且由于本发明的各构件可单独射出制成,而无须使用二次包覆射出,即无须购置二次射出的机械与模具,使其制造更为简单,成本更为低廉,更具市场的竞争力。

Claims (4)

1.一种墨水袋的接头结构,其特征在于,主要包含有:
一接头主体,具有一结合部、一与该结合部连接的密封部及一纵向贯穿该结合部与该密封部的墨水通道,该密封部的顶面于该墨水通道的外周围往上凸伸有一中空的套合柱,该密封部的顶面于该套合柱的外周围以等间隔地往下延伸有若干的插槽,该密封部的外周面上并径向往内凹陷有一环形卡槽,且该环形卡槽与所述插槽的末端相连通;
一密封盖,该密封盖的顶面中央位置往下凹陷形成有一抵压部,该密封盖的底面中央往上凹陷有一与该抵压部位置对应的套合槽,该密封盖的底面于该套合槽外周围形成有若干相隔等间距凸伸的卡扣部,该卡扣部具有一自该密封盖的底面往下延伸的插臂及一自该插臂末端朝外凸伸的扣块;
一软塞,该软塞的外径大于该接头主体的墨水通道的内径;
一第一密封环,该第一密封环套置在该接头主体的环形卡槽中;
一第二密封环,该密封盖于邻接所述卡扣部的外周面上形成有一密封环槽,该第二密封环套置在该密封盖的密封环槽中;借此,结合时,该软塞置于该密封盖的套合槽内,该密封盖的卡扣部的插臂自该接头主体的插槽插入,使该扣块伸出至该接头主体的环形卡槽中,而将该密封盖与该接头主体紧密的扣接结合,该套合柱位于该套合槽内,由该软塞封闭该墨水通道。
2.如权利要求1所述墨水袋的接头结构,其特征在于:该接头主体由塑胶一体制成;该密封盖由塑胶一体制成;该软塞由比该接头主体与该密封盖的材质更软的材质一体制成。
3.如权利要求1所述墨水袋的接头结构,其特征在于:该接头主体的结合部用以与一袋体连接。
4.如权利要求1所述墨水袋的接头结构,其特征在于:该接头主体的该各插槽的一侧槽壁为一倾斜壁,以由上往下地逐渐缩小该插槽的槽径。
