Abstract
本发明属于复合材料技术领域,尤其为高耐寒性冰包保温用TPU复合材料生产工艺,包括用于对TPU原材料预加工的反应釜、用于将TPU材料与线材结合的挤出机和用于将包覆有TPU材料的线材编织成面料的对绞机,所述反应釜、挤出机和对绞机按先后顺序依次布置;可以为螺杆挤出机构内部的熔融物料降温,使物料的温度保持一致,熔融状态更加均匀,并与玻璃纤维作为线芯,将TPU材料包覆在外部,编织成复合面层,具有良好的机械强度和耐寒性,另外,将两层复合面层之间夹着复合硅酸盐绝热材料或轻质铝镁辐射绝热材料,能够起到良好的保温性能,使复合材料具有耐寒性,同时,又能使复合材料具有较好的耐磨性和机械强度。

TPU复合面料和PTFE复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料,TPU复合面料和PTFE复合面料又分普通复合面料(将面料和里料通过粘结剂粘合而成,从而改善面料质感,适合服装加工的工艺简化和规模生产)和功能复合面料。
目前现有的保温TPU材料由TPU原料经过挤出机挤出后包覆在丝线或棉线上,然后编织成符合面料,但是该方式中,原料的混合程度由挤出机决定,若混合不均匀则容易使附着在线材上的包覆层不均一,从而使编织后的材料在寒冷条件下的保温程度不一致。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了高耐寒性冰包保温用TPU复合材料生产工艺,具有原材料混合均一,挤出包覆均一,制作的面料更加耐寒保温的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:高耐寒性冰包保温用TPU复合材料生产工艺,包括用于对TPU原材料预加工的反应釜、用于将TPU材料与线材结合的挤出机和用于将包覆有TPU材料的线材编织成面料的对绞机,所述反应釜、挤出机和对绞机按先后顺序依次布置,所述挤出机包括机架、驱动电机、螺杆挤出机构和冷却泵,所述驱动电机、螺杆挤出机构均安装在所述机架上,且所述驱动电机、螺杆挤出机构均与所述机架固定连接,所述螺杆挤出机构的输出端设有挤出头,所述冷却泵位于所述螺杆挤出机构的下方,且所述冷却泵的输出端固设有冷水护套,所述冷水护套套设在所述螺杆挤出机构的外部,所述冷水护套上安装有供水管,所述驱动电机、冷却泵均与外部电源电性连接。
高耐寒性冰包保温用TPU复合材料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、将40-60重量份的聚合物多元醇置于反应釜中,并加热至80℃,然后加入1-1.2重量份的抗氧剂、1-2重量份数的润滑剂、0.5-0.9重量份数的光稳定剂、2-5重量份耐水解剂和5-10重量份数的红外线保温母粒,充分搅拌后得到聚合物多元醇混合溶液;
步骤S2、向所述聚合物多元醇混合溶液中加入15-20重量份的1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯,搅拌混合后得到初步反应混合物;
步骤S3、向上述反应混合物中加入10-15重量份的1,4-丁二醇扩链剂,并控制温度在155-200℃、压力5-7MPa反应时间1.5h;
步骤S4、当反应熔体温度达到180-210℃时,加入1-3重量份的阻燃剂,反应一定时间后进行脱水、干燥和熟化,得到TPU原料;
步骤S5、将玻璃纤维作为线芯,将线芯装入所述挤出机进行TPU材料的包覆;
步骤S6、将包覆了TPU材料的线芯装入对绞机,通过退扭和绞对,得到所述的TPU复合面层;
步骤S7、将两层TPU复合面层之间缝合蜂窝状的无纺布隔层,隔层空间内填充复合硅酸盐绝热材料、轻质铝镁辐射绝热材料、橡塑绝热材料或者酚醛树脂发泡材料,并在其中一层TPU复合面层上贴附固定铝箔玻纤布反射层,形成TPU复合面料。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的聚合物多元醇为分子量1000的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和/或分子量为3000的聚己二酸乙二醇丁二醇酯多元醇。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯和二[(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸]季戊四醇酯中的任意一种或两种的混合。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的光稳定剂为二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)葵二酸酯受阻胺类光稳定剂。
优选的,所述润滑剂为蒙旦蜡和/或芥酸酰胺蜡,所述的耐水解剂为碳化二亚胺,所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇和钛;所述阻燃剂为十溴二苯基乙烷混合微量煅制二氧化硅。
优选的,所述步骤S7中的填充物为复合硅酸盐绝热材料或轻质铝镁辐射绝热材料。
优选的,所述机架的顶部设有减速机,所述驱动电机的输出端传动连接有传动机构,所述传动机构的输出端与所述减速机的输入端连接。
优选的,所述螺杆挤出机构的外部设有挤出机构保护罩,所述挤出机构保护罩与所述机架固定连接,所述挤出机构保护罩的顶部设有进料斗,所述进料斗固定安装在所述螺杆挤出机构的输入端。
优选的,所述机架的旁侧还设有用于控制驱动电机、螺杆挤出机构和冷却泵的电控箱,所述电控箱与外部电源电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,通过在挤出机的螺杆挤出机构外部套设冷水护套,可以为螺杆挤出机构内部的熔融物料降温,使物料的温度保持一致,熔融状态更加均匀,并与玻璃纤维作为线芯,将TPU材料包覆在外部,编织成复合面层,具有良好的机械强度和耐寒性,另外,将两层复合面层之间夹着复合硅酸盐绝热材料或轻质铝镁辐射绝热材料,能够起到良好的保温性能,使复合材料具有耐寒性,同时,又能使复合材料具有较好的耐磨性和机械强度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供以下技术方案:高耐寒性冰包保温用TPU复合材料生产工艺,包括用于对TPU原材料预加工的反应釜10、用于将TPU材料与线材结合的挤出机20和用于将包覆有TPU材料的线材编织成面料的对绞机30,反应釜10、挤出机20和对绞机30按先后顺序依次布置,挤出机20包括机架21、驱动电机22、螺杆挤出机构24和冷却泵28,驱动电机22、螺杆挤出机构24均安装在机架21上,且驱动电机22、螺杆挤出机构24均与机架21固定连接,螺杆挤出机构24的输出端设有挤出头241,冷却泵28位于螺杆挤出机构24的下方,且冷却泵28的输出端固设有冷水护套281,冷水护套281套设在螺杆挤出机构24的外部,冷水护套281上安装有供水管,驱动电机22、冷却泵28均与外部电源电性连接。
高耐寒性冰包保温用TPU复合材料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、将40-60重量份的聚合物多元醇置于反应釜中,并加热至80℃,然后加入1-1.2重量份的抗氧剂、1-2重量份数的润滑剂、0.5-0.9重量份数的光稳定剂、2-5重量份耐水解剂和5-10重量份数的红外线保温母粒,充分搅拌后得到聚合物多元醇混合溶液;
步骤S2、向聚合物多元醇混合溶液中加入15-20重量份的1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯,搅拌混合后得到初步反应混合物;
步骤S3、向上述反应混合物中加入10-15重量份的1,4-丁二醇扩链剂,并控制温度在155-200℃、压力5-7MPa反应时间1.5h;
步骤S4、当反应熔体温度达到180-210℃时,加入1-3重量份的阻燃剂,反应一定时间后进行脱水、干燥和熟化,得到TPU原料;
步骤S5、将玻璃纤维作为线芯,将线芯装入挤出机20进行TPU材料的包覆;
步骤S6、将包覆了TPU材料的线芯装入对绞机30,通过退扭和绞对,得到的TPU复合面层;
步骤S7、将两层TPU复合面层之间缝合蜂窝状的无纺布隔层,隔层空间内填充复合硅酸盐绝热材料、轻质铝镁辐射绝热材料、橡塑绝热材料或者酚醛树脂发泡材料,并在其中一层TPU复合面层上贴附固定铝箔玻纤布反射层,形成TPU复合面料。
本实施例中,通过在挤出机20的螺杆挤出机构24外部套设冷水护套281,冷却泵28位于螺杆挤出机构24的下方,且冷却泵28的输出端固设有冷水护套281,冷水护套281上安装有供水管,可以为螺杆挤出机构24内部的熔融物料降温,使物料的温度保持一致,熔融状态更加均匀,并与玻璃纤维作为线芯,将TPU材料包覆在外部,编织成复合面层,具有良好的机械强度和耐寒性,另外,将两层复合面层之间夹着复合硅酸盐绝热材料或轻质铝镁辐射绝热材料,能够起到良好的保温性能,使复合材料具有耐寒性,同时,又能使复合材料具有较好的耐磨性和机械强度。
具体的,步骤S1中的聚合物多元醇为分子量1000的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和/或分子量为3000的聚己二酸乙二醇丁二醇酯多元醇,步骤S1中的抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯和二[(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸]季戊四醇酯中的任意一种或两种的混合,步骤S1中的光稳定剂为二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)葵二酸酯受阻胺类光稳定剂,润滑剂为蒙旦蜡和/或芥酸酰胺蜡,的耐水解剂为碳化二亚胺,的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇和钛;阻燃剂为十溴二苯基乙烷混合微量煅制二氧化硅。
具体的,步骤S7中的填充物为复合硅酸盐绝热材料或轻质铝镁辐射绝热材料,复合硅酸盐绝热材料是一种固体基质的封闭微孔网状结构材料,具有可塑性强、导热系数低、密度小、粘结性强、防水、耐酸碱、不燃、施工方便、不污染环境的特点,是新型优质绝热材料,轻质镁铝辐射绝热材料的特点是提高、改善对辐射热屏蔽能力,屏蔽热辐射的能力高达50%-60%,从而降低常温与高温导热系数,并使导热系数与温度的线性关系斜率较小。
具体的,机架21的顶部设有减速机23,驱动电机22的输出端传动连接有传动机构221,传动机构221的输出端与减速机23的输入端连接,螺杆挤出机构24的外部设有挤出机构保护罩25,挤出机构保护罩25与机架21固定连接,挤出机构保护罩25的顶部设有进料斗26,进料斗26固定安装在螺杆挤出机构24的输入端,机架21的旁侧还设有用于控制驱动电机22、螺杆挤出机构24和冷却泵28的电控箱27,电控箱27与外部电源电性连接,电控箱27可以用于控制整个机器的作业要求。

Claims (1)
1.高耐寒性冰包保温用TPU复合材料生产工艺,其特征在于:包括用于对TPU原材料预加工的反应釜(10)、用于将TPU材料与线材结合的挤出机(20)和用于将包覆有TPU材料的线材编织成面料的对绞机(30),所述反应釜(10)、挤出机(20)和对绞机(30)按先后顺序依次布置,所述挤出机(20)包括机架(21)、驱动电机(22)、螺杆挤出机构(24)和冷却泵(28),所述驱动电机(22)、螺杆挤出机构(24)均安装在所述机架(21)上,且所述驱动电机(22)、螺杆挤出机构(24)均与所述机架(21)固定连接,所述螺杆挤出机构(24)的输出端设有挤出头(241),所述冷却泵(28)位于所述螺杆挤出机构(24)的下方,且所述冷却泵(28)的输出端固设有冷水护套(281),所述冷水护套(281)套设在所述螺杆挤出机构(24)的外部,所述冷水护套(281)上安装有供水管,所述驱动电机(22)、冷却泵(28)均与外部电源电性连接;
包括以下步骤:

所述螺杆挤出机构(24)的外部设有挤出机构保护罩(25),所述挤出机构保护罩(25)与所述机架(21)固定连接,所述挤出机构保护罩(25)的顶部设有进料斗(26),所述进料斗(26)固定安装在所述螺杆挤出机构(24)的输入端;
所述机架(21)的旁侧还设有用于控制驱动电机(22)、螺杆挤出机构(24)和冷却泵(28)的电控箱(27),所述电控箱(27)与外部电源电性连接。
