Abstract

The invention provides an aerosol air deodorant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the formula of the deodorant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-5.0 parts of wetting agent, 0.01-1 part of long-acting bactericide, 1.0-5.0 parts of deodorant, 0.01-1.0 part of preservative, 0.05-3.0 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 60.0-70.0 parts of deionized water and 30.0-50.0 parts of propellant. The air deodorant has the following beneficial effects: 1. the air mist type air deodorant can effectively capture and adsorb odor molecules, and neutralize and decompose the odor molecules into tasteless harmless substances; 2. the aerosol air deodorant has simple process, convenient use, safe and nontoxic product, no spot, no injury to skin, no irritation to eyes, etc.; 3. the air mist type air deodorant can rapidly remove the peculiar smell of indoor air: smoke smell, mildew smell, kitchen peculiar smell, toilet peculiar smell, formaldehyde peculiar smell, bacteria elimination and the like. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the aerosol air deodorant.

The adsorption method mostly adopts activated carbon and molecular sieve as adsorption materials to adsorb and remove the odor substances, has wide practicability, but has the defects of low adsorption efficiency, need of sharing with related equipment and the like.

The relative performance of the odor eliminators of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 4-5 was tested using the following method:

The use effects of table 1 show that the aerosol air deodorant of the present invention has an excellent odor removing effect compared to comparative examples 4 to 5, and almost no odor was present in the test chamber, while comparative examples 4 to 5 showed slight odor.
Compared with comparative examples 4 to 5, the air mist type air deodorant of the present invention has formaldehyde removal efficiency of more than 90%, and comparative examples 4 to 5 are maintained at about 50%.
Compared with comparative examples 4-5, the aerosol air deodorant provided by the invention has an ideal effect of killing escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus of more than 99%, a certain amount of ethanol is added into the comparative example 4, so that a sterilization effect can be achieved, and the sterilization rate of the comparative example 5 is within 70%.
Compared with comparative examples 4-5, the aerosol air deodorant provided by the invention has the ignition distance of more than 90mm and is non-flammable, the comparative example 4 is a flammable aerosol, and the comparative example 5 is a non-aerosol dosage form.
Compared with comparative examples 4-5, the aerosol air deodorant disclosed by the invention is safe and harmless without damaging skin and stimulating eyes.
The aerosol air deodorant and the preparation method thereof have the advantages of simple preparation process, convenience and safety in use, and certain performances of removing peculiar smell, removing formaldehyde, killing bacteria, not damaging skin, not irritating eyes, and the like.
