Abstract
The vehicle air conditioner sterilizing and deodorizing agent consists of the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 10 percent of plant essential oil, 0.1 to 15 percent of natural active ingredient bactericide, 0.2 to 20 percent of deodorization factor, 0.1 to 20 percent of active zinc atom and 0.1 to 20 percent of chlorinated castor oil. The sterilizing and deodorizing agent for the vehicle air conditioner can safely and quickly sterilize and deodorize, is prepared from natural extracts, is non-toxic and non-irritant, cannot generate secondary pollution, and can effectively solve the pollution problem of the traditional sterilizing and deodorizing product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioner sterilization and purification, in particular to a vehicle air conditioner sterilization deodorant.
Background
The automobile air conditioner is very important for guaranteeing the quality of air in the automobile, and the automobile air conditioner purifying agent can clean an air conditioning system, remove air conditioner pollution and guarantee the quality of the air. The vehicle air conditioner purifying agent mainly has the functional requirements of sterilization, peculiar smell removal, formaldehyde decomposition and the like. The chemical synthetic bactericide which is commonly used at present has toxicity, and is harmful to human bodies when used in narrow space in a vehicle. The air purification mainly comprises an adsorption type purifying agent and a covering type deodorant, wherein the adsorption type purifying agent only can purify air, but has no sterilization effect and is easy to cause secondary pollution, and the covering type deodorant is a pollutant and can cause allergy.
In conclusion, it is necessary to develop a safe and nontoxic sterilization and deodorization product having excellent sterilization effect and deodorization and formaldehyde function, and natural extracted materials are ideal.

The vehicle air conditioner sterilizing and deodorizing agent consists of the following substances in percentage by weight:
0.1 to 10 percent of plant essential oil;
0.1 to 15 percent of natural active ingredient bactericide;
0.2 to 20 percent of deodorization factor;
active zinc atom 0.1-20%;
0.1 to 20 percent of chlorinated castor oil;
the balance of deionized water.
Further, the plant essential oil is citrus essential oil.
Furthermore, the main component of the natural active ingredient bactericide is 3-hydroxyoctadecanoate.
Further, the deodorizing factor is a composition of camphor tree polyphenol, eucalyptus polyphenol and camphor tree extract patchoulol, and the weight percentage ratio of the camphor tree polyphenol, the eucalyptus polyphenol and the camphor tree extract patchoulol is 2:2: 1.
Further, the active zinc atom is zinc ricinoleate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the sterilizing and deodorizing agent for the vehicle air conditioner, which is prepared by the invention, can safely and quickly sterilize and deodorize, is prepared from natural extracts, is non-toxic and non-irritant, does not produce secondary pollution, and can effectively solve the safety problem of the traditional sterilizing and deodorizing products.

Example 1
The vehicle air conditioner sterilizing and deodorizing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2% of citrus essential oil, 8% of 3-hydroxyoctadecanoate, 6% of camphor tree polyphenol, 6% of eucalyptus polyphenol, 3% of patchoulol and 5% of zinc ricinoleate; 5% chlorinated castor oil; 65% deionized water, and the finished product is prepared by mixing the components in parts by mass, stirring, micro-emulsifying and filling.
The obtained product was tested for bactericidal performance, odor removal performance, and formaldehyde removal performance, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 1.
Example 2
The vehicle air conditioner sterilizing and deodorizing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10% of citrus essential oil, 15% of 3-hydroxyoctadecanoate, 8% of camphor tree polyphenol, 8% of eucalyptus polyphenol, 4% of patchoulol and 20% of zinc ricinoleate; 20% chlorinated castor oil; 15% deionized water, and the finished product is prepared by stirring, micro-emulsifying and filling after the components are mixed according to the mass parts.
The obtained product was tested for bactericidal performance, odor removal performance, and formaldehyde removal performance, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 1.
Comparative example 1
The vehicle air conditioner sterilizing and deodorizing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2% of citrus essential oil, 5% of 3-hydroxyoctadecanoic acid ester and 5% of chlorinated castor oil; 78% deionized water. The finished product is prepared by mixing the components in parts by mass, stirring, microemulsifying and filling.
The obtained product was tested for bactericidal performance, odor removal performance, and formaldehyde removal performance, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 1.
Comparative example 2
The vehicle air conditioner sterilizing and deodorizing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2% of citrus essential oil, 4% of camphor tree polyphenol, 4% of eucalyptus polyphenol, 2% of patchoulol and 3% of zinc ricinoleate; 5% chlorinated castor oil; 80% deionized water. The finished product is prepared by mixing the components in parts by mass, stirring, microemulsifying and filling.
The obtained product was tested for bactericidal performance, odor removal performance, and formaldehyde removal performance, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 1.
