Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing process of the graphene bacteriostatic, bactericidal and deodorant Chinese herbal medicine pad combination layer according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s1, mixing the thick graphene, the agastache rugosus, the rhizoma polygonati, the curcuma zedoary and the schizonepeta spike, introducing the mixed water into a stirrer, and stirring to form a mixed solution, wherein solid matters exist in the mixed solution;
s2, adding the mixed solution into a torque rheometer, processing for 20-30 min, and pouring out to form a first solution;
s3, mixing the inorganic salt copolymer ultrafine powder, carboxymethyl cellulose, microcrystalline wax, an auxiliary agent, hydroxybenzoic acid alkyl ester, tea polyphenol and an aromatic, heating and stirring, pouring out, and keeping heating to obtain a second solution with a thick liquid bonding effect;
s4, shaping the second solution into a plate-shaped convex shape of the outer edge, and cooling to form a primary combined layer;
and S5, adding the first solution into the preliminary combination layer with the groove, heating for 5-10 min again, taking out and cooling to form the Chinese herbal medicine pad combination layer.
Referring to fig. 2, a manufacturing process of the graphene bacteriostatic, bactericidal and deodorant Chinese herbal medicine pad combined layer according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the process for manufacturing the Chinese herbal medicine pad combined layer includes:
s100, mixing thick graphene, agastache rugosus, rhizoma polygonati, curcuma zedoary and schizonepeta spike, introducing the mixed water into a stirrer, and stirring to form a mixed solution, wherein solid matters exist in the mixed solution;
s200, adding the mixed solution into a torque rheometer for processing for 20-30 min, and pouring out to form a first solution;
s300, mixing the inorganic salt copolymer ultrafine powder, carboxymethyl cellulose, microcrystalline wax, an auxiliary agent, hydroxybenzoic acid alkyl ester, green tea, mulberry leaf and radix sophorae flavescentis with water, heating and stirring, pouring out, and keeping heating to obtain a second solution with a thick liquid bonding effect;
s400, shaping the second solution into a plate-shaped convex shape of the outer edge, and cooling to form a primary combined layer;
and S500, adding the first solution into the preliminary combination layer with the groove, heating for 5-10 min again, taking out and cooling to form the Chinese herbal medicine pad combination layer.
Specifically, in the process for manufacturing the Chinese herbal medicine pad combined layer, the inorganic salt copolymer ultrafine powder, the carboxymethyl cellulose, the microcrystalline wax, the auxiliary agent, the alkyl hydroxybenzoate, the tea polyphenol and the aromatic are mixed with water and heated and stirred: the heating environment temperature is 200-300 ℃.
In the process for manufacturing the Chinese herbal medicine cushion combined layer, the first solution is added into the preliminary combined layer with the groove, the preliminary combined layer is heated for 5min to 10min again, and the Chinese herbal medicine cushion combined layer is formed after the first solution is taken out and cooled: the heating temperature environment is 100-180 ℃.

The graphene bacteriostatic, bactericidal and deodorant Chinese herbal medicine pad combined layer is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of thick-layer graphene, 20-30 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 10-18 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 5-8 parts of curcuma zedoary, 8-15 parts of schizonepeta spike, 25-45 parts of inorganic salt copolymer ultrafine powder, 10-15 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 3-5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 5-8 parts of an auxiliary agent, 3-5 parts of hydroxybenzoic acid alkyl ester, 1-4 parts of tea polyphenol and 10-20 parts of an aromatic.

The graphene bacteriostatic, bactericidal and deodorant Chinese herbal medicine pad combined layer as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of thick-layer graphene, 20 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 18 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 5 parts of curcuma zedoary, 8 parts of schizonepeta spike, 25 parts of inorganic salt copolymer superfine powder, 10 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 3 parts of microcrystalline wax, 8 parts of auxiliary agent, 5 parts of alkyl hydroxybenzoate, 4 parts of tea polyphenol and 20 parts of aromatic.

The graphene bacteriostatic, bactericidal and deodorant Chinese herbal medicine pad combined layer as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of thick-layer graphene, 30 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 18 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 8 parts of curcuma zedoary, 15 parts of schizonepeta spike, 45 parts of inorganic salt copolymer superfine powder, 15 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 5 parts of auxiliary agent, 3 parts of alkyl hydroxybenzoate, 1 part of tea polyphenol and 10 parts of aromatic.
4. The graphene bacteriostatic, bactericidal and deodorant Chinese herbal medicine pad combined layer as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the following raw materials: green tea 5-10, mulberry leaf 5-10, flavescent sophora root 5-10 as refreshing agent.

mixing thick graphene, agastache rugosus, rhizoma polygonati, curcuma zedoary and schizonepeta spike with water, introducing the mixture into a stirrer, and stirring to form a mixed solution, wherein solid matters exist in the mixed solution;
adding the mixed solution into a torque rheometer, processing for 20-30 min, and pouring out to form a first solution;
mixing inorganic salt copolymer superfine powder, carboxymethyl cellulose, microcrystalline wax, an auxiliary agent, hydroxybenzoic acid alkyl ester, tea polyphenol and an aromatic agent, heating and stirring, pouring out, and keeping heating to obtain a second solution with a viscous liquid bonding effect;
shaping the second solution into a plate-shaped convex shape with the outer edge, and cooling to form a primary combined layer;
and adding the first solution into the preliminary combination layer with the groove, heating for 5-10 min again, taking out and cooling to form the Chinese herbal medicine pad combination layer.
6. The graphene bacteriostatic, bactericidal and deodorant Chinese herbal medicine pad combined layer as claimed in claim 5, wherein the graphene bacteriostatic, bactericidal and deodorant Chinese herbal medicine pad combined layer as claimed in claim 4 is prepared by the following steps:
mixing thick graphene, agastache rugosus, rhizoma polygonati, curcuma zedoary and schizonepeta spike with water, introducing the mixture into a stirrer, and stirring to form a mixed solution, wherein solid matters exist in the mixed solution;
adding the mixed solution into a torque rheometer, processing for 20-30 min, and pouring out to form a first solution;
mixing inorganic salt copolymer superfine powder, carboxymethyl cellulose, microcrystalline wax, auxiliary agent, hydroxy alkyl benzoate, green tea, folium Mori and radix Sophorae Flavescentis, heating and stirring, pouring out, and heating to obtain second solution with viscous liquid bonding effect;
shaping the second solution into a plate-shaped convex shape with the outer edge, and cooling to form a primary combined layer;
and adding the first solution into the preliminary combination layer with the groove, heating for 5-10 min again, taking out and cooling to form the Chinese herbal medicine pad combination layer.

the heating environment temperature is 200-300 ℃.
