Abstract
The invention discloses a disposable adult care pad with a durable deodorizing effect and a preparation method thereof, wherein the disposable adult care pad with the durable deodorizing effect comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10 to 25 percent of non-woven fabric, 10 to 30 percent of toilet paper, 10 to 25 percent of fluffy cotton, 0.05 to 0.55 percent of deodorant, 25 to 35 percent of high-absorptivity resin composition with temperature control and slow release flavors, 5 to 15 percent of polyethylene casting film and 0.2 to 1.5 percent of hot melt adhesive. The disposable adult care pad does not release fragrance in the storage process, slowly releases fragrance after being used in urine, and achieves the effect of lasting deodorization by the chemical or physical elimination of the odor through the deodorant. Through strengthening the absorption performance of long-time contact and use area, avoided the problem that human urine absorption time is long and be liable to ooze after the long time, reduced sheet and clothing dirty and reduce the frequency of changing and washing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disposable sanitary products and preparation thereof, and particularly relates to a disposable adult care pad with a lasting deodorizing effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The disposable adult care pad is a disposable sanitary article commonly used in daily life of incontinence and bedridden users, can absorb urine discharged by the users, has a strong water locking function and can prevent liquid from rewet, and because the urine composition of a human body is complex, the urine of the human body mainly contains urea and various inorganic salt ions, and is converted into pungent smells such as ammonia smell and sulfide which are bad in taste under the action of various microorganisms, especially for incontinence and bedridden users, the smelly smell of the urine is larger, and various skin diseases are easily caused.
The common disposable adult nursing pad on the market does not have a deodorizing function, after the disposable adult nursing pad is used for a period of time, odor substances are generated under the breeding of bacteria after urine is absorbed, the physical health of users is affected, and surrounding air is polluted, so that great inconvenience is brought to users and nursing staff. The skilled person proposes some solutions to the problems encountered during use of disposable adult care pads.

At present, the deodorizing technology of the disposable hygienic products is mainly divided into three types: the first is to add a common adsorbent to the sanitary article to remove the peculiar smell generated by urine in a physical adsorption mode, but the peculiar smell removing effect is poor. The second method is to add aromatic substances into the sanitary products to press the smell of urine, the urine can be pressed in a short time, the more unpleasant peculiar smell can be generated for a long time, the deodorizing effect cannot be lasting, the smell and other problems can be brought to the sanitary products, and the essence is generally required to be coated. As disclosed in CN102585415a, a water-absorbent resin composition with lasting deodorizing effect is disclosed, which mainly comprises a high-absorptivity resin and microcapsules, and the microcapsules added are provided with essence core materials and double-layer capsule walls, and the inner layer is a porous water-insoluble capsule wall and the outer layer is a water-soluble capsule wall, so that the resin can release fragrance after encountering water, and deodorizing effect is achieved. Thirdly, a deodorizing agent (such as CN108192036A, CN 108192014A) is mixed in the high-absorptivity resin in a chemical elimination mode, and acid-base neutralization, catalytic degradation or other chemical reactions are utilized to eliminate some chemical substances with peculiar smell, so that the effect of deodorizing urine is achieved. However, this method can only remove substances which may generate odors in a liquid environment, but cannot eliminate the odor which has been released in urine.
Based on the above situation, the invention provides a disposable adult care pad with lasting deodorizing effect and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems.
