As shown in fig. 1, the book storing and taking device based on the horizontal book grabbing manipulator of the embodiment includes a book shelf 1 and a book grabbing manipulator 2 matched with the book shelf 1, wherein the book grabbing manipulator 2 is used for storing and taking books on the book shelf 1, the book shelf 1 includes a shelf outer frame 11 and a plurality of book box modules 12 arranged on the shelf outer frame 11, and a shelf caster 11-1 with a self-locking function is further arranged at the bottom of the shelf outer frame 11 in order to facilitate the installation and movement of the book shelf 1; the book grabbing manipulator 2 comprises a horizontal traversing mechanism, an up-down lifting mechanism and a book grabbing mechanism 27, wherein the up-down lifting mechanism is arranged on the horizontal traversing mechanism and is driven by the horizontal traversing mechanism to horizontally and transversely move along the arrangement direction of the book shelf 1; the book grabbing mechanism 27 is mounted on the up-down lifting mechanism, and the up-down lifting mechanism drives the book grabbing mechanism 27 to move up and down along the height direction of the book shelf 1; the book grabbing mechanism 27 is driven by the horizontal transverse moving mechanism and the vertical lifting mechanism to move transversely and in the height direction on the vertical surface of the book shelf 1, so that the corresponding books can be stored and taken. The number of the book box modules 12 of each book box unit can be determined according to specific design requirements, and the general design is 4-8 better groups, so that the space utilization rate can be ensured, and the bearing weight of the bottommost book box module 12 can be reduced. As shown in fig. 2, the book box module 12 comprises a base 12-1, an upper clamp plate 12-2, a push plate 12-9, a book box opening and closing mechanism and a push plate driving mechanism, wherein the upper clamp plate 12-2 is mounted on the base 12-1 through the book box opening and closing mechanism, and the book box opening and closing mechanism drives the upper clamp plate 12-2 to move up and down on the base 12-1; the push plate 12-9 is arranged on the base 12-1 through a push plate driving mechanism, and the push plate driving mechanism drives the push plate 12-9 to move back and forth on the base 12-1 in a telescopic mode. Push plate 12-9 is preferably an L-shaped structure that is shorter than base 12-1 and is capable of extending beyond base 12-1 to provide access to a book. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the book case opening and closing mechanism and the pusher driving mechanism are designed in a linkage manner. Moreover, the plurality of groups of book box modules 12 are stacked up and down, only one group of book boxes is opened in the process of taking or placing books on the book shelf 1, and the rest of book boxes are in a closed state, so that the book boxes on the book shelf are arranged more compactly, the space utilization rate is higher, and more books can be placed in the same space.

The method for controlling a book storing and taking device based on a flatwise book grasping robot according to claim 8, wherein: book in-place sensors (27-9) positioned at the left side and the right side of the book clamping conveying belt mechanism in the conveying direction and book thickness sensors (27-10) used for detecting the distance between the upper book clamping mechanism (27-7) and the lower book clamping mechanism (27-8) are arranged on the book grabbing mechanism (27); the book in-place sensor (27-9) is matched with the book clamping conveying belt mechanism of the upper book clamping mechanism (27-7) and the lower book clamping mechanism (27-8) to move books to the middle positions of the upper book clamping mechanism (27-7) and the lower book clamping mechanism (27-8) in the process that the book clamping mechanism (27) clamps books; the book thickness sensor (27-10) identifies the thickness of the book grabbed by the book grabbing mechanism (27) in the book storage process, and allocates a book box module (12) with the thickness suitable for the book shelf (1) to the book according to the thickness information of the book.
