Description

Milk powder suitable for flatulence infants and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of milk powder, relates to a formula and a preparation method of milk powder for infants with flatulence, and particularly relates to milk powder suitable for infants with flatulence and a preparation method of the milk powder.
Background
The infant has incomplete intestinal tract development, weak digestion and absorption capacity and is incapable of loading high-nutrition breast milk or milk powder, gastrointestinal symptoms such as flatulence, intestinal colic, constipation, diarrhea and the like often occur, and the incidence rate of the flatulence is high. The flatulence-appearing infants often have the phenomena of hiccups, frequent milk spitting, crying and the like, and not only affect the sleep and diet, but also affect the healthy development of the infants after a long time. Although the infant formula milk powder is an ideal substitute food for breast milk, the digestibility and the active ingredients of the infant formula milk powder are still lower than those of the breast milk, and infants taking the infant formula milk powder are more prone to suffer from flatulence than infants fed with the breast milk.
The traditional method for preventing flatulence of infants is to perform hiccups on the infants after feeding milk to discharge the gas swallowed by the infants, or massage the abdomen to enhance intestinal peristalsis of the infants, and discharge the flatus. In severe cases, symptoms can be relieved by taking a gastrodine of simethicone, but the medicine can cause side effects on infants, and the medicine cannot be absorbed by human bodies, and finally remains in intestinal tracts, so that the digestion and decomposition of food are hindered, and the absorption of final nutrition is influenced. Therefore, food therapy is the most healthy method for preventing gastrointestinal problems of infants, and how to effectively alleviate the symptoms of flatulence of infants under the condition of ensuring the nutritional health of the infants is a problem to be solved urgently.

Figure 829720DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
Example 14 verification of the Effect of milk powder suitable for flatulence infants on infant gastrointestinal gas production
This example has designed the experiment to whether the milk powder that is fit for flatulence infant to eat can improve infant's flatulence symptom: in this example, the gastrointestinal tract environment of a 36-month-old infant was simulated, and the ventilation volume of the gastrointestinal tract was confirmed by observing the ventilation volume in the simulated gastrointestinal tract environment in the intervention group and the control group. Wherein, the intervention group is that the milk powder suitable for the flatulence infants in the embodiments 1-7 is respectively added into the simulated gastrointestinal tract environment for reaction, and the gas amount in the gas collector is observed after 4 hours; the control group was prepared by adding commercially available ordinary formula milk powder to a simulated gastrointestinal environment and observing the amount of gas in the gas collector after 4 hours. In order to ensure the accuracy of the experiment, 8 simulated gastrointestinal environments were placed in a laboratory at the same temperature, and the amount of exhaust gas in the gas collector was counted, and the results are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3 simulated displacement in GI tract Environment
Figure 817399DEST_PATH_IMAGE005
From table 3 it can be derived: the gas production of the intervention group after digestion is far lower than that of the control group, so that the gas production of the infants who eat the formula milk powder is very small during digestion, and the gastrointestinal flatulence symptoms of the infants can be effectively relieved.
Example 15 verification of the Effect of milk powder suitable for flatulence infants on the growth and development of infants
In this example, to verify the effect of the milk powder suitable for flatulence infants on the growth and development of infants, 40 SPF-grade mice, each half of male and female, with an initial body mass of 1, were randomly divided into eight groups of five mice each, seven of which were intervention groups and one of which was control groups. Seven groups of the intervention groups are respectively filled with the formula milk powder in the examples 1 to 7; and one group of the control group is stomach-perfused common formula milk powder. And (3) continuously gavage for 15 days, measuring the times of the body mass and the initial body mass of the mice at 5 days, 10 days and 15 days respectively, and recording the condition of the body mass increase of the mice, wherein the times of the body mass and the initial body mass of seven groups of mice in the intervention group are the average value of the seven groups, and the recording result is shown in figure 1. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the growth rate of the mouse body mass after eating the formula milk powder of the present invention is higher than that of the mouse body mass after eating the common commercially available formula milk powder, so it can be concluded that the formula milk powder of the present invention has a good growth promoting effect.
Feces from mice were collected 6 hours after the last gavage, and the average stool quality and moisture content of the pretreatment group and the control group were recorded as shown in table 4:
TABLE 4 stool quality and stool Water content
Figure 786187DEST_PATH_IMAGE006
As can be seen from Table 4, the quality and water content of the feces of the mice in the intervention group are high, and the feces of the mice fed with the formula milk powder can be moistened, so that the hard feces and the difficult-to-discharge symptoms can be effectively relieved, and therefore, the formula milk powder can effectively improve the defecation condition.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
