Abstract

背景技术
“地理围栏”是围绕现实世界地理位置创建的虚拟周界。传统的地理围栏服务为商户或其它企业提供了在商户或企业所在地周围创建地理围栏的能力。当用户带有位置感知设备(例如,智能手机)进入或退出这些地理围栏中的一者的周界时,可以向用户的设备发送与该位置有关的通知。此类通知通常用作以诱使附近的用户光顾这些位置的营销工具。一些社交媒体平台将地理围栏设定用于基于位置的功能,例如提供基于位置的社交媒体内容的集合,或提供主题位置覆盖图或标签以增强社交媒体帖子。

如上所述,传统地理围栏技术的一种固有局限性在于可能从客户端设备取得的位置数据的不准确性和不一致性。此外,传统地理围栏的目的是在地理围栏内的客户端设备上尽快加载和显示内容。由于从客户端设备接收的位置数据的上述不准确性和不一致性,媒体内容的呈现可能会延迟或根本无法传递。
因此,本发明涉及对用于确定客户端设备的当前位置以及用于基于客户端设备的当前位置来识别和选择适当的地理围栏的系统和方法的改进。改进的地理围栏选择系统执行的操作包括:将媒体内容与包围预定地理区域的一部分的地理围栏相关联,对来自客户端设备的位置数据进行采样,基于所采样的来自客户端设备的位置数据来定义边界,检测边界和地理围栏之间的重叠,取得与地理围栏相关联的媒体内容,并响应于检测到重叠,在客户端设备的存储位置处加载媒体内容。
在一些实施例中,改进的地理围栏选择系统在一段时间(例如24小时) 内以预定间隔(例如30秒,1分钟,5分钟等)从客户端设备采样位置数据。例如,系统可以每个间隔对客户端设备执行ping操作,以取得位置数据,诸如全球定位系统(GPS)数据,小区三角测量数据等。在进一步的实施例中,改进的地理围栏选择系统通过响应于由客户端设备的用户执行的某些用户动作而从客户端取得位置数据来采样位置数据。例如,用户可以向客户端设备提供输入以对特定位置签到,或者与在客户端设备上呈现的某些媒体内容进行交互,或者启动应用。响应于检测到用户输入,改进的地理围栏选择系统从客户端设备取得位置数据,并向该位置数据分配时间戳。

响应于采样位置数据,改进的地理围栏选择系统生成指示客户端设备的一般位置的边界。改进的地理围栏选择系统基于位置数据定义的边界包括“边界框”。在几何中,N维度中的点集(S)的最低限度或最小边界或包围框是所有点均位于其中的最小度量(面积,体积或更高维度中的超体积)的框。当使用其它类型的度量时,通常会相应地调用最小框,例如“最小周界边界框”或“有界框”。
在进一步的实施例中,由改进的地理围栏系统基于位置数据定义的边界包括“凸包”。在数学中,欧几里得平面或欧几里得空间(或更普遍地,在实数的仿射空间中)中X个点集的凸包或凸包络是包含X的最小凸集。例如,当X是平面的有界子集时,凸包可以可视化为由围绕X伸展的橡皮筋围成的形状。

在操作408,定位模块304检测在地理围栏和识别在预定的时间段内客户端设备102的位置的边界之间的重叠。响应于检测到在边界与地理围栏之间的重叠,在操作410,通信模块306将地理围栏的媒体内容加载到客户端设备102的存储位置处,其中呈现模块308可以生成并导致显示媒体内容的呈现。

软件架构

在该上下文中的“处理器”是指根据控制信号(例如,“命令”、“操作码”、“机器代码”等)操纵数据值以及产生应用于操作机器的对应输出信号的任何电路或虚拟电路(由在实际处理器上执行的逻辑模拟的物理电路)。例如,处理器可以是中央处理单元(CPU)、精简指令集计算(RISC) 处理器、复杂指令集计算(CISC)处理器、图形处理单元(GPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、ASIC、射频集成电路(RFIC)或其任何组合。处理器可以进一步是具有可以同时执行指令的两个或更多个独立处理器、(有时称为“核”)的多核处理器。
在该上下文中,“时间戳”是指识别特定事件何时发生的字符序列或编码信息,例如给出日期和一天中的时间,有时精确到秒的分数。
在此上下文中,“LIFT”是针对随机选择目标模型测量的目标模型在预测或分类具有增强的响应(相对于总体而言)的情况时的性能的测量。
在此上下文中的“音素对齐(PHONEME ALIGNMENT)”,因素是将一个单词与另一个单词区分开的语音单元。一个音素可能由一系列关闭、爆发和吸气事件组成;或者,连音可能会从后元音过渡到前元音。因此,不仅可以通过语音信号所包含的音素来描述语音信号,还可以通过音素的位置来描述语音信号。因此,音素对齐可以描述为波形中音素的“时间对齐”,以便确定语音信号中每个音素的适当顺序和位置。
在本文中的“听觉到视觉转换”是指可听语音信号到可见语言的转换,其中可见语言可以包括代表可听语音信号的嘴形。
在本文中的“时延神经网络(TDNN)”中,TDNN是一种人工神经网络架构,其主要目的是处理顺序数据。例如,将连续音频转换为用于语音识别的分类音素标签流。
在本文中的“双向长短期存储器(BLSTM)”是指可在任意间隔内记忆值的递归神经网络(RNN)架构。存储的值不会随着学习的进行而被修改。RNN允许在神经元之间的向前和向后连接。在给定未知大小和事件之间的持续时间的情况下,BLSTM非常适合时间序列的分类、处理和预测。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于地理围栏选择的方法,包括:
将媒体内容与地理围栏相关联,所述地理围栏包围地理区域的一部分;
在采样周期内,对客户端设备的位置数据进行采样,所述位置数据识别在不同的相应采样时间处所述客户端设备在所述地理区域内的位置;
基于所识别的所述客户端设备的位置来定义边界,其中,得到在一段时间内所述客户端设备的所述位置数据的平均值,以及根据所述位置数据的平均值定义所述边界;
检测在所述边界和所述地理围栏之间的重叠;
响应于检测到在所述边界和所述地理围栏之间的所述重叠,在所述客户端设备的存储位置处加载所述媒体内容;
在数据库内将所述边界与一天中的特定时间相关联,所述特定时间对应于定义所述边界所基于的相应的采样的位置的所述采样时间;
识别与所述边界相交的一个或多个地理围栏,所述一个或多个地理围栏至少包括所述地理围栏;
响应于识别所述一个或多个地理围栏,取得与所述一个或多个地理围栏相关联的媒体内容;以及
在一天中的较早的时间在所述客户端设备的所述存储位置处加载所述媒体内容,所述一天中的较早的时间发生在所述特定时间之前。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述边界包括边界框,并且其中,所述边界框的尺寸基于所述客户端设备的相应采样位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述边界包括凸包,并且其中,所述凸包的尺寸基于在不同的相应采样时间处所述客户端设备在所述地理区域内的位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述客户端设备的所述存储位置处加载所述媒体内容包括:
在所述客户端设备上的媒体库中呈现所述媒体内容的表示。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述地理围栏是包围所述地理区域的第一部分的第一地理围栏,所述媒体内容是第一媒体内容,第二地理围栏包围所述地理区域的第二部分,以及包括边缘的图块,所述边缘包围所述第一地理围栏和所述第二地理围栏的所述地理区域,并且其中,所述方法还包括:
确定所述边界与和所述地理区域相关联的所述图块重叠;以及
响应于确定所述边界与和所述地理区域相关联的所述图块重叠,将所述第一媒体内容和第二媒体内容加载到所述客户端设备的所述存储位置处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,对所述位置数据进行采样包括:在一段时间内以一定间隔对所述客户端设备的所述位置数据进行采样,所述位置数据在所述时间段内的所述间隔中的每个间隔处识别所述客户端设备在所述地理区域内的位置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,对所述位置数据进行采样包括:
在所述客户端设备上接收用户输入;以及
响应于所述用户输入,从所述客户端设备取得所述位置数据。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,对所述客户端设备的所述位置数据进行采样还包括向所述位置数据分配时间戳,并且其中,所述方法还包括:
基于所述时间戳确定所述位置数据的顺序;
基于所述时间戳的所述顺序确定所述客户端设备的轨迹;
基于所述客户端设备的所述轨迹来选择所述地理围栏;以及
响应于基于所述客户端设备的所述轨迹选择所述地理围栏,在所述客户端设备的所述存储位置处加载来自所述地理围栏的媒体内容。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述客户端设备是与第一用户简档相关联的第一客户端设备,所述地理围栏是第一地理围栏,所述地理区域包括包围一组地理围栏的边缘,所述一组地理围栏包括所述第一地理围栏,检测所述重叠包括:
检测在所述地理区域的边缘与基于所述客户端设备的所述位置定义的边界之间的重叠;
响应于检测到所述重叠,识别由所述地理区域的所述边缘包围的所述一组地理围栏;
检测在所述第一地理围栏内的第二客户端设备,所述第二客户端设备与第二用户简档相关联,所述第二用户简档与所述第一用户简档相关联作为社交网络连接;以及
响应于检测到在所述第一地理围栏内的所述第二客户端设备,在所述第一客户端设备的所述存储位置处加载所述第一地理围栏的所述媒体内容。
10.一种地理围栏选择系统,包括:
存储器;以及
至少一个硬件处理器,其耦合到所述存储器并包括使所述系统执行操作的指令,所述操作包括:
将媒体内容与地理围栏相关联,所述地理围栏包围地理区域的一部分;
在采样周期内,对客户端设备的位置数据进行采样,所述位置数据识别在不同的相应采样时间处所述客户端设备在所述地理区域内的位置;
基于所述客户端设备在所述地理区域内的位置定义边界,其中,得到在一段时间内所述客户端设备的所述位置数据的平均值,以及根据所述位置数据的平均值定义所述边界;
检测在所述边界和包围所述地理区域的一部分的所述地理围栏之间的重叠;
响应于检测到在所述边界与所述地理围栏之间的所述重叠,在所述客户端设备的存储位置处加载所述媒体内容;
在数据库内将所述边界与一天中的特定时间相关联,所述特定时间对应于定义所述边界所基于的相应的采样的位置的所述采样时间;
识别与所述边界相交的一个或多个地理围栏,所述一个或多个地理围栏至少包括所述地理围栏;
响应于识别所述一个或多个地理围栏,取得与所述一个或多个地理围栏相关联的媒体内容;以及
在一天中的较早的时间在所述客户端设备的所述存储位置处加载所述媒体内容,所述一天中的较早的时间发生在所述特定时间之前。
11.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述边界包括边界框,并且其中,所述边界框的尺寸基于点集群中的每个点的位置。
12.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述边界包括凸包,并且其中,所述凸包的尺寸基于在所述不同的相应采样时间处所述客户端设备在所述地理区域内的位置。
13.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,在所述客户端设备的所述存储位置处加载所述媒体内容包括:
在所述客户端设备上的媒体库中呈现所述媒体内容的表示。
14.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述地理围栏是包围所述地理区域的第一部分的第一地理围栏,所述媒体内容是第一媒体内容,第二地理围栏包围所述地理区域的第二部分,以及包围边缘的图块,所述边缘包围所述第一地理围栏和所述第二地理围栏的所述地理区域,并且其中,指令使系统执行进一步包括以下操作的操作:
确定所述边界与和所述地理区域相关联的所述图块重叠;以及
响应于确定所述边界与和所述地理区域相关联的所述图块重叠,将所述第一媒体内容和第二媒体内容加载到所述客户端设备的所述存储位置处。
15.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,对所述位置数据进行采样包括:在一段时间内以一定间隔对所述客户端设备的所述位置数据进行采样,所述位置数据在所述时间段内的所述间隔中的每个间隔处识别所述客户端设备在所述地理区域内的位置。
16.一种机器可读存储介质,其包括指令,当所述指令由机器的一个或多个处理器执行时,使所述机器执行操作,所述操作包括:
将媒体内容与地理围栏相关联,所述地理围栏包围地理区域的一部分;
在采样周期内,对客户端设备的位置数据进行采样,所述位置数据识别在不同的相应采样时间处所述客户端设备在所述地理区域内的位置;
基于所述客户端设备在所述地理区域内的位置定义边界,其中,得到在一段时间内所述客户端设备的所述位置数据的平均值,以及根据所述位置数据的平均值定义所述边界;
检测在所述边界和包围所述地理区域的一部分的所述地理围栏之间的重叠;
响应于检测到在所述边界与所述地理围栏之间的所述重叠,在所述客户端设备的存储位置处加载所述媒体内容;
在数据库内将所述边界与一天中的特定时间相关联,所述特定时间对应于定义所述边界所基于的相应的采样的位置的所述采样时间;
识别与所述边界相交的一个或多个地理围栏,所述一个或多个地理围栏至少包括所述地理围栏;
响应于识别所述一个或多个地理围栏,取得与所述一个或多个地理围栏相关联的媒体内容;以及
在一天中的较早的时间在所述客户端设备的所述存储位置处加载所述媒体内容,所述一天中的较早的时间发生在所述特定时间之前。
